拉带2设置有至少两个,至少一个拉带2为上拉带21,上拉带21的一侧连接外围片11的内侧,上拉带21的另一侧连接顶片12的内侧,至少一个拉带2为下拉带22,下拉带22的一侧连接外围片11的内侧,下拉带22的另一侧连接底片13的内侧。上拉带21与下拉带22的设置,保证外围片11受力的均匀性,上拉带21与下拉带22同时对外围片11提供向内的拉力,防止外围片11向外过度变形,以便于更均匀地提供支撑力。
上拉带21的下边缘与外围片11连接,下拉带22的上边缘与外围片11连接,上拉带21的下边缘与外围片11的连接处不低于下拉带22的上边缘与外围片11的连接处,避免上拉带21与下拉带22之间干涉,也使得外围片11受力均衡。
当上拉带21设置有一个时,一个上拉带21可以绕气室的周向形成连续的环形结构,在上拉带21与顶片12的连接处和/或在上拉带21与外围片11的连接处有部分边缘与气室的内壁之间断开,形成通气口20即可。当然,一个上拉带21也可以绕气室的周向形成间断的环形结构,在上拉带21的间断处,上拉带21与气室的内壁之间断开以便于通气。
上拉带21设置有至少两个,至少两个上拉带21绕气室的周向形成间断的环形结构。在相邻两个上拉带21的间断处,上拉带21与气室的内壁之间断开,以形成通气口20。
当下拉带22设置有一个时,一个下拉带22可以绕气室的周向形成连续的环形结构,在下拉带22与底片13的连接处和/或在下拉带22与外围片11的连接处有部分边缘与气室的内壁之间断开,形成通气口20即可。一个下拉带22可以绕气室的周向形成间断的环形结构,在下拉带22的间断处,下拉带22与气室的内壁之间断开以形成通气口20便于通气。
下拉带22设置有至少两个,至少两个下拉带22绕气室的周向形成间断的环形结构。在相邻两个下拉带22的间断处,下拉带22与气室的内壁之间断开,以形成通气口20。
当顶片12和底片13均呈矩形时,外围片11具有四个内侧壁,可以在每个内侧壁上均设置有上拉带21和下拉带22,即设置有四个上拉带21和四个下拉带22,四个上拉带21绕气室的周向形成间断的环形结构,四个下拉带22绕气 室的周向形成间断的环形结构,便于加工生产。当然,当充气床为其他形状时,可根据需要设置上拉带21和下拉带22的数量,在此不作限制。
在本实施例中,上下相对设置的一组上拉带21与下拉带22,上拉带21的下边缘与外围片11的连接处不低于下拉带22的上边缘与外围片11的连接处,避免上拉带21与下拉带22之间干涉,也使得外围片11受力均衡。
气室内设置有至少一个支撑部4,支撑部4的顶端与顶片12连接,支撑部4的底端与底片13连接,以起到支撑作用,提高支撑力。
可选地,支撑部4设置有至少两个,至少两个支撑部4并排设置于气室中,使得充气床中间部位的受力被分摊,相邻支撑部4之间是有间隔的,便于气体填充。
支撑部4的设置,不影响气室内的充气空间,支撑部4为圆柱体或者片状,在此不作限制。
在此,对充气床的材料不作限制,可采用PVC、PU、PE等现有的轻质塑料制成。充气床中各个部件之间的连接方式,可以是高周波焊接,热熔或者超声波熔接,在此不作限制。
通过一个进出气部件3即可实现对充气床的充气和放气,进出气部件3可以是进出气阀,通过外置的气泵与进出气阀连接进行充气。进出气部件3还可以是内置气泵,内置气泵中设置有气阀,能够进行充气和放气。当然,进出气部件3还可以是进出气阀与内置气泵的组合。在此对进出气部件3的设置位置不作限制,一般设置于外围片11上。当然,为了提高进气和放气的效率,可以设置两个甚至两个以上的进出气部件3,在此不再赘述。
实施例二
图9示出了实施例二,其中与实施例一相同或相应的零部件采用与实施例 一相应的附图标记。为简便起见,仅描述实施例二与实施例一的区别点。区别之处在于,上拉带21设置有至少两个,至少两个上拉带21于气室内平行设置,即将上拉带21设置有多层,进一步增加充气床的支撑强度。
在本实施例中,外围片11具有四个内侧壁,每个内侧壁上均设置有两条上拉带21,即设置有八个上拉带21,位于同一个内侧壁上的两个上拉带21相互平行,一个上拉带21位于另一个上拉带21与气室的内壁之间。通过上拉带21的部分边缘与气室的内壁之间断开以形成通气口20。当然,当充气床为其他形状时,可根据需要设置上拉带21的数量,在此不作限制。
下拉带22设置有至少两个,至少两个下拉带22于气室内平行设置,即将下拉带22设置有多层,进一步增加充气床的支撑强度。
在本实施例中,外围片11具有四个内侧壁,每个内侧壁上均设置有两条下拉带22,即设置有八个下拉带22,位于同一个内侧壁上的两个下拉带22相互平行,一个下拉带22位于另一个下拉带22与气室的内壁之间。通过下拉带22的部分边缘与气室的内壁之间断开以形成通气口20。当然,当充气床为其他形状时,可根据需要设置下拉带22的数量,在此不作限制。
以上实施方式只是阐述了本实用新型的基本原理和特性,本实用新型不受上述实施方式限制,在不脱离本实用新型精神和范围的前提下,本实用新型还有各种变化和改变,这些变化和改变都落入要求保护的本实用新型范围内。本实用新型要求保护范围由所附的权利要求书及其等效物界定。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种充气床,包括由外围片(11)、顶片(12)和底片(13)围成的气室,所述顶片(12)的边缘与所述外围片(11)的上边缘连接,所述底片(13)的边缘与所述外围片(11)的下边缘连接,其特征在于,还包括:
    至少一个拉带(2),所述拉带(2)设置于所述气室内,所述拉带(2)与所述气室的内壁之间不完全密封连接,每个所述拉带(2)的至少部分边缘与所述气室的内壁之间断开形成至少一个通气口(20)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的充气床,其特征在于,所述拉带(2)的一侧连接所述外围片(11)的内侧,所述拉带(2)的另一侧连接所述顶片(12)的内侧或所述底片(13)的内侧,所述拉带(2)的至少一端与所述气室的内壁之间形成所述通气口(20)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的充气床,其特征在于,所述拉带(2)设置有至少两个,至少一个所述拉带(2)为上拉带(21),所述上拉带(21)的一侧连接所述外围片(11)的内侧,所述上拉带(21)的另一侧连接所述顶片(12)的内侧,至少一个所述拉带(2)为下拉带(22),所述下拉带(22)的一侧连接所述外围片(11)的内侧,所述下拉带(22)的另一侧连接所述底片(13)的内侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的充气床,其特征在于,所述上拉带(21)设置有至少两个,至少两个所述上拉带(21)绕所述气室的周向形成间断的环形结构。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的充气床,其特征在于,所述上拉带(21)设置有至少两个,至少两个所述上拉带(21)于所述气室内平行设置。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的充气床,其特征在于,所述下拉带(22)设置有至少两个,至少两个所述下拉带(22)绕所述气室的周向形成间断的环形结构。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的充气床,其特征在于,所述下拉带(22)设置有 至少两个,至少两个所述下拉带(22)于所述气室内平行设置。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的充气床,其特征在于,所述外围片(11)具有四个内侧壁,每个所述内侧壁上均设置有所述上拉带(21)和所述下拉带(22),四个所述上拉带(21)绕所述气室的周向形成间断的环形结构,四个所述下拉带(22)绕所述气室的周向形成间断的环形结构。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的充气床,其特征在于,上下相对设置的一组所述上拉带(21)与所述下拉带(22),所述上拉带(21)的下边缘与所述外围片(11)的连接处不低于所述下拉带(22)的上边缘与所述外围片(11)的连接处。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的充气床,其特征在于,还包括至少一个进出气部件(3),所述进出气部件(3)与所述气室连通。
  11. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的充气床,其特征在于,所述气室内设置有至少一个支撑部(4),所述支撑部(4)的顶端与所述顶片(12)连接,所述支撑部(4)的底端与所述底片(13)连接。
