其中,连接体8的外侧固定连接有抵压环10,抵压环10的内壁上对称插设有活动轴33,活动轴33远离抵压环10的一端固定连接有接触片34,活动轴33上套接有弹簧35,弹簧35的一端与接触片34固定连接,另一端与抵压环10固定连接,接触片34在弹簧35的弹力作用下实现与刺绣工作机组9外壁相抵的作用,该作用力用于实现对于刺绣工作机组9的稳定作用,刺绣工作机组9在动力作用下转动的时候可能发生震动等问题,机架1的下端转动安装有多个滚轮27,刺绣底座2的两侧对称转动连接有限位轴25,机架1上固定安装有与限位轴25对应的卡块26,限位轴25的一端与卡块26卡接,滚轮27可以实现整个机架1的移动作用,当机架1移动至刺绣底座2正上方的时候,转动限位轴25并且将其与卡块26刚好卡接,则说明机架1相对刺绣底座2放置的位置正确,限位轴25和卡块26具有位置矫正的作用。
本发明中,使用者使用该装置时,布料从输入支撑杆13上端的收卷辊23释放,经过下压板15的上方最终被固定在输出支撑杆14上端的收卷辊23上,使用者在显示器5上输入需要绣出的图案,各个气缸20通过驱动端带动伸缩轴19伸缩移动,上压板17将布料压在下压板15上的凹槽16上,两个调节辊21相互配合,从而将布料拉紧固定在刺绣底座2上,第一电机6通过驱动端驱动丝杆螺杆4转动,将连接体8移动到布料相应位置的上方其中刺绣工作机组9均为现有技术,在此不做详细解释,丝杆螺杆4带动连接体8移动的时候,滑板7在框架3上滑动能够分担连接体8和刺绣工作机组9的重量,从而便于连接体8的移动,丝杆螺母30螺纹套接在丝杆螺杆4上,丝杆螺杆4的转动能够带动丝杆螺母30的移动,丝杆螺母30带动连接体8移动,当需要改变刺绣图案纹理的时候,第三电机32通过驱动端带动刺绣工作机组9转动,刺绣工作机组9为长矩形结构,刺绣工作机组9的转动能够实现刺绣横向图案以及纹理的表现;
机架1与刺绣底座2之间可以相互分离,则使用者完全可以在其他可以刺绣的平台上进行操作,相应布料的尺寸均将不受限制,使用者则可以在非标准的操作平台上进行操作,从而方便使用者使用,便于适应不同环境的需要。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种方便使用的纺织加工用纺织刺绣机,包括刺绣底座(2)和机架(1),其特征在于,所述刺绣底座(2)上安装有压紧机构,所述压紧机构的一侧安装有输入支撑杆(13),所述压紧机构的另一侧安装有输出支撑杆(14),所述输入支撑杆(13)和输出支撑杆(14)均固定连接在刺绣底座(2)上,所述输入支撑杆(13)和输出支撑杆(14)的上端均转动安装有收卷辊(23),所述输入支撑杆(13)和输出支撑杆(14)的一侧固定安装有第二电机(24),两个所述第二电机(24)的驱动端分别与两个收卷辊(23)的一端固定连接,所述机架(1)上开设有框架(3),所述框架(3)内转动安装有丝杆螺杆(4),所述机架(1)上固定安装有第一电机(6),所述第一电机(6)的驱动端与丝杆螺杆(4)固定连接,所述丝杆螺杆(4)上滑动安装有操作机构,所述机架(1)的一侧安装有显示器(5),所述压紧机构包括一对下压板(15)和一对上压板(17),两个所述上压板(17)的一侧分别对称固定连接有一对固定块(18),所述刺绣底座(2)上固定安装有与固定块(18)对应的调节辊(21),每个所述调节辊(21)上均固定安装有气缸(20),所述气缸(20)的驱动端固定连接有伸缩轴(19),所述伸缩轴(19)远离气缸(20)的一端与固定块(18)固定连接,两个所述下压板(15)上均开设有凹槽(16),两个所述上压板(17)分别与两个凹槽(16)卡接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种方便使用的纺织加工用纺织刺绣机,其特征在于,所述上压板(17)和下压板(15)的表面光滑且边缘有光滑倒角,所述上压板(17)的两端还设置有卡槽,所述卡槽与下压板(15)卡接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种方便使用的纺织加工用纺织刺绣机,其特征在于,所述操作机构包括滑板(7)、连接体(8)、刺绣工作机组(9)和操作杆(11),所述连接体(8)固定安装在滑板(7)的下方,所述刺绣工作机组(9)转动连接在连接体(8)的下方,所述操作杆(11)固定连接在刺绣工作机组(9)的下端,所述操作杆(11)的下端还卡接有刺绣针(12),所述滑板(7)的两侧对称安装有一对滑轮(28),所述滑轮(28)上开设有滚槽(29),所述滑轮(28)与框架(3)的边缘滚动连接,所述滚槽(29)与框架(3)的边缘卡接,所述连接体(8)内固定安装有丝杆螺母(30),所述丝杆螺母(30)螺纹套接在丝杆螺杆(4)上,所述连接体(8)内安装有第三电机(32),所述第三电机(32)的驱动端与刺绣工作机组(9)固定连接,所述刺绣工作机组(9)与连接体(8)的转动连接处设置有轴承(31),所述刺绣工作机组(9)为长矩形结构,所述操作杆(11)设置在矩形结构的一端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种方便使用的纺织加工用纺织刺绣机,其特征在于,所述连接体(8)的外侧固定连接有抵压环(10),所述抵压环(10)的内壁上对称插设有活动轴(33),所述活动轴(33)远离抵压环(10)的一端固定连接有接触片(34),所述活动轴(33)上套接有弹簧(35),所述弹簧(35)的一端与接触片(34)固定连接,另一端与抵压环(10)固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种方便使用的纺织加工用纺织刺绣机,其特征在于,所述机架(1)的下端转动安装有多个滚轮(27),所述刺绣底座(2)的两侧对称转动连接有限位轴(25),所述机架(1)上固定安装有与限位轴(25)对应的卡块(26),所述限位轴(25)的一端与卡块(26)卡接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种方便使用的纺织加工用纺织刺绣机,其特征在于,所述刺绣底座(2)的两侧对称固定连接有固定支撑杆(22),两个所述固定支撑杆(22)的上端均转动安装有调节辊(21)。
