Abstract
本发明之用于马桶的消毒装置含消毒机构和电路及控制系统。消毒机构是紫外消毒装置和/或臭氧发生器。电路及控制系统含线路和控制系统。本发明之用于马桶的消毒装置能设置在马桶上;控制系统接通后,紫外消毒装置和/或臭氧发生器能对马桶的内部进行消毒杀菌。本发明之马桶含本发明之用于马桶的消毒装置。本发明之用于马桶的消毒装置能同时设置在马桶的马桶盖内侧、坐垫内侧或下侧、马桶座内侧等多个部位对本发明之马桶的内部进行杀菌消毒,从而达到切断传染病的粪口和消化道传播途径的应用目的。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于马桶的消毒装置以及带消毒装置的马桶。
随着人们科学技术水平的进步,对于很多传染性疾病的传染途径有了更明确的认识。粪口和消化道传播成为很多传染性疾病的传染途径。
目前排泄物的最普遍的处理方式是通过抽水马桶冲入下水道后集中处理。而目前市面上的抽水马桶虽然形式各异,但都不具备杀菌消毒功能,无法对排泄物中的细菌和病毒进行灭活和清除,容易造成粪口和消化道传播。尤其是当细菌或病毒在管道内形成气溶胶状态时,一旦地漏水密封出现疏漏,气溶胶就会从地漏等处排出进入室内,对室内空气进行污染,造成疾病的快速传播。
因此,在流行病高发期,现有的抽水马桶很可能成为室内环境的污染源,因此,需要对现有的马桶进行改进。
发明内容
本发明之用于马桶的消毒装置通过紫外和/或臭氧的设计,当马桶盖关闭时,能对马桶内部进行紫外和/或臭氧杀菌、消毒,对排泄物中的细菌和病毒进行杀菌和灭活,阻断粪口和消化道传播,防止下水管道中的带细菌或病毒的气溶胶的形成,居家使用非常安全、卫生。
本发明之用于马桶的消毒装置,其特征在于:所述用于马桶的消毒装置10含消毒机构4和电路及控制系统5;
A、所述消毒机构4是紫外消毒装置41和/或臭氧发生器42;
B、所述电路及控制系统5含线路51和控制系统52;所述线路51可连接电源9,所述控制系统52能控制所述消毒机构4的工作状态;
C、所述用于马桶的消毒装置10能设置在马桶100上;所述控制系统52接通后,所述紫外消毒装置41和/或臭氧发生器42能对所述马桶100的内部进行消毒杀菌。
所述消毒机构4可以根据需要单独设置所述紫外消毒装置41或所述臭氧发生器42,也可以同时设置所述紫外消毒装置41和所述臭氧发生器42。
所述控制系统52接通后,所述消毒机构4开始工作,所述紫外消毒装置41产生的紫外线对所述马桶100的内部空间以及排泄物进行紫外杀菌和消毒。或所述臭氧发生器42产生臭氧,臭氧弥漫在所述马桶100的内部,对所述马桶100的内部空间以及排泄物进行臭氧杀菌和消毒。
所述控制系统52含安全控制开关52-1,只有所述安全控制开关52-1接通时,所述紫外消毒装置41和/或臭氧发生器42才能工作,对所述马桶100进行杀菌消毒。因为紫外线杀菌消毒是利用适当波长的紫外线来破坏微生物机体细胞中的DNA(脱氧核糖核酸)或RNA(核糖核酸)的分子结构造成生长性细胞死亡和/或再生性细胞死亡,达到杀菌消毒的效果。而臭氧通常需要30分钟后才能完全分解,因此,在杀菌的同时如果不做防护,可能会对人体造成一定的意外伤害。因此,只有当确认所述马桶100的杀菌消毒是安全状态时再接通所述安全控制开关52-1,所述紫外消毒装置41和/或臭氧发生器42才能工作,实际应用中更加卫生、方便。
所述安全控制开关52-1是磁控开关52-11。只要所述马桶盖1关上,所述磁控开关52-11即可自动闭合,实际应用非常方便。
所述安全控制开关52-1是机械式触碰开关52-12。所述机械式碰触开关52-12需要一定的外力才能闭合,实际应用中可以更好地确保所述马桶100得到封闭。
申请人在此只详细列举了上述2种具体的控制开关结构,实际应用中,本领域的技术人员可以根据需要设计出不同的控制开关结构,申请人在此不一一举例说明,但都不脱离本申请的保护范围。
所述用于马桶的消毒装置10还含警示装置8。所述警示装置8可以在杀菌消毒的过程中提供明显的警示信息,防止杀菌消毒过程中,意外开启所述马桶100。
所述警示装置8是声音警示装置81、或灯光警示装置82。申请人在此只列举了声音和灯光两种警示方式,实际应用中,本领域的技术人员可以根据需要设计出不同的警示装置,申请人在此不一一举例说明,但都不脱离本申请的保护范围。
所述电源9是电池91或电池组92或外接电源。所述电池91或电池组92可以内置在所述用于马桶的消毒装置10内,不需要外接电源,使用非常方便。如果采取外接电源的模式,所述于马桶的消毒装置10就可以获得稳定的电源供给,不会由于电量耗尽而造成所述 于马桶的消毒装置10无法工作,工作过程更加稳定。
本发明之马桶上设置有所述用于马桶的消毒装置10。所述用于马桶的消毒装置10可以对所述马桶100内部进行杀菌、消毒。
所述马桶100含马桶盖1、坐垫2、马桶座3、水箱101和排水管道102。所述水箱101中蓄积的水可以对所述马桶座3内部进行冲洗,并经所述排水管道102排入下水管道内。
所述用于马桶的消毒装置10通过粘贴方式、或凹凸卡配合方式、或过盈配合方式设置在所述马桶100上。所述用于马桶的消毒装置10可以通过上述方式可拆卸或不可拆卸地安装在所述马桶100上。实际应用中,所述用于马桶的消毒装置10也可以集成制造在所述马桶100上。
所述用于马桶的消毒装置10能设置在所述马桶100的马桶盖1内侧、和/或坐垫2内侧或下侧、和/或马桶座3内侧。
所述用于马桶的消毒装置10能同时设置在所述马桶100的多个部位对所述马桶100的内部进行杀菌消毒。
本发明之用于马桶的消毒装置可以设置在所述马桶100内的各个部位,或多点设置,可以对所述马桶100内部各个角落进行杀菌消毒。
所述用于马桶的消毒装置10的安全控制开关52-1设置在所述马桶盖1或所述坐垫2上;只有当所述马桶盖1关闭时,所述安全控制开关52-1才能接通,所述用于马桶的消毒装置10的消毒机构4才能启动;所述马桶盖1关闭状态下能封闭所述消毒机构4产生的紫外线或臭氧。
所述安全控制开关52-1可以是所述磁控开关52-11,也可以是所述机械式触碰开关52-12。将所述安全控制开关52-1直接设置在所述马桶盖1或所述坐垫2上,当所述马桶盖1关闭时,所述安全控制开关即可52-1接通,可以非常好地保证所述马桶盖1关闭的状态下才接通所述消毒机构4。
所述马桶100还安装有加热装置6,所述加热装置6能对所述马桶100的内部进行加热。所述加热装置6可以对所述马桶100的内部空间进行升温,对病毒进行二次灭活,进一步增强杀菌消毒效果。而且,所述加热装置6升温后,可以快速分解所述马桶100内残余的臭氧,防止所述臭氧污染空气。
所述马桶100还安装有臭氧灭菌机构,臭氧灭菌机构产生的臭氧能对所述马桶100的内部进行杀菌消毒。所述用于马桶的消毒装置10只设有所述紫外消毒装置41时,所述马桶100可以选择单独设置独立的臭氧灭菌机构,对所述马桶100的内部进行臭氧杀菌消毒。
实际应用中,在传染病高发期时,上完厕所后,关闭所述马桶盖1,所述安全控制开关52-1接通,所述消毒机构4工作,对排泄物进行杀菌消毒,消毒完毕后,冲洗所述马桶100,冲洗完毕后再次开启所述用于马桶的消毒装置10,对所述马桶100进行二次杀菌消毒,确保切断传染病的粪口和消化道传播途径。在非传染病高发期,每日可定时利用所述用于马桶的消毒装置10对所述马桶100内部进行杀菌消毒,保持日常卫生。如所述马桶100设有所述加热装置6,在所述消毒机构4工作完毕或工作后期,可以开启所述加热装置6对所述马桶100的内部进行升温,对病毒进行二次灭活,同时加速消毒过程中残余的臭氧的分解。
本发明之用于马桶的消毒装置10含消毒机构4和电路及控制系统5。所述消毒机构4是紫外消毒装置41和/或臭氧发生器42。所述电路及控制系统5含线路51和控制系统52。所述用于马桶的消毒装置10能设置在马桶100上;所述控制系统52接通后,所述紫外消毒装置41和/或臭氧发生器42能对所述马桶100的内部进行消毒杀菌。本发明之马桶含本发明之用于马桶的消毒装置。所述用于马桶的消毒装置10能同时设置在所述马桶100的马桶盖1内侧、坐垫2内侧或下侧、马桶座3内侧等多个部位对所述马桶100的内部进行杀菌消毒,从而达到切断传染病的粪口和消化道传播途径的应用目的。

实施例1:本发明之用于马桶的消毒装置
参考图1至图1-2,本实施例之用于马桶的消毒装置含消毒机构4和电路及控制系统5。
所述消毒机构4是紫外消毒装置41和/或臭氧发生器42。所述消毒机构4可以根据需要单独设置所述紫外消毒装置41或所述臭氧发生器42,也可以同时设置所述紫外消毒装置41和所述臭氧发生器42。
参考图1和图1-2,本实施例中,所述消毒机构4同时设有所述紫外消毒装置41和所述臭氧发生器42,所消毒机构4工作时,所述紫外消毒装置41产生的紫外线对所述马桶100的内部空间以及排泄物进行紫外杀菌和消毒;所述臭氧发生器42产生的臭氧经臭氧排气口排入所述马桶100的内部,臭氧弥漫在所述马桶100的内部,对所述马桶100的内部空间以及排泄物进行臭氧杀菌和消毒。
所述电路及控制系统5含线路51和控制系统52;所述线路51可连接电源9,所述控制系统52能控制所述消毒机构4的工作状态。
本实施例中,所述控制系统52含安全控制开关52-1,只有所述安全控制开关52-1接通时,所述控制系统52接通,所述紫外消毒装置41和/或臭氧发生器42才能工作,对所述马桶100进行杀菌消毒。因为紫外线杀菌消毒是利用适当波长的紫外线来破坏微生物机体细胞中的DNA(脱氧核糖核酸)或RNA(核糖核酸)的分子结构造成生长性细胞死亡和/或再生性细胞死亡,达到杀菌消毒的效果。而臭氧通常需要30分钟后才能完全分解,因此,在杀菌的同时如果不做防护,可能会对人体造成一定的意外伤害。因此,只有当确认所述马桶100的杀菌消毒是安全状态时再接通所述安全控制开关52-1,所述紫外消毒装置41和/或臭氧发生器42才能工作,实际应用中更加卫生、方便。
参考图2和图2-1,所述安全控制开关52-1可以是磁控开关52-11。只要所述马桶盖1关上,所述磁控开关52-11即可自动闭合,实际应用非常方便。
参考图3至图3-2,所述安全控制开关52-1也可以是机械式触碰开关52-12。所述机械式碰触开关52-12需要一定的外力才能闭合,实际应用中可以更好地确保所述马桶100得到封闭。

本实施例中,所述用于马桶的消毒装置10还含警示装置8。所述警示装置8可以在杀菌消毒的过程中提供明显的警示信息,防止杀菌消毒过程中,意外开启所述马桶100。

所述马桶100含马桶盖1、坐垫2、马桶座3、水箱101和排水管道102。所述水箱101中蓄积的水可以对所述马桶座3内部进行冲洗,并经所述排水管道102排入下水管道内。
所述用于马桶的消毒装置10可以可拆卸或不可拆卸地安装在所述马桶100上。

参考图4,所述用于马桶的消毒装置10还可以设置在所述马桶座3内侧等其它部位,或同时设置在多个部位对所述马桶100进行杀菌消毒。
本实施例之马桶含所述用于马桶的消毒装置10,所述用于马桶的消毒装置10能同时设置在所述马桶100的马桶盖1内侧、坐垫2内侧或下侧、马桶座3内侧等多个部位对所述马桶100的内部进行杀菌消毒,从而达到切断传染病的粪口和消化道传播途径的应用目的。

- 根据权利要求1所述用于马桶的消毒装置,其特征在于:所述控制系统(52)含安全控制开关(52-1),只有所述安全控制开关(52-1)接通时,所述紫外消毒装置(41)和/或臭氧发生器(42)才能工作,对所述马桶(100)进行杀菌消毒。
