Abstract
The invention relates to a metal cover (2) mounted on pressurized metal boxes (1), such as a deodorant box of cosmetic products.
Description
ALUMINUM COVER EMBODIMENT FOR AEROSOL PRODUCTS
Technical Field
The invention relates to a metal cover which is mounted on pressurized metal boxes, such as a deodorant box of cosmetic products.
Prior Art
Currently, deodorants containing pressurized metal (aluminum) boxes are widely used in the cosmetics industry. Plastic based lids are used on pressurized metal boxes of existing deodorants. However, the use of plastic covers has different disadvantages. One of these disadvantages is that when the plastic lid is attached on the pressurized metal box, problems such as easy opening and not fully grip the box due to the lightness of the plastic lid. As a result, the plastic cover can be opened unintentionally.
On the other hand, since the plastic cover surface (due to the raw material) exactly the same color/printing technique cannot be used with the whole product, the color difference occurs. The main reason for this is that the production techniques and raw materials of the pressurized metal can and plastic cover are completely different from each other. As a result, color integrity cannot be achieved in the products, which reduces the appeal of the product.
Another disadvantage of using plastic covers on pressurized metal deodorant boxes is the environmental damage of plastic raw materials. Plastic materials are extremely difficult to recycle due to their structure. Spontaneous disappearance in nature is longer and harder than metal materials.
In addition to the above disadvantages, if the products with plastic covers fall, the plastic cover can be deformed and become unusable. Its fracture resistance against impacts is much lower.
In patent research, a patent application similar to the product of the invention was not found. However, there are some patents made in a similar technical field. One of these is the utility model application numbered TR2015 / 11469. This invention is related to a cover used in the deodorant packaging used by men or women to remove the smell of sweat, characterized in that, which is formed in the lower inner part of the cap, which has a light-permeable structure closed on the bottle, has more than one led gap on the edge and the bottom cap at the bottom, is placed on the deodorant packaging placed on the shelf for sale, led, circuit, battery slot relates to the lighting mechanism consisting of battery, conductive plate, on/off switch and sensor. However, said application does not use metal covers.
The utility model application numbered TR2011/04320 relates to an aerosol container packaging machine which provides a fast and automatic packaging of pressurized aerosol (deodorant, air freshener, insecticide, etc.) containers, separating the aerosol containers to be packaged, containing the oven unit where the aerosol containers are packaged, and sending them to the oven unit.
European patent application publication numbered EP2802235B1, contains a chamber for roll-on deodorant and a roll cage for holding an applicator ball so that it can rotate without falling, it further relates a plastic housing in which an extruded tube is produced by an extruded blow molding method.
Object Of The Invention
The main object of the invention is to develop a cover made of metal material, preferably aluminum, mounted on pressurized metal boxes, such as deodorant box of cosmetic products.
Another object of the invention is to provide the color integrity and to prevent the color differences between the box and the cover thanks to the aluminum cover made of the same raw material as the pressured aluminum box.
Another object of the invention is to achieve a much higher strength compared to the plastic cover in case the product falls or is subject to impacts, thanks to the improved aluminum cover, to prevent the cover from deforming and to increase the fracture resistance.
Another object of the invention is to eliminate the possibility of easy opening/not holding due to the weighting of the cover, since the aluminum cover is used on the pressurized aluminum box of the filled product.
Another object of the invention is to provide the closing and opening of the aluminum cover with soft movements, since the box and the cover are rigid, the vacuum formed between the two ensures that the cover is easily closed, while higher power is applied when opening. In this way, the cover is prevented from opening unintentionally.

Detailed Description Of The Invention
The invention relates to a metal cover (2) mounted on pressurized metal boxes (1), such as a deodorant box of cosmetic products (A).
Figure 1 represents a side view of the pressurized metal box (1), Figure 2 represents a side view of the metal cover (2) and Figure 3 shows the side cross-sectional view when pressurized metal box (1) and metal cover (2) are mounted to each other.
As seen in the figures, the cover seating protrusion (1.1) is formed close to the middle sections of the pressurized metal box (1). The seating edge (2.1) of the metal cover (2) sits on the cover seating protrusion (1.1).
The upper part of the pressurized metal box (1), which remains over the cover seating protrusion (1.1), has a diameter decreasing upwardly. Thus, when the metal cover (2)
sits on the cover seating protrusion (1.1) of the pressurized metal box (1), a vacuum gap (3) is formed between the metal cover (2) and the pressurized metal box (1). Thanks to the vacuum gap (3), the closing and opening of the metal cover (2) is provided with soft movements, since the pressurized metal box (1) and the metal cover (2) have a rigid structure, the metal cover (2) can be easily closed without applying power thanks to the vacuum formed between them, while opening, it was provided to apply higher power. In this way, the metal cover (2) is also prevented from opening unintentionally. Radius edges (2.2) are formed at the upper end of the metal cover (2). In this way, both visual properties are improved and metal cover resistance against impacts is increased.
Thanks to the metal cover (2) is made of aluminum material, making it possible to make embossing (brand, customer logo, etc.) on the upper outer surface (2.3) and/or the upper inner surface (2.4).
Since the metal cover (2) is used on the pressurized metal box (1) of the filled product, the possibility of easy opening/not holding is eliminated by the weighting of the metal cover (2).
