但是,现有技术的蛇骨连接节的连接部位未留出间隙,蛇骨连接节相对于相邻蛇骨连接节倾转时所需力度较大。因此,现有的蛇骨弯折较为困难,或无法弯折到特定角度,操作困难。现有技术的两节蛇骨连接节之间的连接过于紧密时,蛇骨无能沿倾转方向的垂直方向做适当调整,导致蛇骨无法被动弯曲,蛇骨的前进移动较为困难。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有技术存在的上述问题,本实用新型目的在于提供一种光杆段 长度较长以保证灵活倾转或被动弯曲的内窥镜用蛇管。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:
一种灵活弯折的内窥镜用蛇管,包括若干连接环,连接环的一侧固定有连接凸耳,连接环的另一端固定有连接凹耳,一个连接环的连接凸耳与相邻的连接环的连接凹耳之间设置有连接件,连接件的一端与一个连接环的连接凸耳或连接凹耳固定,连接件包括光杆段,相邻连接环的连接凸耳或连接凹耳套设于光杆段上,光杆段的长度大于套设于光杆段上的连接凸耳或连接凹耳的厚度。
优选地,所述连接件还包括固定段,固定端与光杆段固定,连接环的连接凹耳套设于光杆段上,相邻连接环的连接凸耳与固定段固定。
优选地,所述光杆段远离固定段的一端固定有用于阻挡连接凹耳的挡边。
优选地,所述固定段与连接凸耳铆接固定。
优选地,所述连接件内设有通孔,通孔贯通光杆段和固定段,通孔内连接有紧固件,紧固件为销钉或螺钉,光杆段的直径大于固定段的直径。
优选地,所述光杆段的一端固定于连接环的连接凹耳上,相邻连接环的连接凸耳套设于光杆段上,光杆段远离连接凹耳的一端固定有若干挡块。

本实用新型的有益效果为:
1.本实用新型的连接件的一端固定,而连接件的光杆段的长度大于套设于光杆段上的连接凸耳或连接凹耳的厚度,因此,该光杆段上套设的连接环能灵活倾转,避免连接环被卡死的情况。连接环能灵活倾转,则蛇管能更容易弯折到特定角度,保证使用内窥镜时,内窥镜的导管端部能方便主动弯曲到特定程 度。连接凸耳或连接凹耳的两侧均预留有间隙,则连接凸耳或连接凹耳能现对于光杆段倾斜一定角度,则蛇管能沿倾转方向的垂直方向被动弯曲一定角度,使得导管的端部更容易向前移动,同时减少了导管端部对人体的伤害。
2.连接环的连接凹耳套设于光杆段上,相邻连接环的连接凸耳与固定段固定,则两个连接环之间不会相互挤压,套设于光杆段上的连接凹耳能灵活倾转。由于一个连接环的连接凸耳与固定段固定,而另一个连接环的连接凹耳套设于光杆段上,则套设于光杆段上的连接凹耳能相应滑动或相对于光杆段产生一定倾转。因此,套设于光杆段上的连接凹耳能产生被动倾斜,蛇管能在移动时受到过大挤压时产生一定被动弯曲,方便蛇管的移动。
3.挡边能对连接凹耳进行阻挡,避免连接凹耳脱出光杆段的情况。连接凹耳被挡边限位后,连接环能可靠连接,避免相邻连接环脱扣,保证蛇骨之间可靠连接。连接凹耳始终套设在光杆段上,而连接凹耳的一侧能被挡边阻挡,连接凹耳的另一侧能被另一个连接环的连接凸耳限位,保证连接凹耳始终套设在光杆段上,保证连接环之间具有灵活移动空间的情况下连接可靠。
4.固定段与连接凸耳铆接固定,则固定段能与连接凸耳固定,保证连接可靠。连接环上的连接凸耳得到固定后,该连接凸耳不会对光杆段上的连接凹耳造成挤压,避免连接凸耳与连接凹耳卡死的情况,保证连接环能相对于相邻连接环灵活倾转或产生被动弯曲。
5.连接件的通孔内连接销钉或螺钉,则销钉或螺钉能对固定段的一端进行阻挡。光杆段的直径大于固定段的直径,光杆段能对固定段的另一段进行阻挡,连接凸耳能被限制在固定段上,避免连接凸耳对相邻连接环上的连接凹耳造成挤压。销钉或者螺钉方便拆卸和安装,则连接环能快速且可靠连接,保证蛇管能正常使用。

7.两块挡块能对光杆段远离连接凹耳的一侧进行阻挡,则连接凸耳不会脱出光杆段,保证相邻连接环之间可靠连接。两块挡块能对连接凸耳的两侧进行限位,从而连接凸耳能稳定地套设在光杆段上,避免连接凸耳脱落。
8.光杆段内设置有中心孔,则光杆段的重量减轻,整个蛇管的重量相应减轻,蛇管安装于导管内后,蛇管的重量较轻,保证导管弯折的灵活性。

实施例1
如图1~图3所示,本实施例的内窥镜用蛇管,包括若干连接环1,连接环1的一侧固定有连接凸耳2,连接环1的另一端固定有连接凹耳3,一个连接环1的连接凸耳2与相邻的连接环1的连接凹耳3之间设置有连接件4,连接件4的一端与一个连接环1的连接凸耳2或连接凹耳3固定,连接件4包括光杆段41,相邻连接环1的连接凸耳2或连接凹耳3套设于光杆段41上,光杆段41的长度大于套设于光杆段41上的连接凸耳2或连接凹耳3的厚度。
本实用新型的连接件4的一端固定,而连接件4的光杆段41的长度大于套设于光杆段41上的连接凸耳2或连接凹耳3的厚度,因此,该光杆段41上套设的连接环1能灵活倾转,避免连接环1被卡死的情况。连接环1能灵活倾转,则蛇管能更容易弯折到特定角度,保证使用内窥镜时,内窥镜的导管端部能方便主动弯曲到特定程度。连接凸耳2或连接凹耳3的两侧均预留有间隙,则连接凸耳2或连接凹耳3能现对于光杆段41倾斜一定角度,则蛇管能沿倾转方向的垂直方向被动弯曲一定角度,使得导管的端部更容易向前移动,同时减少了导管端部对人体的伤害。
更进一步,所述连接件4还包括固定段42,固定端与光杆段41固定,连接环1的连接凹耳3套设于光杆段41上,相邻连接环1的连接凸耳2与固定段42固定。连接环1的连接凹耳3套设于光杆段41上,相邻连接环1的连接凸耳2与固定段42固定,则两个连接环1之间不会相互挤压,套设于光杆段41上的连接凹耳3能灵活倾转。由于一个连接环1的连接凸耳2与固定段42固定,而另一个连接环1的连接凹耳3套设于光杆段41上,则套设于光杆段41上的连接凹耳3能相应滑动或相对于光杆段41产生一定倾转。因此,套设于光杆段41上的连接凹耳3能产生被动倾斜,蛇管能在移动时受到过大挤压时产生一定被动弯曲,方便蛇管的移动。
更进一步,所述光杆段41远离固定段42的一端固定有用于阻挡连接凹耳 3的挡边411。挡边411能对连接凹耳3进行阻挡,避免连接凹耳3脱出光杆段41的情况。连接凹耳3被挡边411限位后,连接环1能可靠连接,避免相邻连接环1脱扣,保证蛇骨之间可靠连接。连接凹耳3始终套设在光杆段41上,而连接凹耳3的一侧能被挡边411阻挡,连接凹耳3的另一侧能被另一个连接环1的连接凸耳2限位,保证连接凹耳3始终套设在光杆段41上,保证连接环1之间具有灵活移动空间的情况下连接可靠。
更进一步,所述固定段42与连接凸耳2铆接固定。固定段42与连接凸耳2铆接固定,则固定段42能与连接凸耳2固定,保证连接可靠。连接环1上的连接凸耳2得到固定后,该连接凸耳2不会对光杆段41上的连接凹耳3造成挤压,避免连接凸耳2与连接凹耳3卡死的情况,保证连接环1能相对于相邻连接环1灵活倾转或产生被动弯曲。
实施例2
如图1、图4、图5所示,本实施例的内窥镜用蛇管,包括若干连接环1,连接环1的一侧固定有连接凸耳2,连接环1的另一端固定有连接凹耳3,一个连接环1的连接凸耳2与相邻的连接环1的连接凹耳3之间设置有连接件4,连接件4的一端与一个连接环1的连接凸耳2或连接凹耳3固定,连接件4包括光杆段41,相邻连接环1的连接凸耳2或连接凹耳3套设于光杆段41上,光杆段41的长度大于套设于光杆段41上的连接凸耳2或连接凹耳3的厚度。
本实用新型的连接件4的一端固定,而连接件4的光杆段41的长度大于套设于光杆段41上的连接凸耳2或连接凹耳3的厚度,因此,该光杆段41上套设的连接环1能灵活倾转,避免连接环1被卡死的情况。连接环1能灵活倾转,则蛇管能更容易弯折到特定角度,保证使用内窥镜时,内窥镜的导管端部能方便主动弯曲到特定程度。连接凸耳2或连接凹耳3的两侧均预留有间隙,则连接凸耳2或连接凹耳3能现对于光杆段41倾斜一定角度,则蛇管能沿倾转方向的垂直方向被动弯曲一定角度,使得导管的端部更容易向前移动,同时减少了导管端部对人体的伤害。

更进一步,所述光杆段41远离固定段42的一端固定有用于阻挡连接凹耳3的挡边411。挡边411能对连接凹耳3进行阻挡,避免连接凹耳3脱出光杆段41的情况。连接凹耳3被挡边411限位后,连接环1能可靠连接,避免相邻连接环1脱扣,保证蛇骨之间可靠连接。连接凹耳3始终套设在光杆段41上,而连接凹耳3的一侧能被挡边411阻挡,连接凹耳3的另一侧能被另一个连接环1的连接凸耳2限位,保证连接凹耳3始终套设在光杆段41上,保证连接环1之间具有灵活移动空间的情况下连接可靠。
更进一步,所述连接件4内设有通孔,通孔贯通光杆段41和固定段42,通孔内连接有紧固件43,紧固件43为销钉或螺钉,光杆段41的直径大于固定段42的直径。连接件4的通孔内连接销钉或螺钉,则销钉或螺钉能对固定段42的一端进行阻挡。光杆段41的直径大于固定段42的直径,光杆段41能对固定段42的另一段进行阻挡,连接凸耳2能被限制在固定段42上,避免连接凸耳2对相邻连接环1上的连接凹耳3造成挤压。销钉或者螺钉方便拆卸和安装,则连接环1能快速且可靠连接,保证蛇管能正常使用。
实施例3
如图1、图4、图5所示,本实施例的内窥镜用蛇管,包括若干连接环1,连接环1的一侧固定有连接凸耳2,连接环1的另一端固定有连接凹耳3,一个连接环1的连接凸耳2与相邻的连接环1的连接凹耳3之间设置有连接件4, 连接件4的一端与一个连接环1的连接凸耳2或连接凹耳3固定,连接件4包括光杆段41,相邻连接环1的连接凸耳2或连接凹耳3套设于光杆段41上,光杆段41的长度大于套设于光杆段41上的连接凸耳2或连接凹耳3的厚度。
本实用新型的连接件4的一端固定,而连接件4的光杆段41的长度大于套设于光杆段41上的连接凸耳2或连接凹耳3的厚度,因此,该光杆段41上套设的连接环1能灵活倾转,避免连接环1被卡死的情况。连接环1能灵活倾转,则蛇管能更容易弯折到特定角度,保证使用内窥镜时,内窥镜的导管端部能方便主动弯曲到特定程度。连接凸耳2或连接凹耳3的两侧均预留有间隙,则连接凸耳2或连接凹耳3能现对于光杆段41倾斜一定角度,则蛇管能沿倾转方向的垂直方向被动弯曲一定角度,使得导管的端部更容易向前移动,同时减少了导管端部对人体的伤害。

更进一步,所述挡块412的数量为两块,两块挡块412分设于光杆段41的两侧。7.两块挡块412能对光杆段41远离连接凹耳3的一侧进行阻挡,则连接凸耳2不会脱出光杆段41,保证相邻连接环1之间可靠连接。两块挡块412能对连接凸耳2的两侧进行限位,从而连接凸耳2能稳定地套设在光杆段41上,避免连接凸耳2脱落。挡块412采用翻边工艺进行弯折。
所述光杆段41内设置有中心孔413,则光杆段41的重量减轻,整个蛇管的重量相应减轻,蛇管安装于导管内后,蛇管的重量较轻,保证导管弯折的灵 活性。

  1. 一种灵活弯折的内窥镜用蛇管,其特征在于:包括若干连接环(1),连接环(1)的一侧固定有连接凸耳(2),连接环(1)的另一端固定有连接凹耳(3),一个连接环(1)的连接凸耳(2)与相邻的连接环(1)的连接凹耳(3)之间设置有连接件(4),连接件(4)的一端与一个连接环(1)的连接凸耳(2)或连接凹耳(3)固定,连接件(4)包括光杆段(41),相邻连接环(1)的连接凸耳(2)或连接凹耳(3)套设于光杆段(41)上,光杆段(41)的长度大于套设于光杆段(41)上的连接凸耳(2)或连接凹耳(3)的厚度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种灵活弯折的内窥镜用蛇管,其特征在于:所述连接件(4)还包括固定段(42),固定端与光杆段(41)固定,连接环(1)的连接凹耳(3)套设于光杆段(41)上,相邻连接环(1)的连接凸耳(2)与固定段(42)固定。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种灵活弯折的内窥镜用蛇管,其特征在于:所述光杆段(41)远离固定段(42)的一端固定有用于阻挡连接凹耳(3)的挡边(411)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种灵活弯折的内窥镜用蛇管,其特征在于:所述固定段(42)与连接凸耳(2)铆接固定。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种灵活弯折的内窥镜用蛇管,其特征在于:所述连接件(4)内设有通孔,通孔贯通光杆段(41)和固定段(42),通孔内连接有紧固件(43),紧固件(43)为销钉或螺钉,光杆段(41)的直径大于固定段(42)的直径。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种灵活弯折的内窥镜用蛇管,其特征在于:所述光杆段(41)的一端固定于连接环(1)的连接凹耳(3)上,相邻连接环(1)的连接凸耳(2)套设于光杆段(41)上,光杆段(41)远离连接凹耳(3)的一端固定有若干挡块(412)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种灵活弯折的内窥镜用蛇管,其特征在于:所 述挡块(412)的数量为两块,两块挡块(412)分设于光杆段(41)的两侧
