背景技术
塔式冷风扇是一种家用电器,其具有能够向周围环境输送温度相对较低的冷风的功能。塔式冷风扇的工作原理是,在现有的塔式风扇的基础上,在风扇内部加装湿帘,湿帘位于冷风扇的进风口和风轮之间,湿帘上方设置分水盒,分水盒底部具有出水孔,由出水孔向湿帘上输送水。

本实施例提供一种冷风扇,如图1、图3所示,包括:支架1和壳体2,所述壳体2可拆卸的连接在所述支架1上,所述支架1与所述壳体2之间构成用于安装湿帘的空间;开关,包括至少一个安全开关11,所述安全开关11设于所述支架1上;触发部21,设于所述壳体2上,抵触并触发所述安全开关11;安全件3,设于所述支架1上,所述安全件3具有阻挡触发所述安全开关11的第一状态,以及露出所述安全开关11的第二状态。本方案中至少有一个安全开关是通过安全件进行阻挡触发的,只有在安全开关处于闭合状态下风扇才能正常使用。因此,在不安装湿帘的情况下,安全开关11处于被安全件3阻挡触发的状态,无法触动闭合,导致风扇无法工作,从而提醒用户安装湿帘。用户在安装湿帘时,调整安全件3的位置,使安全件3处于露出安全开关11的第二状态,从而触动安全开关11以使风扇能够正常工作。
本实施例中,如图4所示,壳体2包括分体设置的第一分体22、和第二分体23。第一分体22、和第二分体23沿竖直方向排列,分别扣合在支架1上。 第一分体22、第二分体23、以及支架1三者组合形成用于容纳湿帘的空间。其中,结合图4、图5,第二分体23通过连接部231与支架1连接。安全件3设置在壳体2上。触发部21设于第一分体22上,当第一分体22沿竖直方向从上至下安装时,触发部21对准开关槽12插入。若未安装湿帘,则第一阻挡部31阻挡在开关槽12的开口上方,阻碍触发部21插入开关槽12,因此未安装湿帘前,第一分体22无法完成安装。安装湿帘时,湿帘在壳体2与支架1之间的空间内由上至下插入安装到壳体2的下方,第二阻挡部32位于湿帘的插入路径上,湿帘抵触第二阻挡部32并带动安全件3的转轴转动,使第一阻挡部31随之转动,脱离开关槽12的开口位置。此时再安装第一分体22时,没有第一阻挡部31的阻挡,触发部21能够插入开关槽12并触发安全开关11。壳体2能够完整的安装,并且冷风扇能够正常工作。
对于安全件3与支架1连接的方式不做具体限制,本实施例中,如图2、图3所示,所述安全件3包括:转轴33,转动连接在所述支架1上。安全件3转动连接在支架1上,使得安全件3通过转动的方式,在第一状态和第二状态之间进行切换。作为可替换的实施方式,安全件3滑动连接在支架1上,安全件3通过滑动的方式,在第一状态和第二状态之间进行切换。
对于安全件3的复位方式不做具体限制,本实施例中,如图3所示,还包括:弹性件,连接所述转轴33与所述支架1,所述安全件3处于第二状态时,所述弹性件处于形变状态。弹性件通过自身弹性作用在安全件3上,使湿帘被拆除后,安全件3处于阻挡触发安全开关11的第一状态。在安装湿帘时,在外力的作用下带动安全件3转动,使弹性件进一步发生形变,同时安全件3将安全开关11露出。作为可替换的实施方式,安全件3通过手动调节的方式,在第一状态和第二状态之间进行切换。
对于弹性件的种类不做具体限制,本实施例中,如图1、图3所示,所述弹性件为扭簧34。安全件3在第一状态与第二状态进行切换的过程中发生转动, 因此选用扭簧34更符合安全件3的使用环境。作为可替换的实施方式,弹性件为弹簧、碟簧等具有弹性的物体,并且在安全件3向第二状态切换的过程中进一步发生形变,使外力撤销后能够带动安全件3回复第一状态。
对于安全件3的结构不做具体限制,本实施例中,如图2、图3所示,所述安全件3还包括:第一阻挡部31,设于所述转轴33上,延伸至所述安全开关11与所述触发部21之间。第一阻挡部31阻挡触发在安全开关11与触发部21之间,当湿帘未安装时,触发部21受第一阻挡部31的阻碍,导致壳体2无法进一步安装,同时安全开关11无法被触发,即无法进行下一步的安装,冷风扇也无法工作,从而提醒用户安装湿帘。
对于安全件3的结构不做具体限制,本实施例中,如图2、图3所示,所述安全件3还包括:第二阻挡部32,设于所述转轴33上,延伸至所述湿帘的安装路径上。在安装湿帘时,湿帘的安装受到第二阻挡部32的阻碍,继续安装湿帘,使湿帘在外力的作用下推动第二阻挡部32动作,使第二阻挡部32带动转轴33发生转动,从而使第一阻挡部31由阻挡触发安全开关11的状态变为露出安全开关11的状态。湿帘安装完成后,壳体2上的触发部21能够触发安全开关11,从而使壳体2能够安装到位。
对于第二阻挡部32的形状不做具体限制,本实施例中,如图2所示,第二阻挡部32为矩形板件。作为可替换的实施方式,第二阻挡部32为杆件。
对于安全开关11的设置结构不做具体限制,本实施例中,如图3所示,所述支架1上设有开关槽12,所述安全开关11设于所述开关槽12内,所述开关槽12至少具有一个供触发部21进入的开口。开关槽12供触发部21插入,在壳体2安装在支架1上的同时,触发部21插入开关槽12,并触发安全开关11。使用户在未安装湿帘的前提下,无法完成壳体2的安装,从而提醒用户安装湿帘。
对于第一阻挡部31与开关槽12的位置关系不做具体限制,本实施例中,如图3所示,所述第一阻挡部31为板件,所述安全件3处于所述第一状态时,所述第一阻挡部31遮挡于所述开关槽12的所述开口。由于第一阻挡部31起到阻挡触发部21的作用,因此第一阻挡部31支撑在开关槽12的开口上时,在受到支撑部的压动时,能够具有更强的机械强度,防止用户用力安装外壳时,抵触部将第一阻挡部31压坏。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本公开创造的保护范围之中。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种冷风扇,包括:
    支架(1)和壳体(2),所述壳体(2)可拆卸的连接在所述支架(1)上,所述支架与所述壳体(2)之间构成用于安装湿帘的空间;
    开关,包括至少一个安全开关(11),所述安全开关(11)设于所述支架(1)上;
    触发部(21),设于所述壳体(2)上,抵触并触发所述安全开关(11);
    安全件(3),设于所述支架(1)或所述壳体(2)上,所述安全件(3)具有阻挡触发所述安全开关(11)的第一状态,以及露出所述安全开关(11)的第二状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冷风扇,其中,所述安全件(3)包括:
    转轴(33),转动连接在所述支架(1)上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的冷风扇,其中,还包括:
    弹性件,连接所述转轴(33)与所述支架(1),所述安全件(3)处于第二状态时,所述弹性件处于形变状态。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的冷风扇,其中,所述弹性件为扭簧(34)。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的冷风扇,其中,所述安全件(3)还包括:
    第一阻挡部(31),设于所述转轴(33)上,延伸至所述安全开关(11)与所述触发部(21)之间。
  6. 根据权利要求2-5任一所述的冷风扇,其中,所述安全件(3)还包括:
    第二阻挡部(32),设于所述转轴(33)上,延伸至所述湿帘的安装路径上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的冷风扇,其中,所述支架(1)上设有开关槽(12),所述安全开关(11)设于所述开关槽(12)内,所述开关槽(12)至少具有一个供触发部(21)进入的开口。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的冷风扇,其中,所述安全件(3)包括第一阻挡部(31),所述第一阻挡部(31)为板件,所述安全件处于所述第一状态时,所述第一阻挡部(31)遮挡于所述开关槽(12)的所述开口。
