一种双层棉防火保温夹芯板,夹芯板设有中心聚氨酯层(1)和设在中心聚氨酯层(1)与其连接的第一岩棉层(21)和第二岩棉层(22),并在第一岩棉层(21)远离中心聚氨酯层(1)的一面上设有第一钢板(31),第二岩棉层(22)远离中心聚氨酯层(1)的一面上设有第二钢板(32)。该双层棉防火保温夹芯板同时满足保温和防火性能要求。

Description

双层棉防火保温夹芯板 技术领域
本实用新型涉及建筑物的防火保温技术领域,尤其是一种双层棉防火保温夹芯板。
背景技术
当前,外墙外保温材料火灾事故频发,外墙外保温材料的防火安全性成为当下行业内关注的焦点问题。随着公安部、住房和城乡建设部46号文件(即《民用建筑外保温系统及外墙装饰防火暂行规定》及公消[2011]65号文(即《关于进一步明确民用建筑外保温材料消防监督管理的有关规定的通知》)对外墙外保温材料严格防火的要求,当前使用的外墙外保温材料一般为无机保温浆料,酚醛树脂板以及普通岩棉板等。
在实际生产过程中,由于保温材料和防火材料所采用的板材的原料不同,具有防火功能的板材的其保温性能必然会低于普通的保温材料,在实际过程中如何通过防火板和保温板进行组合安装以保证墙体具有防火和保温的功能。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:为了解决现有夹芯板无法同时达到既防火又保温的问题,本实用新型提供了一种双层棉防火保温夹芯板,设有中心聚氨酯层和设在中心聚氨酯层与其连接的第一岩棉层和第二岩棉层,并在第一岩棉层远离聚氨酯层的一面上设有第一钢板,第二岩棉层远离聚氨酯层的一面上设有第二钢板,通过在聚氨酯层外设有两层岩棉和两层钢板,既满足了防火问题,又满足了保温问题,有效解决了上述现有问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种双层棉防火保温夹芯板,包括芯板主体部,所述芯板主体部包括中心聚氨酯层和设在所述中心聚氨酯层与其连接的第一岩棉层和第二岩棉层,并在所述第一岩棉层远离所述聚氨酯层的一面上设有第一钢板,所述第二岩棉层远离所述聚氨酯层的一面上设有第二钢板。
进一步地,所述第一岩棉层为插口式片状岩棉。
进一步地,所述第二岩棉层为竖向岩棉排布。
进一步地,所述第二钢板为下成型钢板。
进一步地,所述下成型钢板包括钢板主体部、与钢板主体部连接的呈近S型的弯部、与所述弯部一体连接的与所述第二岩棉层相连的横向贴合部和竖向贴合部。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型提供了一种双层棉防火保温夹芯板,夹芯板包括中心聚氨酯层和设在中心聚氨酯层与其连接的第一岩棉层和第二岩棉层,第一岩棉层远离中心聚氨酯层的一面上设有第一钢板,第二岩棉层远离中心聚氨酯层的一面上设有第二钢板,通过在中心聚氨酯层外设有两层岩棉和两层钢板,既满足了防火问题,又满足了保温问题,有效解决了防火和保温不能同时满足问题;防火性能达到B1级;同时本实用新型结构巧妙,使用方便,便于推广。

实施例1
一种双层棉防火保温夹芯板,包括芯板主体部,芯板主体部包括中心聚氨酯层1和设在中心聚氨酯层1与其连接的第一岩棉层21和第二岩棉层22,并在第一岩棉层21远离中心聚氨酯层1的一面上设有第一钢板31,第二岩棉层22远离中心聚氨酯层1的一面上设有第二钢板32,第一岩棉层21为插口式片状岩棉,第二岩棉层22为竖向岩棉排布,第二钢板32为下成型钢板。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础上,下成型钢板包括钢板主体部321、与钢板主体部321连接的呈近S型的弯部322、与弯部322一体连接的与第二岩棉层22相连的横向贴合部323和竖向贴合部324。

  1. 一种双层棉防火保温夹芯板,包括芯板主体部,其特征在于:所述芯板主体部包括中心聚氨酯层(1)和设在所述中心聚氨酯层(1)与其连接的第一岩棉层(21)和第二岩棉层(22),并在所述第一岩棉层(21)远离所述中心聚氨酯层(1)的一面上设有第一钢板(31),所述第二岩棉层(22)远离所述中心聚氨酯层(1)的一面上设有第二钢板(32)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双层棉防火保温夹芯板,其特征在于:所述第一岩棉层(21)为插口式片状岩棉。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双层棉防火保温夹芯板,其特征在于:所述第二岩棉层(22)为竖向岩棉排布。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双层棉防火保温夹芯板,其特征在于:所述第二钢板(32)为下成型钢板。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种双层棉防火保温夹芯板,其特征在于:所述下成型钢板包括钢板主体部(321)、与钢板主体部(321)连接的呈近S型的弯部(322)、与所述弯部(322)一体连接的与所述第二岩棉层(22)相连的横向贴合部(323)和竖向贴合部(324)。
