同时,在设置时,可以考虑让所有的光源220均位于格栅400之间,即所有的开口510均开设在相邻的两个开口510之间,而在位于最边上的格栅400的另一侧上不设置开口510,以使格栅400能进一步地避免照明灯具从侧方对学生或是老师造成眩光。
请参阅图1和图8,在本实施例的一些实施方式中,光源模组200包括光源板210和多个光源220,光源板210卡接于安装槽110内,多个光源220沿光源板210的长度方向间隔设置,每个开口510至少对应一个光源220。这样可以避免连接板500将光源220的光线遮挡,从而提升照明灯具的照明效率。
作为本实施例的较佳实施方式,可以让光源220的数量与开口510的数量相等,每个光源220与一个开口510相对设置。每个光源220可以恰好位于开口510的这中心的位置,可以最大化的利用光源220。
在本实施例的一些实施方式中,在安装槽110的侧壁上设置有第一卡槽130和第二卡槽140,第一卡槽130和第二卡槽140沿安装槽110的高度方向间隔设置,配光元件300卡接于第一卡槽130,光源模组200卡接于第二卡槽140。利用第一卡槽130和第二卡槽140对配光元件300和光源模组200进行固定,在安装和拆卸时更加方便,从而方便就行维护和检修。
作为本实施例的较佳实施方式,第一卡槽130沿安装槽110的长度方向延伸,且第一卡槽130的至少一端延伸至安装槽110的端口;第二卡槽140沿安装槽110的长度方向延伸,且第二卡槽140的至少一端延伸至安装槽110的端口。光源模组200和配光元件300均可以设置为条形,其中,配光元件300可以是采用注塑成型或者挤出成型等方式进行加工生产,其配光不限于对称式配光或偏光形配光。
在对光源模组200或者配光元件300进行安装时,可以将光源模组200 或者配光元件300从灯体100的侧壁卡入,让光源模组200沿第二卡槽140的长度方向插入,让配光元件300沿第一卡槽130的长度方向插入,这种安装方式不会影响到安装槽110槽口的格栅400和连接板500,因此,他们之间的安装不会受到干扰,从而让装配更加的方便。同时,在需要进行拆卸维护或者更换时,也可以直接从灯体100的侧方将光源模组200或者配光元件300取出,操作简单方便。
进一步地,安装槽110的端可以是分别延伸至灯体100的端面,即安装槽110将灯体100贯穿,而第一卡槽130和第二卡槽140也将灯体100贯穿,令第一卡槽130和第二卡槽140的两端分别延伸至安装槽110的两端,这样在进行拆装时更加的方便。
此外,还可以在灯体100的两侧分别设置一个盖板600,两个盖板600分别位于安装槽110的两侧,当盖板600安装到灯体100上后,由灯体100、盖板600以及配光元件300组成的空间较为密闭,可以对光源模组200形成保护。盖板600与灯体100之间可以是采用螺纹连接或者卡接等方式结合,这样便于安装和拆卸。
盖板600可以延伸至将遮光面120保护在两个盖板600之间,这样能进一步地防止侧方眩光,而此时,在格栅400与盖板600之间的连接板500上设置供光线穿过的开口510也是可以的。
作为本实施例的较佳实施方式,可以让安装槽110的槽底倾斜设置,且第二卡槽140倾斜设置,以使光源模组200的一侧高于光源模组200的另一侧,此时安装槽110的槽底与遮光面120的倾斜方向相反。倾斜设置的光源模组200与倾斜设置的遮光面120可以相互配合,让教室内的光线更加的明亮。
遮光面120位于安装槽110的槽底的较高的一侧。本实施例公开的照明灯具在教室内进行安装时,一般是让安装槽110未设置有遮光面120的一侧朝向黑板,而讲台上的老师在背向黑板时,照明灯具朝向老师的一侧未设置 有遮光面120,此时,会有给老师造成眩光的可能性,而与遮光面120反方向倾斜设置的光源模组200可以改善这一情况。
在本实施例的一些实施方式中,第一卡槽130与第二卡槽140平行设置,灯体100上设置有第一斜面150,第一斜面150位于安装槽110背离遮光面120的一侧,第一斜面150的一侧延伸至第二卡槽140背离遮光面120的一侧。第一斜面150的设置可以减少安装槽110背离遮光面120一侧的侧壁对光线的遮挡,从而让光源模组200能有更多的光线被射入教室内。
在遮光面120与第一卡槽130之间可以预留一个用于安装连接板500的预留槽,连接板500的一端可以卡接在该预留槽内,而连接板500的另一侧可以设置与第一斜面150配合的第二斜面520,以使连接板500与灯体100之间的连接更加的牢固紧凑。
在本发明实施例中,灯体100还可以包括与安装槽110的侧壁横向连接的收容腔160,该收容腔160用于收容驱动电源组件等模组。由于本发明实施例公开的照明灯具,由光源模组200出射的光线需要在遮光面120和格栅400进行反射以改变光路,进而实现防眩光的作用,因此不便于驱动电源组件等模组与光源模组200一起设置于安装槽内,以避免对光源模组200的出射光产生影响。
请参阅图9,在本实施例的一些实施方式中,在配光元件300的下方可以设置凸出部,在将配光元件300和光源模组200分别安装到灯体100上后,配光元件300下方的凸出部可以恰好抵接在光源模组200上,可以对光源模组200形成定位和固定,在凸出部的下方还可以开设一条沿配光元件300长度方向设置的定位槽,当配光元件300与光源板210抵接后,光源220可以恰好位于该定位槽内,从而对光源220形成保护。
本发明上文实施例中重点描述的是各个实施例之间的不同,各个实施例之间不同的优化特征只要不矛盾,均可以组合形成更优的实施例,考虑到行文简洁,在此则不再赘述。
以上所述仅为本发明的实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明。对于本领域技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原理之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的权利要求范围之内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种照明灯具,其中,包括灯体(100)、光源模组(200)以及配光元件(300),所述灯体(100)包括安装槽(110),所述灯体(100)设置有遮光面(120),所述遮光面(120)位于所述安装槽(110)的槽口处,所述遮光面(120)倾斜设置,所述光源模组(200)与所述配光元件(300)分别安装于所述安装槽(110)内,且所述配光元件(300)位于所述光源模组(200)和所述遮光面(120)之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的照明灯具,其中,所述遮光面(120)沿所述安装槽(110)的高度方向的投影面将所述安装槽(110)的至少部分覆盖。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的照明灯具,其中,所述照明灯具还包括多个格栅(400),多个所述格栅(400)均安装于所述灯体(100),且多个所述格栅(400)沿所述安装槽(110)的长度方向间隔设置,所述格栅(400)位于所述配光元件(300)背离所述光源模组(200)的一侧,且所述格栅(400)与所述配光元件(300)的表面正交设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的照明灯具,其中,所述照明灯具还包括连接板(500),所述连接板(500)安装于所述灯体(100),所述配光元件(300)位于所述连接板(500)和光源模组(200)之间,所述连接板(500)设置有多个开口(510),多个所述开口(510)沿所述连接板(500)的长度方向间隔设置,多个所述格栅(400)与所述连接板(500)连接,相邻的两个所述开口(510)之间设置一个所述格栅(400),且所述格栅(400)位于所述连接板(500)背离所述配光元件(300)的一侧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的照明灯具,其中,所述光源模组(200)包括光源板(210)和多个光源(220),所述光源板(210)卡接于所述安装槽(110) 内,多个所述光源(220)沿所述光源板(210)的长度方向间隔设置,每个所述开口(510)至少对应一个所述光源(220)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的照明灯具,其中,所述光源(220)的数量与所述开口(510)的数量相等,每个所述光源(220)与一个所述开口(510)相对设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的照明灯具,其中,在所述安装槽(110)的侧壁上设置有第一卡槽(130)和第二卡槽(140),所述第一卡槽(130)和所述第二卡槽(140)沿所述安装槽(110)的高度方向间隔设置,所述配光元件(300)卡接于所述第一卡槽(130),所述光源模组(200)卡接于所述第二卡槽(140)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的照明灯具,其中,所述第一卡槽(130)沿所述安装槽(110)的长度方向延伸,且所述第一卡槽(130)的至少一端延伸至所述安装槽(110)的端口;所述第二卡槽(140)沿所述安装槽(110)的长度方向延伸,且所述第二卡槽(140)的至少一端延伸至所述安装槽(110)的端口。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的照明灯具,其中,所述安装槽(110)的槽底倾斜设置,且所述第二卡槽(140)倾斜设置,以使所述光源模组(200)的一侧高于所述光源模组(200)的另一侧。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的照明灯具,其中,所述遮光面(120)位于所述安装槽(110)的槽底的较高的一侧。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的照明灯具,其中,所述第一卡槽(130)与所述第二卡槽(140)平行设置,所述灯体(100)上设置有第一斜面(150),所述第一斜面(150)位于所述安装槽(110)背离所述遮光面(120)的一侧, 所述第一斜面(150)的一侧延伸至所述第二卡槽(140)背离所述遮光面(120)的一侧。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的照明灯具,其中,所述灯体(100)还包括与所述安装槽(110)的侧壁横向连接的收容腔(160)。
