进一步地,所述模块板上设有至少两个叠加安装孔,所述叠加安装孔两端均分别设有螺帽沉槽和螺丝头沉槽,三层以上模块板叠加时,首先在第一块模块板的第一个叠加安装孔的螺帽沉槽中安装螺母,再将第二块模块板盖在上面将螺母夹在中间,然后通过穿过第二个叠加安装孔的螺丝将两块模块板固定在一起,然后继续将第三块模块板盖在两层的模块板上并从第一个叠加安装孔拧入螺丝固定,若需要继续叠加,则需要先在第三块模块板的第二个叠加安装孔的螺帽沉槽内安装螺母,用于安装固定第四块模块板的螺丝,以此类推,不断叠加模块板增加厚度。
进一步地,还包括步骤S4,在板材的表面安装面板。
进一步地,所述边条的一侧设有平板,安装边条时,先将边条与板材边缘的卡接部卡接,平板贴在板材的侧面,然后在板材的该侧面安装面板,使得平板夹在模块板与面板之间。
进一步地,所述面板的背面的中部设有卡勾,面板的四周设有凸起,模块板上对应所述卡勾设有插槽,同时对应所述凸起设有凹槽,所述插槽的侧壁设有卡板,安装面板时,先将面板的卡勾插入模块板上的插槽,再向中心滑动面板,使得卡勾卡入卡板,同时所述凸起嵌入所述凹槽。
进一步地,所述插槽为十字插槽,所述十字插槽各支槽的末端的内侧均设有卡板,在模块板的两侧安装面板时,两侧面板的卡勾分别卡入两个不同的支槽。
本发明的有益效果体现在:本发明采用模块化设计,可随意组装成各种形状、尺寸的家具,且可拆卸重复利用,随意调节。

下面将结合附图对本发明技术方案的实施例进行详细的描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,因此只作为示例,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
需要注意的是,除非另有说明,本申请使用的技术术语或者科学术语应当为本发明所属领域技术人员所理解的通常意义。
如图1-12所示,本发明实施例提供了一种可拆卸重复安装模块化家具的组装方法,包括如下步骤:步骤S1,如图1-图4所示,提供不同规格、不同尺寸的模块板11,各模块板11的边缘设有可相互拼合的卡接部111,将模块板11拼接成板材10,拼接板材10时,先将模块板11拼接成第一板体12,相邻模块板11之间通过卡接部111卡接,卡接部具体可以采用梯形卡齿结构,相邻梯形卡齿之间形成倒梯形卡槽。然后在第一板体12的至少一侧安装连接结构,以将相邻模块板11固定连接形成一个整体,这里“至少一侧”的意思是,既可以在第一板体12的一侧设连接结构,也可以在第一板体12的两侧均设连接结构。这里的卡接部具体可以采用梯形卡齿结构,相邻梯形卡齿之间形成倒梯形卡槽,模块板11之间通过梯形卡齿结构进行卡接,可在X轴和Y轴上对相邻模块板11进行固定,然后再辅以连接结构在Z轴上对相邻主板模块13进行固定,组合而成的板体牢固且整体性好。
本实施例的模块板11可以采用不同不同规格、不同尺寸,例如,模块板11包含矩形模块和三角形模块,每块模块板11的厚度最好都相同,规定单位长度为1,矩形模块按照单位长度的倍数划分的尺寸有:1*1、1*2、1*3、1*4、1*5、1*6、2*2、2*3、2*4、2*5、2*6等等,其中图1和图2分别给出了1*1矩形模块板11和1*4矩形模块板11的结构示意图,三角形模块可采用单位长度的倍数的边的等边和等腰直角三角形模块。当然,在其它实施例中,模块板11也可以包含其它形状尺寸,如正五边形、正六边形等。
在一种实施例中,参照图3,连接结构包括分别与第一板体12中相邻的两模块板11固定的水平连接件131,这里可以直接采用模块板11作为水平连接件131(如图3所示),也可以采用180度的角度连接件20作为水平连接件131,采用在第一板体12的一侧安装连接件的结构,板材10只有一面是平整的,因而只有一面可以安装面板40。需要说明的是,模块板11和水平连接件131上均设有安装孔,模块板11和水平连接件131之间通过穿过安装孔的螺栓固定。
参照图4,在另一种实施例中,连接结构包括第二板体132,第二板体132由若干块模块板11拼接而成,第二板体132叠加固定于第一板体12,且第二板体132的拼缝与第一板体12的拼缝错开,该结构的板材10两面都是平整的,两面都可以安装面板40。同样地,第一板体12和第二板体132之间通过螺栓固定。
当然,为了增加板材10的强度,还可以继续错位叠加更多层由模块板11拼接而成的板体。在本实施例中,参照图5,模块板11上设有至少两个叠加安装孔112,叠加安装孔112两端均分别设有螺帽沉槽1121和螺丝头沉槽1122,三层以上模块板11叠加时,首先在第一块模块板11的第一个叠加安装孔112的螺帽沉槽1121中安装螺母,再将第二块模块板11盖在上面将螺母夹在中间,然后通过穿过第二个叠加安装孔112的螺丝将两块模块板11固定在一起,然后继续将第三块模块板11盖在两层的模块板11上并从第一个叠加安装孔112拧入螺丝固定,若需要继续叠加,则需要先在第三块模块板11的第二个叠加安装孔112的螺帽沉槽1121内安装螺母,用于安装固定第四块模块板11的螺丝,以此类推,不断叠加模块板11增加厚度,采用上述叠加方式,可无限叠加模块板11的层数。
对于一些内部架板来说,可以直接将模块板11拼接起来,直接架放在上面即可,无需固定,使用中可随时拆卸。
步骤S2,将拼接好的板材10作为结构板14组装成家具的形状,各结构板14之间通过角度连接件20固定;步骤S21,拼接好的板材10作为加筋板15,将加筋板15垂直安装于结构板14的下侧,加筋板15与结构板14之间通过角度连接件20固定,加筋板15能够提高大跨度、大面积结构板14的承载能力,提高家具的承重。
在本实施例中,参照图6和图7,角度连接件20包括两组调节组件21,每组调节组件21均包括板材固定件211和齿条212,板材固定件211包括U形部2111和设于U形部2111开口端两侧的固定板2112,齿条212可嵌入U形部2111,且U形部2111内设有可与齿条212卡接配合的卡条2113,两组调节组件21的齿条212的一端通过固定件固定在一起,固定板2112用于固定于板材10;
角度连接件20安装的步骤为:先通过固定件将两组调节组件21的齿条212按照两块板材10的设定角度组装在一起,然后调节一调节组件21的卡条2113卡入齿条212的位置并将该调节组件21的固定板2112固定在一板材10上,再调节另一调节组件21的卡条2113卡入齿条212的位置并将该调节组件21的固定板2112固定在另一板材10上。
对于标准的模块板11而言,模块板11有规范的安装孔,因而角度连接件20固定于模块板11上的位置是一定的,在进行直角、斜角固定时,可选择板材固定件211卡在齿条212上的位置来控制板材10之间的间距,同时,还可以选择两组调节组件21的齿条212之间的连接角度来控制板材10之间的角度,连接齿条212的固定件可以采用螺栓。在一些实施例中,两组调节组件21的齿条212一端的侧部均设有可相互卡接配合的角度调节齿,以按照一定的角度档位进行角度调节,在其它实施例中,两齿条212一端的侧部也可以采用平面连接的结构,以实现任意角度的调节。
步骤S3,如图8所示,提供边条30,在结构板14的边缘安装边条30,边条30的一边具有卡接部111,边条30上的卡接部111可与模块板11上的卡接部111卡接。
在本实施中,角度连接件20的齿条212的齿距(每个齿调整的间距)、模块板11的厚度、以及边条30的宽度(除去卡接部111的宽度)均设为一个单位。
如图9和图10所示,提供两块组装家具的结构板14和一块组装家具的加筋板15,两块结构板14与加筋板15两两垂直连接,参照图9,若第一块结构板14靠近第二块结构板14的边缘不安装边条30,分别通过角度连接件20调节第一块结构板14和加筋板15的边缘至正好抵在第二块结构板14的表面,参照图10,若第一块结构板14靠近第二块结构板14的边缘需要安装边条30时,分别通过角度连接件20调节第一块结构板14和加筋板15的边缘距离第二块结构板14的表面一个单位,然后在第一块结构板14靠近第二块结构板14的边缘安装边条30,并在加筋板15靠近第二块结构板14的边缘安装边条30以抵紧第二块结构板14的表面,以增加板材10连接的稳定性。
如图11所示,提供两块组装家具的板材10,第一块板材10的连接结构包括分别与第一板体12中相邻模块板11固定的水平连接件131,水平连接件131为模块板11,第二块板材10垂直安装于第一块板材10一侧时,首先通过角度连接件20调节第二块板材10的边缘至正好抵在第一块板材10的水平连接件131上,然后再在第二块板材10的边缘与第一块板材10的第一板体12之间安装卡条2113,以增加板材10连接的稳定性。
步骤S4,在板材10的表面安装面板40。
本实施例中,参照图8,边条30的一侧设有平板31,安装边条30时,先将边条30与板材10边缘的卡接部111卡接,平板31贴在板材10的侧面,然后在板材10的该侧面安装面板40,使得平板31夹在模块板11与面板40之间,以防止安装好的边条30脱落。
作为一种具体的示例,参照图1和图8,面板40的背面的中部设有卡勾41,面板40的四周设有凸起42,模块板11上对应卡勾41设有插槽113,同时对应凸起42设有凹槽114,插槽113的侧壁设有卡板115,安装面板40时,先将面板40的卡勾41插入模块板11上的插槽113,再向中心滑动面板40,使得卡勾41卡入卡板115,同时凸起42嵌入凹槽114,以防止装好后的面板40发生滑移,上述面板40安装方便,与模块板11结合紧密,安装牢固。
更优地,插槽113为十字插槽113,十字插槽113各支槽的末端的内侧均设有卡板115,在模块板11的两侧安装面板40时,两侧面板40的卡勾41分别卡入两个不同的支槽,当模块板11一侧的面板40的卡钩卡入一个支槽时,能够将十字插槽113中间的位置留出来,使得模块板11另一侧的面板40的卡钩能够卡入其它支槽,进而使得模块板11的两面均可安装面板40。
综上,本发明采用模块化设计,可随意组装成各种形状、尺寸的如茶几、衣柜、桌子、凳子等家具,且可拆卸重复利用,随意调节。

Claims (10)
- 一种可拆卸重复安装模块化家具的组装方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:步骤S1,提供不同规格、不同尺寸的模块板,各模块板的边缘设有可相互拼合的卡接部,将模块板拼接成板材,拼接板材时,先将模块板拼接成第一板体,相邻模块板之间通过卡接部卡接,然后在第一板体的一侧第一板体的至少一侧安装连接结构,以将相邻模块板固定连接形成一个整体;步骤S2,将拼接好的板材作为结构板组装成家具的形状,各结构板之间通过角度连接件固定;步骤S3,提供边条,在结构板的边缘安装边条,所述边条的一边具有卡接部,边条上的卡接部可与模块板上的卡接部卡接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸重复安装模块化家具的组装方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2与步骤S3之间还包括步骤S21:拼接好的板材作为加筋板,将加筋板垂直安装于结构板的下侧,加筋板与结构板之间通过角度连接件固定。
- 根据权利要求2所述的可拆卸重复安装模块化家具的组装方法,其特征在于,所述角度连接件包括两组调节组件,每组所述调节组件均包括板材固定件和齿条,所述板材固定件包括U形部和设于U形部开口端两侧的固定板,所述齿条可嵌入U形部,且U形部内设有可与所述齿条卡接配合的卡条,两组调节组件的齿条的一端通过固定件固定在一起,所述固定板用于固定于板材;角度连接件安装的步骤为:先通过固定件将两组调节组件的齿条按照两块板材的设定角度组装在一起,然后调节一调节组件的卡条卡入齿条的位置并将该调节组件的固定板固定在一板材上,再调节另一调节组件的卡条卡入齿条的位置并将该调节组件的固定板固定在另一板材上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的可拆卸重复安装模块化家具的组装方法,其特征在于,设定齿条的齿距和边条的宽度均为一个单位,提供两块组装家具的所述结构板和一块组装家具的所述加筋板,两块结构板与加筋板两两垂直连接,若第一块结构板靠近第二块结构板的边缘不安装边条,分别通过角度连接件调节第一块结构板和加筋板的边缘至正好抵在第二块结构板的表面,若第一块结构板靠近第二块结构板的边缘需要安装边条时,分别通过角度连接件调节第一块结构板和加筋板的边缘距离第二块结构板的表面一个单位,然后在第一块结构板靠近第二块结构板的边缘安装边条,并在加筋板靠近第二块结构板的边缘安装边条以抵紧第二块结构板的表面。
- 根据权利要求3所述的可拆卸重复安装模块化家具的组装方法,其特征在于,设定模块板的厚度和边条的宽度均为一个单位,第一块板材的连接结构包括分别与第一板体中相邻模块板固定的水平连接件,所述水平连接件为模块板,第二块板材垂直安装于第一块板材一侧时,首先通过角度连接件调节第二块板材的边缘至正好抵在第一块板材的水平连接件上,然后再在第二块板材的边缘与第一块板材的第一板体之间安装卡条。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸重复安装模块化家具的组装方法,其特征在于,所述模块板上设有至少两个叠加安装孔,所述叠加安装孔两端均分别设有螺帽沉槽和螺丝头沉槽,三层以上模块板叠加时,首先在第一块模块板的第一个叠加安装孔的螺帽沉槽中安装螺母,再将第二块模块板盖在上面将螺母夹在中间,然后通过穿过第二个叠加安装孔的螺丝将两块模块板固定在一起,然后继续将第三块模块板盖在两层的模块板上并从第一个叠加安装孔拧入螺丝固定,若需要继续叠加,则需要先在第三块模块板的第二个叠加安装孔的螺帽沉槽内安装螺母,用于安装固定第四块模块板的螺丝,以此类推,不断叠加模块板增加厚度。
- 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的可拆卸重复安装模块化家具的组装方法,其特征在于,还包括步骤S4,在板材的表面安装面板。
- 根据权利要求7所述的可拆卸重复安装模块化家具的组装方法,其特征在于,所述边条的一侧设有平板,安装边条时,先将边条与板材边缘的卡接部卡接,平板贴在板材的侧面,然后在板材的该侧面安装面板,使得平板夹在模块板与面板之间。
- 根据权利要求7所述的可拆卸重复安装模块化家具的组装方法,其特征在于,所述面板的背面的中部设有卡勾,面板的四周设有凸起,模块板上对应所述卡勾设有插槽,同时对应所述凸起设有凹槽,所述插槽的侧壁设有卡板,安装面板时,先将面板的卡勾插入模块板上的插槽,再向中心滑动面板,使得卡勾卡入卡板,同时所述凸起嵌入所述凹槽。
- 根据权利要求9所述的可拆卸重复安装模块化家具的组装方法,其特征在于,所述插槽为十字插槽,所述十字插槽各支槽的末端的内侧均设有卡板,在模块板的两侧安装面板时,两侧面板的卡勾分别卡入两个不同的支槽。
