Description

一种男性生殖器的锻炼装置及锻炼方法 技术领域
本发明涉及用于锻炼阴茎、使之增大的装置及锻炼方法。
背景技术
本专利涉及的发明并不违法社会公德,中国国家药监局明确发文将阴茎增大器械列为三类医疗器械进行管理:https://www.nmpa.gov.cn/directory/web/nmpa/xxgk/fgwj/gzwj/gzwjylqx/20160701163101826.html阴茎是男性泌尿和生殖系统的重要器官,健康的阴茎不仅可以完成正常的生理功能,同时也对增强男性自信心有重要的作用。研究表明,中国男性阴茎在疲软状态下平均长度为8cm,勃起后平均为11-16cm,如果疲软状态下小于5cm,而勃起时小于8cm,就属于阴茎短小。阴茎短小会造成夫妻家庭关系不和谐,对男性的心理造成极大的压力。
目前解决阴茎短小的方法有阴茎延长手术、阴茎锻炼器械等技术。阴茎延长手术的效果并不理想,而且容易伤害阴茎的组织结构,严重会造成性功能丧失。
本人在2010年申请过申请号为201010216927.0的专利,该专利涉及的器械在阴茎表面往复滑动,造成无用的摩擦,会把阴茎包皮拉长、阴茎由于反复摩擦变黑,还会造成包皮严重水肿、阴茎皮肤毛囊炎、囊肿、增长速度比较慢等各种问题。
上述实际使用中的问题,促使本人不得不思考研发新的结构来解决这些问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于阴茎的锻炼装置及配套装置,解决现有器械的问题,提供比现有阴茎锻炼器更好的设备和锻炼阴茎的方法,让阴茎增大的效果更好,也可以解决阴茎短小患者的阴茎短小问题。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种锻炼阴茎的方法,它通过给阴茎施加外力进行锻炼使其增大,其特征是:在靠近阴茎根部的施力点施加沿阴茎径向的压力、沿阴茎轴向的作用力(从阴茎前端看是拉力,从阴茎根部向前看是推力),同时还在施力点前方(也就是靠近龟头的方向)给阴茎施加径向的压力。
优选地,在阴茎周围设置加力装置,上述施力点前方的径向压力是由该加力装置施加的。
优选地,所述的加力装置可以是弹性材料制成的弹性套。
为了改进上述方案,在阴茎周围设置防胀装置,所述的施力点前方的径向压力是阴茎膨胀后防胀装置施加给阴茎的反作用力。
为了改进上述方案,所述的在施力点前方给阴茎施加径向的压力可随时间变化。
提供一种男性生殖器的锻炼装置,通过给阴茎施加外力进行锻炼,它由可套在阴茎根部的卡紧装置和可置于阴茎前端的防胀装置组成,所述的卡紧装置至少由可向阴茎轴心移动的卡紧零部件构成,在使用时,套在阴茎根部的卡紧装置可对阴茎施加沿阴茎径向的压力和指向龟头方向的作用力;所述的防胀装置由可置于阴茎周围的零部件组成,可用于阻碍阴茎产生径向膨胀(尤其是阻碍阴茎勃起后的进一步膨胀)。平移的零件、转动的零件都可以向轴心移动,环形的气囊、液囊向内部膨胀,也属于向轴心移动,它们都可以作为卡紧零部件。卡紧装置的卡紧零件向阴茎轴心移动后,即可产生对阴茎的径向压力,从而将血液封闭在阴茎前端。
优选地,它带有径向锁止装置,可用于固定卡紧零部件在阴茎半径方向上的相对位置。对于流体囊(气囊或液囊)来说,锁止装置可以是阀门。
这里所说的阴茎半径方向是指和阴茎轴心垂直的方向,在阴茎的轴心上任一位置做一个和阴茎轴心垂直的横截面时,所得截面是一个近似的圆形,所以称之为径向。
优选地,它带有轴向锁止装置,可用于固定卡紧装置和阴茎的轴向(阴茎轴心方向)的相对位置。
优选地,卡紧装置移动后,卡紧装置被轴向锁止装置固定,靠阴茎自身的回弹力产生指向龟头方向的作用力。
优选地,卡紧装置可带有手动部件,所述的指向龟头方向的作用力由人手施加的力作用于手动部件产生。
优选地,它带有驱动装置,卡紧装置由驱动装置驱动,使卡紧装置可沿阴茎轴向移动,从而产生指向龟头方向的作用力。
上述的手动部件是驱动装置的一种。
优选地,驱动装置由电机和传动机构组成。
所述传动机构可以是任何可以实现移动的机械装置(具体可参考机械原理教科书)。
使用电机时,锁止装置可以是电机自带的自锁装置,也可以是另外单独设立的锁止装置。
所述驱动装置也可以是由电磁铁驱动的机械运动装置。
优选地,所述的防胀装置包含具有弹性的管状部件(管的直径可变或固定不变,管 的截面不一定是圆形,只要整体呈管状即可)。
优选地,所述的防胀装置由多个可向阴茎轴心移动的零部件构成。
优选地,在锻炼时,上述可向中心移动的零部件固定不动。
优选地,在锻炼时,上述可向中心移动的零部件对阴茎维持有弹性力。

优选地,所述的固定装置是魔术贴。也可以是类似卡扣、带扣、扎带、束带扣的结构,或机械行业、服装箱包行业常用的锁扣结构。
优选地,它带有压力传感器,用户可设定需要的压力或压强目标值,当压力传感器测到的数值小于或等于和目标值相关的第一目标数值时,卡紧装置向龟头方向移动,直到压力传感器测到的数值大于或等于和目标值相关的第二目标数值。
所述的锁止装置可以是手动控制的,也可以是电动控制的。如电磁铁控制的止动销和孔、槽配合形成锁止装置。手动控制的销、拨叉和孔、槽配合形成锁止机构。
优选地,锁止装置带有弹性零件。
优选地,为了便于阴茎沿着轴向膨胀,在防胀装置内部增加光滑的柔性材料,如避孕套,在柔性材料和阴茎之间涂抹润滑油,便于阴茎轴向膨胀伸缩。
其它类似结构可以参考机械教科书和相关技术资料。
提供一种男性生殖器的锻炼装置,通过给阴茎施加外力进行锻炼,它由可套在阴茎根部的卡紧装置、轴向驱动装置、可置于阴茎前端的桶型流体囊、流体充压装置、控制装置等组成;轴向驱动装置和卡紧装置连接,可以给卡紧装置施加沿阴茎轴向的作用力;流体充压装置可给桶型流体囊充入流体;控制装置可以控制流体充放装置。
所述的轴向驱动装置可以是手可以推动的手动部件,也可以是电机或电磁铁控制的 机电驱动装置。
优选地,卡紧装置带有径向锁止装置。
优选地,卡紧装置带有轴向锁止装置。
所述的流体充压装置可以是气泵或液体泵。所述的流体可以是气体,也可以是液体。
上述的桶型是指轴心部位中空的、没有桶底的类似圆柱壁面的形状,圆柱壁面内是可以容纳流体的空腔。当然,有桶底的一样也属于桶型。
本发明还提供一种用于阴茎锻炼的防胀装置,它由可置于阴茎周围的防胀零部件组成,在锻炼阴茎时,所述的防胀零部件可以阻碍阴茎的径向膨胀。
优选地,所述的防胀零部件是具有弹性的管状部件(管的直径可变或固定不变,管的截面不一定是圆形,只要整体呈管状即可)。
优选地,所述的防胀装置由多个可向中心移动的防胀零部件构成。
优选地,在锻炼时,上述可向中心移动的防胀零部件固定不动。
优选地,在锻炼时,上述可向中心移动的防胀零部件和弹簧连接(直接或间接地),从而对阴茎维持弹性力。

所述防胀装置可以是上述任一种防胀装置。
压力传感器可以被置于阴茎和上述防胀装置之间,也可以被置于其它可以测量到和阴茎所受的压力相关数据的位置。
优选地,它还配有液晶屏,可显示压力或压强的数值。
优选地,它带有无线通讯装置,用于和手机无线连接、通讯,可在手机上显示压力或压强数值。
优选地,所述的无线通讯装置是蓝牙装置。
优点:采用本发明的装置和方法锻炼阴茎,卡紧装置在阴茎杆上移动的距离可以很短即可起到很好的效果(一般移动距离在1厘米以内即可达到很好的效果),因此可以避免现有技术的很多缺点,比如包皮水肿、包皮淤血、马眼出血、阴茎皮肤毛囊炎、囊肿、包皮变长等问题,而且阴茎的增长速度更快、增长效果更好。有了阴茎测压装置,用户可以更好地掌握锻炼力度,避免锻炼中因为力度过大造成的损伤。

具体实施方式
实施例1是本发明的一种实施方式。在图1~9所示的实施例中:两个支架杆2、6和两个丝杠4、5,一端安装于底座1上,另外一端安装于顶盖9上。卡紧装置3安装于丝杠4、5上。卡紧装置的底座15上有螺纹,和丝杠4、5上的螺纹配合。气囊装配体7被置于顶盖9的套筒内。定位销19底部有弹簧,平时是处于弹出状态。如需将气囊装配体7取下,则按下定位销19即可使之离开顶盖9上的导向槽。
如图3、4:滑杆16上有齿槽,底座15上的两个孔出口处有卡齿,卡齿可以卡进滑杆16上的齿槽内,从而阻止滑杆16滑出底座15的孔,它们构成径向锁止装置。需要松开的时候,只需按住底座上的两个卡齿上的两个拨叉,就可以松开滑杆16。为了防止阴茎表皮被夹入滑杆16和底座15之间的间隙,可以在阴茎上的这个部位套上一层软胶保护套。
图5所示的堵头由两个零件构成:带有定位销的滑套172被安装于底座17的套筒内,定位销则和套筒上的槽配合定位。这种结构可以使堵头的长度可变。堵头在滑轨20上的位置也可调。因此堵头留在气囊内的长度可调。
气囊22被安装于气囊外壳221内部,在气囊充气时,气囊外壳的圆柱面、气囊外壳两侧的端盖18、21可以阻止气囊向外膨胀,因此气囊只能向气囊外壳221的中心轴膨胀。 为了防止气囊两端向外膨胀,气囊靠近端盖的两端的壁厚应厚于气囊中部的壁厚。
使用时,先刺激阴茎勃起(也可以是勃起不充分的半勃起或疲软),抹上润滑油,戴上安全套,然后把阴茎穿过底座1中心的大孔,并穿过卡紧装置3的中心孔,阴茎前端进入气囊装配体7内的气囊中心孔。底座1抵紧阴茎根部的耻骨。步进电机13转动,带动齿轮11转动,齿轮11带动齿轮10、齿轮12转动。齿轮10、12分别带动丝杠4、5转动。底座15上有两个螺纹孔和丝杠4、5配合,丝杠4、5转动则可使卡紧装置3沿着阴茎轴心前后移动。通过控制装置驱动步进电机转动,先使卡紧装置3移到阴茎根部附近。用手将卡紧装置3上的滑杆16压入底座15的孔内,夹紧阴茎根部,使血液被封闭在阴茎前端。通过控制装置,控制充气装置,使气囊装配体7内的气囊充气,从四周裹紧阴茎前端。然后通过控制装置使卡紧装置3向阴茎龟头方向移动,从而加大阴茎前端血液的压力,使阴茎前端膨胀,步进电机自锁(也就是说,锁止装置是步进电机自带的),从而保持对阴茎前端的加压膨胀状态。一般经过10分钟的加压锻炼后,松开卡紧装置3,使阴茎恢复血液循环几分钟,在休息时可用远红外设备进行理疗。然后再重复上述步骤,进行下一组加压锻炼。
步进电机13、丝杠4、丝杠5和带螺纹的底座15构成轴向锁止装置。
可在气囊内部和阴茎接触的位置设置压力传感器(当然也可以在其它位置,如阴茎前端、气囊与外壳之间等位置),测量阴茎表面的压强数值,并显示于液晶屏14之上,以便用户掌握锻炼的力度大小。
也可以通过无线技术(如wifi、红外线、蓝牙等等)使用户的手机和该设备的控制电路连接,从而使用手机软件控制该设备的运行。
用户可以设置需要的锻炼压强(或压力)数值,由系统自动维持压强(或压力):当压力传感器检测到压强小于一定数值的时候(因为会有血液从阴茎根部流回体内,所以阴茎前端压强会变小),控制装置驱动步进电机,使卡紧装置向龟头方向移动,即可使压力变大,当压强达到一定数值时,步进电机停止驱动。
气囊装配体7可以在底座9的套筒内移动,从而调整和阴茎的相对位置。
当用户的阴茎比较短时,气囊装配体7靠近龟头的前端可能会没有阴茎去填充气囊中间的空间,此时可以将堵头8安装于气囊装配体7的气囊外壳221上的滑轨20上(见图6)。
可以在设备上增加远红外配件,使之可以用远红外线对阴茎进行理疗。
本实施例中,气囊装配体7即为防胀装置的流体囊。
也可以采用液体替换气体。
当气囊装配体7的轴向长度比较短时,它这种结构就可以作为卡紧装置使用。
为了方便用户使用,可在顶盖9上设置挂钩,连接绳带,绳带另外一端挂于用户脖子上或其它位置。
为了适应不同尺寸的阴茎,可在丝杠上设置一个和丝杠配合的支架,支架可以在丝杠上往复移动,不同尺寸的卡紧装置都可以安装于该支架。
滑杆16、底座1构成径向锁止装置。步进电机13、丝杠4、丝杠5和带螺纹的底座15构成轴向锁止装置。丝杠和底座之间的螺纹副本身之间有摩擦力,也可以单独构成自锁止装置。
底座1、支架杆2、支架杆6、顶盖9固定在一起,形成了一个机架,丝杠4、丝杠5、齿轮10、齿轮11、齿轮12、步进电机13组成了驱动机构,驱动机构安装于机架,可驱动卡紧装置3移动。
它还带有防胀装置(气囊装配体7),卡紧装置3可卡紧阴茎,防胀装置可套在阴茎周围。
它带有可向内(阴茎轴心)膨胀的中空的圆柱形流体囊。并配有流体充放装置。可配有阀门开关。流体囊外部可有硬质外壳。
实施例2是本发明配套的防胀装置的一种实施方式。顶盖24可被安装于底座23上。阴茎可被置于它们形成的孔内。顶盖24可以在底座23的孔内移动,因此可以适应尺寸不同的阴茎。底座23和顶盖24之间可以通过弹簧连接(这里为了作图方便省略没画),也可以固定连接。通过弹簧连接的时候,则可以给阴茎施加弹力。而固定连接时,施加给膨胀的阴茎的作用力则是反作用力。
当底座23、顶盖24的轴向长度比较短时,也可以作为卡紧装置的一种实施方式。
图13所示的实施例3是本发明配套的防胀装置的另外一种实施方式。魔术贴25、27分别被缝制于基层布料26的正反面。在阴茎勃起后,可以将它裹在阴茎周围,魔术贴25、27粘在一起,从而阻止阴茎的径向膨胀。由于每个人的阴茎长度不同。本实施例所述的防胀套可以和实施例1配合使用,一部分由本实施例的防胀套固定,另外一部分由实施例1内的气囊固定。
图14所示的实施例4是本发明配套的防胀装置的另外一种实施方式。弹性套筒28由乳胶制成,可套在勃起的阴茎周围,阻止阴茎的径向膨胀。
图15所示的实施例5是本发明配套的防胀装置的另外一种实施方式。弹性套筒29由乳胶制成,可套在勃起的阴茎周围,阻止阴茎的径向膨胀。该弹性套筒由两段不同直径的圆 柱面构成,细的一端可以套在阴茎干周围,粗的一端可以套在龟头周围。
图16所示的实施例6是一种用于测量锻炼阴茎时阴茎的压力的阴茎测压装置。顶盖30上的两个定位销插入底座34上的两个孔内,因此顶盖30可以相对于底座34的中心轴移动,因此可以夹紧阴茎。压力传感器32被安装于顶盖30上。电池33可为液晶屏31、控制装置、压力传感器32使用时,阴茎穿过顶盖30、底座34形成的中心孔。将顶盖30、底座34压紧固定于阴茎周围,即可在液晶屏显示测得的压力或压强数值。为了作图方便,这里省略了顶盖30、底座34之间的锁止结构(可以参考图4及现有机械行业常见的锁止结构)、控制装置、电线等常用装置。
图19所示的实施例7是本发明防胀装置的另外一种实施方式。
气囊35安装于外壳38内部,气泵36和气囊35通过导管37连接。气囊35和活塞缸40通过导管39连接。
和图8所示的气囊装配体的区别是:为避免气泵36的噪声,在气囊35上连接了一个单独的活塞机构(由活塞41和活塞缸40组成),以减少使用时气泵的噪音。调整活塞41的行程(可通过调整活塞41的初始位置实现)就可以控制活塞增加的最大压力。调整活塞41的运动频率就可以调整阴茎所受气囊压力的变化频率。
活塞41可以由电机通过传动机构驱动,也可以由推拉式电磁铁直接驱动。
使用时,先用气泵36给气囊35充气。然后驱动活塞41在活塞缸40里移动,就可以改变气囊35施加在阴茎上的压力。
为了作图方便,这里省略了气阀(手动或者电动)、充气装置、控制零部件、控制电路、电线、电源(可以用蓄电池、干电池、直插电源等常用电源)等常见的属于普通业内人员都可以完成的配套零部件,但不代表没有这些装置。
本文所述部件、组件、零部件、构件等词汇,对其所含的零件数量、关系没有特殊的限制或特别的定义、含义,不局限于机械教科书的概念。本文所述的设备、仪器、装置等概念,对其所含零部件数量、复杂程度并无特别要求,不受教科书概念所限制。

  1. 一种锻炼阴茎的方法,它通过给阴茎施加外力进行锻炼使其增大,其特征是:在靠近阴茎根部的施力点施加沿阴茎径向的压力、沿阴茎轴向的作用力,同时还在施力点前方给阴茎施加径向的压力。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的锻炼阴茎方法,其特征是:在阴茎周围设置加力装置,所述施力点前方的径向压力是由该加力装置施加的。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的锻炼阴茎的方法,其特征是:所述的加力装置可以是弹性材料制成的弹性套。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的锻炼阴茎的方法,其特征是:在阴茎周围设置防胀装置,所述的施力点前方的径向压力是阴茎膨胀后防胀装置施加给阴茎的反作用力。
  5. 根据权利要求1、2所述的任一锻炼阴茎的方法,其特征是:所述的在施力点前方给阴茎施加径向的压力可随时间变化。
  6. 一种男性生殖器的锻炼装置,通过给阴茎施加外力进行锻炼,其特征是:它由可套在阴茎根部的卡紧装置和可置于阴茎前端的防胀装置组成,所述的卡紧装置至少由可向阴茎轴心移动的卡紧零部件构成,在使用时,套在阴茎根部的卡紧装置可对阴茎施加沿阴茎径向的压力和指向龟头方向的作用力;所述的防胀装置由可置于阴茎周围的零部件组成,可用于阻碍阴茎产生径向膨胀。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的男性生殖器的锻炼装置,其特征是:它带有径向锁止装置,可用于固定卡紧零部件在阴茎半径方向上的相对位置。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的男性生殖器的锻炼装置,其特征是:卡紧装置带有手动部件,所述的指向龟头方向的作用力由人手施加的力作用于手动部件产生。
