Description

Injection patch for pain relief
The present invention relates to an injection patch for pain relief.
In general, injection types are divided into intramuscular injection, subcutaneous injection, and intravenous injection.
Intramuscular injection is an injection that is injected into the muscle, which is the same area as the buttocks.
A subcutaneous injection is an injection that is injected into the subcutaneous fat under the dermis of the arm.
Intravenous injection, also called vascular injection, is an injection that supplies a fluid such as Ringer's solution into a patient's vein.
The needles for intramuscular injection and subcutaneous injection have a small diameter, so when injected through the skin of the patient, only slight pain is transferred to the patient.
However, the intravenous injection causes considerable pain to the patient during intravenous injection because of the thick diameter of the injection needle compared to the intramuscular injection and subcutaneous injection needles.
Varicose veins are used for injecting Ringer's solution and for collecting blood.
When a patient is admitted to a hospital, doctors and nurses will inject multiple intravenous injections into the patient's body through varicose vein injections to record the patient's vital signs.
However, when the needle is inserted into the skin, the patient feels instantaneous pain, so there is an existing prior literature in which a similar pain occurs at the injection site the moment the needle is inserted into the skin.
However, there was the inconvenience of having to mount a case, a separate structure, on the outer surface of the syringe, and when injecting, the needle was inserted with the needle inclined to the skin, which made it inconvenient for the medical staff to inject.
An object of the present invention is to allow a pain similar to needle insertion pain to be first transferred immediately prior to needle insertion without interfering with the needle insertion operation when a needle is inserted, thereby offsetting the needle insertion pain.
An object of the present invention is to prevent the injection site from being inconvenient to the medical staff by easily grasping the injection position by seeing the injection site through the physical properties of the material in a state of being handled separately from the syringe.
An injection patch for pain relief is introduced.
To this end, the present invention provides an injection needle inserted into the affected part of the patient, a contact plate made of a flexible material to be in close contact with the patient's affected part, a guide hole drilled at the center position of the contact plate to induce insertion of the injection needle, and the contact plate It is formed to protrude on the bottom surface of the injection needle insertion includes a pressing protrusion to stimulate the periphery.
According to the present invention, pain similar to needle insertion pain is generated when the needle is inserted, and the pain when the needle is inserted is offset, so that it is possible to reduce the feeling of rejection of the needle by not feeling whether the needle is inserted or not.
The present invention is an additive formed with a thin thickness of a transparent material separately from the syringe, and since it guides the insertion of the needle, it is possible to accurately insert the needle at the location to be injected.

Before piercing the needle 92 of the syringe 90 into the affected part of the patient, the location to insert the needle 92 is found.
After finding a position to insert the needle, the patch 100 made of a flexible material is brought into contact with that position, and then, holding the outer cylinder 91 of the syringe 90, the needle 92 is inserted through the patch 100 toward the affected part. make it
At this time, the injection needle 92 is inserted into the insertion position in a state where the pain is transmitted around the injection needle insertion position by pressing the patch 100 .
Due to the pain generated in the patch 100, the patient is in a state that does not feel the pain when the needle 92 is inserted.
As such, the patch 100 that is in close contact with the affected part of the patient for the purpose of offsetting the pain during needle insertion is formed of a flexible contact plate 200 made of a thin transparent material,
A handle 220 for holding the patch 100 and moving it to the insertion position of the needle is formed on the contact plate 200 on the edge.
A guide hole 300 for guiding the injection needle 92 to the injection position, and a pressure protrusion 400 for generating pain for offsetting pain when the injection needle 92 is inserted are formed.
3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line A - A' of FIG. 1 to show the internal structure.
A guide hole 300 for inserting the injection needle 92 is formed in the center of the contact plate 200 of the patch 100 .
The guide protrusion 310 is formed by protruding the central portion of the guide hole 300 to the upper surface side in order to guide the needle in and out to the skin at a desired angle.
In forming the guide protrusion 310 , the front portion 320 is inclined, and the guide hole 300 is formed through the inclined front portion 320 toward the bottom of the contact plate 200 .
In forming the guide hole 300 formed in the guide protrusion 310, it is preferable to form it inclined in the range of 30 to 70 degrees.
In addition, in forming the guide hole 300, the inlet 330 located in the front part 320 is wide in order to stabilize the insertion of the needle 92 into the guide hole 300 and the insertion of the needle into the skin. , the outlet 340 located on the bottom surface of the contact plate 200 is narrowly formed.
A plurality of pressing protrusions 400 formed on the bottom surface of the contact plate 200 are formed at regular intervals around the guide hole 300 .
The upper end 410 is sharp enough to stimulate the nerve near the needle insertion position, and the lower end 420 is formed wide to form a cone shape,
In forming the contact plate 200, an adhesive band provided with an adhesive surface to adhere to the skin is provided in the space between the pressing protrusion 400 and the edge of the contact plate 200 in order to maintain a stable state of attachment to the skin.
In the present invention, after confirming the injection site, the backing paper of the adhesive band provided on the bottom surface of the contact plate 200 of the patch 100 is removed.
After that, if you grab the handle 220 and move the patch 100 to the injection site to place the contact plate 200 at the injection position, it is fixed to the skin by the adhesive force of the adhesive, and the contact plate 200 is fixed to the skin in a stable state. do.
In this case, since the pressure protrusion 400 weakly presses the skin by the adhesive force of the adhesive band, pain may occur around the injection site.
In a state in which the contact plate 200 is fixed, the medical staff approaches the needle 92 of the syringe 90 filled with the drug toward the guide protrusion 310 protruding from the upper surface of the contact plate 200 .
Thereafter, the injection needle 92 is inserted into the inlet 330 of the guide hole 300 formed in the front portion 320 of the guide protrusion 310 .
When the needle 92 is inserted into the guide hole 300, the medical staff presses the upper surface of the contact plate 200 so that the top 410 of the pressing protrusion 400 on the bottom of the contact plate 200 pokes the skin surface. This causes the patient to feel pain.
The medical staff completely advances the needle 92 of the syringe 90 that has entered the guide hole 300 so that the needle 92 is inserted at the injection site.
Pain is felt when the needle 92 is inserted into the skin, but the pain felt first by the pressure protrusion 400 of the contact plate 200 is offset by the pain caused by the needle, making it much easier to inject into the patient. do.
The guide hole 300 formed in the guide protrusion 310 is formed in an angle range of 30 to 70 degrees from the bottom surface of the contact plate 200 to the front part 320 of the guide protrusion 310 .
Since the inlet 330 is formed with a wide width, the insertion angle of the needle 92 to be inserted into the skin can be selected, thereby reducing the burden on the medical staff for injecting.
