Detailed Description of the Invention
In this detailed description, the lift (10) of the invention have been described in a manner not forming any restrictive effect and only for purpose of better understanding of the matter.
Figure 1 shows use of the lift (10) embodiment of the invention on a building (40). The lift (10) embodiment of the invention has functioning on entirely mechanical systems allowing its use even in case of power cuts during emergency cases. The lift (10) basically comprises a cabin (20) and a reel (11) moving said cabin (20) between floors along building (40) height and a steel conveying rope (12) shown in figure 10 in details. Said steel conveying rope (12) is wound around reels (11) provided in peripheral of building (40) and functions to carry lift (10) cabin (20). When lift (10) cabin (20) is not in use, that is, idle, it is kept at the top floor of the building (40). Suspension of cabin (20) at the top floor of the building is provided by weight chassis (counter-weight). Said weight chassis is heavier that cabin (20) and thus provides suspension of cabin (20) at the top floor when idle. Down movement of lift (10) cabin (20) is conducted in two cases. In the first one, when the cabin (20) is in idle position, it moves to floors in between. In the second case, when people go into the cabin (20), cabin weight increases and weigh of weight chassis is exceeded.
Figures 2 and 3 show front and side general views of cabin (20), cabin body (21) with people inside, a cabin top bottom (211) covering said cabin body (21) from top and a lower bottom (212) covering from bottom. Connection parts (213) are provided in said cabin upper bottom (211) and cabin lower bottom (212). A cabin pulling platform (22) is provided on cabin lower bottom (212). Said cabin pulling platform (22) shown in details in Figures 4 and 5 comprise two pulling levers (221) ended mutually and a rope connection part (222) connected between said cabin pulling levers (221). Cabin pulling platform (22) is connected to said connection parts (213) by platform fixing plates (223) shown in details in Figure 11 through cabin pulling levers (221). Thus connection of cabin pulling platform (22) with cabin lower bottom (212) is provided and force applied during motion of cabin (20) makes one direction effect. A cabin pulling rope (24) winding around said rope connection part (222) is connected to cabin pulling platform (22). Also a moving bottom (23) is provided on cabin lower bottom (212). Said moving bottom (23) is connected to bottom connection levers (231) on both ends.
Cabin upper bottom (211) and cabin lower bottom (212) have speed limiters (30) provided facing each on both sides. Said speed limiters (30) shown in details in figures 6 and 7 comprise bottom lifting springs (31), spring casing sheet (311) connected to said bottom lifting springs (31), Spring loading discharging lever (32), flat gears (33), circular half circle gears (34), gear inner fixing apparatus (35) surrounding said flat gears (33) and circular gears (34) and gear outer fixing apparatus (36), gear sport driving lever(37), gear long driving lever (38) and a lever connection sheet (381) connecting said gear long driving lever (38) to speed limier (30) and also increasing strength of the structure. Cabin pulling levers (221) are connected to said gear short driving levers (37) of speed limiters (30) under cabin (20) from ends at idle. Said bottom connection levers (231) transmit the weight occurring when getting into cabin (20) to speed limiters (30). Bottom connection levers (231) are connected to said gear short driving levers (38) of speed limiters (30) under cabin (20).
Speed limiters (30) on cabin upper bottom (211) and cabin lower bottom (212) are interconnected by load transmission levers (25) seen in figure 8 and extending on both sides of the cabin (20) and fine load transmission lever (26) shown in figure 9. Said load transmission levers (25) transmit down movement of moving bottom (23) to speed limiter
(30) on top of cabin (20). Said fine load transmission lever (26) provides force transmission of lower and upper speed limiters (30) between gear short driving levers (37). Bottom lifting springs (31) provides up movement of moving bottom (23) when there is no load while cabin (20) is discharged. Spring casing sheet (311) provides that springs
(31) remain at desired resistance during conduct of speed adjustment of speed limiters (30). Spring loading-discharging lever (32) conveys the force taken from load transmission lever (25) to speed limiter (30) on top.
Circular half circle gears (34) comprise 2 half circle gears and steel conveying rope (12) passes between said two half circle form gears (34). Circular half circle gears (34) take force from flat gears (33) and transmit this force to steel conveying rope (12) in circular force form. Gear inner fixing apparatus (35) and gear outer fixing apparatus (36) surround gears (33, 34) and prevent movements in undesired directions against applied forces.
Pulling lift (10) cabin (20) from middle floors to other floors while having no load and stopping basically is provided by cabin pulling platform (22) and speed limiters (30) providing limitation of speed mechanically. Cabin pulling rope (24) provides movement of cabin pulling platform (22). Thus cabin pulling levers (221) are moved and movement of cabin pulling levers (221) is transmitted to gear short driving levers (37) of speed limiters (30) in the bottom. The force is transmitted to speed limiters (30) in the top by means of load transmission levers (26). Thus free falling of cabin (30) during down movement is prevented and movement of speed limiters (30) and cabin (20) at fixed speed is provided. Use of lift (10) cabin (20) for evacuation operation is provided by moving bottom (23) and speed limiters (30). When cabin (20) is empty, moving bottom (23) stays at a position above cabin lower bottom (212). Also following evacuation of cabin (20), bottom lifting springs (31) provide lifting of moving bottom (23). This up position of moving bottom (23) eliminates load applying status of bottom connection levers (231) and load in bottom lifting springs (31) is discharged. This case provides deactivation of speed limiters (30). Filling of cabin (20) provides formation of load on moving bottom (23) and moving bottom (23) moves down by means of this load and compresses bottom lifting springs (31) and applies force onto gear long driving lever (38). Flat gears (33) release under effect of the force and force applied by bottom lifting springs (31) are transmitted to the flat gears (33). Flat gears (33) transmit force to circular half circle gears (34). Circular gears (34) rotate under effect of force affecting them. Movement of moving bottom (23) is transmitted to speed limiters (30) in the top by spring loading-discharging levers (32). Upon rotation of circular half circle gears (34), steel conveying rope (12) also rotates and cabin (20) conducts movement on steel conveying ropes (12). Movement speed of cabin (20) may vary subject to drive angle, rope diameter and number of circular gear (34).
