Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé pour détecter une personne de maintenance (106) dans une zone (204) d'un équipement de flux de personnes (206). Le procédé comprend : définir (402) une limite virtuelle autour de la zone de l'équipement de flux de personnes ; recevoir (404) des informations de position d'un dispositif mobile (104) porté par la personne de maintenance (106) ; détecter (406) une entrée de la personne de maintenance dans la limite virtuelle sur la base des informations de position reçues ; et générer (408) au moins un signal de commande comprenant des informations représentant la détection de l'entrée de la personne de maintenance (106) dans la zone (204) de l'équipement de flux de personnes (206) vers une entité de surveillance à distance (102). L'invention concerne également un système (100) pour détecter une personne de maintenance (106) dans une zone d'un équipement de flux de personnes (206) et un programme informatique (525) et un support lisible par ordinateur.
