Abstract
本发明公开了一种人工心脏瓣膜,包括支架、垫片、瓣叶、缝合膜、缝合线;所述支架为多层网状结构,所述支架包括血流流入端和血流流出端,用于撑接原心脏瓣膜处;所述垫片设置于支架的血流流出端;所述瓣叶设置于支架血流流出端的内部,用于替换原心脏瓣膜;所述缝合膜设置于支架血流流入端的内外侧,用于防止瓣周漏;所述支架设有缝合孔;所述瓣叶穿过缝合孔与垫片缝合,通过缝合膜将支架、瓣叶用缝合线缝合形成人工心脏瓣膜结构。本发明有较强的径向支撑力,可以减少病人血液反流的症状,且不易引起房室传导阻滞;较高的缝合孔减少了瓣膜的高度,减少了植入物材料;以及可以防止术后瓣周漏的问题。
