Description

一种电厂通风系统的消毒灭菌除尘装置 技术领域
本发明涉及垃圾焚烧发电厂除尘设备,尤其涉及一种电厂通风系统的消毒灭菌除尘装置。
背景技术
垃圾焚烧发电厂是指通过焚烧垃圾产生热能转化为电能以供固定设施或运输用电的电厂,在现有的垃圾焚烧发电厂生产中,车间会产生较多的粉尘或烟气,这些粉尘或烟气对车间内的操作人员的健康产生较大威胁,长期处于这样的环境中会造成身体机能的损坏,而现有的垃圾焚烧发电厂通风除尘装置仅仅对通风系统进行过滤除尘,其过滤效果一般,且现有的垃圾焚烧发电厂通风除尘装置无法对空气进行消毒灭菌,为此,我们提出了一种垃圾焚烧发电厂工业通风系统环保除尘过滤装置,以解决上述内容存在的问题。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提出一种电厂通风系统的消毒灭菌除尘装置,在所述除尘装置的下部分别叠放安装灭菌装置及消毒装置,所述灭菌装置设置在中间位置而所述消毒装置设置在最下侧位置,通过采用消毒液与空气直接接触,在对空气中的灰尘进行除尘的同时,对空气进行消毒作业,并通过对消毒液和空气进行均匀的混合,提升了空气的消毒效果,接着通过灭菌装置对空气进行高温灭菌,并消除空气中的水分,最后采用除尘装置对空气进行静电除尘作业,实现对空气依次按进行的消毒、灭菌、除尘处理,确保处理后的空气符合环保要求。
本发明解决技术问题采用的技术方案:一种电厂通风系统的消毒灭菌除尘装置,包括除尘装置,所述除尘装置包括除尘箱,在所述除尘箱的外部还设置有排风管及第一风机,所述第一风机抽排所述除尘箱中的空气经排风管排出室外,其特征是,在所述除尘装置的下部分别叠放安装灭菌装置及消毒装置,所述灭菌装置设置在中间位置而所述消毒装置设置在最下侧位置;
所述灭菌装置包括灭菌箱,在所述灭菌箱中设置有屈曲布置的灭菌管,在所述灭菌箱中还设置有加热块,所述灭菌管屈曲环绕在所述加热块周围;
所述消毒装置包括消毒箱,在所述消毒箱中注入有消毒液,所述消毒箱的下部为贮液区而上部为贮气区,在所述消毒箱中还设置有混液桨,所述消毒箱的箱体外侧设置有驱动所述混液桨转动的电机;在所述消毒箱的外侧还设置有进风管及第二风机,在所述进风管进入所述消毒箱的入口处设置有进气单向阀;
在所述除尘箱与所述灭菌箱之间还设置有第一连通管,在所述灭菌箱与所述消毒箱之间还设置第二连通管;所述第一连通管下端与所述灭菌管的出口连通而上端与所述除尘箱的进气口连通;所述第二连通管下端与所述贮气区连通而上端与所述灭菌管的入口连通;
待处理空气经所述第二风机抽排后经所述进风管的进气单向阀进入所述消毒箱,经消毒液消毒之后上浮至上部的贮气区,之后经第二连通管进入所述灭菌管,经高温灭菌之后,再经所述第一连通管进入除尘 箱,最后经静电除尘之后,被所述第一风机经所述排风管被抽排出去。
优选的,所述灭菌管呈U型排列,所述加热块分布在灭菌管的凹处。
优选的,所述消毒箱的底部还设置有排水管。
