如图1-图3所示,根据本公开实施例的颈部按摩仪100可以包括:支架10和至少两个电极组件20,至少两个电极组件20活动连接在支架10上,而且至少两个电极组件20在支架10的长度方向上间隔设置,这样至少两个电极组件20可以按摩用户颈部的不同部位,从而可以提高颈部按摩仪100的按摩舒适性。其中,由于电极组件20采用活动连接的方式,这样可以方便电极组件20灵活适应用户的颈部,可以提高用户佩戴颈部按摩仪100的舒适性。
具体地,如图3、图4、图6和图7所示,电极组件20包括:悬臂梁21和电极片22,悬臂梁21包括:第一安装端211和第二安装端212,第一安装端211安装在支架10上,电极片22安装在第二安装端212上,而且电极片22以第一安装端211为支点在第一位置和第二位置之间摆动,电极片22位于第一位置时,第二安装端212和电极片22与支架10之间间隔预定间隙,电极片22位于第二位置时,第二安装端212与支架10相接触。也就是说,电极组件20通过悬臂梁21的第一安装端211安装在支架10上,而第二安装端212用于安装电极片22,并且其在第一位置时可以与支架10之间间隔预定间隙,这样方便电极片22在支架10的内侧进行位置的变化,即在用户的颈部压力作用下,电极片22和第二安装端212从第一位置向第二位置运动,如果在第一位置和第二位置之间的任意一个位置时电极片22的内表面能够与用户颈部皮肤完全接触,则电极片22停留在该位置,这样电极片22和用户颈部皮肤能够保证持续贴合,可以避免产生刺痛,从而可以使得颈部按摩仪100的电极片22能够更好地适应不同脖围的用户,而且可以保证按摩效果。
根据本公开的一个可选实施例,悬臂梁21和电极片22中的至少一个为弹性件。这样,在佩戴时弹性件可以受力形变,提供电极片22由第一位置摆动至第二位置的位移量,并且弹性件受力反弹提供反作用力,使电极片22与用户颈部贴合更好。
其中,悬臂梁21可以为弹性件,以垂直于电极片22的延伸方向的截面为横截面,悬臂梁21的横截面的长度L1较电极片22的横截面的长度L2短,可以理解,在横截面越短时,弹性件的弹性越好,悬臂梁21的横截面的长度较电极片22的横截面的长度短,其弹性优于电极片22,在受到挤压力时,悬臂梁21更易变形,佩戴时发反作用于人体颈部的压迫力更小,从而可以进一步地提高颈部按摩仪100的佩戴舒适性。
以及,如图6和图7所示,悬臂梁21还可以包括:弯折部213,弯折部213连接在第一安装端211和第二安装端212之间,而且弯折部213相对第一安装端211和第二安装端212弯折设置,第一安装端211伸入支架10内。可以理解的是,弯折部213主要起到连接作用,这样可以有效地将电极片22安装在支架10上。而且由于弯折部 213相对两个端部弯折设置,悬臂梁21整体结构强度会更高,不易折断。
具体地,如图6和图7所示,弯折部213的横截面可以为凹曲面。可以理解的是,在悬臂梁21的整体形状为倾斜的直片时,电极片22端受到挤压力而传递至装配端的力较大,悬臂梁21容易折断;而将悬臂梁21的弯折部213整体形状构造成凹曲面,凹曲面与悬臂梁21受力形变方向相反,悬臂梁21不易折断,并且传递至装配端的力较平缓。
根据本公开的一个具体实施例,如图1-图3所示,支架10包括:中间臂11、夹臂12和连接座13,夹臂12为两个,而且两个夹臂12连接在中间臂11的两侧,连接座13设置于中间臂11的内表面,悬臂梁21的第一安装端211设置于连接座13。连接座13起到安装的作用,悬臂梁21的第一安装端211可以安装在连接座13上,这样无需安装在中间臂11上,从而可以使得悬臂梁21和中间臂11之间间隔一定的距离,可以方便电极片22的运动。其中,支架10上设置有套环,套环设置在中间臂11和夹臂12的连接处,套环起到遮挡中间臂11和夹臂12的连接处的作用,而且可以有效加强中间臂11和夹臂12的连接处的连接强度。
一种可选地,连接座13可以为柔性连接座13。在佩戴颈部按摩仪100时,在颈部的挤压作用下,连接座13可以提供电极组件20在上下左右方向上的运动自由度,使得用户能够根据需要自如调整电极片22的位置,无需取下来调整好再佩戴,给用户带来良好的佩戴体验,并且电极片22与颈部的贴合更好。
另一种可选地,如图3所示,连接座13为硬质连接座13,连接座13与中间臂11之间限定出容置空间,颈部按摩仪100还包括:电子元件30,电子元件30设置于容置空间内。也就是说,该连接座13不仅起到安装的作用,还可以起到容置的作用,通过将电子元件30容置于容置空间内,这样无需将电子元件30设置在中间臂11或夹臂12内,从而可以进一步地缩短连接线束,便于电极组件20和电子元件30之间的连线,而且可以有利于中间臂11和夹臂12一体成型设置。还有,如此设置的连接座13可以使得电极片22的一部分与支架10之间存在间隙,电极片22不与支架10接触,可以防止在佩戴过程中颈部按摩仪100的部件互相触碰。
其中,如图3所示,电子元件30包括:电池31和电路板32,电池31和电路板32均设置于容置空间内,而且电池31和电路板32间隔设置。也就是说,电池31和电路板32均能够容置容置空间,这样可以合理利用容置空间,而且可以缩短电池31和电路板32之间的连线,以及可以便于两者之间的连线。
可选地,如图1和图4所示,连接座13的内表面形成有插孔131,悬臂梁21的第 一安装端211穿过插孔131安装在连接座13内。也就是说,悬臂梁21的第一安装端211可以伸入到容置空间内,第一安装端211可以通过紧固件安装在连接座13内,第一安装端211上可以设置有两个安装孔,每个第一安装端211可以对应两个安装孔。如此设置的第一安装端211可以隐藏在连接座13内,无需再在外部设置遮挡结构,从而可以简化连接座13处的结构。
其中,如图1和图2所示,电极组件20为两个,连接座13的内表面形成有两个第一避让槽132,两个悬臂梁21的第二安装端212位于第一避让槽132处,连接座13在两个第一避让槽132之间的部分在朝向中间臂11的一侧设置有与第一安装端211配合的安装柱。第一避让槽132可以便于电极片22的一部分容置在其中,这样可以减少电极片22凸出连接座13的表面,可以使得处于第一位置的电极片22与连接座13的内表面大体位于同一弧形面内,可以方便用户的颈部接触配合。而且,如此设置的连接座13可以固定连接两个悬臂梁21的第一安装端211,从而可以提高颈部按摩仪100的集成度。如此设置的连接座13可以使得两个悬臂梁21的第二安装端212彼此远离设置。
可选地,如图3所示,连接座13在两个第一避让槽132之间的部分形成有安装槽133,安装槽133内安装有加热片14。加热片14可以起到加热用户颈部皮肤的作用,可以进一步地提高颈部按摩仪100的佩戴舒适性,而且通过将加热片14设置在连接座13上,可以提高连接座13的集成度。连接座13的侧壁设置有过孔,加热片14连接的线束穿过线束后伸入连接座13内部,易于电路板32相连接。
进一步地,如图1-图3所示,颈部按摩仪100还可以包括:盖板15,盖板15盖设在安装槽133处且遮盖加热片14。盖板15起到盖设安装槽133的作用,这样可以避免加热片14直接与用户的皮肤接触,又可以有效地将热量传递给用户。其中,安装槽133和两侧的第一避让槽132之间间隔有凸筋,盖板15安装在两个凸筋上。
其中,如图1所示,连接座13凸出中间臂11内表面的高度为H1,H1满足关系式:5mm≤H1≤15mm。可以理解的是,中间臂11为弧形结构,连接座13凸出的高度过小时,电极组件20的活动空间较小,电极组件20容易与中间臂11的两端碰触;连接座13凸出的高度过大时,为了使得电极组件20与中间臂11、夹臂12之间形成的佩戴空间与人体颈部适应,夹臂12、中间臂11需要构造得更大,颈部按摩仪100的整体尺寸相应要做大。如此设置的连接座13可以在保证电极组件20的活动空间的同时,还可以合理控制颈部按摩仪100的尺寸。
根据本公开的另一个具体实施例,如图5所示,支架10包括:中间臂11和夹臂 12,夹臂12为两个,而且两个夹臂12连接在中间臂11的两侧,悬臂梁21的第一安装端211伸入中间臂11内。也就是说,相对上一个具体实施例,本实施例省略了连接座13,而是将两个悬臂梁21直接安装在中间臂11上,从而可以简化支架10的结构,而且可以方便悬臂的安装。
其中,中间臂11包括:外壳和内壳,内壳安装于外壳的内侧,第一安装端211固定在内壳或外壳上。第一安装端211可以设置有两个安装孔,中间臂11内可以设置有紧固件,紧固件穿过安装孔后将其固定在内壳或者外壳上。其中,内壳上可以形成有孔,悬臂梁21的第一安装端211穿过该孔后伸入中间臂11内部。
如图5所示,电极组件20为两个,两个悬臂梁21的第一安装端211分别远离彼此设置。如此设置的两个悬臂梁21可以避免两个第一安装端211彼此靠近,可以使得中间臂11的整体受力更加均衡,从而可以进一步地提高颈部按摩仪100的结构可靠性。
可选地,电极片22固定在第二安装端212上或由第二安装端212构成。如此设置的电极片22结构简单可靠。
其中,如图1所示,电极片22的内表面为凹弧面。这样电极片22的内表面与用户颈部外轮廓的形状相适应,从而可以有效贴合在用户颈部皮肤处。凹弧面的弦高为H2,其中H2满足关系式:0.5m≤H2≤5mm。可以理解的是,在电极片22的工作面为平面时,即使电极片22受力摆动,也不与近似圆柱形的人体颈部外轮廓贴合;而电极片22的凹弧面的弦高过大时,电极片22的工作面中心与人体颈部之间形成空隙,只有两端与人体颈部接触,容易产生刺痛。由此,满足上述尺寸的电极片22可以有效贴合用户的颈部,可以避免产生刺痛。
在本公开的描述中,“第一特征”、“第二特征”可以包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本公开的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。在本公开的描述中,第一特征在第二特征“之上”或“之下”可以包括第一和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。在本公开的描述中,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。
在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“一个实施例”、“一些实施例”、“示意性实施例”、“示例”、“具体示例”、或“一些示例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点包含于本公开的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施例或示例。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种颈部按摩仪,其特征在于,包括:
    支架;
    至少两个电极组件,所述至少两个电极组件活动连接在所述支架上,所述电极组件包括:悬臂梁和电极片,所述悬臂梁包括:第一安装端和第二安装端,所述第一安装端安装在所述支架上,所述电极片安装在所述第二安装端上且以所述第一安装端为支点在第一位置和第二位置之间摆动,所述电极片位于所述第一位置时,所述第二安装端和所述电极片与所述支架之间间隔预定间隙,所述电极片位于所述第二位置时,所述第二安装端与所述支架相接触。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于,所述悬臂梁和所述电极片中的至少一个为弹性件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于,所述悬臂梁为弹性件且还包括:弯折部,所述弯折部连接在所述第一安装端和所述第二安装端之间且相对所述第一安装端和所述第二安装端弯折设置,所述第一安装端伸入所述支架内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于,所述弯折部的横截面为凹曲面。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于,所述支架包括:中间臂、夹臂和连接座,所述夹臂为两个且连接在所述中间臂的两侧,所述连接座设置于所述中间臂的内表面,所述悬臂梁的第一安装端设置于所述连接座。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于,所述连接座为柔性连接座。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于,所述连接座为硬质连接座,所述连接座与所述中间臂之间限定出容置空间;
    所述颈部按摩仪还包括:电子元件,所述电子元件设置于所述容置空间内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于,所述电子元件包括:电池和电路板,所述电池和所述电路板均设置于所述容置空间内且间隔设置。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于,所述连接座的内表面形成有插孔,所述悬臂梁的第一安装端穿过所述插孔安装在所述连接座内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于,所述电极组件为两个,所述连接座的内表面形成有两个第一避让槽,两个所述悬臂梁的所述第二安装端位于所述第一避让槽处,所述连接座在两个所述第一避让槽之间的部分在朝向所述中间臂的一 侧设置有与所述第一安装端配合的安装柱。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于,所述连接座在两个所述第一避让槽之间的部分形成有安装槽,所述安装槽内安装有加热片。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于,还包括:盖板,所述盖板盖设在所述安装槽处且遮盖所述加热片。
  13. 根据权利要求5所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于,所述连接座凸出所述中间臂内表面的高度为H1,H1满足关系式:5mm≤H1≤15mm。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于,所述支架包括:中间臂和夹臂,所述夹臂为两个且连接在所述中间臂的两侧,所述悬臂梁的第一安装端伸入所述中间臂内。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于,所述中间臂包括:外壳和内壳,所述内壳安装于所述外壳的内侧,所述第一安装端固定在所述内壳或所述外壳上。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于,所述电极组件为两个,两个所述悬臂梁的第一安装端分别远离彼此设置。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于,所述电极片固定在所述第二安装端上或由所述第二安装端构成。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于,所述电极片的内表面为凹弧面。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于,所述凹弧面的弦高为H2,其中H2满足关系式:0.5m≤H2≤5mm。
