Abstract

본 발명은 하기 [화학식 1]로 표시되는 암 세포 검출용 발광 프로브 화합물 및 이를 포함하는 암 세포 검출용 발광 센서에 관한 것이다: 본 발명에 따른 발광 프로브 화합물은 특히 NQO1이 과발현된 암 세포에 대해서 우수한 선택성으로 반응하며, 우수한 광물리적 특성과 낮은 세포독성을 가지고 있어 암 세포를 효과적으로 이미징할 수 있도록 한다.
