背景技术:
今天,2019/12/26,昨天是圣诞节,在这样的喜庆日子里,主要是欧美地区,不知又有多少固体废物产生。在中国,在天津,在我所居住的小区,环卫工人们同往常一样,早上5点多就轰隆轰隆地忙着清运垃圾。
据报道,仅在中国,去年就有几百亿个快递包裹,很多纸盒、纸箱、塑料袋、胶带、打包带被使用,很少被回收。而在中国,很多城市的垃圾填埋场告急。在太平洋、大西洋、印度洋很多塑料垃圾严重污染海洋环境,许多生物因误食塑料垃圾而丧生。
在中国,上海市今年春天开始实行垃圾分类,秋天时,北京也开始这一工作,以便更好更有效地处理垃圾。2009年2月6日,本人提出名称为《亲密无间的容器说》、申请号为2009100678305的发明专利申请,提出过使用外部硬盒加内部软包装袋的更为科学的液体包装储运结构。
当然,如今全世界的人们都关注的事有无数专家在思考、在实验、在试验各种减少垃圾、减少固体废弃物方法。本人作为一名工程师,虽专业不是本领域,但此前已有100多个专利申请了。虽说个人闭门造车,但基本还是以多年学习及各种工作实践为基础的,所以,其中大部分应该都具有解决实际问题的效果的。本发明也是本人几十年思考而获得的一个应该能够解决一些问题的简单方法。
发明内容:为了减少垃圾、减少固体废弃物,本人以牢固耐用可重复使用、方便回收储运为思路,提出一种二倍律容积复用容器。其主要特征是容器外形为方形,以二倍律容积为尺寸构成系列,以梯形上盖和下底构成可叠放的外形结构,以平整光滑、无加强筋、无沟槽为表面结构,采用外部方便拆卸的吸盘泄气孔橡胶塞子、螺钉、一次性防伪贴等加内部卡接插头插座的卡接锁定封装结构,并提出一种内部加粘了海绵圈的吸盘结构,使用不锈钢、铝合金、马口铁等金属或耐用塑料为材质,以固体外形内部加软包装袋为解决液体的包装方法。可广泛地运用于网购快递件、超市百货及其他工业或生活用品等各类固体或液体的包装运输及使用过程,可有效减少纸箱、胶带、打包带、塑料袋、饮料瓶、各种包装填充物,显著减低商品成本,提高资源利用率。

本发明提出的外形为方形的二倍律容积容器,方便储运。就是一个大号的方形箱子容器里可以等分为两个、四个、八个、十六个、三十二个、六十四个等等系列小容器,所谓二倍律,就是一个大盒子里面正好放两个小一号的盒子。这样的简单产品的设计本来也极为简单,大家小学阶段都学过。就是比如一个外边长一米的正方形盒子,里面要正好放置两个长方形小盒子,那小盒子的长、宽、高各是多少呢?本来这宽应该是一米减去两个壁厚除以二,其余长、高都是一米减去两个壁厚。但是这样似乎有个情况不好办,就是一个大盒子里面正好放两个小盒子,那吸盘安装怎么办?考虑这种情况,那小盒子的长、宽就都要减去两个吸盘的高度。本人想着这容器本来就是应该有大小,但按怎样的比例成系列呢?这样的二倍律包装盒,空盒本身还可以作为防震缓冲材料使用,使用后拆开分类回收。就是说可以使用同类同系列小容积的大大小小的盒子代替原来的比如泡沫塑料作为填充物。另一方面,各种大小不一的小箱子又可以统一放置在一个大箱子里。这样,方便包装,减少废物,方便储运,美观大方。所有各种大小尺寸的容器在全国各地的超市、快递点、车站、客车、机场、大型会议厅、小区垃圾处理点等等各种原来垃圾处理点统一以统一价格、档次回收该种容器。这可以由专门公司专业经营。由于采用统一尺寸,也方便工业机器人在分类、抓取、传送、回收等工程的操作,有效减低成本。将来该发明广泛使用时,还可以由程序设计师设计一个APP,当你把要包装的产品扫描到手机里,需要使用的包装盒及内部作为填充物的小盒子及其放置方法就生成了,你只要按图操作就行。

从南国发货到中国北疆,温差及震动可能影响吸盘的使用。为了增加气密性,获得更长的保存时间,除了选择高品质的吸盘,还可以在吸盘外周围加贴不干胶或加装橡皮泥,或使用多组吸盘。互联网上有介绍改进吸盘吸附效果的方法,比如,用牙膏加护手霜加洗洁精,搅拌均匀,或者单独使用鸡蛋清,涂到吸盘里面,过两小时后使用,对同一物体表面,吸盘可承载的力及吸附时间都会改进。在过去的一年里,本人对吸盘固定结构也进行了一些实验。本人分析有些吸盘在一些物体表面吸附力低或容易脱落,其原理是有些物体表面看似光滑的,但是存在肉眼不易看出的微小缝隙,时间长空气慢慢渗入,导致吸盘脱落。而要封闭这些缝隙,除前面用蛋清之类的堵塞外,可能具有小分子结构的具有表面张力及很好渗透性的我们最常使用的水也应该是很好的封堵物质,而且,随着吸盘内部水分子散失,吸盘内部的真空度是进一步加强。实验正如所推测的,沾了点水的吸盘在同一吸附位置的吸附力及吸附时间都大大延长。2020的三伏天,沾了水的吸盘在阳光下连续半个月白昼变化都不见松动。所以,本人推定本发明首推的吸盘固定结构应该是将来可以广泛采用的,于是给出图4标注为19的可以粘在吸盘穹边的海绵圈结构。该海绵圈可以吸水储存少量水,也可以储存用于改善物体表面接触性的硅脂。不使用海绵圈,使用其他结构形式或其他具有方便储存少量水或硅脂的物质也是可以达成加强吸盘吸附力及吸附时间的目标的。而内部带有海绵圈的吸盘也是可以单独使用的。当然,螺钉固定结构仍然是目前可以用在此类结构中最可靠的。也许,将来在很多人的钥匙链里面都会增加一两个小起子。
对于液体,可以使用上述说明的二倍律容积复用容器装,采用由吸盘加卡接结构封 装的硬质外容器加内部软包装袋结构。本人2009年2月在发明申请2009100678305中提出过使用硬质容器内部加软包装袋的方法,该方法具有减低空气中有害物质对液体的渗入效果及空气中的氧气对液体的氧化作用。现在市场上有多种软包装,有的带有螺丝口,这比较好。为了尽量减少不可回收材料的使用,这类包装由于外面有了金属或塑料盒,里面可以采用强度要求不高的可回收材料制作软包装袋。比如现在使用各种结构塑料的塑料瓶、铝膜的软包装都可以使用该种方法。另外,除目前已经有不少可短时间自然降解的塑料可以推荐使用外,本发明人认为,各家各户使用市场上可以购买的有机溶剂溶解特定种类的塑料袋,也是一种可以尝试推广的减少塑料污染的方法。
为了方便厂商贴说明书或运货单,可以将上盖改为透明塑料、钢化玻璃材料制作。这样,您的说明书,您的运单可以直接用普通浆糊贴在上盖里面或直接挂在吸盘插头上。如果使用金属上盖,可以使用开天窗的方法加装钢化玻璃窗。建议使用直接粘接结构,将玻璃安装在开口里,以满足该产品的对光滑的要求。这一结构还有一个好处,就是从外面可以直观地看清容器里面的物品,一目了然方便查验。

Claims (5)

  1. 二倍律容积复用容器,解决的问题是减少垃圾、减少固体废弃物,是对当前包装业的一次重要变革,技术方案是以牢固耐用可重复使用、方便回收储运为思路,提出的一种复用容器,包装箱,包装盒,达到以快递业为主的大部分包装过程基本不产生废物垃圾的技术效果。其主要特征是:容器外形为方形,以二倍律容积为尺寸构成系列,以梯形上盖和下底构成可叠放的外形结构,采用外部方便拆卸的由内部卡接插头插座或卡子与卡槽或凹凸卡接锁定封装结构。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的二倍律容积复用容器,其特征是所述的容器一般以平整光滑、无加强筋、无沟槽为表面结构,使用不锈钢、铝合金、马口铁等金属或耐用塑料、钢化玻璃为材质,以固体外形内部加软包装袋为解决液体的包装结构。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的二倍律容积复用容器,其特征是所述的内部卡接锁定封装结构是由上盖安装的带有弹性卡接插头或插座的吸盘或螺母或粘胶贴和下底安装的带有卡接插座或插头的吸盘或螺母或粘胶贴加外部的可塞住吸盘泄气孔的橡胶塞子或紧固螺母的螺钉及一次性防伪贴构成。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的带有卡接插头或插座的吸盘或螺母或粘胶贴,其特征是弹性卡接插头或插座与吸盘、螺母、粘胶贴之间是螺丝安装结构、胶粘结构、模具铸造或注塑的一体成型结构,该卡接结构还可以简化为普通的弹性卡子和卡槽结构。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的带有卡接插头或插座的吸盘,其特征是在吸盘里面加有海绵圈。
