一种剧集经典看点的展示方法及显示设备
本申请要求在2020年02月12日提交中国专利局、申请号为202010086064.3、发明名称为“一种剧集经典看点的展示方法及显示设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及软件技术领域,特别涉及一种剧集经典看点的展示方法及显示设备。
背景技术
人们经常通过观看电视剧,来消磨时光,放松心情。但是现有的电视剧冗长,拖沓剧情的情况比较严重。用户在智能电视上观看电视剧时,经常会感觉无聊,影响用户的观影心情。
所以,本领域亟需能够观看电视剧中剧集经典看点的技术,来避免上述问题的产生。
发明内容
基于上述技术问题,本发明的发明目的在于提供一种剧集经典看点的展示方法及显示设备。
本申请实施例第一方面示出一种显示设备,包括:
显示器,用于显示显示界面,所述显示界面包括播放窗口和设置所述播放窗口上的浮层中的第一控件;
用户接口,用于接收用户输入的指令;
控制器,用于在所述播放窗口播放当前剧集时,响应于焦点位于所述第一控件位置处,控制所述显示器在所述浮层中显示名场面控件列表和第二控件,其中,所述名场面控件列表包含多个名场面控件,所述名场面控件和某一剧集中的视频片段相对应,所述第二控件能够被标记为选中状态和未选中状态;
在所述第二控件被标记为选中状态时,依次播放名场面控件列表中的名场面控件对应的视频片段;
在所述第二控件被标记为未选中状态时,响应于选中所述名场面控件列表中的一个名场面控件的操作,则控制所述显示器在所述播放窗口中开始播放被选中的所述名场面控件对应的视频片段,以及播放所述被选中的名场面控件对应的视频片段所在剧集的后续视频。

图1中示例性示出了根据实施例中显示设备与控制装置之间操作场景的示意图。如图1所示,用户可通过控制装置100来操作显示设备200。
其中,控制装置100可以是遥控器100A,包括红外协议通信或蓝牙协议通信,及其他短距离通信方式等,通过无线或其他有线方式来控制显示设备200。用户可以通过遥控器上按键、语音输入、控制面板输入等输入用户指令,来控制显示设备200。如:用户可以通过遥控器上音量加减键、频道控制键、上/下/左/右的移动按键、语音输入按键、菜单键、开关机按键等输入相应控制指令,来实现控制显示设备200的功能。
控制装置100也可以是智能设备,如移动终端100B、平板电脑、计算机、笔记本电脑等。例如,使用在智能设备上运行的应用程序控制显示设备200。该应用程序可以在与智能设备关联的屏幕上通过直观的用户界面(UI)为用户提供各种控制。
示例的,移动终端100B可与显示设备200安装软件应用,通过网络通信协议实现连接通信,实现一对一控制操作的和数据通信的目的。如:可以使移动终端100B与显示设备200建立控制指令协议,将遥控控制键盘同步到移动终端100B上,通过控制移动终端100B上用户界面,实现控制显示设备200的功能。也可以将移动终端100B上显示的音视频内容传输到显示设备200上,实现同步显示功能。

外部装置接口250,提供控制器210控制显示设备200与外部其他设备间数据传输的组件。外部装置接口250可以包括:高清多媒体接口(HDMI)端子251、复合视频消隐同步(CVBS)端子252、模拟或数字分量端子253、通用串行总线(USB)端子254、红绿蓝(RGB)端子(图中未示出)等任一个或多个。
控制器210,通过运行存储在存储器290上的各种软件控制程序(如操作系统和各种 应用程序),来控制显示设备200的工作和响应用户的操作。
如图2所示,控制器210包括随机存取存储器RAM214、只读存储器ROM213、图形处理器216、CPU处理器212、通信接口、以及通信总线。其中,RAM214和ROM213以及图形处理器216、CPU处理器212、通信接口通过总线相连接。
通信接口,可包括第一接口218-1到第n接口218-n。这些接口可以是经由网络被连接到外部设备的网络接口。
控制器210可以控制显示设备200的整体操作。例如:响应于接收到用于选择在显示器280上显示UI对象的用户命令,控制器210便可以执行与由用户命令选择的对象有关的操作。

显示器280,用于接收源自视频处理器260-1输入的图像信号,进行显示视频内容和图像以及菜单操控界面。显示器280包括用于呈现画面的显示器组件以及驱动图像显示的驱动组件。显示视频内容,可以来自调谐解调器220接收的广播信号中的视频,也可以来自通信器或外部设备接口输入的视频内容。显示器220,同时显示显示设备200中产生且用于控制显示设备200的用户操控界面UI。

在一些实施例中,如图1所示,移动终端100B或其他智能电子设备,可在安装操控显示设备200的应用之后,可以起到控制装置100类似功能。如:用户可以通过安装应用,在移动终端100B或其他智能电子设备上可提供的图形用户界面的各种功能键或虚拟按钮,以实现控制装置100实体按键的功能。
控制器110包括处理器112、RAM113和ROM114、通信接口以及通信总线。控制器110用于控制控制装置100的运行和操作,以及内部各部件之间通信协作以及外部和内部的数据处理功能。
通信器130在控制器110的控制下,实现与显示设备200之间控制信号和数据信号的通信。如:将接收到的用户输入信号发送至显示设备200上。通信器130可包括WIFI模块131、蓝牙模块132、NFC模块133等通信模块中至少一种。
用户输入/输出接口140,其中,输入接口包括麦克风141、触摸板142、传感器143、按键144等输入接口中至少一者。如:用户可以通过语音、触摸、手势、按压等动作实现用户指令输入功能,输入接口通过将接收的模拟信号转换为数字信号,以及数字信号转换为相应指令信号,发送至显示设备200。
输出接口包括将接收的用户指令发送至显示设备200的接口。在一些实施例中,可以是红外接口,也可以是射频接口。如:红外信号接口时,需要将用户输入指令按照红外控制协议转化为红外控制信号,经红外发送模块进行发送至显示设备200。再如:射频信号 接口时,需将用户输入指令转化为数字信号,然后按照射频控制信号调制协议进行调制后,由射频发送端子发送至显示设备200。
显示设备200可以是智能电视,智能电视常用于观看影视节目,由于现在的影视节目注水严重,剧情拖沓,所以使用户看影视节目时经常感到无聊,为了使用户可以集中看到剧集经典看点,即名场面或者叫精彩场面,提高用户看电视的兴趣,图4-13中示例性示出了通过操作控制装置而使显示设备提供的用户界面示意图。
显示器显示的用户界面上设置有用于进入电视剧详情页的控件,示例性的如图4所示的“甄嬛传”控件,或者是搜索界面中的影视节目控件,亦或者其他类似的入口。
在一些实施例中,当用户通过操作控制装置的上下键,将焦点移动至“甄嬛传”控件,并按压控制装置上的“ok”键(确认按键),控制器响应于该按键输入指令,使显示器提供一界面,如图5所示,该界面上显示电视剧详情界面,该界面上设置有“全屏播放”控件。在一些实施例中,也可以不经过详情界面,直接进入播放界面。
在一些实施例中,可以通过语音输入控制界面的跳转。
在一些实施例中,如图5中,当用户通过操作控制装置的上下键,将焦点移动至“全屏播放”控件,并按压控制装置上的“ok”键,控制器响应于该按键输入的全屏播放当前剧集的指令,控制显示器显示播放界面,全屏播放该剧集。
名场面是对影视节目中精彩片段的称呼,一个名场面可以对应影视节目中一个时间轴连续的片段,对应名场面的影视节目片段,可以是根据影视节目数据提前生成的视频片段,也可以使根据时间戳从影视节目数据中实时获取的时间片段。
在一些实施例中,该视频片段的显示内容和剧集视频中某一时间段的内容相同,视频片段可以是独立于剧集视频之外的独立的视频文件/视频数据,两者视频格式(分辨率,长宽比等)上可以不同也可以相同。
在一些实施例中,为了便于用户了解如何操作可以看到名场面对应的视频片段,可以控制显示器显示操作引导信息。
在一些实施例中,若存在和剧集对应的视频片段,响应于接收到控制播放窗口全屏播放当前剧集的指令,则控制显示器在播放窗口全屏播放当前剧集并在所述播放窗口上显示操作引导信息。
在一些实施例中,如果不存在和剧集对应的视频片段,则直接控制显示器在播放窗口全屏播放当前剧集不显示操作引导信息。
在一些实施例中,在接收到控制所述播放窗口全屏播放当前剧集的指令,且存在和所述剧集对应的所述视频片段时,获取显示操作引导信息的显示次数;如果所述显示次数未 达到预设显示次数,则控制显示器在播放窗口上方显示操作引导信息。本实施例中,由于操作引导信息可能已经多次显示在显示器上,用户已经了解到该操作引导信息的具体内容,所以当显示次数达到预设显示次数时,可以不再显示操作引导信息。
所述操作引导信息,例如图6所示,包括用户操作控制装置的示意图和指导用户如何操作的文字,示例性的,为“按遥控器∨下键选择“名场面”查看全剧精彩镜头”。
在一些实施例中,当用户操作遥控器按压∨下键时,发送第一指令。所述第一指令用于在播放窗口与上层显示控件列表,显示设备响应于接收到用户输入的第一指令,在所述播放窗口上的浮层中显示第一控件列表,所述第一控件列表包括第一控件和清晰度控件,所述焦点位于所述第一控件列表的一个控件中,所述焦点被配置为受控的移动。例如,如图7所示的界面,播放窗口上的浮层中显示第一控件列表,包括第一控件,即“名场面”标签对应的控件,还包括清晰度控件。清晰度控件用于在接收到触发后在显示器上显示不同分辨率的选择控件。
在一些实施例中,在所述播放窗口播放当前剧集时,响应于焦点位于所述第一控件位置处,控制所述显示器在所述浮层中显示名场面控件列表(也称之为视频片段控件列表)和第二控件,其中,所述名场面控件列表包含多个名场面控件(也称之为视频片段控件),所述名场面控件和某一剧集中的视频片段相对应,所述第二控件能够被标记为选中状态和未选中状态,所述第二控件被选中表征用户期望连续播放名场面对应的视频片段,没有被选中时表征用户仅希望播放一个名场面对应的视频片段。亦可反之。
在一些实施例中,再次参阅图7,名场面控件列表至少包括“甄嬛传滴血验亲第45集23:46”和“甄嬛此生明了了第70集23:46”两个名场面控件,所述第二控件显示为“只看名场面”标签对应的控件。
在一些实施例中,在所述第二控件被标记为选中状态时,直接依次播放名场面控件列表中的名场面控件对应的视频片段,或,在某一名场面控件被选中后,依次播放该名场面控件和被选中的名场面控件后的控件对应的视频片段;在一些实施例中,所述选中状态是指第二控件上会显示“√”的标记。
需要说明的是,当第二控件被标记为选中状态时,用户还可以选择需要观看的起始名场面控件对应的视频片段。在一些实施例中,在第二控件被标记为选中状态时,响应于接收到选中所述名场面控件列表中的第一名场面控件的操作,控制所述显示器在所述播放窗口依次播放所述第一名场面控件对应的视频片段以及所述第一名场面控件后的各名场面控件对应的视频片段。例如,参阅图7,当第二控件被标记为选中状态,用户可以控制控制器选中“甄嬛此生明了了第70集23:46”名场面控件,此时播放窗口播放“甄嬛此生明 了了第70集23:46”名场面控件对应的视频片段,以及“甄嬛此生明了了第70集23:46”名场面控件后的各名场面控件对应的视频片段。
在一些实施例中,在当第二控件被标记为选中状态时,响应与用户选中第一名场面控件,获取第一名场面控件对应的视频片段的地址以及所述第一名场面控件后的各名场面控件对应的视频片段的地址,使播放窗口结束当前视频文件的播放,并根据上述地址依次播放名场面对应的视频片段。
在一些实施例中,所述第二控件被标记为选中状态时,响应于在预设时间内未接收到对所述名场面控件列表中的任意名场面控件的选中操作,控制所述显示器在所述播放窗口从第一个名场面控件开始依次播放所述各名场面控件对应的视频片段。在一些实施例中,一部电视剧中可能多个剧集对应的视频片段,所以当用户未利用控制器选择需要观看的起始名场面控件对应的视频片段时,从该部电视剧的第一个名场面控件对应的视频片段开始播放。
在一些实施例中,当依次播放名场面控件列表中的名场面控件对应的视频片段时,焦点也会自动移动到正在播放的视频片段对应的名场面控件上,如图8所示。在一些实施例中,当显示器正在播放“甄嬛传滴血验亲第45集23:46”名场面控件对应的视频片段,此时焦点移动到“甄嬛传滴血验亲第45集23:46”控件。在一些实施例中,当显示器将所有名场面控件对应的视频片段全部播放完毕,则显示器的显示界面播放该电视剧的第一集剧集。
在一些实施例中,在所述第二控件被标记为未选中状态时,如图9所示,响应于选中所述名场面控件列表中的一个名场面控件的操作,则控制所述显示器在所述播放窗口中开始播放被选中的所述名场面控件对应的视频片段,不顺次播放所述被选中的名场面控件后续的其他名场面控件对应的视频片段。
在一些实施例中,当第二控件被标记为未选中状态时,本实施例只播放选中的名场面控件对应的视频片段,不播放该名场面控件后续的其他名场面控件对应的视频片段。
在一些实施例中,在所述第二控件被标记为未选中状态时,响应于选中所述名场面控件列表中的一个名场面控件的操作,则控制所述显示器在所述播放窗口中开始播放被选中的所述名场面控件对应的视频片段,以及播放所述被选中的名场面控件对应的视频片段所在剧集的后续视频。
在一些实施例中,当第二控件被标记为未选中状态时,本实施例在播放选中的名场面控件对应的视频片段完毕后,对该视频片段所在剧集的后续视频进行播放。
在一些实施例中,对该视频片段所在剧集的后续视频进行播放,是指按照视频片段结 束的时间点,在剧集视频中播放上述结束的时间点以后的视频数据,此时播放的视频文件从视频片段(如视频资源A)切换成了剧集视频对应的视频文件(如视频资源B)。
在一些实施例中,在剧集视频中播放上述结束的时间点以后的视频数据,是指按照时间轴对比照视频片段结束的时间点,在和照视频片段结束的时间点对应的时间轴处开始加载并播放时间维度上的后续视频。
在另一些实施例中,在所述第二控件被标记为未选中状态时,响应于选中所述第一名场面控件的操作,则控制所述显示器在所述播放窗口中开始播放被选中的所述第一名场面控件对应的视频片段,且在所述第一名场面控件对应的视频片段播放完成后,播放时间点在所述第一名场面控件对应的视频片段后的当前视频文件中的其他视频片段,所述其他视频片段不和名场面控件相对应。
在一些实施例中,在当第二控件被标记为选中状态时,响应与用户选中第一名场面控件,获取第一名场面控件对应的视频片段的地址,使播放窗口结束当前视频对应的第一视频文件的播放,并根据上述地址播放第一名场面对应的视频片段。并根据第一名场面对应的视频片段结束时的时间戳,获取第一视频文件中的时间轴上的相同时间值位置处的视频文件,以控制播放窗口在播放完第一名场面对应的视频片段。
在一些实施例中,所述第二控件被标记为选中状态,依次播放名场面控件列表中的名场面控件对应的视频片段时,如果用户通过控制装置控制焦点再次移动到第二控件,并按压“ok”键时,如图9所示,第二控件会取消“√”的标记,意味着第二控件被标记为未选中状态,控制器响应于该按键输入指令,显示器延续正在播放的名场面控件对应的视频片段,继续播放该视频片段对应的剧集。例如,显示器正在播放“果郡王喝下毒酒第72集23:46”名场面控件对应的视频片段,响应于按键输入指令,在播放完“果郡王喝下毒酒第72集23:46”名场面控件对应的视频片段后,继续播放第72集中的该视频片段后的内容。
在本申请实施例中,所示名场面控件对应的视频片段显示的界面如图10所示。
本申请实施例示出了一种显示设备,包括:控制器、用户接口和显示器;
显示器,用于显示显示界面,所述显示界面包括播放窗口和设置所述播放窗口上的浮层中的第一控件;
用户接口,用于接收用户输入的指令;
控制器,用于在存在和所述剧集对应的所述视频片段时,响应于接收控制所述播放窗口全屏播放当前剧集的指令,则控制显示器在所述播放窗口全屏播放当前剧集并在所述播放窗口上显示操作引导信息,其中,所述操作引导信息用于引导用户查看第一控件;
在不存在和所述剧集对应的所述视频片段时,响应于接收控制所述播放窗口全屏播放当前剧集的指令,则控制显示器在所述播放窗口全屏播放当前剧集并不在所述播放窗口上显示操作引导信息。
在一些实施例中,如果电视剧具有显示名场面功能,即具有视频片段,在媒资库或者能够存在和电视剧对应的视频片段时,即可在电视剧的视频数据中进行媒资属性的标识,电视剧中名场面对应的媒资属性就会由服务器下发到显示设备中。例如,参阅图4,当用户界面上显示有“甄嬛传”控件时,媒资属性已经由服务器下发到显示设备中,所述媒资属性包括电视剧ID(Identity document,唯一编码)、电视剧名称、剧集数、名场面打点时间、起点时间、终点时间和名场面标题,所述媒资属性在媒资后台可由运营对电视剧进行处理,确定名场面打点时间和名场面标题。所述电视剧ID是指示电视剧的唯一标识。虽然操作引导信息可以便于用户了解如何操作可以看到名场面,但是过多的显示操作引导信息,会造成用户的厌烦情绪,以及占用显示设备资源。所以在一些实施例中,控制器在接收控制所述播放窗口全屏播放当前剧集,且存在和所述剧集对应的所述视频片段时,获取显示操作引导信息的显示次数,所述操作引导信息用于引导用户查看第一控件;
若所述显示次数未达到预设显示次数,则控制显示器显示操作引导信息;
若所述显示次数达到所述预设显示次数,则控制显示器不显示操作引导信息。
在一些实施例中,本申请实施例中的预设显示次数可以为三次,每周显示操作引导信息的次数为一次。当显示三周后,所述操作引导信息不再显示。
本申请实施例还设置有与显示设备连接的服务器,所述服务器用于记录显示操作引导信息的次数,当显示器显示一次操作引导信息,相应的服务器中记录的显示操作引导信息的次数增加一次。在判断显示操作引导信息的次数与预设显示次数之前,显示设备可以发送请求服务器发送显示操作引导信息的次数的指令,服务器将相应的显示操作引导信息的次数发送到显示设备。在一些实施例中,控制器响应于接收到用户输入的第一指令,在所述播放窗口上的浮层中显示第一控件列表,所述第一控件列表包括第一控件和清晰度控件,所述焦点位于所述第一控件列表的一个控件中,所述焦点被配置为受控的移动。
控制器,用于在所述播放窗口播放当前剧集时,响应于焦点位于所述第一控件位置处,控制所述显示器在所述浮层中显示名场面控件列表和第二控件,其中,所述名场面控件列表包含多个名场面控件,所述名场面控件和某一剧集中的视频片段相对应,所述第二控件能够被标记为选中状态和未选中状态;
在所述第二控件被标记为选中状态时,依次播放名场面控件列表中的名场面控件对应的视频片段;
在一些实施例中,在所述第二控件被标记为选中状态时,响应于接收到选中所述名场面控件列表中的第一名场面控件的操作,控制所述显示器在所述播放窗口依次播放所述第一名场面控件对应的视频片段以及所述第一名场面控件后的各名场面控件对应的视频片段;或所述第二控件被标记为选中状态时,响应于在预设时间内未接收到对所述名场面控件列表中的任意名场面控件的选中操作,控制所述显示器在所述播放窗口从第一个名场面控件开始依次播放所述各名场面控件对应的视频片段。
在所述第二控件被标记为未选中状态时,响应于选中所述名场面控件列表中的一个名场面控件的操作,则控制所述显示器在所述播放窗口中开始播放被选中的所述名场面控件对应的视频片段,以及播放所述被选中的名场面控件对应的视频片段所在剧集的后续视频。
本申请实施例示出了另一种显示设备,包括:

控制器,用于在所述播放窗口播放当前剧集时,检测到所述第一控件被选择,控制所述显示器显示视频片段控件列表和第二控件,其中,所述视频片段控件列表包含多个视频片段控件,所述视频片段控件和某一剧集中的视频片段相对应,所述视频片段控件被配置为,在视频片段控件被选中后,使所述播放窗口播放和所述视频片段控件对应的某一剧集中的视频片段;
所述第二控件被配置为响应于用户的操作,控制所述播放窗口,在视频片段控件被选中后,是否连续播放所述视频控片段控件后面的多个其他视频片段控件对应的某一剧集中的视频片段。
需要说明的,用户对第二控件的操作包括第二控件被选中和未选中两种状态,当第二控件响应于用户的操作为被选中状态,则在某一视频片段控件被选中后,连续播放该视频片段控件对应的视频片段,以及,连续播放该视频片段控件后续的视频片段控件对应的视频片段。
当第二控件响应于用户的操作为未选中状态,则在某一视频片段被选中后,该视频片段控件对应的视频片段播放完毕后,不再播放该视频片段控件后续的视频片段控件对应的视频片段。
在一些实施例中,所述视频片段控件和当前剧集的后续剧集或当前剧集中的视频片段相对应;
所述第二控件能够被标记为选中状态和未选中状态;所述第二控件被配置为:
在所述第二控件被标记为选中状态时,使所述播放窗口依次播放所述视频片段控件列表中的多个所述视频片段控件对应的视频片段;
在所述第二控件被标记为未选中状态时,响应于选中所述视频片段控件列表中的一个视频片段控件的操作,则控制所述显示器在所述播放窗口中开始播放被选中的所述视频片段控件对应的视频片段,不顺次播放所述被选中的名场面控件后续的其他名场面控件对应的视频片段。
具体的,当第二控件被标记为未选中状态时,在对选中的视频片段控件对应的视频片段播放完毕后,不再播放所述被选中的视频片段后学的其他视频片段控件对应的视频片段。
在一些实施例中,所述控制器,按照以下步骤执行确定名场面控件对应的视频片段的操作:根据所述媒资属性,确定名场面控件对应的视频片段。所述媒资属性包括起点时间、终点时间、电视剧ID和剧集数。通过起点时间和终点时间,在电视剧中截取对应的内容作为视频片段。例如,“果郡王喝下毒酒第72集23:46”对应的名场面的起点时间可以为23:31,终点时间可以为24:01。在一些实施例中,控制器可以发送下发视频片段的指令到服务器,所述下发视频片段的指令包括起点时间、终点时间、电视剧ID和剧集数,服务器利用电视剧ID查找到对应的电视剧。通过剧集数、起点时间和终点时间,可以确定视频片段,最后将所述视频片段发送到显示设备。
本申请实施例示出了一种剧集经典看点的展示方法,应用于显示设备,如图11所示,包括:
S100、在所述播放窗口播放当前剧集时,响应于焦点位于所述第一控件位置处,控制所述显示器在所述浮层中显示名场面控件列表和第二控件,其中,所述名场面控件列表包含多个名场面控件,所述名场面控件和某一剧集中的视频片段相对应,所述第二控件能够被标记为选中状态和未选中状态;
S200、在所述第二控件被标记为选中状态时,依次播放名场面控件列表中的名场面控件对应的视频片段;
S300、在所述第二控件被标记为未选中状态时,响应于选中所述名场面控件列表中的一个名场面控件的操作,则控制所述显示器在所述播放窗口中开始播放被选中的所述名场面控件对应的视频片段,以及播放所述被选中的名场面控件对应的视频片段所在剧集的后续视频。
本申请实施例示出了另一种剧集经典看点的展示方法,应用于显示设备,如图12所示,包括:
S400、在所述播放窗口播放当前剧集时,检测到所述第一控件被选择,控制所述显示 器显示视频片段控件列表和第二控件;
其中,所述视频片段控件列表包含多个视频片段控件,所述视频片段控件和某一剧集中的视频片段相对应,所述视频片段控件被配置为,在视频片段控件被选中后,使所述播放窗口播放和所述视频片段控件对应的某一剧集中的视频片段;
S500、所述第二控件被配置为响应于用户的操作,控制所述播放窗口,在视频片段控件被选中后,是否连续播放所述视频片段控件后面的多个其他视频片段控件对应的某一剧集中的视频片段。
在一些实施例中,所述视频片段控件和当前剧集的后续剧集或当前剧集中的视频片段相对应;
所述第二控件能够被标记为选中状态和未选中状态;所述第二控件被配置为:
在所述第二控件被标记为选中状态时,使所述播放窗口依次播放所述视频片段控件列表中的多个所述视频片段控件对应的视频片段;
在所述第二控件被标记为未选中状态时,响应于选中所述视频片段控件列表中的一个视频片段控件的操作,则控制所述显示器在所述播放窗口中开始播放被选中的所述视频片段控件对应的视频片段,不顺次播放所述被选中的视频片段控件后续的其他视频片段控件对应的视频片段。
在一些实施例中,在被选中的A视频片段控件后还包括B视频片段控件,C视频片段控件,如果第二控件被设置为选中状态,在用户选择A视频片段控件后,播放窗口播放A视频片段控件对应的A视频片段,在A视频片段播放结束后继续播放B视频片段控件对应的B视频片段,在B视频片段播放结束后继续播放C视频片段控件对应的C视频片段。如果第二控件没有被标记为选中状态,,在用户选择A视频片段控件后,播放窗口播放A视频片段控件对应的A视频片段,在A视频片段播放结束后按照A视频片段结束的时间点对应的A剧集中的时间轴时刻,播放A剧集视频文件,不播放B视频片段控件对应的B视频片段和C视频片段控件对应的C视频片段。其中,A视频片段与A剧集视频文件相对应,A视频片段的视频内容和A剧集视频文件中的某一时间段的视频内容相同,但A视频片段的参数(例如文件格式,分辨率等)可以与A剧集视频文件的参数(例如文件格式,分辨率等)相同,也可以不同。
在一些实施例中,B视频片段可以和A剧集文件向对应,也可以和时序在A剧集后的B剧集文件相对应,但不会和时序在A剧集前的剧集相对应。示例性的,B视频片段,可以和A视频片段同时对应剧集的第5集的视频文件,也可以是A视频片段对应剧集的第5集的视频文件,B视频片段对应剧集的第6集的视频文件。但对应的B视频片段控件在A 视频片段控件后(即B视频片段控件相较与A视频片段控件远离第二控件),在A视频片段对应剧集的第5集的视频文件,B视频片段不能对应剧集的第4集的视频文件,也不能表达第5集的视频文件中时间轴A点之前的内容,其中时间中上的A点对应A视频文件起始时间。
由以上技术方案可以看出,本申请实施例示出一种剧集经典看点的展示方法及显示设备,本申请实施例示出的技术方案中,控制器用于在播放窗口播放当前剧集时,响应于焦点位于第一控件位置处,控制显示器在浮层中显示名场面控件列表和第二控件;在第二控件被标记为选中状态时,依次播放名场面控件列表中的名场面控件对应的视频片段;在第二控件被标记为未选中状态时,响应于选中名场面控件列表中的一个名场面控件的操作,则控制显示器在播放窗口中开始播放被选中的名场面控件对应的视频片段,以及播放被选中的名场面控件对应的视频片段所在剧集的后续视频。本申请实施例中,在用户观影时,可以看到电视剧的剧集精彩看点,提升用户的观影体验。

  1. 一种显示设备,其特征在于,包括:
    显示器,用于显示显示界面,所述显示界面包括播放窗口和设置所述播放窗口上的浮层中的第一控件;
    用户接口,用于接收用户输入的指令;
    控制器,用于在所述播放窗口播放当前剧集时,响应于焦点位于所述第一控件位置处,控制所述显示器在所述浮层中显示名场面控件列表和第二控件,其中,所述名场面控件列表包含多个名场面控件,所述名场面控件和某一剧集中的视频片段相对应,所述第二控件能够被标记为选中状态和未选中状态;
    在所述第二控件被标记为选中状态时,依次播放名场面控件列表中的名场面控件对应的视频片段;
    在所述第二控件被标记为未选中状态时,响应于选中所述名场面控件列表中的一个名场面控件的操作,则控制所述显示器在所述播放窗口中开始播放被选中的所述名场面控件对应的视频片段,以及播放所述被选中的名场面控件对应的视频片段所在剧集的后续视频。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示设备,其特征在于,在所述响应于焦点位于所述第一控件位置处,控制所述显示器在所述浮层中显示名场面控件列表和第二控件之前,所述控制器还用于:
    响应于接收到用户输入的第一指令,在所述播放窗口上的浮层中显示第一控件列表,所述第一控件列表包括第一控件和清晰度控件,所述焦点位于所述第一控件列表的一个控件中,所述焦点被配置为受控的移动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的显示设备,其特征在于,所述控制器在所述第二控件被标记为选中状态时,依次播放名场面控件列表中的名场面控件对应的视频片段,包括:
    在所述第二控件被标记为选中状态时,响应于接收到选中所述名场面控件列表中的第一名场面控件的操作,控制所述显示器在所述播放窗口依次播放所述第一名场面控件对应的视频片段以及所述第一名场面控件后的各名场面控件对应的视频片段;或
    所述第二控件被标记为选中状态时,响应于在预设时间内未接收到对所述名场面控件列表中的任意名场面控件的选中操作,控制所述显示器在所述播放窗口从第一个名场面控件开始依次播放所述各名场面控件对应的视频片段。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的显示设备,其特征在于,在所述播放窗口播放当前剧集时,响应于焦点位于所述第一控件位置处,控制所述显示器在所述浮层中显示名场面控件列表和第二控件之前,所述控制器还用于:
    在接收控制所述播放窗口全屏播放当前剧集,且存在和所述剧集对应的所述视频片段时,获取显示操作引导信息的显示次数,所述操作引导信息用于引导用户查看第一控件;
    若所述显示次数未达到预设显示次数,则控制显示器显示操作引导信息;
    若所述显示次数达到所述预设显示次数,则控制显示器不显示操作引导信息。
  5. 一种显示设备,其特征在于,包括:
    显示器,用于显示显示界面,所述显示界面包括播放窗口和设置所述播放窗口上方的第一控件;
    用户接口,用于接收用户输入的指令;
    控制器,用于在所述播放窗口播放当前剧集时,检测到所述第一控件被选择,控制所述显示器显示视频片段控件列表和第二控件;
    其中,所述视频片段控件列表包含多个视频片段控件,所述视频片段控件和某一剧集中的视频片段相对应,所述视频片段控件被配置为,在视频片段控件被选中后,使所述播放窗口播放和所述视频片段控件对应的某一剧集中的视频片段;
    所述第二控件被配置为响应于用户的操作,控制所述播放窗口,在视频片段控件被选中后,是否连续播放所述视频片段控件后面的多个其他视频片段控件对应的某一剧集中的视频片段。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的显示设备,其特征在于:
    所述视频片段控件和当前剧集的后续剧集或当前剧集中的视频片段相对应;
    所述第二控件能够被标记为选中状态和未选中状态;所述第二控件被配置为:
    在所述第二控件被标记为选中状态时,使所述播放窗口依次播放所述视频片段控件列表中的多个所述视频片段控件对应的视频片段;
    在所述第二控件被标记为未选中状态时,响应于选中所述视频片段控件列表中的一个视频片段控件的操作,则控制所述显示器在所述播放窗口中开始播放被选中的所述视频片段控件对应的视频片段,不顺次播放所述被选中的视频片段控件后续的其他视频片段控件对应的视频片段。
  7. 一种显示设备,其特征在于,包括:
    显示器,用于显示显示界面,所述显示界面包括播放窗口;
    用户接口,用于接收用户输入的指令;
    控制器,所述控制器被配置为:
    在所述播放窗口播放当前视频文件时,响应于用户输入的指令,控制所述显示器在所述播放窗口上方显示名场面控件列表和第二控件,其中,所述名场面控件列表包含多个名 场面控件,多个名场面控件中的第一名场面控件和当前视频文件中的一个视频片段相对应,所述第二控件能够被标记为选中状态和未选中状态;
    在所述第二控件被标记为选中状态时,响应于选中所述第一名场面控件的操作,依次播放名场面控件对应的视频片段;
    在所述第二控件被标记为未选中状态时,响应于选中所述第一名场面控件的操作,则控制所述显示器在所述播放窗口中开始播放被选中的所述第一名场面控件对应的视频片段,且在所述第一名场面控件对应的视频片段播放完成后,播放时间点在所述第一名场面控件对应的视频片段后的当前视频文件中的其他视频片段,所述其他视频片段不和名场面控件相对应。
  8. 一种显示设备,其特征在于,包括:
    显示器,用于显示显示界面,所述显示界面包括播放窗口;
    用户接口,用于接收用户输入的指令;
    控制器,所述控制器被配置为:
    在接收控制所述播放窗口全屏播放当前剧集,且存在和所述剧集对应的所述视频片段时,获取显示操作引导信息的显示次数,所述操作引导信息用于引导用户查看第一控件;
    若所述显示次数未达到预设显示次数,则控制显示器显示操作引导信息;
    若所述显示次数达到所述预设显示次数,则控制显示器不显示操作引导信息。
  9. 一种显示设备,其特征在于,包括:
    显示器,用于显示显示界面,所述显示界面包括播放窗口;
    用户接口,用于接收用户输入的指令;
    控制器,所述控制器被配置为:
    在存在和所述剧集对应的所述视频片段时,响应于接收控制所述播放窗口全屏播放当前剧集的指令,则控制显示器在所述播放窗口全屏播放当前剧集并在所述播放窗口上显示操作引导信息,其中,所述操作引导信息用于引导用户查看第一控件;
    在不存在和所述剧集对应的所述视频片段时,响应于接收控制所述播放窗口全屏播放当前剧集的指令,则控制显示器在所述播放窗口全屏播放当前剧集并不在所述播放窗口上显示操作引导信息。
  10. 一种剧集经典看点的展示方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在所述播放窗口播放当前剧集时,响应于焦点位于所述第一控件位置处,控制所述显示器在所述浮层中显示名场面控件列表和第二控件,其中,所述名场面控件列表包含多个名场面控件,所述名场面控件和某一剧集中的视频片段相对应,所述第二控件能够被标记 为选中状态和未选中状态;
    在所述第二控件被标记为选中状态时,依次播放名场面控件列表中的名场面控件对应的视频片段;
    在所述第二控件被标记为未选中状态时,响应于选中所述名场面控件列表中的一个名场面控件的操作,则控制所述显示器在所述播放窗口中开始播放被选中的所述名场面控件对应的视频片段,以及播放所述被选中的名场面控件对应的视频片段所在剧集的后续视频。
  11. 一种剧集经典看点的展示方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在所述播放窗口播放当前剧集时,检测到所述第一控件被选择,控制所述显示器显示视频片段控件列表和第二控件;
    其中,所述视频片段控件列表包含多个视频片段控件,所述视频片段控件和某一剧集中的视频片段相对应,所述视频片段控件被配置为,在视频片段控件被选中后,使所述播放窗口播放和所述视频片段控件对应的某一剧集中的视频片段;
    所述第二控件被配置为响应于用户的操作,控制所述播放窗口,在视频片段控件被选中后,是否连续播放所述视频片段控件后面的多个其他视频片段控件对应的某一剧集中的视频片段。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述视频片段控件和当前剧集的后续剧集或当前剧集中的视频片段相对应;
    所述第二控件能够被标记为选中状态和未选中状态;所述第二控件被配置为:
    在所述第二控件被标记为选中状态时,使所述播放窗口依次播放所述视频片段控件列表中的多个所述视频片段控件对应的视频片段;
    在所述第二控件被标记为未选中状态时,响应于选中所述视频片段控件列表中的一个视频片段控件的操作,则控制所述显示器在所述播放窗口中开始播放被选中的所述视频片段控件对应的视频片段,不顺次播放所述被选中的视频片段控件后续的其他视频片段控件对应的视频片段。
