Abstract
Sont divulgués ici un procédé de transmission de demande de planification (SR) et un appareil associé. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : un terminal transmet une SR sur une ressource de configuration SR, et démarre un temporisateur d'interdiction SR après un décalage. Les modes de réalisation de la présente demande peuvent empêcher la reconfiguration d'un temporisateur d'interdiction SR, ce qui permet de réduire le surdébit de signalisation, de réduire le retard temporel lors de la validation d'une nouvelle valeur de paramètre, et d'améliorer la précision de commande pour le temps de transmission SR.
