本发明提供一种患者信息需求认证及传输设备,所述设备包括蓝牙模块、运算模块以及网络模块。蓝牙模块用以接收来自一外部行动装置的信息需求信号,信息需求信号包括认证数据及需求项目,信息需求信号还通过运算模块及网络模块传送至一服务器,其中,服务器确认认证数据是否通过认证,若通过认证,则服务器发送一信息提供信号,信息提供信号包括符合需求项目的数据,网络模块还用以通过网络接收信息提供信号,且信息提供信号还通过运算模块及蓝牙模块传送至行动装置。

Description

患者信息需求认证及传输设备 技术领域
本发明是有关于一种患者信息需求认证及传输设备,尤指一种应用于医疗或照护的患者信息需求认证及传输设备。
背景技术
对于因医疗或照护需求而留驻在医疗或照护场所的患者而言,患者本人或其家属有权利得知检查、诊断或治疗等患者相关信息。一般而言,在现有技术中这些患者相关信息均须至护理站申请纸本纪录或光盘等电子档案。
然而,此一流程不仅打扰护理工作流程,还需后续将纸本纪录另行电子化,并没有真的融入到智慧医疗情境中。因此,如何能提供一种电子化且适应智能医疗环境的患者信息需求认证及传输设备,遂成为业界亟待解决的课题。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的问题,本发明提供一种患者信息需求认证及传输设备,所述设备包括蓝牙模块、运算模块以及网络模块。
蓝牙模块用以接收来自一外部行动装置的信息需求信号,信息需求信号包括认证数据及需求项目;运算模块用以通过蓝牙模块接收信息需求信号;以及网络模块用以通过运算模块接收信息需求信号,并通过网络将信息需求信号传送至一外部服务器,其中,服务器确认认证数据是否通过认证,若通过认证,则服务器 发送一信息提供信号,信息提供信号包括符合需求项目的数据,网络模块还用以通过网络接收信息提供信号,且信息提供信号还通过运算模块及蓝牙模块传送至行动装置。
在一实施例中,若服务器确认认证数据未通过认证,则服务器发送一拒绝接入信息,网络模块还用以通过网络接收拒绝接入信息,且拒绝接入信息还通过运算模块及蓝牙模块传送至行动装置。
在一实施例中,网络模块是通过有线方式或无线方式与网络连接。
在一实施例中,认证数据包括用户信息或患者信息。
在一实施例中,需求项目包括医嘱、定时量测的生命征象、用药信息、医学影像数据、手术排程、复健情况或卫教信息。
在一实施例中,服务器还用以依据信息需求信号,产生一使用记录。
在一实施例中,行动装置还包括一信息需求app(应用程序),信息需求app用以输入信息需求信号,或是用以呈现信息提供信号。
在一实施例中,蓝牙模块所允许与行动装置的连线范围仅限于一病房内或一病床周边。
相较于现有技术,本发明的患者信息需求认证及传输设备通过蓝牙模块与行动装置通信,另一方面通过网络模块与服务器通信,运算模块则居中控制蓝牙模块及网络模块。因此用户可藉由行动装置提出信息需求信号,经过服务器确认通过认证后同样藉由行动装置取得信息提供信号,此操作过程不需要额外人力处理信息需求的申请,能方便迅速地取得患者相关信息并藉由行动装置以电子化的方式呈现,符合智慧医疗环境的需求,充分解决了现有技术中所具有的缺点。

在一实施例中,蓝牙模块10用以接收来自一外部行动装置2的信息需求信号,信息需求信号包括认证数据及需求项目。使用者(例如患者或其家属)以手机或平板电脑等行动装置2输入认证数据及需求项目,并通过蓝牙连线将信息需求信号发送至本发明的患者信息需求认证及传输设备的蓝牙模块10。
在一实施例中,运算模块11用以通过蓝牙模块10接收信息需求信号。运算模块11主要用以协调控制蓝牙模块10以及网络模块12,运行通信协议以便与其他系统联系。
在一实施例中,网络模块12用以通过运算模块11接收信息需求信号,并通过网络将信息需求信号传送至一外部服务器3,服务器3可例如是设置于医院或照护场所的服务器。服务器3用以储存患者的相关信息,且患者或其家属可预先向服务器3注册登记身分,并取得识别ID或密码等等的认证资料。
在一实施例中,服务器3确认认证数据是否通过认证,若通过认证,则服务器3发送一信息提供信号,信息提供信号包括符合需求项目的数据,网络模块12还用以通过网络接收信息提供信号,且信息提供信号还通过运算模块11及蓝牙模块10传送至行动装置2。用户可通过行动装置2检视这些患者的相关信息, 并可直接利用行动装置2的网络功能做进一步检索、分享等等,相当便利。
在一实施例中,若服务器3确认认证数据未通过认证,则服务器3发送一拒绝接入信息,网络模块12还用以通过网络接收拒绝接入信息,且拒绝接入信息还通过运算模块11及蓝牙模块10传送至行动装置2。用户需要输入正确的认证数据才能取得患者的相关信息,以确保隐私。
在一实施例中,网络模块12是通过有线方式或无线方式与网络连接。
在一实施例中,认证数据包括用户信息或患者信息,举例来说,可包括姓名、出生年月日、身分证字号或识别ID等等,但不以此为限。
在一实施例中,需求项目包括医嘱、定时量测的生命征象、用药信息、医学影像数据、手术排程、复健情况或卫教信息等患者的相关医疗或照护信息,但不以此为限。

S1.通过行动装置输入信息需求信号,信息需求信号包括认证数据及需求项目。
S2.通过一蓝牙模块接收信息需求信号。
S3.通过一运算模块及一网络模块将信息需求信号传送至一服务器。
S4.通过服务器确认认证数据是否通过认证,若通过认证,则执行步骤S5;若未通过认证,则执行步骤S8。
S5.通过服务器依据信息需求信号产生一使用记录。
S6.通过服务器发送一信息提供信号至网络模块,信息提供信号包括符合需求项目的数据。
S7.通过运算模块及蓝牙模块将信息提供信号传送至行动装置。
S8.通过服务器依据信息需求信号产生一使用记录。
S9.通过服务器发送一拒绝接入信息至网络模块。
S10.通过运算模块及蓝牙模块将拒绝接入信息传送至行动装置。
本发明的患者信息需求认证及传输方法可藉由本发明的患者信息需求认证及传输设备来执行。
综上所述,本发明的患者信息需求认证及传输设备通过蓝牙模块与行动装置通信,另一方面通过网络模块与服务器通信,运算模块则居中控制蓝牙模块及网络模块。因此用户可藉由行动装置提出信息需求信号,经过服务器确认通过认证后同样藉由行动装置取得信息提供信号,此操作过程不需要额外人力处理信息需 求的申请,能方便迅速地取得患者相关信息并藉由行动装置以电子化的方式呈现,符合智慧医疗环境的需求,充分解决了现有技术中所具有的缺点。

  1. 一种患者信息需求认证及传输设备,其特征在于,所述患者信息需求认证及传输设备包括:
    蓝牙模块,用以接收来自一外部行动装置的信息需求信号,所述信息需求信号包括认证数据及需求项目;
    运算模块,用以通过所述蓝牙模块接收所述信息需求信号;以及
    网络模块,用以通过所述运算模块接收所述信息需求信号,并通过网络将所述信息需求信号传送至一外部服务器;
    其中,所述服务器确认所述认证数据是否通过认证,若通过认证,则所述服务器发送一信息提供信号,所述信息提供信号包括符合所述需求项目的数据,所述网络模块还用以通过网络接收所述信息提供信号,且所述信息提供信号还通过所述运算模块及所述蓝牙模块传送至所述行动装置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的患者信息需求认证及传输设备,其特征在于,若所述服务器确认所述认证数据未通过认证,则所述服务器发送一拒绝接入信息,所述网络模块还用以通过网络接收所述拒绝接入信息,且所述拒绝接入信息还通过所述运算模块及所述蓝牙模块传送至所述行动装置。
