小便器由于占用面积小,不占用大便排污孔、建造简单,成为公共厕所男厕的标配。现代社会单位、机关、学校、医院、公司、企业、部队、各行各业办公楼都设有公共厕所,商业区、公共设施、交通运输客用设施、公共绿地、城市主干线、次干线,街道、行人较多的道路沿线,广场、公园、体育场、海滨活动场所、博物馆、展览馆、影剧院、音乐厅、公共文体娱乐场所,酒店、宾馆、饭店、饭馆、茶馆、咖啡店、小吃店、快餐店等餐饮场所,机场、火车站、汽车站、地铁站、高速路休息区、码头,综合性服务楼和服务性单位也都设有公共厕所。这些公共厕所男厕大多设有水冲小便器。目前的小便器,用大量的水将尿液稀释、冲走,同时冲洗可能挂在小便器壁面的尿滴,并通过在S弯存水封闭下水道的臭味。如果冲水量不足,在S弯尿液浓度较高,就会产生难闻的尿骚味。而且即便按照小便器每人次名义用水量需不大于3升,每天全世界因此要用掉巨量的自来水;女厕所则小便也要占用具有大便排泄孔的蹲位。而且冲水厕所的建设和运行,需要价格昂贵、建造困难复杂的上下水网络系统,占地大、高能耗的污水处理系统。
发明内容
本公开的目的是提供一种适用于各种场所使用、结构简单新颖、具有尿液封存功能、避免异味扩散的新型小便器及坐便器。
为了实现上述目的,本公开提供如下技术方案:
根据本公开的一个方面,提供了一种小便器,其中,包括:
小便器本体,所述小便器本体开口向上,内部形成用于存储尿液的小便腔,所述小便腔内还具有封存液,所述封存液为比重小于尿液且不溶于水的有机化合物,使得所述封存液覆盖于所述尿液之上;
排液管组件,用于排出所述小便腔内的尿液,所述排液管组件包括:
排液管,所述排液管与所述小便腔连通。
根据本公开的实施例,所述封存液的封存厚度不小于1mm。
根据本公开的实施例,所述封存液包括液体石蜡、柴油、地沟油、植物油或转基因油中至少一种。

在上述技术方案中,本公开提供的一种新型小便器,具有以下有益效果:
考虑到尿液具有一定的挥发性,为了避免尿骚味散出,在小便腔内填充能够封存尿液且比重比尿液小的液体石蜡、柴油、地沟油、植物油、转基因油等不挥发、不溶于水比重小于1的有机化合物,通过封存液将尿液始终保存于下层空间,只要控制好小便器内总液位高度,定期排放,即可实现尿液的临时存放,再定期处理,该坐便器结构简单,适用范围广。
本公开的小便器利用液体石蜡、柴油、地沟油、植物油、转基因油等不挥发、不溶于水比重小于1的有机化合物进行尿液封存,而液体有机物遇到可燃物就容易出现火灾,存在一定的安全隐患,而如厕时会有少量用户有吸烟的习惯,在小便器内集成了能够拆装的导流板,既可以实现尿液的导流,又可以避免将烟头、纸屑等一切可燃物质投放至小便腔内,以导流板的上表面进行该类物质的收集,降低安全隐患,便于后期处理;
本公开的小便器的排液既可以以手动的方式控制、还可以以自动/半自动的方式控制,即设计的排液管组件可以利用手动截止阀控制开关,也可以利用受控于控制器的泵进行尿液的抽排,根据实际使用要求,设定好最高液位高度,一旦接近甚至超过最高液位后,立刻进行尿液的抽排作业;
本公开的小便器考虑到会有部分尿液残留在导流板上,为避免后期处理困难,设计了喷雾组件,该喷雾组件在如厕前和如厕后分别进行一次喷淋,将稀醋酸等处理液喷淋在导流板表面,既可以方便尿液的导流,又可以方便清洁人员对导流板进行清洗,避免导流板表面过多地存留尿液。
本公开提供了利用不挥发、不溶于水比重小于1的有机化合物封存液无水小便器和微水小便器,该小便器可以作为不占用大便排泄孔的女性用无水小便器;同时,本公开也非常适用于作为新型无水如厕坐便器。

为了使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本公开的技术方案,下面将结合附图对本公开作进一步的详细介绍。
参见图1~图8所示,本公开提供了一种新型无水坐便器,包括坐便器主体1及小便器2。坐便器主体1的上端具有坐垫部101,坐便器主体1的内部形成为容纳腔。
其中,小便器2集成于容纳腔内。小便器2内部形成为小便腔201,小便腔201用以存储尿液205。进一步的,小便器2的小便腔201内填充封存液204,封存液204的比重小于尿液205的比重以浮于尿液205上表面。封存液204可以为液体石蜡、柴油、地沟油、植物油、转基因油等不挥发、不溶于水比重小于1的有机化合物。优选的,本实施例中封存液204 的封存高度至少为1mm。
小便器2下部集成有排液管组件4,排液管组件4与小便器2的小便腔201连通以向外输送尿液205。排液管组件4与小便腔201连通位置低于封存液204的液位高度。
具体的,本实施例公开了一种无水坐便器,特别适用于女性无水小便,针对女性用户多数以蹲坐的方式小便,因此,本实施例中的坐便器包括一坐便器主体1,该坐便器主体1具有外部的结构框架,该结构框架存在一定高度,高度设计满足大部分用户坐在其上。同时,坐便器主体1内部形成为容纳腔,在容纳腔内集成小便器2,对于个别用户小便器2可以直接采用高度小于坐便器主体1的桶,而对于常规使用,在容纳腔内直接选用上端开放、下端封闭的桶体,小便器2内部的小便腔201用作临时存放尿液205的空间,同时,为了避免尿液205挥发,在小便腔201内填充封存液204,该封存液204比重需要小于尿液205,这样在实际使用时能够保证封存液204始终位于尿液205之上,以达到封存的目的,而经过实际研究发现,液体石蜡、植物油、地沟油、转基因油等即可以作为本实施例的封存液204使用,其具有良好的封存效果。
优选的,本实施例中小便器2的小便腔201内安装有导流板5。导流板5倾斜布置于小便腔201内,且导流板5的下游端502与小便腔201的侧壁之间设置尿液引流通道,导流板5的上游端501与小便腔201的前侧侧壁接触。导流板5为至少上表面固连有硅胶层的板体。
其中,上述的小便腔201的侧面对称布置有安装条202,安装条202倾斜固定。安装条202倾斜向下伸入小便腔201一端的端部向上弯曲形成有限位端203。导流板5搭接于安装条202,且导流板5的下游端502与限位端203接触以限制导流板5向下移动。
考虑到本实施例采用液体石蜡作为封存液204对尿液205进行封存和隔离,而液体有机封存液遇到可燃物容易发生火灾,存在很大的安全隐患;因此,避免如厕使用的纸巾、以及用户如厕时烟头等物质进入小便腔201内,设计了上述的导流板5,在安装导流板5时,需要考虑到尿液205引流的要求,导流板5由小便器2前侧至后侧呈倾斜向下的布置方式,同时,在导流板5倾斜向下一端为下游端502,尿液205无论从哪个位置接触导 流板5,都会沿着导流板5的倾斜面向下滑动至下游端并最终通过尿液引流通道进入小便腔201内存储,在设计时,尿液引流通道的预留尺寸能够保持尿液201通过即可,然后开口尺寸尽量小,避免纸巾或者烟头等从尿液引流通道进入小便腔201。
为实现导流板5的安装,在小便腔201的内壁对称布置安装条202,安装条202与小便器2固连,固连的方式有一体成型结构、或者利用螺栓等紧固件将安装条202装配固定于小便腔201的侧壁。安装导流板5时,直接将导流板5沿安装条202的布置方向放置在安装条202上即可,同时,在设计安装条202时,安装条202倾斜的下端具有向上凸出的限位端203,导流板5安装后,其下游端502就会直接限位在限位端203处阻挡导流板5继续下移,同时,通过限位端203的限制还可以根据设定好的尿液引流通道尺寸要求实现对导流板5的准确定位安装。
本实施例中导流板5的下游端502的下表面被配置为最高液位。小便腔201内封存液204上升至最高液位时,排液管组件4排液。
为了避免污染导流板5,以及确保封存液204能够正常封存尿液205,导流板5的下游端的下表面为最高液位,使用时不可以超过该液位。一旦小便器2内液位接近该处,需要利用上述的排液管组件4进行排液。同时,根据封存液204的液位高度,本实施例的小便器2还有最低液位,即封存液204的高度,避免封存液204也被排出。
优选的,本实施例中容纳腔的后侧、且靠近小便器2后侧位置处集成有大便筒3,大便筒3与坐便器主体1固连。示例性的,坐便器主体1的后侧的内壁对称布置有向内延伸的安装板102,安装板102上预制螺栓孔。大便筒3的上端的边缘搭接于安装板102上表面,并通过螺栓紧固。
进一步的,所述大便筒内具有可移动容器。示例性地,大便筒3内套设有大便袋。示例性地,所述大便袋为塑料袋。
考虑到女性多数蹲坐如厕,而在无意识的情况下,会有排泄大便的可能,因此,为了避免污染和尴尬,在小便器2的后侧,并具体为在于小便腔201和小便器2之间固连一个大便筒3,该大便筒3作为应急之需的备用配件,其内部套设有大便袋,一旦出现排泄大便的情况,利用大便袋临时收集大便,使用后对大便袋进行封袋后放置在指定位置后期处理。
本实施例的大便筒3的结构比较简单,可以利用一个上端开放的圆筒(类似于纸杯的结构),然后大便筒3的上端的边缘向外凸出,以形成为与上述安装板102搭接的结构,在利用螺栓等紧固件实现大便筒3的拆装,操作便捷。
实施例一:
作为本申请的第一种实施方式,即排液管组件4以手动排液的方式进行尿液205后处理:
优选的,本实施例中排液管组件4包括与小便器2底部连通的排液管401;
排液管401具有与小便器2连通的进液端、和延伸至外部尿液处理系统的出液端;
排液管401的进液端处安装有截止阀402;
截止阀402控制排液管401的开关。
本实施例一以手动排液的方式排液,主要开关就是上述的截止阀402,一旦观察到液位较高时,用户手动打开截止阀402,而上述的排液管401的进液端与小便器2连通(具体的连通位置在小便器2的底部的后侧或者侧面),排液管401的出液端延伸至如下水管道等处理系统集中处理。
实施例二:
作为本申请的第二种实施方式,即排液管组件4以自动/半自动的方式进行尿液后处理:
优选的,本实施例中排液管组件4包括通过管路与小便腔201连通的泵403;
泵403的输出端连接有排液管401,排液管401的出液端延伸至外部尿液处理系统处。
其中,上述的小便器2上集成有控制器404,泵403与控制器404电性连接以受控于控制器404。
同时,为了监控液位,本实施例二中的小便腔201内放置有液位传感器405,液位传感器405与控制器404电性连接以向控制器404输出液位信号。
本实施例二中的排液管组件4以泵403作为动力源,实现自动/半自动 排液,通过外部控制器404控制泵403的工作,泵403选择范围比较宽,可以选用潜水泵或者其他类型的泵作为动力源,如果以潜水泵作为动力源,将其置于小便器内,然后再潜水泵的输出端连通排液管401即可,而排液管401的出液端与实施例一处理方式一样,该处不再赘述。
控制器404(英文名称:controller)是指按照预定顺序改变主电路或控制电路的接线和改变电路中电阻值来控制电动机的启动、调速、制动和反向的主令装置。本实施例的控制器404主要作用是控制上述泵403的工作、以及跟上述的液位传感器405电性连接以实时监控液位值,确保小便器2内液位时刻处于合理范围/设计范围。
通常,为了用户操作方便,控制器404一般集成在小便器2的外部,其上的操作按钮可以供用户选择和使用,控制器404在出厂前事先设定好程序,程序包括液位的控制范围,以及泵403开启和关闭的控制等。由于控制器404属于较为常见的控制装置,如PLC等,因此,该处不再赘述。
考虑到导流板5是与尿液接触的第一道程序,如果不对导流板5做任何处理,容易出现尿液205残留在导流板5上,因此,考虑到尿液205的顺利引流,以及便于作业人员后期维护导流板5,本实施例中的小便腔201内靠近导流板5的上游端一侧安装有喷雾组件6;
其中,该喷雾组件6包括喷雾器601,且喷雾器601的喷头朝向导流板5的倾斜方向并向导流板5表面喷淋处理液;
喷雾组件6还包括集成于小便器2内部或外部的喷淋处理液存放罐602,喷淋处理液存放罐602内部填充有喷淋处理液;
喷雾器601通过管路与喷淋处理液存放罐602连通以接收喷淋处理液。
其中,上述的喷淋处理液为水或稀柠檬酸或乳酸或醋等。
在用户如厕前和如厕后,喷淋出的稀醋酸都可以起到润滑和帮助尿液205引流至小便腔201内的作用。通常喷雾器601是一种利用空吸作用将药剂以喷淋的方式喷出的装置,其中,喷淋处理液存放罐602内部存放喷淋处理液,喷淋处理也选用水或稀柠檬酸或乳酸或醋,既可以利用水或稀柠檬酸或乳酸或醋的味道来遮挡部分尿液205挥发的味道,保证卫生,还可以利用稀醋酸来润滑导流板5,保证尿液205可以顺利导流。
而喷雾器601的喷头的布置位置和布置方式以导流板的上游端501为 安装位置,同时为了能够尽量大范围地接触导流板5,保证其上的尿液205能够充分导流,喷雾器601的喷头也沿导流板5的宽度方向布置,并且喷淋处的最大范围尽量覆盖宽度方向的整个导流板5。
使用本实施例公开的坐便器如厕后,只需要在尿液205达到最高液位需要排放时,进行一次冲水,举个例子,如果尿液205达到最高液位时,开启排液管组件4,利用排液管401将尿液205引流至下水管道处,当尿液205基本排放完全后,进行一次水冲,以这种方式极大地节约了水资源。
实施例三:
参见图9~图10所示;
作为拓展性的实施例,上述实施例中公开的技术手段同样可以应用于男士用的落地式小便器;
具体为:将上述实施例中的导流板5和喷雾组件6等功能部件全部集成在落地式小便器的小便池内,具体的安装原理和作用原理与实施例一和实施例二一致,该处不再赘述。
另外,需要说明的是:作为排液管的一种拓展性设计是利用排液管401部分弯曲形成的折弯段40101的方式能够很好地控制排液管401排放小便池内液体的液位,采用的原理为连通器的原理。
实施例四:
本公开可以直接作为无水如厕马桶使用,作为拓展性的实施例,本申请中的小便器,尤其是实施例一和实施例二中涉及到的坐便器同样可以集成在如厕马桶的封口器内,用户在使用后可以利用封口器对使用后的大便筒进行塑封,以便后续更好的集中处理。
在上述技术方案中,本公开提供的一种新型无水坐便器,具有以下有益效果:
本公开的无水小便器考虑到尿液205具有一定的挥发性,避免异味散出,在小便腔201内填充能够封存尿液205且比重比尿液205小的封存液,例如植物油或液体石蜡,通过封存液将尿液205始终保存于下层空间,只要控制好小便器2内总液位高度,定期排放,即可实现尿液205的临时存放,再定期处理,该坐便器结构简单,适用范围广,本公开也非常适用于作为无水如厕马桶。
本公开的无水坐便器考虑到女性用户多数蹲坐排便的问题,为了避免无意识地排泄大便,在小便器2的后侧集成了能够存放大便的大便筒3,并以大便袋的收纳形式对大便进行封装,再进行其他方式的处理。
本公开的无水坐便器利用封存液进行尿液封存,而封存液遇到可燃物就容易出现火灾,存在一定的安全隐患,而如厕时会有少量用户有吸烟的习惯,因此,在小便器2内集成了能够拆装的导流板5,既可以实现尿液205的导流,又可以避免将烟头、纸屑等一切可燃物质投放至小便腔201内,以导流板5的上表面进行该类物质的收集,降低安全隐患,便于后期处理。
本公开的无水坐便器的排液既可以以手动的方式控制、还可以以自动/半自动的方式控制,即设计的排液管组件4可以利用手动截止阀402控制开关,也可以利用受控于控制器404的泵进行尿液205的抽排,根据实际使用要求,设定好最高液位高度,一旦接近甚至超过最高液位后,立刻进行尿液的抽排作业。

- 一种小便器,其中,包括:小便器本体,所述小便器本体开口向上,内部形成用于存储尿液的小便腔(201),所述小便腔(201)内具有封存液(204),所述封存液(204)为比重小于尿液(205)且不溶于水的有机化合物,使得所述封存液(204)覆盖于所述尿液(205)之上;排液管组件(4),用于排出所述小便腔(201)内的尿液,所述排液管组件(4)包括:排液管(401),所述排液管(401)与所述小便腔(201)连通。

- 根据权利要求14所述的小便器,其中,所述喷雾组件(6)还包括:喷淋处理液存放罐(602),所述喷淋处理液存放罐(602)内部具有 喷淋处理液,所述喷雾器(601)通过管路与所述喷淋处理液存放罐(602)连通以接收所述喷淋处理液。
- 根据权利要求14所述的小便器,其中,所述喷淋处理液为水或稀柠檬酸或乳酸或醋。
- 一种坐便器,包括:坐便器主体(1),所述坐便器主体(1)的上端具有坐垫部(101),所述坐便器主体(1)的内部形成为容纳腔;如权利要求1-16任一项所述的小便器,设置于所述容纳腔内。
- 根据权利要求17所述的坐便器,还包括:大便筒(3),所述大便筒(3)开口向上,设置于所述容纳腔内所述小便器的一侧,与所述坐便器主体(1)固连。
- 根据权利要求18所述的坐便器,其中,所述坐便器主体(1)的内壁对称布置有向内延伸的安装板(102),所述安装板(102)上预制螺栓孔;所述大便筒(3)的上端的边缘搭接于所述安装板(102)上表面,并通过螺栓紧固。
- 根据权利要求18所述的坐便器,其中,所述大便筒(3)内具有大便袋和/或可移动容器。
