本发明实施例中,在移动终端的预定状态下进行通话,并弹出通话窗后,还同时开启移动终端的三维手势识别功能,也即可以开启移动终端的前置摄像功能,并实时获取图像,分析实时图像中的手势。
步骤S12:在识别到预设三维手势后,显示包括针对所述来电请求的第一预设功能选项的第二通话窗。
本发明实施例中,在移动终端中可以设置有识别三维手势的算法或应用程序,例如可以在移动终端中设置有识别三维手势的应用程序,在预定状态下进行通话,并弹出通话窗后启动,在接收到手势图像后与预设三维手势进行对比。在确定当前三维手势即为预设三维手势时,则展开通话窗的第二通话窗,该第二通话窗中设置有多个通话功能的按键,用户可以通过点击按键实现各种通话功能,例如切换至蓝牙通话,进行拨号等通话功能,而该第二通话窗只有在识别到预设三维手势后才会展开,因此降低对用户其他操作的影响。
本发明实施例中,响应于所述预设按键区中按键的点击,执行按键相应的通话功能。也即,用户通过点击预设按键区中的按键,移动终端即可执行按键相应的通话功能,其中,该第二通话窗的各按键可以由用户来自行设置,例如用户可以在第二通话窗设置有添加按键进行三方通话,以及模式切换按键进行通话模式的切换等,这里不做限定。
本发明实施例的通话窗控制方法,在预设状态中利用通话窗进行通话控制时,可以通过通话窗的第二通话窗进行多种通话功能的选择操作,无需用户切换至通话应用界面,从而简化用户的操作方式,并且可以通过手势识别展开第二通话窗,进一步简化操作,提高用户的体验度。例如,在车载模式下,通过通话窗以及第二通话窗可使车载通话状态下的通话功能不再受到局限,提高用户体验。
本发明提供一种通话窗控制方法,该通话窗控制方法包括:在系统处于预定状态预设模式接到来电请求后,显示第一通话窗,开启三维手势识别功能;在识别到预设三维手势后,显示包括针对所述来电请求的第一预设功能选项的第二通话窗。本发明的通话窗控制方法,在预设状态中利用通话窗进行通话控制时,可以通过第二通话窗的预设功能选项进行多种通话功能的选择操作,无需用户切换至通话应用界面,从而简化用户的操作方式,并且可以通过手势识别展开预设功能选项,进一步简化操作,提高用户的体验度。
图2是本发明实施例1提供的另一种通话窗控制方法的流程图,该方法还包括如下步骤。
步骤S13:响应于所述第一预设功能选项的点击,显示包括第二预设功能选项的第三通话窗。
本发明实施例中,在用户点击第二通话窗中的功能选项后,还可以显示包括第二预设功能选项的第三通话窗,其中,第二预设功能选项即为第一预设功能选项的子选项,例如,用户在第二通话窗中点击切换选项后,将显示包括蓝牙、免提以及话筒三种选项的第三通话窗。在第二通话窗的功能选项中,点击拥有子选项的功能选项后才会显示相应的第三通话窗,否则直接执行第二通话窗的功能选项。
步骤S14:在经过第一预设时间并无功能选项操作后,关闭所述第二通话窗及所述第三通话窗。
本发明实施例中,在无选项操作一段时间后,移动终端可以自动关闭第二通话窗以及第三通话窗,以避免第二通话窗以及第三通话窗对终端中其他应用画面的遮挡,从而提高用户的体验度。
图3是本发明实施例1提供的移动终端中一种通话窗的结构示意图,图中301为移动终端显示画面,300为第一通话窗,310为第二通话窗,311、312、313以及314分别为第二通话窗中的按键,320为第三通话窗,321、322、323以及324分别为第二通话窗中的按键。其中,上述第一通话窗300、第二通话窗310、第二通话窗320以及各种按键的形状以及位置关系只是其中一种实施方式,具体还有其它实施方式这里不做限定。
实施例2
图4是本发明实施例2提供的一种通话窗控制方法的流程图,该方法包括如下步骤。
步骤S41:在系统处于预定状态预设模式接到来电请求后,显示第一通话窗,开启三维手势识别功能。
此步骤与上述步骤S11一致,在此不再赘述。
步骤S42:在识别到预设三维手势后,显示包括针对所述来电请求的第一预设功能选项的第二通话窗。
此步骤与上述步骤S12一致,在此不再赘述。
步骤S43:响应于所述第二通话窗中蓝牙按键的点击,切换当前通话模式至蓝牙模式。
图5是本发明实施例2提供的一种悬浮窗的结构示意图,图中501为移动终端显示画面,500为第一通话窗,510为第二通话窗,511为蓝牙按键。其中,上述通话窗500、第二通话窗510以及蓝牙按键511的形状以及位置关系只是其中一种实施方式,具体还有其它实施方式这里不做限定。
本发明实施例中,例如在车载模式下用户旁边有人时不方便直接免提接 听来电,这时则可通过手势展开第二通话窗510,并按下蓝牙按键511,以便用户选择蓝牙来接听来电,提高用户体验度。
图6是本发明实施例2提供的另一种通话窗控制方法的流程图,该方法还包括如下步骤:
步骤S44:响应于所述第二通话窗中添加按键的点击,显示包括拨号键盘和/或预设联系人的所述第三通话窗。
步骤S45:响应于所述第三通话窗中拨号键盘的点击,进行相应拨号号码的拨号,或响应于所述拨号键盘区域中预设联系人的点击,进行预设联系人的拨号。
图7是本发明实施例2提供的另一种通话窗的结构示意图,图中701为移动终端显示画面,700为第一通话窗,710为第二通话窗,711为添加按键,712为第三通话窗,713为拨号号码按键。其中,上述第一通话窗700、第二通话窗710、第三通话窗712以及各种按键的形状以及位置关系只是其中一种实施方式,具体还有其它实施方式这里不做限定。
本发明实施例中,例如在车载模式,用户无需切换到传统的界面进行拨号,可通过手势展开第二通话窗710,并按下添加按键711,移动终端则显示包括有拨号键盘的第三通话窗712,以及拨号键盘中的各拨号号码按键713,以便用户点击拨号号码按键713进行拨号,提高用户体验度。或者第三通话窗712中直接显示预设的联系人按键,在点击预设的联系人按键后进行预设联系人的拨号。
实施例3
图8是本发明实施例3提供的一种通话窗控制方法的流程图,该方法包括如下步骤。
步骤S81:在系统处于预定状态预设模式接到来电请求后,显示第一通 话窗,开启三维手势识别功能。
此步骤与上述步骤S11一致,在此不再赘述。
步骤S82:在识别到预设三维手势后,显示包括针对所述来电请求的第一预设功能选项的第二通话窗。
此步骤与上述步骤S12一致,在此不再赘述。
步骤S83:在当前通话中有新进呼叫时,在所述第一通话窗中进行所述新进呼叫的提示,并在所述第二通话窗中显示切换通话按键。
步骤S84:响应于所述切换通话按键的点击,切换当前通话至所述新进呼叫并进行通话。
本发明实施例中,例如用户在通过第一通话窗进行当前的通话控制时,有新进的来电,这时可以在第一通话窗中进行新进来电的提示,如可以显示来电者的姓名,并且第一通话窗中心图片可以进行立体旋转或渐进渐出显示。而用户通过手势显示第二通话窗后,可以在第二通话窗中显示切换通话按键,其中,该切换通话按键在未有新进来电时可以隐藏。在用户点击切换通话按键后可以中断当前通话,切换至新的通话,从而提高用户体验度。
实施例4
图9是本发明实施例3提供的一种通话窗控制装置的结构示意图。
该通话窗控制装置900包括以下模块。
手势功能开启模块910,用于在系统处于预定状态预设模式接到来电请求后,显示第一通话窗,开启三维手势识别功能。
通话窗显示模块920,用于在识别到预设三维手势后,显示包括针对所述来电请求的第一预设功能选项的第二通话窗。
本发明实施例中,上述各个模块更加详细的功能描述可以参考前述实施例中相应部分的内容,在此不再赘述。
此外,本发明还提供了一种移动终端,该移动终端可以包括智能电话、 平板电脑、车载电脑、智能穿戴设备等。该移动终端包括存储器和处理器,存储器可用于存储计算机程序,处理器通过运行所述计算机程序,从而使移动终端执行上述方法或者上述通话窗控制装置中的各个模块的功能。
存储器可包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据移动终端的使用所创建的数据(比如音频数据、电话本等)等。此外,存储器可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。
本实施例还提供了一种可读存储介质,用于储存上述移动终端中使用的计算机程序。
此外,本实施例还提供了一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非暂态计算机可读存储介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行上述任意方法实施例中的方法。

所述功能如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是智能手机、个人计算机、服务器、或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应所述以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种通话窗控制方法,其中,包括:
    在系统处于预定状态预设模式接到来电请求后,显示第一通话窗,开启三维手势识别功能;
    在识别到预设三维手势后,显示包括针对所述来电请求的第一预设功能选项的第二通话窗。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的通话窗控制方法,其中,还包括:
    响应于所述第一预设功能选项的点击,显示包括第二预设功能选项的第三通话窗。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的通话窗控制方法,其中,还包括:
    响应于所述第二通话窗中蓝牙按键的点击,切换当前通话模式至蓝牙模式。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的通话窗控制方法,其中,所述“响应于所述第一预设功能选项的点击,显示包括第二预设功能选项的第三通话窗”包括:
    响应于所述第二通话窗中添加按键的点击,显示包括拨号键盘和/或预设联系人的所述第三通话窗;
    响应于所述第三通话窗中拨号键盘的点击,进行相应拨号号码的拨号,或响应于所述拨号键盘区域中预设联系人的点击,进行预设联系人的拨号。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的通话窗控制方法,其中,还包括:
    在当前通话中有新进呼叫时,在所述第一通话窗中进行所述新进呼叫的提示,并在所述第二通话窗中显示切换通话按键。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的通话窗控制方法,其中,还包括:
    响应于所述切换通话按键的点击,切换当前通话至所述新进呼叫并进行通话。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的通话窗控制方法,其中,所述预定状态包括车载模式。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的通话窗控制方法,其中,还包括:
    在经过第一预设时间并无功能选项操作后,关闭所述第二通话窗及所述第三通话窗。
  9. 一种通话窗控制装置,其中,包括:
    手势功能开启模块,用于在系统处于预定状态预设模式接到来电请求后,显示第一通话窗,开启三维手势识别功能;
    通话窗显示模块,用于在识别到预设三维手势后,显示包括针对所述来电请求的第一预设功能选项的第二通话窗。
  10. 一种移动终端,其中,包括存储器以及处理器,所述存储器存储有计算机程序,所述处理器运行所述计算机程序以使所述移动终端执行根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的通话窗控制方法。
  11. 一种可读存储介质,其中,其存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序在处理器上运行时执行权利要求1至8中任一项所述的通话窗控制方法。
