发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种交易系统及交易方法,以使科技成果或者数据信息快速完成交易,快速的满足需求。
为了达到上述目地,本发明提供的一种交易系统,包括:
注册模块,注册模块用于注册用户信息;
发布模块,发布模块用于发布交易信息;
检索模块,检索模块用于检索交易信息;
咨询模块,咨询模块用于交易咨询,并生成咨询信息;

对上述一个或多个需要的意向交易信息通过咨询模块与信息发布者进行咨询,沟通,已获得更多信息内容,进而确定是否进一步交易,在咨询过程中,生成咨询信息便于后期查证。
S5、判断是否满意意向交易信息;
S6、若满意意向交易信息,则交易意向交易信息,并记录订单信息;
其中,订单信息包括交易价格、交易时间、交易方式和交易合同。当然,订单信息还可以包括其他信息,在此不再过多描述。
S7、若不满意意向交易信息,则继续检索交易信息。
采用本发明所述的技术方案,用户既可以发布成果信息,其中成果信息包括:专利信息、研发项目信息和行业动态信息,又可以发布需求信息。通过交易系统使用户既成为了“卖家”也成为了“买家”,具有双重身份,此时通过检索与需要某项技术或信息的用户联系,加快了交易的速度,使科技成果或者数据信息快速完成交易。
上面所述的实施例仅是对本发明的优选实施方式进行描述,并非对本发明的构思和范围进行限定。在不脱离本发明设计构思的前提下,本领域普通人员对本发明的方法方案做出的各种变形和改进,均应落入到本发明的保护范围,本发明请求保护的方法内容,已经全部记载在权利要求书中。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种交易系统,其特征在于,包括:
    注册模块,所述注册模块用于注册用户信息;
    发布模块,所述发布模块用于发布交易信息;
    检索模块,所述检索模块用于检索所述交易信息;
    咨询模块,所述咨询模块用于交易咨询,并生成咨询信息;
    订单模块,所述订单模块用于生成订单、完成交易,并生成订单信息;
    数据库,所述数据库用于存储所述用户信息、交易信息、咨询信息和订单信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的交易系统,其特征在于,所述发布模块包括:
    成果信息发布单元,用于发布专利信息、研发项目信息和行业动态信息;
    需求信息发布单元,用于发布用户需求。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的交易系统,其特征在于,所述用户需求包括需求名称、需求简介、技术分类、需求类型、合作方式、预期价格和截止日期。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的交易系统,其特征在于,所述成果信息发布单元和需求信息发布单元内均内嵌有检索单元。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的交易系统,其特征在于,所述成果信息发布单元和需求信息发布单元内均内嵌有咨询单元。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的交易系统,其特征在于,所述订单信息包括交易价格、交易时间、交易方式和交易合同。
  7. 一种交易方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    注册用户信息,并登录;
    发布交易信息;
    检索所述交易信息,获取至少一个意向交易信息;
    咨询所述意向交易信息,并生成咨询信息;
    若满意所述意向交易信息,则交易所述意向交易信息,并记录订单信息;
    若不满意所述意向交易信息,则继续检索所述交易信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的交易方法,其特征在于,所述交易信息包括:专利信息、研发项目信息、行业动态信息和用户需求。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的交易方法,其特征在于,所述用户需求包括需求名称、需求简介、技术分类、需求类型、合作方式、预期价格和截止日期。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的交易方法,其特征在于,所述订单信息包括交易价格、交易时间、交易方式和交易合同。
