本发明涉及一种带直插式进线技术的工业指示灯。
背景技术
现有市场上的工业指示灯,多为螺钉接线进线方式。接线时需先拧开螺钉,再接入线,再拧紧螺钉,操作费时且很不方便。因此,确有必要对现有技术进行改进以解决现有技术之不足。
发明内容
本发明提供一种带直插式进线技术的工业指示灯,本发明解决工业指示灯接线费时费力的问题,本发明无需复杂操作,接线时直接插入进线孔即可,解决了工业指示灯现场接线费时费力的问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案有:一种带直插式进线技术的工业指示灯,包括接线模块、电流条、接线弹簧、安装壳体以及推块,所述电流条和接线弹簧均卡接于接线模块内,所述接线模块插接在安装壳体中,所述推块位于接线弹簧的上方且能够向下运动抵压接线弹簧以使得接线弹簧的一末端和电流条相分隔开。
进一步地,所述推块上设有倒扣,所述接线模块上设有与倒扣相适配的扣台。
进一步地,所述接线弹簧的一个末端固定抵接在电流条上,接线弹簧的另一个末端活动抵接在电流条上。
进一步地,所述电流条包括一体成形的U形卡接部和偏平插接部,所述接线弹簧的一个末端固定抵接在U形卡接部的一侧壁上,接线弹簧的另一个末端活动抵接在U形卡接部的另一侧壁上。
进一步地,与所述接线弹簧活动抵接的U形卡接部的侧壁的上末端凸起形成有倒钩。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1至图4,本发明带直插式进线技术的工业指示灯,包括接线模块1、电流条2、接线弹簧3、安装壳体以及推块6,两个电流条2和四个接线弹簧3均卡接于接线模块1内,每两个接线弹簧3和一个电流条2为一组,且每组中的两个接线弹簧3的两末端对应抵接在电流条2上,其中一个末端固定抵接在电流条上,接线弹簧的另一个末端活动抵接在电流条上。接线模块1插接在安装壳体中,在安装壳体上设有四个接线孔41,一个接线孔41与一个接线弹簧3相对应。安装壳体包括上盖4和底座5,接线模块1插接在底座5上,且接线模块1置于上盖4内,上盖4与底座5相扣接,在接线模块1上插接四个推块6,四个推块6对应扣接在接线模块1上。
本发明中的电流条2包括一体成形的U形卡接部21和偏平插接部22,每组中的两个接线弹簧3均置于U形卡接部21内,其中接线弹簧3的一个末端固定抵接在U形卡接部21的一侧壁上,接线弹簧3的另一个末端活动抵接在U形卡接部21的另一侧壁上。其中与接线弹簧3活动抵接的U形卡接部21的侧壁的上末端凸起形成有倒钩23。
在底座5上设有两个插孔51,电流条2的偏平插接部22插接在插孔51内。
为便于接线模块1、底座5和上盖4之间的连接安装,在底座5的上端面设有插台52,在插台52上设有第一插槽53,在接线模块1上设有与第一插槽53相适配的插板13,在上盖4上设有与所述插板13相适配的第二插槽43。
为进一步保证接线模块1和上盖4之间的连接可靠性,在接线模块1的外壁上设有插筋14,在上盖4的内壁上设有与插筋14相适配的限位槽。
在插台52的外壁上设有卡扣55,在上盖4上设有与所述卡扣55相适配的卡孔45。
进一步的,电流条2的偏平插接部22上设有安装折弯部221,安装折弯部221卡接在接线模块1上。推块6上设有倒扣61,在接线模块1上设有用于安装推块6的安装孔100,安装孔100的内壁上设有与倒扣61相适配的扣台110。
如图5所示,本发明中的上盖4上设有两个测试孔42,在两个测试孔42中分别插入与电流条2相导通的测试探针7,两根测试探针7外接万用表,通过万用表的显示来检测现场接线时电路有无通断。
本发明带直插式进线技术的工业指示灯在进线时,导线从接线孔41中插入并卡接在接线弹簧3与电流条2之间,其中导线上设有与倒钩23相配合的卡槽,进而避免导线被拔出接线孔41,由此完成进线接线过程。需要退线的时候,只需手 动按压推块6,推块6的倒扣61向下抵压接线弹簧3,使得接线弹簧3活动抵接在电流条2上的末端与电路条2相分隔开,此时导线的卡槽退出倒钩23之外,进而将导线从接线孔41中拔出。松开推块6后,推块6向上运动到扣台110的位置限位停止复位。
