Abstract

L'appareil d'aide à l'exercice selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention est équipé d'une interface de communication et d'un dispositif de traitement. L'interface de communication acquiert des données de mesure concernant les performances d'exercice d'un sujet. Le dispositif de traitement est connecté à l'interface de communication. Par rapport à de multiples types d'articulations prédéterminés, le dispositif de traitement calcule un score d'articulation représentant le score de la fonction de chacune des articulations, à l'aide des données de mesure acquises. Sur la base des scores d'articulation ainsi calculés, le dispositif de traitement sélectionne un menu d'exercice recommandé pour l'amélioration de la fonction d'articulation du sujet.
