本発明は、日本国特許出願:特願2020-1755号(2020年1月8日出願)の優先権主張に基づくものであり、同出願の全記載内容は引用をもって本書に組み込み記載されているものとする。 The present invention is based on the priority claim of Japanese patent application: Japanese Patent Application No. 2020-1755 (filed on January 8, 2020), and all the contents of the application are incorporated in this document by citation. Shall be.
本開示は、毛髪の処理剤に関する。本開示は、毛髪処理剤に添加する添加剤に関する。また、本開示は、毛髪を処理する方法に関する。 This disclosure relates to a hair treatment agent. The present disclosure relates to additives added to hair treatment agents. The present disclosure also relates to methods of treating hair.
毛髪の染毛処理(ヘアカラーリング)においては、通常、毛髪をアルカリ剤で処理することによってキューティクルを開かせ、毛髪中のメラニン色素の分解及び染料の毛髪中への浸透を促進する。例えば、特許文献1に記載のヘアカラー剤は、キューティクルを開かせるためのアルカリ剤を含んでいる。 In hair dyeing treatment (hair coloring), the cuticle is usually opened by treating the hair with an alkaline agent, and the decomposition of the melanin pigment in the hair and the penetration of the dye into the hair are promoted. For example, the hair coloring agent described in Patent Document 1 contains an alkaline agent for opening the cuticle.
特許文献2に記載の毛髪処理剤組成物は、イノシトール及びセルロース誘導体を含有する。特許文献2には、イノシトール及びセルロース誘導体を組み合わせることによって、ダメージを受けた毛髪感触の向上と毛髪強度の向上を図ることが記載されている。 The hair treatment agent composition described in Patent Document 2 contains inositol and a cellulose derivative. Patent Document 2 describes that by combining inositol and a cellulose derivative, the feel of damaged hair and the strength of hair are improved.

以下の分析は、本開示の観点から与えられる。 The following analysis is given from the perspective of this disclosure.
毛髪の主な成分はタンパク質である。タンパク質はアルカリ剤によって変性する。このため、特許文献1に記載のような、アルカリ剤が配合された毛髪処理剤で毛髪を処理すると、キューティクルを開かせると共に、アルカリ剤によって毛髪のタンパク質が変性してしまう。これにより、例えば、毛髪の柔軟性が失われ、強度が低下してしまう。 The main component of hair is protein. Proteins are denatured by alkaline agents. Therefore, when the hair is treated with a hair treatment agent containing an alkaline agent as described in Patent Document 1, the cuticle is opened and the protein of the hair is denatured by the alkaline agent. As a result, for example, the flexibility of the hair is lost and the strength is reduced.
特許文献2に記載の毛髪処理剤組成物は、イノシトールとセルロース誘導体を組み合わせないと毛髪の強度を向上できないことが記載されている。すなわち、イノシトール単独では毛髪強度向上効果を得ることはできない。また、特許文献2に記載の毛髪処理剤組成物は、ダメージを受けた毛髪に処理するものであって、ヘアカラーリングによる毛髪ダメージを抑制するものでもない。 It is described that the hair treatment agent composition described in Patent Document 2 cannot improve the strength of hair unless inositol and a cellulose derivative are combined. That is, inositol alone cannot obtain the effect of improving hair strength. Further, the hair treatment agent composition described in Patent Document 2 treats damaged hair, and does not suppress hair damage due to hair coloring.
そこで、ヘアカラーリング等に起因する毛髪のタンパク質変性を抑制可能な手段及び方法が望まれている。 Therefore, means and methods capable of suppressing protein denaturation of hair caused by hair coloring and the like are desired.

[Test Examples 1 to 4]
The effect of cyclitol sugar alcohol on suppressing hair denaturation was tested. In Test Examples 1 to 4, the hair of the same person was used. Inositol was used as the cyclitol sugar alcohol. In Test Example 1, the tensile strength of the untreated hair was measured. The hair tested in Test Example 2 is hair that has been treated with inositol and then treated with alkali. The inositol treatment is a treatment in which hair is immersed in an inositol aqueous solution in which 5% by mass of inositol is dissolved for 5 minutes. The alkaline treatment is a treatment in which the hair is immersed in an aqueous ammonia solution adjusted to pH 11.5 at room temperature for 24 hours. In Test Example 3, the hair was immersed in an aqueous solution prepared by dissolving 5% by mass of inositol in an aqueous ammonia solution adjusted to pH 11.5 at room temperature for 24 hours. In Test Example 4, only the alkali treatment was performed in the same manner as in Test Example 2. Hair was washed with water and air-dried before strength measurement.
The tensile strength of the hair of each test example was measured. The tensile strength of the hair was measured at 20 ° C. in water using a single fiber tensile tester (manufactured by ORIENTEC). Each hair sample was set to an initial length of 20 mm, stretched at an elongation rate of 5 mm / min, and the stress value was measured. A strong elongation curve was created using the stress F (N / m 2 ) per hair cross-sectional area with respect to the elongation rate λ (%), and the stress at an elongation rate of 20% was defined as the stress at 20% elongation. The cross-sectional area of the hair sample was calculated from the average value of the hair diameters measured at 60% RH and 20 ° C. using a hair diameter diameter measuring system LS-7000 (manufactured by Keyence). Table 1 shows the stress at 20% elongation of each test example. The stress values shown in Table 1 are average values calculated from eight measurements. Table 1 also shows the rate of decrease of the stress values of Test Examples 2 to 4 with respect to Test Example 1. FIG. 1 shows a graph comparing the 20% elongation stress shown in Table 1.
また、各試験例2~4の毛髪について、示差走査熱量測定(DSC:Differential scanning calorimetry)を行い、サーモグラフ内の吸熱ピークのピーク温度(T)を求めた。さらに、サーモグラフ内の吸熱ピークのピーク面積から比エンタルピー(ΔH)を求めた。表1にT及びΔHを併せて示す。図2に、表1に示したTを比較するグラフを示す。図3に、表1に示したΔHを比較するグラフを示す。 Further, the hair of each Test Example 2-4, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC: Differential scanning calorimetry) was carried out to determine the peak temperature of the endothermic peak in the thermogram (T D). Furthermore, the specific enthalpy (ΔH) was determined from the peak area of the endothermic peak in the thermograph. Table 1 also shows the T D and [Delta] H. Figure 2 shows a graph comparing T D shown in Table 1. FIG. 3 shows a graph comparing ΔH shown in Table 1.
Figure JPOXMLDOC01-appb-T000001
Figure JPOXMLDOC01-appb-T000001

Comparing Test Example 1 and Test Example 4-1, the stress value of the hair was reduced by 10% or more by the alkaline treatment. It is considered that this is because the protein in the hair was denatured by the alkaline treatment. As for the T D and [Delta] H, the hair in Test Example 4-1 were significantly reduced than in Test Example 1. T D is to be the hair depends on the crosslinking density of the matrix proteins. Therefore, it is considered that the hair of Test Example 4-1 has a larger denatured matrix protein than the hair of Test Example 1. Also, ΔH depends on the amount and integrity of microfibrils, which are crystalline regions within the hair. Therefore, it is considered that the hair of Test Example 4-1 has a larger degeneration of microfibrils than the hair of Test Example 1.
一方、アルカリ処理の前にシクリトール系糖アルコールで前処理した試験例2-1の毛髪の応力値は、試験例4-1ほど応力値の低下は観察されなかった。T及びΔHについても、試験例2-1のほうが試験例4-1よりも試験例1に対する低下割合が小さかった。したがって、試験例2-1の毛髪は、試験例4-1よりもタンパク質変性の程度が小さいものと考えられる。 On the other hand, the stress value of the hair of Test Example 2-1 pretreated with cyclitol sugar alcohol before the alkaline treatment did not decrease as much as that of Test Example 4-1. For even T D and [Delta] H, towards the test example 2-1 was smaller reduction ratio Test Example 1 than Test Example 4-1. Therefore, it is considered that the hair of Test Example 2-1 has a smaller degree of protein denaturation than that of Test Example 4-1.
アルカリ処理とシクリトール処理を同時に行った試験例3-1の毛髪の応力値も、試験例4-1ほど応力値の低下は観察されなかった。T及びΔHについても、試験例3-1のほうが試験例4-1よりも試験例1に対する低下割合が小さかった。したがって、試験例3-1の毛髪は、試験例4-1よりもタンパク質変性の程度が小さいものと考えられる。 As for the stress value of the hair of Test Example 3-1 in which the alkali treatment and the cyclitol treatment were simultaneously performed, a decrease in the stress value was not observed as in Test Example 4-1. For even T D and [Delta] H, towards the test example 3-1 was smaller reduction ratio Test Example 1 than Test Example 4-1. Therefore, it is considered that the hair of Test Example 3-1 has a smaller degree of protein denaturation than that of Test Example 4-1.
以上より、シクリトール系糖アルコールをアルカリ処理前に毛髪に適用すること、及びシクリトールをアルカリ処理と同時に適用することによって、アルカリ剤による毛髪中のタンパク質変性を抑制できたと考えられる。 From the above, it is considered that the protein denaturation in the hair due to the alkaline agent could be suppressed by applying the cyclitol sugar alcohol to the hair before the alkaline treatment and by applying the cyclitol at the same time as the alkaline treatment.
Next, the hair treated in Test Examples 2-1 to 4-1 was shampooed and air-dried, and then the 20% elongation stress was measured in the same manner as in Test Examples 2-1 to 4-1. The shampoo treatment was carried out by immersing in a 10% by mass polyoxyethylene lauryl ether sodium sulfate aqueous solution at 40 ° C. for 30 minutes. Table 2 shows the stress at 20% elongation of each test example. The stress values shown in Table 2 are average values calculated from eight measurements. Table 2 also shows the rate of decrease of the stress values of Test Examples 2 to 4 with respect to Test Example 1. FIG. 4 shows a graph comparing the 20% elongation stress before and after cleaning shown in Tables 1 and 2.

Figure JPOXMLDOC01-appb-T000002

There was no significant change in hair strength even with shampoo treatment. Even if cyclitol-based sugar alcohols remained in the hair in Test Examples 2-1 and 3-1, it is considered that the residual cyclitol-based sugar alcohols were removed by the shampoo treatment of Test Examples 2-2 and 3-2. Be done. Since there was no significant change in the strength relationship between Test Examples 2-1 to 4-1 and Test Examples 2-2-4-2, the decrease in hair strength was suppressed in Test Examples 2-2 and 3-2. It was not because the cyclitol sugar alcohol itself that was present in the hair increased the strength of the hair or repaired the hair, but because the cyclitol sugar alcohol suppressed the degeneration of the hair due to the alkaline treatment. Is considered to be. From this, it was found that cyclitol-based sugar alcohols are effective in suppressing protein denaturation caused by alkaline agents.
[Test Examples 5 to 6]
A hair dyeing test was conducted using a hair coloring agent containing a cyclitol sugar alcohol. Inositol was used as the cyclitol sugar alcohol. In Test Examples 5 and 6, the same person's hair was used. In Test Example 5, inositol was added to the hair coloring agent. In Test Example 6, inositol was not added to the hair coloring agent. The hair coloring agents used in Test Examples 5 and 6 are the same except for the presence or absence of inositol. The hair coloring agent used in Test Examples 5 and 6 contained a total of 4.5% by mass of ammonia and ammonium bicarbonate as an alkaline agent, and a first agent having a pH of 10 and 6% by mass of hydrogen peroxide were blended. It is a mixture of the second agent and. The first agent of Test Example 5 contains 0.02% by mass of inositol, and the hair coloring agent, which is a mixture of the first agent and the second agent, contains 0.01% by mass of inositol. The hair coloring agent thus prepared was applied to the hair, left for 30 minutes, washed with shampoo, and dried. This bleaching process was repeated 5 times. The hair coloring agent was washed and air-dried. For the hair of each test example, the stress at 20% elongation was measured in the same manner as in test examples 1 to 4. Table 3 shows the stress at 20% elongation of each test example. The stress values shown in Table 3 are average values calculated from 10 measurements. FIG. 5 shows a graph comparing the 20% elongation stress shown in Table 3.

Figure JPOXMLDOC01-appb-T000003

同じブリーチ処理を行ったにもかかわらず、試験例5のブリーチ処理した毛髪のほうが強度が高かった。これより、試験例2及び3に示したように、シクリトール系糖アルコールの配合により、毛髪のタンパク質変性を抑制し、強度低下を抑制することができた。これより、酸化剤、染料が配合されたヘアカラー剤にシクリトール系糖アルコールを添加しても、毛髪の変性を抑制できることが分かった。 Despite the same bleaching treatment, the bleached hair of Test Example 5 had higher strength. From this, as shown in Test Examples 2 and 3, it was possible to suppress the protein denaturation of hair and the decrease in strength by blending the cyclitol-based sugar alcohol. From this, it was found that even if a cyclitol-based sugar alcohol is added to a hair coloring agent containing an oxidizing agent and a dye, denaturation of hair can be suppressed.
毛髪処理剤において、シクリトール系糖アルコールは0.005質量%以上であれば変性抑制効果を発揮することができると考えられる。 In the hair treatment agent, if the cyclitol sugar alcohol is 0.005% by mass or more, it is considered that the denaturation suppressing effect can be exhibited.
[Test Examples 7-9]
We tested whether cyclitol sugar alcohols affect hair coloring. In Test Examples 7 and 8, gray hair was dyed with a normal oxidative hair dye, and the color space of the hair before and after hair dyeing was measured using a spectrocolorimeter (CM-3600d manufactured by Konica Minolta). The measurement was performed to determine the color difference ΔE * ab between the hair before dyeing and the hair after dyeing. In Test Example 7, a hair coloring agent to which inositol was added so as to be 10% by mass was used. In Test Example 9, the color space of gray hair before dyeing was measured. The hairs of Test Examples 7 to 9 are of the same person. Table 4 shows the color space and the color difference.
試験例7及び8の色差はほぼ同じであった。実際に、試験例7と試験例8の毛髪を目視で比較したが、色の違いは認識できなかった。これより、シクリトールをヘアカラー剤に配合しても染色効果に影響がないことが分かった。 The color difference between Test Examples 7 and 8 was almost the same. Actually, the hairs of Test Example 7 and Test Example 8 were visually compared, but the difference in color could not be recognized. From this, it was found that the addition of cyclitol to the hair coloring agent did not affect the dyeing effect.

[Test Examples 10 to 14]
The correlation between the concentration of cyclitol sugar alcohol in the hair treatment agent and the hair strength after treatment was investigated. In Test Examples 10 to 14, the hair of the same person was used. Inositol was used as the cyclitol sugar alcohol. The hair dyeing test was carried out in the same manner as in Test Examples 5 and 6 except for the concentration of inositol in the hair treatment agent. Table 5 shows the stress at 20% elongation of each test example. The method for measuring the stress during 20% elongation is the same as in Test Examples 1 to 4. The stress values shown in Table 5 are average values calculated from four measurements. FIG. 6 shows a graph comparing the 20% elongation stress shown in Table 5.

The hair treatment agent containing 0.02% by mass of cyclitol-based sugar alcohol was able to suppress the decrease in hair strength as compared with Test Example 14 containing no cyclitol-based sugar alcohol. From this, it is considered that the content of inositol is preferably 0.01% by mass or more, and more preferably 1% by mass or more. In addition, as the content of the cyclitol sugar alcohol increased, the decrease in hair strength decreased. From this, it is considered that the concentration of the cyclitol-based sugar alcohol is preferably high, and the solubility of the cyclitol-based sugar alcohol can be added to the hair treatment agent.
