Abstract
Provided is a clutch mechanism, comprising: an inner hub (11, 21) and outer hub (12, 22) capable of rotation relative to each other; a clutch unit (13, 23), comprising a plurality of friction plates (131) arranged in a torsion-resistant manner on one of the inner hub (11, 21) and the outer hub (12, 22) and a plurality of friction plates (132) arranged in a torsion-resistant manner on the other; the plurality of friction plates (131) and the plurality of pressure plates (132) are alternately arranged in the axial direction (A) and can move relative to the outer hub (12, 22) and the inner hub (11, 21) in the axial direction (A); and release bearings (14, 24), comprising a bearing plate (241), a cage (242), and a plurality of rolling elements (243); the bearing plate (241) is arranged on the outer hub (12, 22) in a torsion-resistant manner and can move relative to the outer hub (12, 22) in the axial direction (A); the bearing plate (241) is located on the axial inner side of the plurality of friction plates (131) and the plurality of pressure plates (132); the cage (242) is position-limited by the bearing plate (241) in the axial direction (A) and the radial direction (R); the plurality of rolling elements (243) are held by the cage (242) and can roll on the bearing plate (241). Thus the structure and processing process of the bearing plate and the corresponding pressure plate or friction plate are simplified, and the risk of interference between the release bearing and other components of the clutch mechanism is avoided. Also provided is a vehicle clutch comprising the described clutch mechanism.
