本实用新型公开一种健身机的阻力装置,包含风阻单元及磁阻单元;该风阻单元包括一风量调节盘,藉由旋动该风量调节盘以调整一流道的流量从而改变风阻的阻力;该磁阻单元包括一导轨盘、一金属环片、至少一磁性座及至少一导柱;该导轨盘具有供该导柱穿过的导盘轨道;该磁性座用来与该金属环片产生磁阻,该磁性座具有一磁座轨道;该导柱连接于该风量调节盘并穿过导盘轨道且伸入该磁座轨道,该导柱可随着该风量调节盘的旋动而在该磁座轨道内移动以带动该磁性座相对于该导轨盘枢转,以调整该磁性座与该金属环片之间的磁阻。本实用新型的阻力调整方便且阻力调整范围较大。本实用新型还公开一种应用上述阻力装置的健身机。
Description
本实用新型涉及健身器材,特别是一种健身机的阻力装置及其健身机。
飞轮健身车仿造真实骑乘公路车的感觉,透过多段式的阻力装置能模拟不同的骑乘坡度或阻力,能同时训练到心肺、腿部及全身肌群。此外,飞轮健身车的耐用性佳,非常适合想要进行高强度间歇运动(HIIT,High-intensity Interval Training)的训练者。
现有的阻力装置分为风阻式与磁阻式两种,单一风阻式的阻力装置或单一磁阻式的阻力装置阻力调整范围比较小,不能满足部分使用人员的要求,因此市面上也出现同时具有风阻与磁阻的飞轮健身车,但其风阻和磁阻的调整方式是分别单独操作,操作麻烦,使用起来较为不便。
实用新型内容
因此,本实用新型之一目的,即在提供一种便于阻力调整且阻力调整范围较大的健身机的阻力装置。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种健身机的阻力装置,包含风阻单元和磁阻单元。
该风阻单元包括外壳、风轮、转轴及一风量调节盘,风轮及风量调节盘安装于外壳内,该风轮固连转轴并可绕该转轴轴线相对于该外壳转动,该风量调节盘可相对于该外壳旋动并与该外壳配合界定出供空气流动的一流道,藉由旋 动该风量调节盘以调整该流道的流量;
该磁阻单元可调整地设置于该风阻单元内,该磁阻单元包括:
一导轨盘,环绕于该转轴轴线且固定地连接于该外壳,该导轨盘具有至少一导盘轨道;
一金属环片,环绕该转轴轴线并随着该风轮转动;
至少一磁性座,磁性座具有磁性且用来与该金属环片产生磁阻,该磁性座可枢转地设置于该导轨盘且具有一磁座轨道;
至少一导柱,导柱数量与该磁性座的数量相同,该导柱连接于该风量调节盘并穿过导盘轨道且伸入该磁座轨道,该导柱可随着该风量调节盘的旋动而在该磁座轨道内移动以带动该磁性座相对于该导轨盘枢转,以调整该磁性座与该金属环片之间的磁阻。
进一步改进,该磁座轨道具有一第一端、一反向于该第一端的第二端,及一位于该第一端与该第二端间的转折部;当该导柱位于该第二端时,该健身机的阻力装置只产生风阻,当该导柱由该第二端滑移并通过该转折部后,该健身机的阻力装置同时产生风阻与磁阻。
再进一步,该磁性座还具有一枢接于该导轨盘的枢点,及一远离该枢点且用来与该金属环片产生磁阻的磁性区,该磁座轨道由该枢点朝该磁性区的方向延伸,磁座轨道靠近磁性区处产生弯折,该导柱滑移至该第一端所产生的磁阻大于该导柱滑移至该第二端所产生的磁阻。
再进一步,该至少一磁性座具有一枢接于该导轨盘的座体,及至少一设置于该座体的磁性件,该座体具有该磁座轨道,该磁性件形成该磁性区,当该导柱位于该第一端时,该磁性件的投影重叠于该金属环片;当该导柱位于该磁座 轨道的第二端时,该磁性件的投影未落在该金属环片范围内。
优选该磁阻单元包括两个该磁性座及两个该导柱,这些磁性座以该转轴轴线为中心对称排列。
优选每一磁性座具有一枢接于该导轨盘的座体,及至少一个设置于该座体的磁性件。
优选该磁性座在该转轴轴线上的位置位于该导轨盘与该金属环片之间。
进一步改进,该风阻单元还包括一固定于该风量调节盘的指示件,该指示件自该外壳外露并用来标示阻力段数。以便于指示产生阻力大小,便于训练者使用。
优选该金属环片为圆环形,该导轨盘为圆盘形,该金属环片的中心轴线与该导轨盘的中心轴线相重叠。
本实用新型的另一目的,即在提供一种便于同时调整风阻与磁阻的健身机。
于是,本实用新型健身机,包含一机架单元、一可操作地设置于该机架单元的施力组,及前述的健身机的阻力装置,该健身机的阻力装置用来产生阻力且安装于该机架单元并连接于该施力组。
本实用新型之功效在于:通过风阻单元产生风阻,通过磁阻单元产生磁阻,通过旋动该风量调节盘调节风阻大小,在调节风阻过程中,风量调节盘能带动该至少一导柱相对于该导轨盘滑移使该至少一磁性座枢转,改变磁性座上的磁性区投影在该金属环片的重叠程度以调节磁阻大小。因此只要通过旋动该风量调节盘就能同时调节风阻与磁阻的大小,阻力的调节非常方便。另一方面,由于采用风阻叠加磁阻产生阻力,阻力的调节范围就比较大。能产生较大运动阻力,提高训练效果,满足不同训练者的需求。

现结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型进一步说明。
在本实用新型被详细描述前,应当注意在以下的说明内容中,所称的前后方向X是以训练者观看的方位为准。
参阅图1至图5,一种健身机的阻力装置,该阻力装置500用来产生多段式的运动阻力,以扩大阻力调节范围,便于提高运动强度。该阻力装置500包括一用来产生风阻的风阻单元6,及一用来产生磁阻的磁阻单元7。
参阅图2至图4,该风阻单元6实质上呈鼓状且包括一外壳61、一转轴62、一风轮63、一风量调节盘64,及一指示件65。该外壳61具有一底盖611、一 可拆卸地安装在该底盖611的外盖612,及一保护盖613,较佳地,该外盖612具有多个进风区614及多个遮蔽区615,每一进风区614为镂空构造并用来供空气流入,每一遮蔽区615为实心构造并用来阻挡空气流入。该保护盖613盖设于该外盖612且用来防尘及具有外观修饰的作用。
该转轴62沿轴线L延伸且可转动地安装于该底盖611。该风轮63套设于该转轴62且固连转轴62被该转轴62带动而能相对于该外壳61转动并产生风阻,该风轮63具有一供该转轴62穿设固连的固定片631及多个沿周向间隔排列并设置于该固定片631的叶片632。
该风量调节盘64可旋转地连接于该外盖612而能相对于该外壳61旋动,该风量调节盘64与该外盖612配合界定出供空气流入的流道I,较佳地,该风量调节盘64具有多个用来供空气流入的开口区641及多个用来阻挡空气流入的阻挡区642,每一开口区641为镂空构造,每一阻挡区642为实心构造。由这些开口区641、这些阻挡区642、这些进风区614、这些遮蔽区615互相配合界定出该流道I,藉由旋动该风量调节盘64以调整该流道I的流量而能产生由低至高的风阻。
该指示件65固定于该风量调节盘64且自该外壳61的外盖612的一开槽616外露,该外壳61刻有阻力段数的数字(图未示),该指示件65随着该风量调节盘64的转动而能在该开槽616内滑移并相对于该外盖612旋动,藉此用来标示出阻力段数,便于让训练者目视分辨。
该磁阻单元7可调整地设置于该风阻单元6的外壳61内,该磁阻单元7包括一导轨盘71、一金属环片72、两个磁性座73及两个导柱74。
该导轨盘71与该外盖612位于该风量调节盘64的两侧,该导轨盘71实质上呈圆盘状且环绕于该轴线L,该导轨盘71透过数支穿过该风量调节盘64的这 些开口区641的连接杆75固定地连接至该外盖612,该导轨盘71由磁石不会吸附的材料(例如塑胶或铝材)制成,该导轨盘71具有两个导盘轨道711,较佳地,这些导盘轨道711分别是一种弧形开槽且以该轴线L为中心对称排列。该金属环片72架高固定于该风轮63的固定片631,本实施例中的该金属环片72由铝制成,但也能使用其他能产生涡电流的金属例如铁、铜。该金属环片72实质上呈圆环状且环绕该轴线L并随着该风轮63转动,较佳地,该金属环片72在该轴线L上的投影位于该导轨盘71外。更佳地,该金属环片72与该导轨盘71、该风量调节盘64为同轴心,该金属环片72位于该固定片631与该导轨盘71间,在其他变化例中,该金属环片72也能偏心设置或位于该风量调节盘64与该导轨盘71间。
进一步参阅图3至图5,这些磁性座73具有磁性且用来与该金属环片72产生磁阻,本实施例具有两个该磁性座73,但在其他变化例中,该磁性座73的数量也能是一或三以上,可视磁力需求而改变该磁性座73的数量。这些磁性座73以该轴线L为中心对称排列且可枢转地设置于该导轨盘71。这些磁性座73在该轴线L上的位置位于该导轨盘71与该金属环片72之间。每一磁性座73具有一枢接于该导轨盘71的座体731,及两个设置于该座体731的磁性件732,该座体731具有一枢接于该导轨盘71的枢点733,及一磁座轨道734,该磁座轨道734是一种开槽且具有一邻近于该枢点733的第一端735、一反向于该第一端735的第二端736,及一位于该第一端735与该第二端736之间的转折部737。这些磁性件732远离该枢点733且形成一用来与该金属环片72产生磁阻的磁性区730,且该磁座轨道734由该枢点733朝该磁性区730的方向延伸,磁座轨道734靠近磁性区730处产生弯折。在本实施例中,每一磁性件732是一种圆形磁铁且设置在该座体731邻近于该底盖611的一侧面,在其他变化例中,这些磁性 件732也能是一个块状磁铁并与该座体731拼接组合而具有该磁性区730。
这些导柱74与这些导盘轨道711、这些磁性座73的数量相配合,每一导柱74的一端连接于该风量调节盘64,每一导柱74的另一端穿过各自的导盘轨道711且伸入于所对应的磁座轨道734,因此,每一导柱74可随着该风量调节盘64的旋动而同时在各自的磁座轨道734与所对应的导盘轨道711内移动,藉此,带动各自的磁性座73以该枢点733为中心相对于该导轨盘71枢转,使各自的磁性座73的投影与该金属环片72逐渐重叠,且由于该金属环片72随着该风轮63持续转动而与这些磁性座73有相对运动产生,因此,会在该金属环片72表面造成磁通量改变而生成涡电流并产生磁阻力。
参阅图2与图5,当该指示件65指在阻力段数最低的位置时,该流道I(见图3)的流量最小,该风轮63带动该金属环片72相对于该外壳61、该风量调节盘64、该导轨盘71与这些磁性座73转动,且所产生的风阻最小,且这些导柱74位于这些磁座轨道734的第二端736时,这些磁性件732的投影未落在该金属环片72的范围,此时该磁阻单元7并未产生磁阻。
参阅图6与图7,旋动该风量调节盘64(见图2),该指示件65随着移动并指在阻力段数居中的位置,此时该流道I的流量增加,风阻增加,同时,这些导柱74被带动由这些第二端736通过这些转折部737,这些磁性座73被推动至部分这些磁性件732的投影重叠于该金属环片72,随着该金属环片72的旋转使该磁阻单元7开始产生磁阻。
参阅图8与图9,继续旋动该风量调节盘64至该指示件65指在阻力段数最高的位置,此时该流道I的流量最大、风阻最大,且这些导柱74被带动由这些转折部737移动至这些第一端735时,这些磁性座73被推动至这些磁性件732的投影完全重叠于该金属环片72,使该磁阻单元7的磁阻达到最大值。
本实用新型藉由这些导柱74带动这些磁性座73枢转,使该磁阻单元7的磁阻能由这些第二端736朝这些第一端735的方向逐渐增加,而同时调整风阻与磁阻。既便于阻力调节,也增大了阻力的调整范围。
藉此,当训练者选择最低的阻力段数时,这些导柱74位于这些第二端736,此时该阻力装置500只产生最小的风阻,且没有磁阻产生。随着调高阻力段数,使这些导柱74分别由这些第二端736滑移并通过这些转折部737后,风阻增加且该阻力装置500同时产生磁阻。当这些导柱74移动至这些第一端735时,风阻与磁阻同时达到最大,阻力段数最高,运动强度最大。因此,训练者只要旋动该风量调节盘64就能同步调整风阻及磁阻,不需两次操作调整,就能增加运动阻力,提高训练效果,使用上较便利,确实能达成本实用新型之目的。
能理解的是,本第一实施例中所称的这些导柱74位于这些磁座轨道734的第二端736,于实际情况中,应被理解为邻近或靠近这些第二端736即可,且并不限定两支该导柱74要同时且完全落在这些第二端736。另外,在其他变化例中,只要将这些磁座轨道734的形状、尺寸或方位稍加变化,就能改变开始产生磁阻的阻力段数,并不限定由正中间阻力段数才会开始产生磁阻。
参阅图10,本实用新型健身机1的第一实施例是一种飞轮健身车,该健身机1包含一机架单元10、一施力组20、一扶手30、一鞍座40,及一阻力装置500。
该机架单元10沿该前后方向X延伸。该施力组20是两个踩踏板且可操作地设置于该机架单元10的后端,并分别用来供训练者的双脚踩踏。该扶手30设置于该机架单元10的前端且用来供训练者的双手握扶。该鞍座40设置于该机架单元10并用来供训练者乘坐。
该阻力装置500安装于该机架单元10的前端且透过一链轮链条组(图未示) 连接至该施力组20,该阻力装置500用来对该施力组20产生阻力。
参阅图11,本实用新型的第二实施例类似于该第一实施例,其差异之处在于:
该健身机1'是一种划船机,且包含一机架单元10'、一设置于该机架单元10'的施力组20'、一用来供乘坐的鞍座40',及该阻力装置500。训练者乘坐于该鞍座40'并利用双手施力于该施力组20',透过该阻力装置500能模拟各种划船情境,除了能训练腹部外,还能由下身带动核心肌群、连动上半身肌群,提高运动效果。
参阅图12,本实用新型的第三实施例类似于该第一实施例,其差异之处在于:
该健身机1”是一种滑雪机,且包含一机架单元10”、一设置于该机架单元10”的施力组20”,及该阻力装置500。训练过程中下肢需稳定站立,并利用双手施力于该施力组20”,透过该阻力装置500模拟各种滑雪坡度,能加强上肢包含三头肌、背部及核心的训练。
因此,本实用新型的阻力装置500能应用于飞轮健身车、划船机、滑雪机、直式健身车、卧式健身车、滑步机、椭圆机或其他类型的阻力运动器材,当不以此为限。
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本实用新型,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白,在不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本实用新型的精神和范围内,在形式上和细节上可以对本实用新型做出各种变化,均为本实用新型的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种健身机的阻力装置,其特征在于:包含风阻单元和磁阻单元;该风阻单元包括外壳、风轮、转轴及一风量调节盘,风轮及风量调节盘安装于外壳内,该风轮固连转轴并可绕该转轴轴线相对于该外壳转动,该风量调节盘可相对于该外壳旋动并与该外壳配合界定出供空气流动的一流道,藉由旋动该风量调节盘以调整该流道的流量;该磁阻单元可调整地设置于该风阻单元内,该磁阻单元包括:一导轨盘,环绕于该转轴轴线且固定地连接于该外壳,该导轨盘具有至少一导盘轨道;一金属环片,环绕该转轴轴线并随着该风轮转动;至少一磁性座,磁性座具有磁性且用来与该金属环片产生磁阻,该磁性座可枢转地设置于该导轨盘且具有一磁座轨道;至少一导柱,该导柱连接于该风量调节盘并穿过导盘轨道且伸入该磁座轨道,该导柱可随着该风量调节盘的旋动而在该磁座轨道内移动以带动该磁性座相对于该导轨盘枢转,以调整该磁性座与该金属环片之间的相对位置,以能够调整磁阻大小。
- 如权利要求1所述的健身机的阻力装置,其特征在于:该磁座轨道具有一第一端、一反向于该第一端的第二端,及一位于该第一端与该第二端间的转折部;当该导柱位于该第二端时,该健身机的阻力装置只产生风阻,当该导柱由该第二端滑移并通过该转折部后,该健身机的阻力装置同时产生风阻与磁阻。
- 如权利要求2所述的健身机的阻力装置,其特征在于:该磁性座还具有一枢接于该导轨盘的枢点,及一远离该枢点且用来与该金属环片产生磁阻的磁性区,该磁座轨道由该枢点朝该磁性区的方向延伸,磁座轨道靠近磁性区处产生弯折, 该导柱滑移至该第一端所产生的磁阻大于该导柱滑移至该第二端所产生的磁阻。
- 如权利要求3所述的健身机的阻力装置,其特征在于:该至少一磁性座具有一枢接于该导轨盘的座体,及至少一设置于该座体的磁性件,该座体具有该磁座轨道,该磁性件形成该磁性区,当该导柱位于该第一端时,该磁性件的投影重叠于该金属环片;当该导柱位于该磁座轨道的第二端时,该磁性件的投影未落在该金属环片范围内。
- 如权利要求1所述的健身机的阻力装置,其特征在于:该磁阻单元包括两个该磁性座及两个该导柱,这些磁性座以该转轴轴线为中心对称排列。
- 如权利要求5所述的健身机的阻力装置,其特征在于:每一磁性座具有一枢接于该导轨盘的座体,及至少一个设置于该座体的磁性件。
- 如权利要求1所述的健身机的阻力装置,其特征在于:该磁性座在该转轴轴线上的位置位于该导轨盘与该金属环片之间。
- 如权利要求1所述的健身机的阻力装置,其特征在于:该风阻单元还包括一固定于该风量调节盘的指示件,该指示件自该外壳外露并用来标示阻力段数。
- 如权利要求1所述的健身机的阻力装置,其特征在于:该金属环片为圆环形,该导轨盘为圆盘形,该金属环片的中心轴线与该导轨盘的中心轴线相重叠。
- 一种健身机,包含:一机架单元;一可操作地设置于该机架单元的施力组;及一如权利要求1至9任一项所述的健身机的阻力装置,用来产生阻力且安装于该机架单元并连接于该施力组。
