具体而言,电路板500设置在按摩件200的背向人体的一面的长度方向的中心处,振动电机300设置有接线端320,接线端320设置在振动电机300的长度方向上与偏心轮310相对的一端。每个振动电机300的接线端320都朝向电路板500设置,引线510连接接线端320与电路板500。过线槽230设置在安装部210的靠近电路板500的一侧。
这样方便按摩仪1的引线布置,减少了线路之间相互干扰和缠绕,提高了线路的整洁性。过线槽230的设置,进一步地方便了引线510的布置,增加了按摩仪1的安装的便捷性,提高了生产效率。
根据本申请的一些具体实施例,如图6-图8所示,按摩件200具有侧周壁240和镜筒部250,安装部210与侧周壁240和镜筒部250间隔设置。
举例而言,按摩仪1为眼部按摩仪,侧周壁240形成在按摩件200的外周沿。镜筒部250设置在按摩件200的与人体眼部相对应的位置,镜筒部250设置在按摩件200背向人体的一面,镜筒部250具有沿其轴向的贯通孔,镜筒部250的高度方向远离按摩件200的一端具有折弯沿,所述折弯沿镜筒部250的径向向外折弯。
如此,侧周壁240的设置,便于按摩件200与主机体100连接。镜筒部250的设置,可以避让人体眼睛的位置,也为其他按摩部件提供了安装位置。安装部210与侧周壁240和镜筒部250间隔设置,可以避免电机300振动时引起主机体100的较大振动,提高了按摩仪1的佩戴的舒适性。
根据本申请的一些具体实施例,如图6所示,柔性部260为硅胶件,隔离壳400为硬胶件。
具体地,安装部210也可以由硬胶制成,并且安装部210与柔性部260一体成型。柔性件260为硅胶件,硅胶具有良好的亲肤性和柔软性,可以与人体皮肤更加贴合,从而增加了按摩仪1的按摩效果。隔离壳400为硬胶,不易因电机300振动的产生形变,并且避免了隔离壳400的刚性过强,而损坏安装部210,且保证了对按摩件200与偏心轮310的分隔效果。
根据本申请的一些具体实施例,如图1所示,柔性部260和隔离壳400之间设有柔性垫块。这样可以防止电机300振动时,隔离壳400与人体发生碰撞,避免了造成用户的疼痛感或者异物感,按摩效果和体验好。
本领域技术人员可理解的是,增加柔性部260的厚度,不设置柔性垫块,也可以防止电机300振动时,隔离壳400与人体发生碰撞,避免了造成用户的疼痛感或者异物感。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种振动按摩仪,其中,包括:
    主机体;
    按摩件,所述按摩件设于所述主机体的朝向人体的一侧,所述按摩件的至少一部分为柔性部;
    振动电机,所述振动电机安装于所述按摩件,所述振动电机的电机轴连接有偏心轮,所述振动电机运行时带动所述柔性部振动;
    隔离壳,所述隔离壳安装于所述按摩件且分隔所述按摩件和所述偏心轮。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的振动按摩仪,其中,所述隔离壳具有隔离腔,所述偏心轮位于所述隔离腔内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的振动按摩仪,其中,所述振动电机装配于所述隔离腔内且通过所述隔离壳安装于所述按摩件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的振动按摩仪,其中,所述隔离腔包括沿所述隔离腔的轴向排布的第一隔离段和第二隔离段,所述第一隔离段的直径大于所述第二隔离段的直径,所述振动电机装配于所述第二隔离段,所述偏心轮位于所述第一隔离段内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的振动按摩仪,其中,所述振动电机与所述第二隔离段过盈配合。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的振动按摩仪,其中,所述隔离腔还包括过渡段,所述过渡段连接在所述第一隔离段和所述第二隔离段之间,所述过渡段的内直径沿从所述第一隔离段至所述第二隔离段的方向逐渐减小。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的振动按摩仪,其中,所述第二隔离段的内周壁设有多个筋条,每个所述筋条沿所述第二隔离段的长度方向延伸,多个所述筋条沿所述第二隔离段的周向间隔设置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的振动按摩仪,其中,多个所述筋条进一步延伸至所述过渡段。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的振动按摩仪,其中,所述按摩件的背向人体的一面设有安装部,所述隔离壳安装于所述安装部。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的振动按摩仪,其中,所述安装部在所述按摩件的背向人体的一面围绕出安装槽,所述隔离壳安装于所述安装槽。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的振动按摩仪,其中,所述隔离壳的外周面包括平面和曲面,所述平面与所述安装槽的槽底配合。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的振动按摩仪,其中,所述振动按摩仪还包括:
    电路板,所述电路板安装于所述按摩件的背向人体的一面,所述振动电机通过引线与所述电路板相连,所述安装部设有供所述引线穿过的过线槽。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的振动按摩仪,其中,所述按摩件具有侧周壁和镜筒部,所述安装部与所述侧周壁和所述镜筒部间隔设置。
  14. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的振动按摩仪,其中,所述柔性部为硅胶件,所述隔离壳为硬胶件。
  15. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的振动按摩仪,其中,所述柔性部和所述隔离壳之间设有柔性垫块。
