Description
The present invention relates to a surface polishing apparatus for a steel sheet, and more particularly, to a surface polishing apparatus for a steel sheet used for polishing the surface of a steel sheet.
If a scratch pattern such as a fine hairline is formed on the surface of a metal plate such as a stainless steel plate, a luxurious decorative effect can be obtained while maintaining the inherent luster of the metal, and an anti-fingerprint effect, that is, a handprint prevention effect can be obtained. The hairline processing method is widely used as a surface processing method of a metal plate such as a stainless steel plate.
In the conventional apparatus for forming a hairline on such a metal plate, an abrasive belt or abrasive pad wound with sandpaper on a coiled steel plate continuously released from a coil or a steel plate cut to a predetermined length is supplied or transported. The hairline is formed by forming scratches on the metal plate while rotating or reciprocating along the direction. However, since this conventional hairline forming apparatus forms a hairline along the longitudinal direction of the supplied coiled steel sheet or the steel sheet cut to a predetermined length, it is difficult to form a hairline along the transverse direction of the coiled steel sheet or steel sheet. did.
Therefore, conventionally, products of a longitudinal hairline pattern in which stripes are formed along the longitudinal direction of a coil or sheet have been mainly supplied, and a transverse hairline pattern in which stripes are formed along the transverse direction of a steel plate on a coil or sheet is automatically produced. A compact and efficient device formed by
In particular, an efficient and compact device capable of forming a hairline in the transverse direction for both a metal plate continuously released from a coiled steel plate and a steel plate sheet cut to a predetermined length and supplied has not been known yet. Therefore, the conventional hairline products mainly consist of hairline products having a longitudinal stripe pattern, and horizontal hairline products giving a new and novel aesthetic cannot be mass-produced.
In addition, since the conventional hairline forming apparatus generally has a structure in which one polishing belt or a polishing pad is installed in one device unit, a plurality of types of hairlines having different thicknesses of hairline scratches are formed on a single metal plate. In order to form a hairline with a complex pattern, it is necessary to arrange and process a plurality of hairline forming apparatuses in order to form the hairline, and thus a plurality of hairline apparatuses are required.

Here, a first fixing bolt 126c for fixing the position of the first moving member 226a is provided on the first guide blade 226b located in front of the polishing plate 222 among the first guide blades 226b. is concluded

A second long hole 222b is formed in a longitudinal direction on the upper front center of the polishing plate 222 , and a second moving member 227a is coupled to the second long hole 222b to be movable.
The vertical roller 227 is rotatably coupled to the front of the second moving member 227a.
In addition, second guide blades 227b extending in both directions of the second long hole 222b are formed in the second moving member 227a in the front-rear direction of the polishing plate 222 .
Here, a second fixing bolt 127c for fixing the position of the second moving member 227a is provided to a second guide blade 227b located in front of the polishing plate 222 among the second guide blades 227b. is concluded
At this time, the end of the second fixing bolt 127c presses the front of the polishing plate 222 according to the degree of fastening to fix the second moving member 227a.
Accordingly, the positions of the horizontal roller 226 and the vertical roller 227 may be adjusted.
Meanwhile, the length of the lowermost end of the abrasive belt 228 is adjusted according to the positions of the horizontal rollers 226 and the vertical rollers 227 .
Specifically, the lowermost length of the abrasive belt 228 becomes shorter when the horizontal roller 226 moves in one direction and becomes longer when the horizontal roller 226 moves in the other direction.
At this time, the vertical roller 227 moves upward when the horizontal roller 226 moves in one direction so as to constantly maintain the tension of the abrasive belt 228 according to the vertical movement, and moves downward when moving in the other direction. is moved to
Here, since the contact surface of the abrasive belt 228 with the steel plate 10 varies according to the rotation angle of the grinding means, the length of the lowermost end is preferably adjusted to correspond thereto.
For example, when the rotation angle of the grinding means 220 is 45 degrees, since the grinding means 220 is positioned in an oblique direction with the transfer belt 113, the grinding means 220 is in contact with the transfer belt 113 at a rotation angle of 0 degrees. larger than the area.
Therefore, it is preferable to adjust the length of the lowermost end of the polishing belt 228 according to the rotation angle of the polishing means 220 so that the area in contact with the conveying belt 113 is the same.
Here, when the grinding means 220 is positioned in a direction perpendicular to the conveying belt 113, the rotation angle is 0 degrees, and the contact surface of the abrasive belt 228 is relatively short.
Accordingly, the polishing belt 228 provides an optimal polishing area by adjusting the length of the lowermost end through the horizontal roller 226 and the vertical roller 227 according to the rotation angle of the polishing means 220 .
With this configuration, the polishing means 220 can grind not only the hairline in the horizontal direction on the steel plate 10 but also the hairline in the oblique direction between 0 and 45 degrees according to the rotation.
According to the steel plate surface polishing apparatus according to the present invention, since the grinding means is rotatably coupled to the conveyor, it is possible to obtain the effect of grinding various patterns on the surface of the steel plate by adjusting the grinding angle through the rotation of the grinding means.
