线条灯系列是一种高端的柔性装饰灯,其特点是耗电低,寿命长,高亮度,易弯曲,免维护等。特别适合室内外娱乐场所,建筑物轮廓勾画及广告牌的制作等。LED线条灯即LED洗墙灯系列铝型材灯体,紧凑轻巧端盖和安装支架由铝合金高压压铸耐高温硅橡胶密封圈,保证防水的可靠性。现有的线条灯结构可单个或多个组合安装,在安装时通常是先固定上部安装底座,在将线组、接线端子、主控PCBA以及灯珠阵列等按顺序安装至底座上。但这种安装及拆卸步骤较为繁琐,尤其是在需要进行后期维护时,拆卸多个灯体需要重复多次繁琐的拆卸步骤。因此目前市面上亟需一种易于装卸的线条灯结构,以解决现有线条灯由于安装结构复杂导致的装卸程序繁琐的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。为此,本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种易装卸线条灯结构,旨在解决现有技术中由于线条灯安装结构复杂导致的装卸程序繁琐的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种易装卸线条灯结构,包括灯主体和通过弹簧扣组件活动连接于灯主体一侧的罩壳,弹簧扣组件包括设置于灯主体的底壳内部,且开口朝向罩壳一面并两侧对称的弹性卡扣;设置于底壳上,且与弹性卡扣位置对应的卡孔;设置于罩壳一侧,且与弹性卡扣两侧对应的卡槽,底壳两侧于卡孔处均设有弹簧按钮,且弹簧按钮穿过卡孔与弹性卡扣两侧固定连接。
在其中一个实施例中,底壳一侧上方中部位置焊接有吸顶盘。
在其中一个实施例中,底壳与罩壳之间还连接有安全绳,安全绳设置数量至少为2条,且平均分布于灯主体、罩壳两侧。
在其中一个实施例中,底壳两端与罩壳两端接触位置通过设置于底壳两端的端盖扣合连接。
在其中一个实施例中,灯主体还包括设置于底壳内部的主控PCBA,主控PCBA通过线组与设置于罩壳内部安装有发光二极管阵列的光源面板电连接。

通过在灯主体和罩壳间设置的弹簧扣组件,可使在装卸时无需将整个灯结构拆卸,只需将弹簧扣组件的弹簧按钮按下,使弹性卡扣与卡槽脱离,既可拆下罩壳,且对比现在线条灯罩壳两侧光形效果更好,安装维护更方便。

参照图1~图5,一种易装卸线条灯结构,包括灯主体1和通过弹簧扣组件11活动连接于灯主体1一侧的罩壳2,弹簧扣组件11包括设置于灯主体1的底壳10内部,且开口朝向罩壳2一面并两侧对称的弹性卡扣110;设置于底壳10上,且与弹性卡扣110位置对应的卡孔112;设置于罩壳2一侧,且与弹性卡扣110两侧对应的卡槽113,底壳10两侧于卡孔112处均设有弹簧按钮111,且弹簧按钮111穿过卡孔112与弹性卡扣110两侧固定连接。
在安装时,先将灯主体1在安装位置进行固定,再将内部已经安装好光源面板20和发光二极管阵列21的罩壳2通过弹簧扣组件11卡扣进底壳10。弹簧扣组件11具体的操作方法是:同时按压罩壳2两侧的弹簧按钮111,按压弹簧按钮111使弹性卡扣110变形,弹性卡扣110扣位退出,从而拆开罩壳2。
因为罩壳2两侧边是通过弹性卡扣110两侧边与底壳10两侧边夹紧来实现固定的,当按下弹簧按钮111时,弹性卡扣110两侧向内收缩,即实现了罩壳2的分离。
参照图5,优选地,底壳10一侧上方中部位置焊接有吸顶盘12。
灯主体1可通过底壳10上方焊接的吸顶盘12来进行固定,吸顶盘12与底壳10间还设有线保护隔圈,可保护裸露在外部的线路。
实施例2:
参照图5,优选地,底壳10与罩壳2之间还连接有安全绳15,安全绳15设置数量至少为2条,且平均分布于灯主体1、罩壳2两侧。
设置于底壳10与罩壳2之间的安全绳15起到了二次防摔落的作用,无论是在安装和拆卸时,均可将安全绳15作为暂时的挂件,起到了辅助安装的作用。
参照图3、图5,优选地,底壳10两端与罩壳2两端接触位置通过设置于底壳10两端的端盖16扣合连接。
端盖16作为辅助固定件,当底壳10与罩壳2通过弹簧扣组件11固定好后,再通过端盖16进一步将两侧固定。
参照图5,优选地,灯主体1还包括设置于底壳10内部的主控PCBA14,主控PCBA14通过线组13与设置于罩壳2内部安装有发光二极管阵列21的光源面板20电连接。
参照图5,优选地,弹性卡扣110为一体成型结构。
参照图3、图5,优选地,弹簧扣组件11设置数量至少为2个,且分别设置于底壳10两侧。
参照图3、图5,优选地,弹性卡扣110与弹簧按钮111均为具有一定弹性的塑料扣件。
本实用新型的工作原理如下:
