  1. 一种复合肥生产用冷却室,包括真空泵室(1)、冷却室本体(2)、隔音板(3)、支座(4)、减震弹簧(5)、真空泵(6)、限位板(7)、进气管(8)、出气管(9)、防尘网(10)、密封门(11)、合页(12)、橡胶密封垫圈(13)、电子锁(14)、推拉手柄(15)、橡胶软垫(16)、安装块(17)、预冷室(18)、真空冷却室(19)、隔热板(20)、运输平台(21)、减震片(22)、传送带(23)、化肥固定架(24)、冷风口(25)、水冷腔(26)、支撑杆(27)、第一水冷箱(28)、第一冷风泵(29)、第二冷风泵(30)、管道(31)、散热窗(32)、散热风扇(33)、过滤网(34)和第二水冷箱(35),其特征在于:所述冷却室本体(2)的一侧设置有真空泵室(1),所述真空泵室(1)的内侧边缘设置有隔音板(3),所述隔音板(3)的上端固定安装有支座(4),所述支座(4)的上方安装有真空泵(6),所述支座(4)的两端均安装有限位板(7),所述支座(4)的底端设置有减震弹簧(5),所述真空泵(6)的右侧固定安装进气管(8)的下端,所述进气管(8)的上端延伸至冷却室本体(2)的内部,所述真空泵(6)的左侧固定连接有出气管(9)下端,所述出气管(9)的上端延伸至真空泵室(1)的外部,所述出气管(9)的一端设置有防尘网(10),所述冷却室本体(2)的外侧设置有密封门(11),所述密封门(11)与冷却室本体(2)之间通过合页(12)连接,所述密封门(11)与冷却室本体(2)的连接处镶嵌有橡胶密封垫圈(13),所述密封门(11)的一侧设置有电子锁(14),所述电子锁(14)的一侧设置有推拉手柄(15),所述推拉手柄(15)的中部设置有橡胶软垫(16),所述推拉手柄(15)与密封门(11)之间通过安装块(17)连接,所述冷却室本体(2)内部的一侧设置有预冷室(18),所述预冷室(18)的一侧设置有真空冷却室(19),所述预冷室(18)与真空冷却室(19)之间设置有隔热板(20),所述冷却室本体(2)的内部的一侧设置有运输平台 (21),所述运输平台(21)的底端设置有减震片(22),所述运输平台(21)的底端设置有传送带(23),所述传送带(23)的顶端设置有化肥固定架(24),所述预冷室(18)内部的顶端设置有冷风口(25),所述冷却室本体(2)的顶端设置有水冷腔(26),所述水冷腔(26)的内部的中部设置有支撑杆(27),所述支撑杆(27)的一侧设置有第一水冷箱(28),所述支撑杆(27)的一侧设置有第一水冷箱(28)的另一侧设置有第二水冷箱(35),所述第一水冷箱(28)的一侧连接有第一冷风泵(29),所述第二水冷箱(35)的一侧设置有第二冷风泵(30),所述第一冷风泵(29)与第二冷风泵(30)的输出端均通过管道(31)与冷风口(25)连接,所述真空泵室(1)的顶端设置有散热窗(32),所述散热窗(32)的内部的一侧设置有散热风扇(33),所述散热窗(32)的内部的另一侧设置有过滤网(34)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种复合肥生产用冷却室,其特征在于:所述出气管(9)的一端设置有防尘网(10)之间通过活动卡口拦截。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种复合肥生产用冷却室,其特征在于:所述传送带(23)与化肥固定架(24)之间通过螺栓连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种复合肥生产用冷却室,其特征在于:所述冷风口(25)的仰视图为圆形。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种复合肥生产用冷却室,其特征在于:所述合页(12)的数量为三个。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种复合肥生产用冷却室,其特征在于:所述电子锁(14)的外侧设置有电子锁防水罩。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种复合肥生产用冷却室,其特征在于:所述第二水冷箱(35)和第一水冷箱(28)的内部均设置有U型冷却循环水管。
