Definitions

  • the invention relates to a laminated glass pane and a use of the laminated glass pane in a vehicle.
  • windows In an emergency, windows often serve as an escape or rescue route. In order to prevent injuries when exiting or entering through a window in an emergency, windows can be designed as single-pane safety glass.
  • the toughened safety glass crumbles after breakage and falls to the ground in small glass splinters with few or no sharp edges.
  • Laminated glass panes are used for windows with an increased need for load-bearing capacity or stability.
  • the composite glass panes are characterized in that they continue to have a load-bearing capacity or stability in the event of a break.
  • the glass panes of the laminated glass panes are held in the composite by means of an intermediate layer, in particular also in a broken state.
  • the glass panes must be destroyed and the intermediate layer must be severed. Since the intermediate layer is designed to maintain load-bearing capacity or stability even if the glass panes break, severing the intermediate layer requires a great deal of force. Normally, this severing can only be done with a suitable tool. Particularly in an emergency, this harbors a high risk of injury and safety risks for the people or rescue workers endangered by the emergency.
  • the invention is based on the object of providing a laminated glass pane with improved properties for use as an escape route.
  • the invention provides that at least two pane parts can be separated from a remaining part of the laminated glass pane along at least one open fracture track.

  • the glass panes of the laminated glass pane are designed as float glass or partially toughened glass.
  • the glass panes of the laminated glass pane are particularly preferably designed as single-pane safety glass panes. The risk of injury can be minimized by designing the glass panes as single-pane safety glass panes. Sharp edges can be avoided if the glass panes break.

Description

Beschreibung description
Verbundglasscheibe für ein Fahrzeug Laminated glass for a vehicle
The invention relates to a laminated glass pane and a use of the laminated glass pane in a vehicle.
In an emergency, windows often serve as an escape or rescue route. In order to prevent injuries when exiting or entering through a window in an emergency, windows can be designed as single-pane safety glass. The toughened safety glass crumbles after breakage and falls to the ground in small glass splinters with few or no sharp edges. Laminated glass panes are used for windows with an increased need for load-bearing capacity or stability. The composite glass panes are characterized in that they continue to have a load-bearing capacity or stability in the event of a break. The glass panes of the laminated glass panes are held in the composite by means of an intermediate layer, in particular also in a broken state. So that a laminated glass pane can be opened in an emergency, the glass panes must be destroyed and the intermediate layer must be severed.
The invention is based on the object of providing a laminated glass pane with improved properties for use as an escape route.
Des Weiteren liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde,This object is achieved by a laminated glass pane with the features of claim 1. Furthermore, the invention is based on the object
To provide escape and rescue routes in a vehicle with improved properties in terms of safety for vehicle occupants.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by the features of the neighboring use claim.
Advantageous developments of the present invention can be found in the dependent subclaims.
The invention provides that at least two pane parts can be separated from a remaining part of the laminated glass pane along at least one open fracture track.
A “breaking trace” should be understood to mean a trace of one or more predetermined breaking points which is / are formed from a continuous reduction or a series of reductions in the tear strength of the at least one intermediate layer.
An "open fracture track" is to be understood as a fracture track that is not closed. Such a fracture track has at least two ends the at least two disc parts are prevented.
So that a pane of the at least two pane parts can be separated along the breakage track, the laminated glass pane must be mechanically broken. In particular, the composite glass pane has a marked predetermined breaking point for this case. The predetermined breaking point can be struck in a manner known per se by means of an initiator hammer. A continuous split break of the laminated glass pane can thus be brought about with little effort. In a broken state of the laminated glass pane, at least 85% of all glass splinters in the laminated glass pane are preferably materially bonded to the intermediate layer. Here- this can minimize the risk of injury from loose glass splinters.
In particular, the glass panes of the laminated glass pane are designed as float glass or partially toughened glass. The glass panes of the laminated glass pane are particularly preferably designed as single-pane safety glass panes. The risk of injury can be minimized by designing the glass panes as single-pane safety glass panes. Sharp edges can be avoided if the glass panes break.
Furthermore, the laminated glass pane can be designed to be flat or curved. In principle, the laminated glass pane can have any external geometry or circumferential geometry. It can therefore advantageously be used in a variety of ways. The laminated glass pane can be produced as required.
Alternatively or additionally, it is conceivable that an airbag system or a hose system is arranged along the at least one break line between the at least two glass panes. The airbag system or the tube system is preferably provided in each case to automatically separate at least one pane from the remaining part of the laminated glass pane. In this case, there is no need for a person to apply force to separate one part of the disc of the at least two parts of the disc.
The reduction in tear strength is preferably embodied as a mechanical weakening of the intermediate layer. The mechanical weakening is particularly preferably designed as a recess in the intermediate layer. It is also conceivable that the tear strength is reduced by means of an optical or chemical process.
In an advantageous embodiment variant, a material of the intermediate layer is replaced by a material with, compared to the intermediate layer, reduced tear strength along the at least one breakage track. This can lovable tear resistance can be realized. A weakening of the intermediate layer can be kept ring in a simple manner and thus the stability of the composite glass pane can be increased. An undesirable impairment of the tear strength along the at least one breakage track during a process step of the manufacturing process can be prevented. For example, a melting together of constituents of the intermediate layer can be prevented.
Along the rupture track, the intermediate layer preferably has a reduction in tear strength compared to surrounding areas of the intermediate layer of at least 60%, particularly preferably at least 80% and very particularly preferably 100%. As a result, the disc part can easily be separated even by people with little strength, small stature or smaller injuries.
A “broken state of the laminated glass pane” is to be understood in this context as a state of the laminated glass pane in which the at least two glass panes have a splinter break that extends at least over the entire breakage track.
Furthermore, it is proposed as an advantageous further development that the at least two pane parts can be separated off independently of one another. Each of the at least two pane parts can be separated as escape and rescue routes without being influenced by a state of another of the at least two pane parts. If access to one of the at least two pane parts is difficult, the remaining pane parts of the at least two pane parts can be separated by themselves.
In another refinement, it is proposed that the at least one breakage track has a breakage track section along which the at least two pane parts border one another. In this way, a large, coherent opening can be created. Furthermore, a reduction in stability caused by the at least one breakage track can be minimized in this way. In an advantageous In the form of a design, the breakage track section has a length of at least 10%, preferably at least 15% and particularly preferably at least 20% of a total length of the breakage track. The larger the common section, the lower the force required to separate a white direct disk part of the at least two disk parts. Furthermore, the stability of the laminated glass pane can be increased. In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the at least one break line is H-shaped. This offers the advantages of an inexpensive production and / or a space-saving arrangement of the laminated glass pane.
In an advantageous further development, it is proposed that the at least two pane parts can be separated along the at least one breakage track without tools in a broken state of the laminated glass pane. "Can be separated without tools" means that the at least two pane parts can each be separated by an operator with a force that can typically be applied by hand, so that no additional means are required to separate out the respective pane part a reliable possibility of self-rescue can be created for individuals in an emergency situation. After the pane has been destroyed by means of the initiator hammer, no further means for separating the at least two pane parts are therefore required.
A further advantageous development suggests that at least two of the at least two disk parts have surfaces of different sizes. This enables an asymmetrical embodiment, which can be advantageous in a particular application. A “surface” is to be understood as an upper surface of a disk part of the at least two disk parts in an undamaged state of the disk part.
Preferably, an area ratio between an upper surface of a smaller pane part of the at least two pane parts in a separated state and a surface Area of a larger disc part of the at least two disc parts in a separated state is greater than 0.2 and particularly preferably greater than 0.4.
In an advantageous development it is proposed that each of the at least two pane parts can be separated from the composite glass pane in such a way that it is connected to the remaining part of the composite glass pane. Through the described training, falling of disc parts can be avoided. Injuries, especially in a panic situation, can be prevented.
Furthermore, it is proposed in an advantageous development that each of the at least two pane parts is movable with respect to the remaining part of the laminated glass pane. The further training described can enable free access and / or unhindered escape. A hazard potential and / or the risk of injury to other people can be reduced.
Preferably, a pane connected to the remaining part of the laminated glass pane of the at least two panes is inseparably connected to the rest of the composite glass pane without tools. The pane part of the at least two pane parts connected to the remaining part of the laminated glass pane cannot therefore be completely separated from the remaining part of the laminated glass pane without a tool. This can minimize the risk of an accident. A risk of falling down or a part of the pane becoming detached can be reliably prevented. Furthermore, the at least two pane parts are each movable relative to the remaining part of the laminated glass pane with a simultaneous reliable connection to the remaining part.
As a further advantageous development, it is proposed that the at least one breakage track is designed in such a way that an overlap of each disc part of the at least two disc parts in a separated state with an opening area of all other disc parts of the at least at least two disc parts are excluded. An "opening area of a pane" is to be understood as an area of the laminated glass pane through which an opening can be created in the laminated glass pane when the one pane of the at least two pane parts is separated Recess in the laminated glass pane in a separated state of said pane part. A closure or partial covering of an opening area of a pane part by another pane part of the at least two pane parts can be prevented in this way Injuries to a person located in the opening area by another pane of the at least two pane parts can be avoided.
A disk part of the at least two disk parts is preferably at a distance from the opening areas of all the other disk parts of the at least two disk parts in a separated state. The risk of injury from other pane parts of the at least two pane parts can thus be further reduced.
It is also proposed that the laminated glass pane according to the invention be used in a window of a vehicle. As a result, several escape and rescue routes can be provided with one window of a vehicle. The escape and rescue routes can be adapted to the interior of the vehicle as required.
Preferably, the window is designed as an insulating glass window. Particularly preferably, at least one laminated glass pane according to the invention is formed into an insulating glass window in combination with a single pane safety glass pane, a thermally toughened glass pane or at least one further laminated glass pane according to the invention. Thermal insulation of a vehicle interior can be combined with escape and rescue routes. An energy e The efficiency of cooling or heating a vehicle interior can be increased by providing escape and rescue routes at the same time.
In an advantageous embodiment, the composite glass pane on an outside and a single pane safety glass pane on an inside of the window are used ver. With this variant, a resistance of the window to mechanical influences can be increased during a ferry operation of the vehicle. The risk of the window breaking during normal ferry operations can thus be reduced.
Furthermore, it is proposed as an advantageous further development that the laminated glass pane according to the invention is used in a window of a rail-bound vehicle with sleeping capsules which can be separated from one another. The window is arranged in such a way that it extends over at least two of the sleeping capsules that can be separated from one another. The window extending over the at least two separable sleeping capsules is preferably used as an escape and rescue route for the at least two separable sleeping capsules. The vehicle can alternatively be designed as a watercraft, an aircraft or another land vehicle. A "sleeping capsule" should be understood to mean a lying or resting area that can be separated from several working, lying or resting areas arranged together. In the manner described, a common window can be used for several sleeping capsules. This simplifies a vehicle design Furthermore, the manufacturing cost of the vehicle can be reduced.
The sleeping capsule can preferably be separated from a train compartment or a sleeping car compartment. Particularly before given, the sleeping capsules can be separated from one another and / or visually separated. This increases comfort and relaxation value for passengers. Likewise, a number of passengers can thus be increased. In a further preferred embodiment, the at least two sleeping capsules are spatially arranged directly next to one another. Passengers can escape or be rescued independently of one another via the common window pane.
An advantageous further development proposes that a laminated glass pane according to the invention, which is further developed in such a way that it has a breakage section at which the at least two pane parts adjoin one another, is used in the vehicle. In this development, the broken track section is aligned essentially parallel or essentially perpendicular to an intended direction of travel of the vehicle.
"Essentially parallel" should be understood to mean an alignment of a direction or axis relative to a reference direction or reference matter, the direction or the axis deviating from the reference direction or the reference axis by less than 8 °, preferably less than 5 ° and be particularly preferably less than 2 °.
“Essentially perpendicular” should be understood to mean an alignment of a direction or axis relative to a reference direction or reference axis, the direction or axis enclosing an angle with respect to the reference direction or the reference axis which deviates from 90 ° by less than 8 °, preferably less than 5 ° and particularly preferably less than 2 °.
Through the advantageous development described, the laminated glass pane and thus the window can be adapted to an interior design of the vehicle as required. Furthermore, the advantageous development described can advantageously avoid an overlap of a severed pane part of the at least two pane parts in an opening area of other pane parts of the at least two pane parts. Furthermore, a vehicle is proposed which has at least one window with a laminated glass pane according to the invention. The window is arranged in an external wall of the vehicle. In an emergency, the window offers the possibility of providing escape and rescue routes that are adapted to a space-saving interior design. The window can reduce the risk of accidents when using the window as an escape and rescue route. Escape and rescue routes can also be created from interior areas of the vehicle that are spatially separated from one another.
An advantageous development suggests that the vehicle has at least two windows with a special laminated glass pane. The special laminated glass pane is designed as a laminated glass pane according to the invention, which is further developed in such a way that each of the at least two pane parts can be separated from the laminated glass pane in such a way that it is connected to the remaining part of the laminated glass pane. As a result, each of the at least two pane parts is movable with respect to the remaining part of the laminated glass pane. Furthermore, the at least two windows are arranged next to one another on the same side of the vehicle. Furthermore, the at least two pane parts of each of the special laminated glass panes are each connected to the remaining part of the respective special laminated glass pane by means of a holding path. The holding sections are arranged in such a way that an overlap of each separated pane part of the at least two pane parts of each of the special laminated glass panes with an opening area of all other pane parts of the at least two pane parts of each of the special laminated glass panes is excluded.
Unter einer „Haltestrecke" ist eine kürzeste Verbindungslinie in einerThe fact that windows are arranged next to one another should be understood in this context to mean that no third window is arranged between two windows. Under a "stopping line" is a shortest connection line in a
Intermediate layer of the at least one intermediate layer between two ends of a disc part of the at least two disc parts delimiting at least one breakage to understand hen.
The advantageous development described avoids that an opening area of a pane of the at least two pane parts of a laminated glass pane of a window is covered by a pane of the at least two panes of a laminated glass pane of a window arranged next to it. A restriction or blocking of an opening area as an escape and rescue route can be prevented. Furthermore, the risk of injury to a person in the opening area due to pane parts from other windows can be minimized.
The holding section and the at least one breakage track preferably form a closed section which delimits a circumference of a disk part of the at least two disk parts. Particularly preferably, the closed section formed from the holding section and the break line delimits a pane part of the at least two pane parts from the remaining part of the laminated glass pane. This can ensure that each pane of the at least two pane parts can meet the minimum dimensions required for an escape and rescue route.
Furthermore, an advantageous development suggests that at least one of the stopping sections is arranged transversely to a predetermined direction of travel of the vehicle. In other words, the at least one stopping section is aligned along a direction which, relative to a direction of travel, has an angle not equal to 0 °. In this way, easy access from the outside to an area of the vehicle that is difficult to access or located higher up, such as a second upper floor of the vehicle, can be created by folding out the window parts to the side. The at least one stopping section is preferably directed in a direction essentially perpendicular to an intended direction of travel. In a proven embodiment, the vehicle is designed as a sleeping car with sleeping compartments. Individual escape and rescue routes can be provided with a space-saving interior design. When sleeping capsules are arranged side by side with a common window pane, a variety of escape and rescue options can be created from a sleeping compartment. In this way, each sleeping capsule has its own escape and rescue route, which can be used independently of access to other sleeping capsules. If, for example, access to a sleeping capsule is closed or blocked, the other escape and rescue routes can be used regardless of this.

The two sleeping capsules 16, 18 can be visually separated from one another by means of a folding wall 20.
3 shows a schematic representation of a structure of the window 12 designed as an insulating glass window with a Single pane safety glass pane 22 and a laminated glass pane 24. In an assembled state of the window 12 in the outer wall 14 of the vehicle 10, the single pane safety glass pane 22 is arranged in the direction of the sleeping compartment. The laminated glass pane 24 is arranged in the direction of an outer environment of the vehicle 10 starting from the sleeping compartment. The laminated glass pane 24 has two glass panes 26, 28 which are connected to the miteinan by means of an intermediate layer 30. Furthermore, the laminated glass pane 24 has a breakage track 32, along which a tear strength of the intermediate layer 30 is reduced in relation to the surrounding areas of the intermediate layer 30. The breaking trace 32 is designed as a recess in the intermediate layer 30.
FIG. 4 shows a planar view of the laminated glass pane 24 with the break trace 32, along which two pane parts 34, 36 can be separated from a remaining part 38 of the laminated glass pane 24. In a broken state of the laminated glass pane 24, the two pane parts 34, 36 can be separated along the breakage track 32 without tools. The breaking trace 32 is open ausgebil det. Furthermore, the breakage track 32 has a breakage track section 40, along which the two disc parts 34, 36 adjoin one another. The two pane parts 34, 36 can each be separated from the rest of the part 38 of the laminated glass pane 24 independently of one another along the break line 32. The break lane 32 is H-shaped. The breaking trace 32 has four ends 42, 44. In a separated state of the two pane parts 34, 36, each of the two pane parts is connected to the remaining part 38 of the laminated glass pane 24 by means of a respective holding section 46. The respective holding section 46 extends as a shortest connecting line between each two of the ends 42, 44 of the breakage track 32. The breakage track 32 forms with a holding track 46 in each case a closed track around one of the two disc parts 34, 36 Stretch delimits one of the two pane parts 34, 36 from the remaining part 38 of the laminated glass pane 24. The two pane parts 34, 36 are opposite the remaining part 38 of the laminated glass disk 24 to the holding distance 46 movable. Furthermore, the respective holding sections 46 are arranged parallel to one another and to the common fracture track section 40. An overlap of each separated disk part 34, 36 with an opening area 48 of the remaining disk part 36, 34 is therefore ruled out.
The laminated glass pane 24 just described is used in the several windows 12 of the vehicle 10, which are designed as insulating glass windows, as shown in FIG. In part, the common fracture track section 40 of the respective composite glass pane 24 of one of the multiple windows 12 is aligned parallel or perpendicular to an intended direction of travel 50 of the vehicle 10. Likewise, depending on the orientation of a window 12 of the plurality of windows 12 in the outer wall, the holding sections 46 of the respective laminated glass panes 24 are oriented parallel or perpendicular to the direction of travel 50.
Des Weiteren kann dasIn the following section, for the sake of clarity, a window 12 with the laminated glass pane 24 according to the invention of the multiple windows 12 arranged in the outer wall and de ren arrangement, for example for the remaining windows 12 with the laminated glass pane 24 according to the invention, are described in more detail. The window 12 extends over the two sleeping capsules 16, 18 which can be separated from one another
Window 12 can be used as an escape and rescue route for the two sleeping capsules 16, 18 which can be separated from one another.
In an emergency, the window 12 can be opened from inside the vehicle. So that at least one pane of the two pane parts 34, 36 can be separated from the laminated glass pane 24, the laminated glass pane 24 must be broken. For this purpose, the single-pane safety glass pane 22 can first be destroyed from a vehicle interior, for example by means of an initiator hammer (not shown in detail). In a next step, the laminated glass pane 24 can then be hit, for example by means of the initiator hammer. In a broken state of the laminated glass pane, the two pane parts 34, 36 can be independent are separated from each other from the remaining part 38 of the laminated glass pane 24 without tools. For example, a person can manually separate at least one pane of the two Scheibentei le 34, 36 from the remaining part 38 of the laminated glass pane 24. In this way, an escape route can be created from the inside of the individual sleeping capsules 16, 18. Alternatively, the two pane parts 34, 36 can be separated from the remaining part 38 of the laminated glass pane 24 independently of one another. In this way, an escape route to the individual sleeping capsules 16, 18 can be created from the outside.
In the case of two windows 12 arranged next to one another on the same side of the vehicle, the two holding sections 46 of the two laminated glass panes 24 are arranged in such a way that an overlap of each pane 34, 36 separated from the two laminated glass panes 24 with an opening area 48 of all other pane parts 34, 36 of the two Laminated glass panes 24 is excluded. This is realized in that each pane 34, 36 in the separated state is always at a distance from an opening area 48 of all other pane parts 34, 36 of the laminated glass panes 24 of all windows 12 arranged next to one another on the same side of the vehicle.
Although the invention has been illustrated and described in more detail by the preferred exemplary embodiment, the invention is not restricted by the disclosed example and other variations can be derived therefrom by the person skilled in the art without departing from the scope of protection of the invention.
