Description

一种带有调色开关的LED灯管
本申请要求于2020年1月20日提交中国专利局、申请号为202020133830.2、名称为“一种带有调色开关的LED灯管”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及生活电器技术领域,特别涉及一种带有调色开关的LED灯管。
背景技术
LED灯管作为一款光源采用LED作为发光体的照明产品,相比于荧光灯管具有节能、价格低廉、寿命长且结构简单的特点,因此被广泛应用与家居、商场、教室等照明场所。
现有的LED灯管通常只能发出一种色温的光,颜色比较单调。而为了能够实现多种色温调节,市面上出现了采用不同色温的LED灯管,通过墙壁开关控制LED灯管的色温调节。如公告号为CN202629690U的中国专利公开了一种可调色温光管,该可调色温光管包括有套管、二触针管脚套、LED色温控制模块、高色温或低色温的荧光灯管,所述LED色温控制模块和荧光灯管分别置于套管内,所述二触针管脚套分别套装在该套管的两端,所述荧光灯管的两端分别与LED色温控制模块的相应控制电路模块插接,所述LED色温控制模块配置有遥控器或交流电源开关。
但是该可调色温光管相互匹配的荧光灯管和LED光源模组以实现不同的色温光照效果,在选用交流电源开关控制LED色温控制模块时,若LED灯管照明区域与开关距离较远,则将导致该可调色温光管的操作难度提升;在选用遥控器控制LED色温控制模块时,需要限定遥控器的放置区域,否则将导致该可调色温光管的操作难度提升;与此同时,当在使用LED灯管替换原有的荧光灯管时,需要对开关进行改装,进而导致成本增加, 有待改进。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请的目的在于提供一种带有调色开关的LED灯管,以实现操作便捷的目的。其具体方案如下:
一种带有调色开关的LED灯管,包括LED灯管本体,所述LED灯管本体设置有灯管体以及位于所述灯管体两端并用于与安装座连接的端头,所述灯管体包括灯管、具有至少两种不同色温的LED灯条以及与所述LED灯条电连接的驱动电源,所述LED灯管本体还包括至少一个固定在所述端头上的调色开关,所述调色开关用于控制所述LED灯条不同色温的启闭。
优选地:所述LED灯条包括至少两种不同色温的LED灯珠以及用于连接固定所述LED灯珠的铝基线路板或柔性灯板。
优选地:所述LED灯条包括2700K灯珠和6500K灯珠。
优选地:所述调色开关包括固定在所述驱动电源上的拨档开关,所述端头上设置有驱动所述拨档开关的拨片面板,所述驱动电源的一端设置有与所述LED灯条电连接的连接导线。
优选地:所述端头设置有长槽状安装拨孔,所述拨片面板的下端插接在所述安装拨孔内并与所述拨档开关连接,所述拨片面板沿所述安装拨孔宽度方向的两侧均设置有与所述端头内侧壁抵接的扣脚。
优选地:所述拨片面板沿所述安装拨孔宽度方向的截面呈π状。
优选地:所述拨片面板的上侧设置有多条相互平行的横条。
优选地:所述灯管为玻璃灯管或塑料灯管。
优选地:所述灯管为T8灯管或T5灯管。
优选地:所述驱动电源为开关电源或线性电源。
通过以上方案可知,本申请提供了一种带有调色开关的LED灯管,该带有调色开关的LED灯管具有以下有益效果:
1、通过拨档开关控制LED灯条不同色温的启闭,并当LED灯条具有两者不同色温时,可控制两种色温分别开启或同时开启的三种或多种档位,具有操作便捷的效果;
2、通过对LED灯管本体的改造,以达到避免对安装座或控制安装座的开关进行改造的目的,省时省力;
3、结构简单且易于生产,具有良好的经济效益。

实施例一
如图1、图6所示,一种带有调色开关的LED灯管,包括LED灯管本体5。 LED灯管本体5设置有灯管体1以及位于灯管体1两端的端头2。端头2用于与安装座6匹配固定,安装座6在固定端头2的同时为LED灯管本体5提供电能,且与相应的开关匹配以实现LED灯管本体5的启闭。
如图1、图2、图3所示,灯管体1包括灯管、插接在灯管内且具有至少两种不同色温的LED灯条4以及与LED灯条4电连接的驱动电源31。灯管为玻璃灯管且为T8灯管。驱动电源31为开关电源。LED灯条4固定在灯管内,驱动电源31通过螺栓与LED灯管本体5连接,以实现驱动电源31与LED灯条4的稳定电连接的效果。需要说明的是,LED灯管本体5还包括至少一个固定在端头2上的调色开关3。调色开关3用于控制LED灯条4上的不同色温的启闭,若存在N个不同色温,且N大于等于2,则可形成(N+1)*N/2个不同档位的色温模式,同时根据驱动电源31控制输入的电流的大小,获得(N+1)*N/2个以上的不同档位的模式。
如图3、图4、图5所示,LED灯条4包括至少两种不同色温的LED灯珠以及用于连接固定LED灯珠的铝基线路板。因此,将可形成需要说明的是,调色开关3包括固定在驱动电源31上的拨档开关32。并在端头2上设置有驱动拨档开关32的拨片面板33。驱动电源31的一端设置有与LED灯条4电连接的连接导线34。端头2设置有长槽状安装拨孔21,拨片面板33的下端插接在安装拨孔21内并与拨档开关32连接。拨片面板33沿安装拨孔21宽度方向的截面呈π状。因此,拨片面板33穿出安装拨孔21的部位下侧与端盖外侧面抵接,同时在拨片面板33沿安装拨孔21宽度方向的两侧均形成有与端头2内侧壁抵接的扣脚331,以达到拨片面板33与端盖的稳定连接的目的。与此同时,在拨片面板33的上侧设置有多条相互平行的横条。横条起到增加拨片面板33表面摩擦系数,进而实现降低拨片面板33拨动难度以及提升该拨片面板33的表面美观度的效果。
实施例二
实施例二与实施例一的区别在于,实施例二中的灯管为塑料灯管。
实施例三
实施例三与实施例一的区别在于,实施例三中的灯管为T5灯管。
实施例四
实施例四与实施例一的区别在于,实施例四中的驱动电源31为线性电源。
实施例五
实施例五与实施例一的区别在于,实施例五中LED灯条4包括至少两种不同色温的LED灯珠以及用于连接固定LED灯珠的柔性灯板。
实施例六
在实施例六中,LED灯条4具有两种不同色温,且该不同色温由构成LED灯管的2700K灯珠和6500K灯珠获得,进而将实现控制两种色温分别开启或同时开启的三种档位的色温模式,并在每一种色温模式下均可通过驱动电源31控制获得四个以上的档位,具有操作便捷的效果。
实施例七
在实施例七中,LED灯条4具有五种不同色温,进而将形成(5+1)*5/2=15种不同档位的色温模式,并在每一种色温模式下均可通过驱动电源31控制获得(5+1)*5/2=15个以上的档位,具有变化多样且操作便捷的特性。
实施例七
如图6所示,在拨片面板33的下侧设置有用于与拨档开关32连接固定的固定件332。固定件332包括两块固定插脚,两块固定插脚沿安装拨孔21长度方向的两侧对称设置。
实施例八
如图7所示,在拨片面板33的下侧设置有用于与拨档开关32连接固定的固定件332。固定件332包括固定插柱,拨档开关32的上端插接在固定插柱内。
综上所述,本申请通过对LED灯管本体5的改造,以达到避免对安装座6或控制安装座6的开关进行改造的目的,省时省力,且其结构简单、易于生产,具有良好的经济效益。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种带有调色开关的LED灯管,包括LED灯管本体(5),所述LED灯管本体(5)设置有灯管体(1)以及位于所述灯管体(1)两端并用于与安装座(6)连接的端头(2),其特征在于:所述灯管体(1)包括灯管、具有至少两种不同色温的LED灯条(4)以及与所述LED灯条(4)电连接的驱动电源(31),所述LED灯管本体(5)还包括至少一个固定在所述端头(2)上的调色开关(3),所述调色开关(3)用于控制所述LED灯条(4)不同色温的启闭。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有调色开关的LED灯管,其特征在于:所述LED灯条(4)包括至少两种不同色温的LED灯珠以及用于连接固定所述LED灯珠的铝基线路板或柔性灯板。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种带有调色开关的LED灯管,其特征在于:所述LED灯条(4)包括2700K灯珠和6500K灯珠。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有调色开关的LED灯管,其特征在于:所述调色开关(3)包括固定在所述驱动电源(31)上的拨档开关(32),所述端头(2)上设置有驱动所述拨档开关(32)的拨片面板(33),所述驱动电源(31)的一端设置有与所述LED灯条(4)电连接的连接导线(34)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种带有调色开关的LED灯管,其特征在于:所述端头(2)设置有长槽状安装拨孔(21),所述拨片面板(33)的下端插接在所述安装拨孔(21)内并与所述拨档开关(32)连接,所述拨片面板(33)沿所述安装拨孔(21)宽度方向的两侧均设置有与所述端头(2)内侧壁抵接的扣脚(331)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种带有调色开关的LED灯管,其特征在于:所述拨片面板(33)沿所述安装拨孔(21)宽度方向的截面呈π状。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种带有调色开关的LED灯管,其特征在于:所述拨片面板(33)的上侧设置有多条相互平行的横条。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有调色开关的LED灯管,其特征在于:所述灯管为玻璃灯管或塑料灯管。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有调色开关的LED灯管,其特征在 于:所述灯管为T8灯管或T5灯管。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有调色开关的LED灯管,其特征在于:所述驱动电源(31)为开关电源或线性电源。
