现有技术已公开的专利为:一种位能水跨层利用取代中水的排水系统(专利号200620001920.6)和跨层排水冲厕系统(专利号201220008603.2)。以上专利技术没有涉及到平房建筑排水系统的描述。当前我国农村地区旱厕改水厕正逐步展开,由于农村住宅以平房建筑为主,居住分散,而我国有半数人口居住在农村,市政设施欠缺,不具备市政中水、建筑中水等冲厕水源,冲厕只能用自来水。亟需一种平房排水冲厕系统,来解决农村平房住宅冲厕用水量大的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种平房排水冲厕系统,来解决农村平房住宅冲厕用水量大的问题。

S型存水弯定位:本系统中,S型存水弯定位是施工细节,关系到系统内在的品质优劣。S弯水封相当于一个基准面,洗涤水重力势能的大小取决于它的位置,低位大,高位小,如S弯水封处于负1米的位置,此时处于地平位置的地漏,排放洗涤水的重力势能刚好为1米。洗槽和洗漱池则为1.6米。如S弯水封负1.5米,地漏即为1.5米,洗槽和洗漱池即为2.1米。因此,如果受室内外高差和排水进户管长度坡度的限制,S弯处于高位,即用P型存水弯替换S型存水弯,再调整排水进户管长度坡度比,以降低水封高度。1米和1.6米已经很可观,接近老式蹲便器高水箱的1.8米,大于现标准配备背水箱的0.6米。本系统运行时,洗涤水为动态水量,时大时小,时有时无可不必关注,两个数据提供保障:1.日常生活中洗涤用水量大于冲厕用水量,比例为7:3,即七分洗用,三分冲厕。2.重力势能比,如上所述洗涤水的重力势能为变量数值,施工中可通过技术手段获得最大取值,均可大于0.6米。

功能区:排水立管A段为本系统的功能区。现场制作时,排水立管A段为一小段UPVC管材,管外径110毫米,壁厚3.2~4毫米,长度约为1米左右,现本系统以此管段连通蹲便器、S型存水弯、洗涤水管口三通(连通洗涤水干管)、透气管口和辅助透气管口三通(连通上下透气管)共五个部件。五个部件在排水系统中均有独立功能,在功能区集合为整体功能。不同的是,五部件的独立功能在本系统功能区获得放大:1.蹲便器选用无存水弯型,利用直落式的构造放大了其节水并且不污染功能,而且价格低。2.S型存水弯利用水封容积放大了其存储功能。3.洗涤水利用位置能放大了其串级用水功能(废水不经处理重力转送到可以接受的生产过程或系统中使用)。4.透气立管设置并利用检查口和45°配管放大了其管道疏通功能。综上所述,本系统功能区单一部件功能被放大后,系统整体功能随之被放大,使系统具备节水冲厕功能,共同构建了平房排水冲厕系统。
另外,1.排水立管B段和排水进户管连通的弯头应选用45°双弯头,弯头和管径同时增大到Φ160毫米。2.系统需要疏通时,可在蹲便器排水口进行,如不便拆装防臭器,也可在透气立管检查口进行。3.辅助透气管从室 内地平下出外墙后,连通室外透气管专用小型管井。管井中心设置弯头连接管帽防鼠,不设向上立管,管井盖板留较大孔洞便于空气流通。对于透气管高差大于5米的需求为伸顶高度,平房高度,管井深度的尺寸相加后,以伸顶高度调整。
本系统善用资源,原理清晰,造价低廉,不用电,不污染,不堵管不需操作,易普及,节水减排,简单实效。所述平房排水冲厕系统作为一种节水冲厕技术为我国农村厕改增加一种选择。

  1. 一种平房排水冲厕系统,包括蹲便器(7)、排水立管A段(1)、排水立管B段(21)、排水进户管(2)、透气立管(3)、辅助透气管(20)、洗涤水干管(5)、S型存水弯(6)、上段正三通(14)、中段斜三通(15)和下段斜三通(19),其特征在于:所述蹲便器为无存水弯蹲便器(7),所述排水立管A段(1)垂直设置,其上管口连通所述无存水弯蹲便器(7)排水口,其下管口连通垂直设置的所述S型存水弯(6)上管口,所述排水立管A段(1)串联所述上段正三通(14),所述上段正三通(14)的中口连通水平设置的所述洗涤水干管(5),所述洗涤水干管(5)连通洗涤水水源,所述排水立管A段(1)串联所述中段斜三通(15),所述中段斜三通(15)的中口连通所述透气立管(3),所述排水立管A段(1)串联所述下段斜三通(19),所述下段斜三通(19)的中口连通所述辅助透气管(20),所述辅助透气管(20)连通室外透气管井(22),所述S型存水弯(6)的下管口连通所述排水立管B段(21)的上管口,所述排水立管B段(21)下管口连通所述排水进户管(2),所述排水进户管(2)连通化粪池(16)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种平房排水冲厕系统,其特征在于:所述无存水弯蹲便器(7)采用无台阶方式安装,其盆沿与地面平齐;所述无存水弯蹲便器(7)为后排水,其排水口设置活门式防臭阀。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种平房排水冲厕系统,其特征在于:所述洗涤水水源来自洗漱池(8)、地漏(9)、浴缸(10)、洗槽(11)和拖布池(12)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种平房排水冲厕系统,其特征在于:所述透气立管(3)伸顶屋面并设置透气管帽(18),所述透气立管(3)设置立管检查口(4),所述透气立管(3)的下管口设45°弯头且经短管连通所述中段斜三通(15)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种平房排水冲厕系统,其特征在于:所述辅助透气管(20)水平设置;所述辅助透气管(20)的管口设置45°弯头且经短管连通所述下段斜三通(19);所述辅助透气管(20)的管口伸入所述透气管井(22)并设置弯头以连通所述透气管帽(18)。
