Abstract
本发明涉及健身设备用涡轮阻力装置,其设计要点在于:包括座壳、涡轮风轮和转轴,涡轮风轮设置在座壳内,涡轮风轮包括涡轮壳和风轮,涡轮壳圆周侧的出风口活动装有调节出风口大小的出风口挡风片,出风口挡风片连接有调节出风口挡风片位置的调节结构;转轴轴向穿过涡轮风轮,风轮位于涡轮壳内,风轮与转轴固定随转轴一起转动,转轴两端转动连接在座壳的轴孔内,转轴伸出涡轮壳外的轴身上设置有带动转轴转动的转轴传动结构。本发明目的是提供一种结构简单,使用方便的健身设备用涡轮阻力装置,其用涡轮和涡轮壳(即风通)结成风力阻,通过使用进气,排气出风口调节和运动的速度来控制阻力的大小。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及涡轮阻力装置,特别涉及一种健身设备用涡轮阻力装置,属于健身车结构技术领域。该涡轮结构可以应用于各种健身器材系列产品,包含但不限于立式健身车,卧式健身车,划船器,椭圆健身车,滑雪训练器。
背景技术
现有普通的健身车,都是用磁铁产生阻力,而磁铁所用的原材是稀土,开采加工对环境污染大,不利于推广使用。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明提供一种结构简单,使用方便的健身设备用涡轮阻力装置,其用涡轮和涡轮壳(即风通)结成风力阻,通过使用进气,排气出风口调节和运动的速度来控制阻力的大小。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
健身设备用涡轮阻力装置,其特征在于:包括座壳、涡轮风轮和转轴,涡轮风轮设置在座壳内,涡轮风轮包括涡轮壳和风轮,涡轮壳圆周侧的出风口活动装有调节出风口大小的出风口挡风片,出风口挡风片连接有调节出风口挡风片位置的调节结构;
所述转轴轴向穿过涡轮风轮,风轮位于涡轮壳内,风轮与转轴固定随转轴一起转动,转轴两端转动连接在座壳的轴孔内,转轴伸出涡轮壳外的轴身上设置有带动转轴转动的转轴传动结构。
如上所述健身设备用涡轮阻力装置,其特征在于:所述涡轮风轮和转轴藏于座壳内,座壳上开有透气孔,透气孔分两类,一类为连通涡轮风轮进风口的进气孔,一类为连通涡轮风轮出风口的出气孔,出气孔位于座壳圆周一侧且与涡轮风轮出风口对接,出气孔设置有出风口盖板。
如上所述健身设备用涡轮阻力装置,其特征在于:所述涡轮壳由左涡壳、右涡壳对接而成,所述座壳由左链盖和右链盖对接而成,左链盖和右链盖分别位于涡轮壳两侧,所述进气孔分布在左链盖和右链盖上,左链盖边缘凹口和右链盖边缘凹口对接形成上述出气孔。
如上所述健身设备用涡轮阻力装置,其特征在于:所述出风口挡风片与涡轮壳圆周侧的出风口滑动配合,出风口内壁开有滑槽,出风口挡风片位于滑槽内滑动以调节出风口大小。
如上所述健身设备用涡轮阻力装置,其特征在于:所述出风口挡风片与涡轮壳圆周侧的出风口滚动配合,出风口挡风片与涡轮壳之间设有滚轮,出风口挡风片沿滚轮滚动以调节出风口大小。
如上所述健身设备用涡轮阻力装置,其特征在于:所述座壳上设置有与健身设备连接的连接孔。
如上所述健身设备用涡轮阻力装置,其特征在于:所述调节结构为阻尼调节器,阻尼调节器上转动连接有调节手柄,调节手柄通过挡风片拉绳带动上述出风口挡风片来回滑动以调节出风口大小,出风口挡风片两端分别通过挡风片拉绳与调节手柄连接。
如上所述健身设备用涡轮阻力装置,其特征在于:所述调节结构为手动调节手柄,手动调节手柄内端与出风口挡风片固定连接,手动调节手柄外端穿过出风口伸出座壳外。
如上所述健身设备用涡轮阻力装置,其特征在于:所述转轴传动结构为皮带轮传动。
如上所述健身设备用涡轮阻力装置,其特征在于:所述转轴传动结构为链轮传动。
如上所述健身设备用涡轮阻力装置,其特征在于:所述转轴一侧还设置有加重转轴转动阻尼的重力件,重力件通过绳子、转轮与转轴连接。
本发明的有益效果是:涡轮阻力装置用风轮和涡轮壳(即风通)结成风力阻,通过使进气,排气产生出风口调节和运动的速度来控制阻力的大小,出风口大时,风轮转动阻尼大,出风口小时,风轮转动阻尼小;本发明可以应用于各种健身器材系列产品,包含但不限于立式健身车,卧式健身车,划船器,椭圆健身车,滑雪训练器。健身器材无须采用现有技术中磁铁来调节阻尼,避免采用稀土,有利于环境保护,结构简单,维护方便,利于推广使用。

具体实施方式
由图1、图2、图3、图4和图5所示,健身设备用涡轮阻力装置,包括座壳1、涡轮风轮和转轴3,涡轮风轮设置在座壳1内,涡轮风轮包括涡轮壳21和风轮22,涡轮壳21圆周侧的出风口活动装有调节出风口大小的出风口挡风片23,出风口挡风片23连接有调节出风口挡风片位置的调节结构;转轴3轴向穿过涡轮风轮,风轮22位于涡轮壳21内,风轮22与转轴3固定随转轴3一起转动,转轴3两端转动连接在座壳1的轴孔内,转轴3伸出涡轮壳21外的轴身上设置有带动转轴转动的转轴传动结构4。
其中,涡轮壳21由左涡壳210、右涡壳211对接而成,座壳1由左链盖11和右链盖12对接而成,涡轮风轮和转轴3藏于座壳1内,左链盖11和右链盖12分别位于涡轮壳21两侧,座壳1上开有透气孔,透气孔分两类,一类为连通涡轮风轮进风口的进气孔,一类为连通涡轮风轮出风口的出气孔13,出气孔13位于座壳1圆周一侧且与涡轮风轮出风口对接,出气孔设置有出风口盖板14。进气孔分布在左链盖11和右链盖12上,左链盖11边缘凹口和右链盖12边缘凹口对接形成上述出气孔13。
本发明中,出风口挡风片23与涡轮壳21圆周侧的出风口有多种配合结构,例如出风口挡风片与涡轮壳圆周侧的出风口滑动配合,出风口内壁开有滑槽,出风口挡风片位于滑槽内滑动以调节出风口大小。除了上述结构外,也可以采用出风口挡风片与涡轮壳圆周侧的出风口滚动配合,出风口挡风片与涡轮壳之间设有滚轮,出风口挡风片沿滚轮滚动以调节出风口大小。
本发明中,转轴传动结构4为皮带轮传动。调节结构有多种实施结构,例如调节结构为阻尼调节器5,如图6所示,阻尼调节器5上转动连接有调节手柄51,调节手柄51通过挡风片拉绳52带动上述出风口挡风片23来回滑动以调节出风口大小,出风口挡风片23两端分别通过挡风片拉绳与调节手柄51连接。除了上述结构外,还可以为调节结构为手动调节手柄,手动调节手柄内端与出风口挡风片固定连接,手动调节手柄外端穿过出风口伸出座壳外。
进一步改进:座壳1上设置有与健身设备连接的连接孔10,连接孔10方便将本发明与健身器材架体连接。
进一步改进:转轴3一侧还设置有加重转轴转动阻尼的重力件(图中未示出),重力件通过绳子、转轮与转轴连接。重力件可加重阻力,以满足特殊人员的锻炼要求。
本发明可以应用于各种健身器材系列产品,包含但不限于立式健身车,卧式健身车,划船器,椭圆健身车,滑雪训练器。已就是说,将涡轮阻尼装置运用健身设备上的健身器材均属于本申请保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.健身设备用涡轮阻力装置,其特征在于:包括座壳、涡轮风轮和转轴,涡轮风轮设置在座壳内,涡轮风轮包括涡轮壳和风轮,涡轮壳圆周侧的出风口活动装有调节出风口大小的出风口挡风片,出风口挡风片连接有调节出风口挡风片位置的调节结构;
所述转轴轴向穿过涡轮风轮,风轮位于涡轮壳内,风轮与转轴固定随转轴一起转动,转轴两端转动连接在座壳的轴孔内,转轴伸出涡轮壳外的轴身上设置有带动转轴转动的转轴传动结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述健身设备用涡轮阻力装置,其特征在于:所述涡轮风轮和转轴藏于座壳内,座壳上开有透气孔,透气孔分两类,一类为连通涡轮风轮进风口的进气孔,一类为连通涡轮风轮出风口的出气孔,出气孔位于座壳圆周一侧且与涡轮风轮出风口对接,出气孔设置有出风口盖板。
3.根据权利要求2所述健身设备用涡轮阻力装置,其特征在于:所述涡轮壳由左涡壳、右涡壳对接而成,所述座壳由左链盖和右链盖对接而成,左链盖和右链盖分别位于涡轮壳两侧,所述进气孔分布在左链盖和右链盖上,左链盖边缘凹口和右链盖边缘凹口对接形成上述出气孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述健身设备用涡轮阻力装置,其特征在于:所述出风口挡风片与涡轮壳圆周侧的出风口滑动配合,出风口内壁开有滑槽,出风口挡风片位于滑槽内滑动以调节出风口大小。
5.根据权利要求1所述健身设备用涡轮阻力装置,其特征在于:所述出风口挡风片与涡轮壳圆周侧的出风口滚动配合,出风口挡风片与涡轮壳之间设有滚轮,出风口挡风片沿滚轮滚动以调节出风口大小。
6.根据权利要求1所述健身设备用涡轮阻力装置,其特征在于:所述座壳上设置有与健身设备连接的连接孔。
7.根据权利要求1所述健身设备用涡轮阻力装置,其特征在于:所述调节结构为阻尼调节器,阻尼调节器上转动连接有调节手柄,调节手柄通过挡风片拉绳带动上述出风口挡风片来回滑动以调节出风口大小,出风口挡风片两端分别通过挡风片拉绳与调节手柄连接。
8.根据权利要求1所述健身设备用涡轮阻力装置,其特征在于:所述调节结构为手动调节手柄,手动调节手柄内端与出风口挡风片固定连接,手动调节手柄外端穿过出风口伸出座壳外。
9.根据权利要求1所述健身设备用涡轮阻力装置,其特征在于:所述转轴传动结构为皮带轮传动或链轮传动。
10.根据权利要求1所述健身设备用涡轮阻力装置,其特征在于:所述转轴一侧还设置有加重转轴转动阻尼的重力件,重力件通过绳子、转轮与转轴连接。
