Description

爬架防护网框和立杆的连接结构 技术领域
本申请涉及建筑施工技术领域,具体为一种爬架防护网框和立杆连接结构。
背景技术
爬架又叫提升架,依照其动力来源可分为液压式、电动式、人力手拉式等主要几类。它是近年来开发的新型脚手架体系,主要应用于高层剪力墙式楼盘,它能沿着建筑物进行攀升或下降。这种体系使脚手架技术完全改观:一是不必翻架子;二是免除了脚手架的拆装工序,且不受建筑物高度的限制,极大的节省了人力和材料,并且在安全角度也对于传统的脚手架有较大的改观。
而目前对爬架防护网框安装时,主要是使用销轴连接,爬架防护网框与立杆的连接不稳定,不能实现剪刀撑的作用,稳固性低;同时销轴易脱落,从而易造成爬架防护网框的脱落,增加了安全隐患。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种爬架防护网框和立杆的连接结构,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请提供如下技术方案:一种爬架防护网框和立杆的连接结构,包括立杆和立杆左右两侧的多个爬架防护网框,所述爬架防护网框的两侧边缘分别固定有两连接片,所述连接片上开设有第一定位孔,所述立杆上设有两个分别与两所述连接片相对应的U型连接座,所述U型连接座的左右两侧分别开设有第三定位孔,所述第一定位孔和第三定位孔内穿设有一紧固螺钉,所述紧固螺钉的一端设有与其相适配的紧固螺母。
进一步的,所述U型连接座的内部安装有固定块,所述固定块上开设有第二定位孔,所述紧固螺钉还穿过第二定位孔,所述固定块的上下两侧分别固定有一固定板,两所述固定板相背的一侧分别固定有对称设置的左连杆和右连杆,所述左连杆和右连杆远离所述固定板的一端分别固定有一限位套筒,各所述限 位套筒的内部安装有与其相适配的限位杆,靠近所述左连杆中心的所述限位杆固接于所述立杆左侧的所述爬架防护网框上,靠近所述右连杆中心的所述限位杆固接于所述立杆右侧的所述爬架防护网框上。
进一步的,所述左连杆和所述右连杆的长度相等,所述固定块上方的所述左连杆和所述右连杆之间的夹角为40-50度,所述固定块上方的所述左连杆和其下方的所述右连杆的轴线共线。
进一步的,所述固定块靠近所述U型连接座的端面与所述U型连接座上开设的安装槽相适配,且所述U型连接座置于所述安装槽内。
进一步的,所述连接片包括L型板,所述L型板的两侧固定有三角形板,所述第一定位孔设于L型板上。
与现有技术相比,本申请所达到的有益效果是:本申请,通过设置有爬架防护网框两侧边缘固定有连接片,通过紧固螺钉和紧固螺母与立杆的U型连接座相连接,同时使紧固螺钉穿过U型连接座上的固定块,固定块上下两侧的左连杆和右连杆上的限位套筒套设于立杆两侧爬架防护网框上的限位杆外部,爬架防护网框不嵌入立杆中,保证各爬架防护网框之间实现了横向连接和竖向的稳固连接,促使爬架防护网框安装时为一个整体框剪结构;同时固定块及其上下两侧的左连杆和右连杆形成X结构,进一步提高连接的稳固性;并且安装操作都是在爬架的防护范围内完成,安装拆卸工作简便,解决的工人的安装风险和操作难度大问题。

请参阅图1-6,本申请提供技术方案:一种爬架防护网框和立杆的连接结构,包括立杆5和立杆5左右两侧的多个爬架防护网框1,爬架防护网框1的两侧边缘分别固定有两连接片7,连接片7上开设有第一定位孔73,立杆5上设有两个分别与两连接片7相对应的U型连接座9,U型连接座9的左右两侧分别开设有第三定位孔92,第一定位孔73和第三定位孔92内穿设有一紧固螺钉2,紧固螺钉2的一端设有与其相适配的紧固螺母6。
U型连接座9的内部安装有固定块8,固定块8上开设有第二定位孔81,紧固螺钉2还穿过第二定位孔81,固定块8的上下两侧分别固定有一固定板4,两固定板4相背的一侧分别固定有对称设置的左连杆41和右连杆42,左连杆41和右连杆42远离固定板4的一端分别固定有一限位套筒3,各限位套筒3的内部安装有与其相适配的限位杆11,靠近左连杆41中心的限位杆11固接于立杆5左侧的爬架防护网框1上,靠近右连杆42中心的限位杆11固接于立杆5右侧的爬架防护网框1上,通过限位套筒3与限位杆11的配合连接,将立杆5左右两侧的爬架防护网框1与立杆5连接,提高连接的稳固性。左连杆41和右连杆42与固定板4之间均通过焊接固定,提高固定板4与固定块8、左连杆41及右连杆42连接的稳定性。
左连杆41和右连杆42的长度相等,固定块8上方的左连杆41和右连杆42之间的夹角为40-50度,固定块8上方的左连杆41和其下方的右连杆42的轴线共线,便于固定块8及其上下两侧的左连杆41和右连杆42形成X结构,进一步提高连接的稳固性。
固定块8靠近U型连接座9的端面与U型连接座9上开设的安装槽91相适配,且U型连接座9置于安装槽91内,方便对固定块8的安装限位。
连接片7包括L型板71,L型板71的两侧固定有三角形板72,第一定位孔73设于L型板71上,通过两三角形板72提高连接片7的稳固性,防止L型板71发生形变。
进行安装工作时,将爬架防护网框1贴近立杆5的左侧或右侧,使连接片7上的第一定位孔73与U型连接座9上的第三定位孔92对应,同时将固定块8置于安装槽91内,使各限位套筒3套接有于各限位杆11外部,之后通过紧固螺钉2穿过连接片7内部第一定位孔73、U型连接座9上的第三定位孔92及固定块8内部的第二定位孔81,并通过紧固螺母6固定,实现各爬架防护网框1之间横向连接和竖向的稳固连接,使得外防护网框安装时为一个整体框剪结构;同时固定块8与其上下两侧的左连杆41和右连杆42形成X型结构,进一步提高稳固性;并且安装操作都是在爬架的防护范围内完成,安装拆卸工作简便,解决的工人的安装风险和操作难度大问题。
