2、适当减小进气压力,以减小柔性袋顶部受到的气压作用,避免柔性袋贴靠在压帽底面上将过酒孔封堵。
3、柔性袋顶部的袋体做加厚处理,从而提升柔性袋顶部袋体受压时的抗形变能力,从而降低柔性袋的变形量,避免过酒孔被封堵。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种酒矛,本实用新型解决现有酒矛出酒稳定性较差的问题。
本实用新型的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种酒矛,包括阀体,所述阀体具有进气通路和出酒通路,所述阀体内设有用于实现出酒通路通断的阀芯,所述阀体底面上开设有与出酒通路连通的出酒孔,其特征在于,所述阀体底面上还设有凸出的顶撑部和相 对顶撑部内凹的且能供酒液从柔性袋内腔流至出酒孔内的过酒通道。
酒矛配合酒桶进行使用,具体地,在使用时,酒矛阀体的下端连接柔性袋,柔性袋置于酒桶中,而酒矛的阀体固定在酒桶的桶口处。阀体底面上设置出酒孔,使得柔性袋内腔中的酒液能经过出酒孔流至出酒通道内。本酒矛在由于在阀体底面上还设置有凸出的顶撑部,使得柔性袋顶部在高压气体的作用下向阀体底部形变后,顶撑部能供柔性袋进行贴靠,从而顶住柔性袋对其进行支撑,避免柔性袋将出酒孔的入口封堵。同时,由于阀体底面还形成有相对顶撑部内凹的过酒通道,这样当柔性袋贴靠在顶撑部上时,过酒通道保证酒液始终能顺利地从柔性袋内腔流至出酒孔内,进而使酒矛始终具有恒定的出酒量,因此本酒矛相较于现有常规的酒矛结构,出酒稳定性大大得到了提升。
在上述的酒矛中,所述出酒孔为弧形孔,所述阀体底面上位于每个出酒孔的孔沿处均设有多个上述顶撑部,相邻两顶撑部之间形成上述过酒通道。而出酒孔采用弧形孔设计,相比于常规的圆形出酒孔的设计,由于弧形出酒孔具有一定的长度,不仅有利于提升出酒量,而且便于在其孔沿设置多个顶撑部且保证相邻的顶撑部之间留有足够的间隙形成上述过酒通道,从而在柔性袋贴靠在各顶撑部上时保证出酒量,同时,每个出酒孔周边都设置多个顶撑部来共同撑住柔性袋,这样能更好地避免出酒孔被封堵,以此保证出酒稳定性。
在上述的酒矛中,所述阀体包括底部具有底板的压帽和两端贯通的出酒管,所述出酒管下端沿周向设有能供柔性袋的袋口进行连接的连接翻边,所述压帽连接在出酒管的下端端口内,上述的出酒孔开设在底板上且顶撑部设置在底板的底面上。连接翻边优选呈圆环形,在进行酒矛与柔性袋的连接时,将柔性袋的袋口套接在连接翻边上并使两者形成密封。设置压帽后,压帽作为单独的零件进行加工,能够方便在压帽上制造出出酒孔和顶撑部,使得本酒矛制造方便。
在上述的酒矛中,所述底板的中部还开设有两端贯穿的中心孔,所述出酒孔的数量为多个且多个出酒孔围绕所述中心孔依次间隔设置。通过设置多个出酒孔,能保证酒矛具有较大的出酒量,从而提升出酒的效率。在酒桶内充入高压气体压缩柔性袋时,柔性袋周向上各个位置均受到高压气体的压力作用,因此,在柔性袋顶部受高压气体作用而进行形变时,通常都是柔性袋顶部的袋体从四周向中部收拢靠近后贴靠于顶撑部上,这样柔性袋内腔中的酒液要流出时,主要是先汇集至底板中部的中心孔处。因此,在底板中部设置中心孔,能大大提升酒矛的出酒量,同时多个出酒孔围绕中心孔依次间隔设置,使得由中心孔处向四周扩散的酒液也能通过出酒孔顺利流出,以此进一步提升了出酒的稳定性。
在上述的酒矛中,所述底板呈圆形,所述顶撑部为条形的凸起,所述顶撑部的长度方向沿底板的径向设置。上文已指出,在柔性袋顶部受高压气体作用而贴靠至顶撑部上时,柔性袋内腔中酒液主要是先汇集至底板中部的中心孔处,部分酒液直接从中心孔流出,另外一些酒液由中心孔处向四周扩散再从出酒孔流出。因此,顶撑部的长度方向沿底板的径向设置,这样使得底板底面上形成多条辐射状的过酒通道,从而更好地引导酒液从中心孔处流至出酒孔处,使出酒顺畅并降低泡沫的产生,进而使得本酒矛出酒稳定。
在上述的酒矛中,所述出酒孔的长度方向沿底板周向延伸。作为优选,各出酒孔处于同一圆形轨迹上且该圆形轨迹所在的圆与所述中心孔同心设置。这样的设计保证每个出酒孔具有足够的长度,从而增加酒矛的出酒量。
在上述的酒矛中,每个出酒孔的外侧孔沿与底板边沿之间均设有2-4条顶撑部,每 个出酒孔的内侧孔沿与中心孔之间设有一条顶撑部。由于在柔性袋顶部受高压气体作用而贴靠至顶撑部上时,酒液主要是从压帽中部向四周扩散再流至出酒孔内的。因此,出酒孔的外侧孔沿与底板边沿之间设置数量较多的顶撑部,并不会对酒矛的出酒量造成较大的影响,但是多条顶撑部共同支撑柔性袋,能更好地避免出酒孔被封堵的情况。另外,出酒孔的内侧孔沿与中心孔之间仅设置一条顶撑部,使得出酒孔的内侧孔沿与中心孔之间留出了较宽的过酒通道,这样的设计在避免出酒孔被封堵的前提下,保证了酒液能与较大的流量从柔性袋流至出酒孔内,使得酒矛能保持较大的出酒量而保证出酒稳定。
在上述的酒矛中,每相邻两出酒孔之间还分别设有一条顶撑部且该顶撑部的外端延伸至底板底面的边沿处,内端延伸至靠近所述中心孔孔沿的位置。由于在柔性袋顶部受高压气体作用而贴靠至顶撑部上时,酒液主要是从压帽中部向四周扩散再流至出酒孔内的,而相邻两出酒孔之间顶撑部的内端延伸至靠近中心孔孔沿的位置,即该顶撑部内端与中心孔孔沿之间具有间隔从而形成了过酒通道的一部分,使得中心孔周边形成了较大面积的过酒通道,这样即便在柔性袋贴靠在各顶撑部上,也能保证具有较多的酒液流至各出酒孔内,使得酒矛出酒稳定性好。
在上述的酒矛中,位于出酒孔内侧孔沿与中心孔之间的顶撑部的内端延伸至靠近所述中心孔孔沿的位置,外端延伸至出酒孔内侧孔沿处,位于出酒孔外侧孔沿与底板边沿之间的顶撑部的两端分别延伸至出酒孔外侧孔沿处与底板底面边沿处。同理,位于出酒孔内侧孔沿与中心孔之间的顶撑部的内端延伸至靠近中心孔孔沿的位置,也使得中心孔周边形成了较大面积的过酒通道,能使得酒矛出酒稳定性好。位于出酒孔外侧孔沿与底板边沿之间的顶撑部的外端、以及相邻两出酒孔之间的顶撑部的外端均延伸至底板边沿处,使得底板边缘处在周向上各个位置均能对柔性袋进行支撑,从而能更有效地避免柔性袋将出酒孔封堵,使得本酒矛出酒稳定。
在上述的酒矛中,所述阀体还包括用于插接至酒桶桶口内的导向套,所述出酒管插接在所述导向套内,所述出酒管的内孔和导向套的内孔共同形成上述出酒通路,所述出酒管的外壁与导向套的内壁之间形成上述进气通路,所述阀芯设置在出酒管内,所述阀芯与压帽之间设有能向上顶压阀芯使得阀芯与出酒管内壁相抵靠并形成密封的弹簧。
与现有技术相比,本酒矛具有以下优点:本酒矛通过在阀体底面上设置有凸出的顶撑部,使得柔性袋顶部在高压气体的作用下向阀体底部形变后,顶撑部能供柔性袋进行贴靠,从而顶住柔性袋对其进行支撑,避免柔性袋将出酒孔的入口封堵。同时,过酒通道保证酒液始终能顺利地从柔性袋内腔流至出酒孔内,使得本酒矛具有出酒稳定的优点。

具体实施方式
以下是本实用新型的具体实施例并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本实用新型并不限于这些实施例。
实施例一
如图1、图2和图3所示,酒矛配合酒桶8进行使用,本酒矛包括酒矛头14、导向套13、出酒管12、压帽11等部件,压帽11包括呈圆筒状的主体部11b和连接在主体部11b下端的呈圆形的底板11a,出酒管12具有两端贯通的内孔,出酒管12下端沿周向设有能供柔性袋5的袋口进行连接的连接翻边121,出酒管12插接在导向套13内,出酒管12的内孔和导向套13的内孔共同形成出酒通路1b,出酒管12的外壁与导向套13的内壁之间形成进气通路1a,出酒管12内设有阀芯2,压帽11螺纹出酒管12的下端端口处,阀芯2与压帽11之间设有能向上顶压阀芯2使得阀芯2与出酒管12内壁相抵靠并形成密封的弹簧9。在使用时,先将柔性袋5的袋口套接在连接翻边121上并使两者形成密封,然后将导向套13插接至酒桶8桶口内,阀体1的酒矛头14与酒桶8桶口螺纹连接,从而将导向套13压紧固定在酒桶8的桶口处。
如图4所示,底板11a的中部开设有两端贯穿的中心孔7和四个出酒孔3,四个出酒孔3围绕中心孔7依次间隔设置,底板11a的底面上还设有凸出的顶撑部4和相对顶撑部4内凹的且能供酒液从柔性袋5内腔流至出酒孔3内的过酒通道6,顶撑部4为条形的凸起,各顶撑部4的长度方向均沿底板11a的径向设置。本酒矛在由于在底板11a的底面上设置有凸出的顶撑部4,使得柔性袋5顶部在高压气体的作用下向阀体1底部形变后,顶撑部4能供柔性袋5进行贴靠,从而顶住柔性袋5对其进行支撑,避免柔性袋5将出酒孔3的入口封堵。同时,由于底板11a的底面上还形成有相对顶撑部4内凹的过酒通道6,这样当柔性袋5贴靠在顶撑部4上时,过酒通道6保证酒液始终能顺利地从柔性袋5内腔流至出酒孔3内,进而使酒矛始终具有恒定的出酒量,因此本酒矛相较于现有常规的酒矛结构,出酒稳定性大大得到了提升。
如图4、图5和图6所示,出酒孔3为弧形孔,出酒孔3的长度方向沿底板11a周向延伸,各出酒孔3处于同一圆形轨迹上且该圆形轨迹所在的圆与中心孔7同心设置,底板11a的底面上位于每个出酒孔3的孔沿处均设有多个顶撑部4。出酒孔3采用弧形孔设计,相比于常规的圆形出酒孔3的设计,由于弧形出酒孔3具有一定的长度,不仅有利于提升出酒量,而且便于在其孔沿设置多个顶撑部4且保证相邻的顶撑部4之间留有足够的间隙形成上述过酒通道6,从而在柔性袋5贴靠在各顶撑部4上时保证出酒量,同时,每个出酒孔3周边都设置多个顶撑部4来共同撑住柔性袋5,这样能更好地避免出酒孔3被封堵,以此保证出酒稳定性。
具体地,如图4和图5所示,本实施中顶撑部4的设置和分布方式为:每个出酒孔3的外侧孔沿与底板11a边沿之间均设有3条顶撑部4,每个出酒孔3的内侧孔沿与中心孔7之间设有一条顶撑部4。另外,每相邻两出酒孔3之间还分别设有一条顶撑部4且该顶撑部4的外端延伸至底板11a底面的边沿处,内端延伸至靠近中心孔7孔沿的位置。位于出酒孔3内侧孔沿与中心孔7之间的三条顶撑部4的内端延伸至靠近中心孔7孔沿的位置,外端延伸至出酒 孔3内侧孔沿处,位于出酒孔3外侧孔沿与底板11a边沿之间的顶撑部4的两端分别延伸至出酒孔3外侧孔沿处与底板11a底面边沿处。这样的设计使得中心孔7周边形成了较大面积的过酒通道6,这样即便在柔性袋5贴靠在各顶撑部4上,也能保证具有较多的酒液流至各出酒孔3内,使得酒矛出酒稳定性好。而位于出酒孔3外侧孔沿与底板11a边沿之间的顶撑部4的外端、以及相邻两出酒孔3之间的顶撑部4的外端均延伸至底板11a边沿处,使得底板11a边缘处在周向上各个位置均能对柔性袋5进行支撑,从而能更有效地避免柔性袋5将出酒孔3封堵,使得本酒矛出酒稳定。
实施例二
本实施例同实施例一的结构及原理基本相同,不一样的地方在于:如图7,顶撑部4呈圆柱状,顶撑部4与底板11a的底面垂直,顶板部遍布于底板11a的底面上,相邻顶撑部4之间的间隔形成了能供酒液从柔性袋5内腔流至出酒孔3内的过酒通道6。这样的设计在柔性袋5顶部在高压气体的作用下向阀体1底部形变后,顶撑部4也能供柔性袋5进行贴靠,从而顶住柔性袋5对其进行支撑,避免柔性袋5将出酒孔3的入口封堵。
实施例三
本实施例同实施例一的结构及原理基本相同,不一样的地方在于:底板11a的中部开设有两端贯穿的中心孔7和三个出酒孔3,三出酒孔3围绕中心孔7依次间隔设置。
实施例四
本实施例同实施例一的结构及原理基本相同,不一样的地方在于:底板11a的中部开设有两端贯穿的中心孔7和五个出酒孔3,三出酒孔3围绕中心孔7依次间隔设置。
实施例五
本实施例同实施例一的结构及原理基本相同,不一样的地方在于:每个出酒孔3的外侧孔沿与底板11a边沿之间均设有两条顶撑部4。
实施例六
本实施例同实施例一的结构及原理基本相同,不一样的地方在于:每个出酒孔3的外侧孔沿与底板11a边沿之间均设有四条顶撑部4。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种酒矛,包括阀体(1),所述阀体(1)具有进气通路(1a)和出酒通路(1b),所述阀体(1)内设有用于实现出酒通路(1b)通断的阀芯(2),所述阀体(1)底面上开设有与出酒通路(1b)连通的出酒孔(3),其特征在于,所述阀体(1)底面上还设有凸出的顶撑部(4)和相对顶撑部(4)内凹的且能供酒液从柔性袋(5)内腔流至出酒孔(3)内的过酒通道(6)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的酒矛,其特征在于,所述出酒孔(3)为弧形孔,所述阀体(1)底面上位于每个出酒孔(3)的孔沿处均设有多个上述顶撑部(4),相邻两顶撑部之间形成上述过酒通道(6)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的酒矛,其特征在于,所述阀体(1)包括底部具有底板(11a)的压帽(11)和两端贯通的出酒管(12),所述压帽(11)连接在出酒管(12)的下端端口内,上述的出酒孔(3)开设在底板(11a)上且顶撑部(4)设置在底板(11a)的底面上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的酒矛,其特征在于,所述底板(11a)的中部还开设有两端贯穿的中心孔(7),所述出酒孔(3)的数量为多个且多个出酒孔(3)围绕所述中心孔(7)依次间隔设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的酒矛,其特征在于,所述底板(11a)呈圆形,所述顶撑部(4)为条形的凸起,所述顶撑部(4)的长度方向沿底板(11a)的径向设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的酒矛,其特征在于,所述出酒孔(3)的长度方向沿底板(11a)周向延伸。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的酒矛,其特征在于,每个出酒孔(3)的外侧孔沿与底板(11a)边沿之间均设有2-4条顶撑部(4),每个出酒孔(3)的内侧孔沿与中心孔(7)之间设有一条顶撑部(4)。
  8. 根据权利要求4到7中任意一项所述的酒矛,其特征在于,每相邻两出酒孔(3)之间还分别设有一条顶撑部(4)且该顶撑部(4)的外端延伸至底板(11a)底面的边沿处,内端延伸至靠近所述中心孔(7)孔沿的位置。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的酒矛,其特征在于,位于出酒孔(3)内侧孔沿与中心孔(7)之间的顶撑部(4)的内端延伸至靠近所述中心孔(7)孔沿的位置,外端延伸至出酒孔(3)内侧孔沿处,位于出酒孔(3)外侧孔沿与底板(11a)边沿之间的顶撑部(4)的两端分别延伸至出酒孔(3)外侧孔沿处与底板(11a)底面边沿处。
  10. 根据权利要求3所述的酒矛,其特征在于,所述阀体(1)还包括用于插接至酒桶(8)桶口内的导向套(13),所述出酒管(12)插接在所述导向套(13)内,所述出酒管(12)的内孔和导向套(13)的内孔共同形成上述出酒通路(1b),所述出酒管(12)的外壁与导向套(13)的内壁之间形成上述进气通路(1a),所述阀芯(2)设置在出酒管(12)内,所述阀芯(2)与压帽(11)之间设有能向上顶压阀芯(2)使得阀芯(2)与出酒管(12)内壁相抵靠并形成密封的弹簧(9)。
