Description
一种液体消毒装置【技术领域】本实用新型涉及消毒、灭菌设备,特别是涉及一种适合于家庭或工业 使用的冷气扇、加湿机以及饮用水、循环水等的液体消毒装置。【背景4支术】目前普遍使用的冷气扇、加湿机及饮用水等家用和工业用设备一般只 具有空气对流、加湿等功能,而对其所使用的液体普遍缺乏必要的消毒、 灭菌措施,不仅造成设备功能单一,且无法保证所使用液体的卫生性和安全性。传统的液体消毒技术主要是采用氯化合物或臭氧,由于其消毒剂属于 剧毒及易燃、易爆的腐蚀性物质,须谨慎使用,如使用不当则会对水体和 周围环境造成二次污染,因此不是理想的液体消毒方式。紫外光消毒是一种先进、有效的消毒灭菌方式,通过紫外光照射可有 效杀灭各种细菌病毒。但紫外光消毒目前多用于室内空气和物体的消毒, 而对液体的消毒则需要解决紫外光的泄漏及紫外光发生器与液体的隔离、 密封等问题,因而在冷气扇、加湿机及饮用水等使用液体的家用和工业用 设备上并未得到实际应用。【发明内容】本实用新型旨在解决上述问题,而提供一种无泄漏,无二次污染,能 安全、高效地杀灭液体中的各种细菌和病毒的液体消毒装置。为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种液体消毒装置,该装置有一容纳液体和供液体流过的密闭壳体,在该密闭壳体内设有对进入的液体进行 消毒用的紫外消毒装置,在紫外消毒装置外部设有隔离罩,隔离罩与密闭壳体内壁之间形成液体腔,隔离罩与紫外消毒装置及密闭壳体的连接部位 由密封圈密封,在密闭壳体上设有进水管和出水管。密闭壳体为筒状体,其一端设有与筒体一体形成的端盖,端盖内侧设 有装设隔离罩用的环形槽,密闭壳体另一端由密封盖封口,所述进水管和 出水管分别设置于密闭壳体的下、上两侧。紫外消毒装置为紫外灯管,其一端可拆卸连接于密闭壳体的密封盖内 侧的灯管座上。隔离罩为石英玻璃管,其一端嵌入密闭壳体端盖内侧的环形槽内,另 一端嵌入安装座内,所述安装座的另 一端与密闭壳体的密封盖密封连接。本实用新型的积极效果在于,它有效解决了冷气扇、加湿机及饮用水等家用和工业用设备的消毒灭菌问题,且其具有如下显著特点:一、 由于采用紫外光的消毒,有效提高了杀灭细菌、病毒的效率,本 装置对细菌、病毒的杀灭作用一般在1秒以内,而用传统的氯气以及臭氧 方法达到本装置的杀菌效果一般需要20分钟至1小时。二、 本装置的杀毒、灭菌范围更广,它对几乎所有的细菌和病毒都能 高效杀灭,并且对一些危害较大,而氯气和臭氧在水中消毒的有效浓度内 很难有效杀灭的原生物都能有效杀灭。三、 本装置在消毒过程中不会产生二次污染,尤其是对饮用水源来讲 十分安全、可靠。四、 本装置使用寿命长,成本低, 一次投入可长期使用。五、 根据使用的情况,选用不同规格的紫外灯管,可适用于处理不同 流量的污?K。200720170909.7说明书第3/5页【附图说明】图l是本实用新型的结构剖视图。 图2是本实用新型的外形示意图。【具体实施方式】参阅图1、图2,本实用新型的液体消毒装置包括密闭壳体10、紫外消 毒装置20及隔离罩30。图2中,所述密闭壳体10为筒状体,其右端设有 与筒体一体形成的端盖11 ,端盖11内侧设有装设隔离罩30用的环形槽111 。 密闭壳体IO左端由密封盖13封口,密封盖用螺钉14与密闭壳体IO连接。 密封盖13的内壁上由内向外依次设有安装外消毒装置20用的圓环形的 灯管座131、圓环形的密封槽132及圆环形的安装座连接槽133,它们分别 用于装设紫外消毒装置20、密封圈42及隔离罩安装座31。在密闭壳体IO 的下、上两侧分别设有进水管51和出水管52。液体由进水管51进入密闭 壳体IO内,经紫外消毒装置20消毒灭菌后由出水管52流出。在所述密闭壳体10内设有紫外消毒装置20,该紫外消毒装置20为紫 外灯管,其发出的紫外光波长为254nm,该波长的紫外光可通过其紫外线光 子的能量破坏水体中各种病毒、细菌以及其它致病体的DNA结构,使各种 病毒、细菌以及其它致病体丧失复制繁殖能力,达到灭菌的效果。紫外灯 管20的连接端装在密封盖13内侧的灯管座131内,并可加以拆换,灯管 座131内设有电连接片,与其电连接片相连的导线21由密封盖13侧面引 出。为防止紫外消毒装置20与液体接触,在紫外消毒装置外部设有隔离罩 30,该隔离罩为石英玻璃管,它对紫外光具有良好的透光性。隔离罩的一 端嵌入密闭壳体端盖11内侧的环形槽111内,另一端嵌入安装座31内, 所述安装座31的另一端与密闭壳体的密封盖13密封连接。隔离罩30与密 闭壳体10内壁之间形成环形的液体腔12,通过隔离罩将进入密闭壳体内的液体与紫外消毒装置20相隔离。紫外灯管发出的紫外光通过石英玻璃管照 射到水流,对水流中所含的细菌进行杀灭,达到消毒、灭菌的目的。为防止液体进入隔离罩30内对紫外消毒装置造成损坏,必须对隔离罩 与紫外消毒装置20及密闭壳体10的连接部位进行密封,本例中,如图2 所示,在端盖11的环形槽111内装有密封圈41,用于密封隔离罩30与端 盖ll的接触面。在密封盖13内侧的密封槽132内装有密封圏42,用于密 封紫外消毒装置20、密封盖13及安装座31的接触面,所述密封圈采用能 防止因紫外线作用而老化的硅胶密封圈,由此可使紫外消毒装置20与液体 完全隔离。本实用新型的装置在工作时,水流从进水管51进入到密闭壳体10内 的液体腔12,水流充满液体腔后,再由出水管52流出。当水在消毒装置中 流动时,紫外灯管20发出的紫外光便透对石英玻璃管制成的隔离罩30照 射到水流,对水流中所含的细菌进行杀灭,达到消毒、灭菌的目的。本实用新型的装置可应用于冷气扇、加湿坤几以及^:用水、循环水等家 庭或工业使用的用水设备的液体消毒。以冷气扇为例,当采用该消毒装置后,可以大大地提高室内空气的清 洁度,为人们提供更加清新的生活和工作环境。冷气扇工作时,通过水泵 带动将机器底部水箱中的水抽到机器顶部的水槽中,水再流到冷气扇的水 帘布上,冷气扇的贯流风机带动气流将循环转动的水帘布上附带的低于室 温温度的水吹向空气中,达到降温、加湿的作用。在此过程中,由于贯流 风机较大的风量作用,会在室内空间中形成空气的循环流动,空气中所含 的灰尘、杂质以及细菌、病毒等会在通过冷气扇的水帘布时沉降在水中, 在水泵抽水流经消毒装置的过程中,通过消毒装置的紫外杀菌光的照射, 杀灭其中的细菌、病毒,以达到净化空气的目的。尽管通过以上实施例对本发明进行了揭示,但是本发明的范围并不局 限于此,在不偏离本发明构思的条件下,以上各构件可用所属技术领域人员了解的相似或等同元件来替换.

1、一种液体消毒装置,其特征在于,它有一容纳液体和供液体流过的密闭壳体(10),在该密闭壳体内设有对进入的液体进行消毒用的紫外消毒装置(20),在紫外消毒装置外部设有隔离罩(30),隔离罩(30)与密闭壳体(10)内壁之间形成液体腔(12),隔离罩与紫外消毒装置(20)及密闭壳体(10) 的连接部位由密封圈(41、42)密封,在密闭壳体(10)上设有进水管(51)和出水管(52)。
2、 根据权利要求1所述的液体消毒装置,其特征在于,所述密闭壳体 (10)为筒状体,其一端设有与筒体一体形成的端盖(11),端盖(11)内侧设有装^:隔离罩(30)用的环形槽(111),密闭壳体(10)另一端由密 封盖(13)封口,所述进水管(51)和出水管(52)分别设置于密闭壳体 (10)的下、上两侧。
3、 根据权利要求2所述的液体消毒装置,其特征在于,所述紫外消毒 装置(20)为紫外灯管,其一端可拆卸连接于密闭壳体的密封盖(13)内 侧的灯管座(131)上。
4、 根据权利要求3所述的液体消毒装置,其特征在于,所述隔离罩(30) 为石英玻璃管,其一端嵌入密闭壳体端盖(11)内侧的环形槽(111)内, 另一端嵌<入安装座(31)内,所述安装座(31)的另一端与密闭壳体的密 封盖(13)密封连接。
