 従って、筆記時において、指先はクリップと干渉して圧迫されることはなく、この干渉による指先への圧迫を防いで長時間の筆記をすることができるものとなる。
 第1の特徴を踏まえて、第2の特徴として、
 上記先軸体の外周面に突出するように形成される複数の係合部のうち、少なくとも1つ以上の係合部において、その全長を先軸体中心軸線方向に沿って延長してなる係合突条縁とし、
 上記クリップに形成される複数の被係合部のうち、少なくとも1つ以上の被係合部を先端方向に開口を有する長孔状の係合長孔とし、
 該先軸体の係合突条縁に対してクリップ先端の係合長孔を摺動させながら係合させてなるものである。
 そのため、ノック式万年筆の先軸体に対してクリップを固定するにあたり、該先軸体の外周面に突出するように形成される複数の係合部と、クリップの把持部において孔状に形成される複数の被係合部との係合に際しては、まずクリップの先端に形成される被係合部である係合長孔の開口を通じて軸体の係合部である係合突条縁に対して摺動させながら係合するものである。
 その結果、先軸体に対して固定するクリップの取付位置が確定されるので、先軸体の外周面に突出するように形成される他の係合部の係合突起と、クリップの把持部に形成される他の被係合部の係合孔との係合においては、両者の位置関係は自動的に合致するものとなるので、先軸体に対するクリップの固定を簡易且つ正確に行うことができるものとなる。
 第1の特徴又は第2の特徴を踏まえて、第3の特徴として、
 上記ノック式万年筆におけるクリップを脱着可能とする固定構造においてクリップを脱着する際に使用するものであって、
 上記先軸体の外周面に密着可能となる湾曲面形状の内周面を有する半円筒形状とし、上記クリップの把持部の端面と当接する端面を有する脱着器具本体と、該脱着器具本体の端部において内周面方向に沿って延設され、該ノック式万年筆の先軸体を弾性を以て把持する把持部とを一体に形成するものである。
 そのため、ノック式万年筆に対してクリップを取り付けるにあたっては、クリップの先端に形成される係合長孔を、ノック式万年筆の万年筆本体をなす先軸体の外周面に形成される係合突条縁に対して、開口を通じて摺動させながら係合させるとともに、該クリップの把持部を先軸体の外周面に把持させる一方で、クリップの把持部の位置の反対方向からクリップ脱着器具の把持部を先軸体の外周面に把持させることによって、クリップ脱着器具の脱着器具本体の端面はクリップの把持部の端面に対して当接するものとなる。
 そして、クリップ脱着器具をさらに押勢すると、クリップの把持部の端面は外方へ拡開して把持部の力が弱まるものとなり、さらにその状態でクリップ脱着器具を先軸体の先端方向に向けて摺動させることによって、先軸体の外周面に形成される係合突条縁に対して係合長孔が完全に係合するとともに、複数の係合突起に対応する位置にクリップの把持部は移動するものとなる。

 そして、上記ノック式万年筆1における先軸体2の外周面4には、複数の係合部が突出するように形成されている。
 すなわち、前記複数の係合部において、先軸体2の先端近傍において突出するように形成される係合部は、先軸体2の中心軸線方向に沿うように延長し、且つその断面形状が略T字形状とする係合突条縁5とし、また先軸体2の後端近傍において突出するように形成される係合部は略直方体形状である2つの係合突起6、6とするものであって、該係合突起6、6は、先軸体2の外周面4において中心軸線を挟んで互いに対向する位置に形成されているものである〔図2及び図3(a)~(c)参照〕。
 また、上記クリップ12は、その内周面13が該万年筆本体9をなす先軸体2の外周面4に密着し、衣服のポケット等を弾性を以て挟持可能とするクリップ体14と、該先軸体2の外周面4に密着しつつ先軸体2を弾性を以て把持可能となる把持部17とを一体に形成するものであって、複数の被係合部が形成されているものである。
 すなわち、該クリップ12の先端には、上記先軸体2の先端に形成される係合突条縁5に対して摺動しつつ係合可能となる被係合部である開口16を有する直線状の係合長孔15を形成するとともに、該把持部17には、先軸体2の外周面4において先軸体2の中心軸線を挟んで互いに対向する位置に複数の係合突起6、6と係合する2つの孔状の係合孔18、18を形成しているものである〔図4(a)~(c)参照〕。
 本願発明の実施例を具えるノック式万年筆1は以上の構成を具えるので、本願発明であるノック式万年筆におけるクリップを脱着可能とする固定構造におけるクリップ12の脱着は、次のようにするものである。
 まず、ノック式万年筆1に対してクリップ12を取り付ける場合には、図6(a)~(e)に示すようにするものである。
 なお、ノック式万年筆1に対してクリップ12を脱着する場合(取り付ける場合又は取り外す場合のどちらも含む。)にあたっては、専用のクリップ脱着器具20を使用するものである。
 すなわち、クリップ脱着器具20は、万年筆本体9をなす先軸体2の外周面4に密着可能となる湾曲面形状の内周面21を有する半円筒形状とするものであって、上記クリップ12における把持部17の端面19と当接可能となりつつ食い込むことになるテーパー状の端面23を有する脱着器具本体22と、該脱着器具本体22の一端において該ノック式万年筆1の先軸体2の外周面4を弾性を以て把持可能となるように内周面21方向に沿って延設される把持部24とを一体に形成してなるものである〔図5(a)~(c)参照〕。
 まず、クリップ12の先端に形成される係合長孔15を、開口16を通じて先軸体2の外周面4に形成される係合突条縁5に摺動させつつ徐々に係合させるとともに、該クリップ12の把持部17を該先軸体2の外周面4に把持させるものである。
 そして、この把持部17の位置の反対方向からクリップ脱着器具20の把持部24をクリップ12の把持部17の後側において先軸体2に把持させることで、脱着器具本体22の端面23は、前記クリップ12の把持部17の端面19に対して当接するものとなる〔図6(a)及び(b)参照〕。
 そして、クリップ12の把持部17に対してクリップ脱着器具20をさらに押勢すると、脱着器具本体22の端面23がテーパー形状であるので、容易にクリップ12の把持部17と先軸体2の外周面4との間に食い込み、クリップ12の把持部17は外方へ拡開して把持部17の力が弱まるものとなる〔図6(c)参照〕。
 さらに、クリップ脱着器具20の把持部24をクリップ12の把持部17に後方から当接させつつ先軸体2の先端方向へ摺動させることによって、先軸体2の外周面4に形成される係合突条縁5に対して該クリップ12の係合長孔15は係合するとともに、先軸体2の外周面4に形成される複数の係合突起6、6に対応する位置に、係合孔18、係合孔18を有するクリップ12の把持部17は移動するものとなる〔図6(d)参照〕。
 そこで、クリップ脱着器具20の把持部24を先軸体2の外周面4から離脱させることによって、クリップ12の把持部17の係合孔18、18は先軸体2の外周面4に形成される複数の係合突起6、6と弾性を以て各々係合するので、先軸体2に対してクリップ12を取り付けることができるものとなる〔図6(e)参照〕。
 一方、ノック式万年筆1に固定されるクリップ12を取り外す場合には、図7(a)~(e)に示すようにするものである。
 まず、万年筆本体9の先軸体2の外周面4において、クリップ12の取付位置の反対方向からクリップ脱着器具20を押勢しながらその把持部24をクリップ12の把持部17の前側に把持させるものである〔図7(a)及び(b)参照〕。

 従って、クリップ12の把持部17は外方へ拡開して把持部17の力が弱まるので、先軸体2の外周面4の係合突起6、6と、ノック式万年筆1に固定されるクリップ12の把持部17の係合孔18、18との係合は外れるものとなる〔図7(c)参照〕。
 さらに、先軸体2の外周面4に沿ってクリップ脱着器具20を先軸体2の後端方向に摺動させることによって、先軸体2の先端近傍に形成される係合突条縁5に対して係合していたクリップ12の係合長孔15との係合も同時に外れるものとなる〔図7(d)参照〕。
 そこで、互いに係合していた先軸体2とクリップ12との係合において、係合突条縁5と係合長孔15との係合、及び係合突起6、6と係合孔18、18との係合は完全に解除されているので、クリップ脱着器具20を取り外すことによって先軸体2に対してクリップ12を迅速に取り外すことができるものである〔図7(e)参照〕。

Then, the grip portion 24 of the clip attachment / detachment device 20 is gripped by the front shaft body 2 on the rear side of the grip portion 17 of the clip 12 from the opposite direction of the position of the grip portion 17, so that the end surface 23 of the attachment / detachment device main body 22 is gripped. The clip 12 comes into contact with the end surface 19 of the grip portion 17 [see FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b)].
Then, when the clip attachment / detachment device 20 is further pressed against the grip portion 17 of the clip 12, the end surface 23 of the attachment / detachment device main body 22 has a tapered shape, so that the grip portion 17 of the clip 12 and the outer periphery of the toe shaft body 2 can be easily obtained. It bites into the surface 4 and the grip portion 17 of the clip 12 expands outward to weaken the force of the grip portion 17 [see FIG. 6 (c)].
Further, the grip portion 24 of the clip attachment / detachment device 20 is slid toward the tip end direction of the front shaft body 2 while being brought into contact with the grip portion 17 of the clip 12 from behind, whereby the grip portion 24 is formed on the outer peripheral surface 4 of the front shaft body 2. The engaging elongated hole 15 of the clip 12 engages with the engaging ridge edge 5, and at a position corresponding to a plurality of engaging protrusions 6 and 6 formed on the outer peripheral surface 4 of the toe shaft body 2. The engaging hole 18 and the grip portion 17 of the clip 12 having the engaging hole 18 move (see FIG. 6D).
Therefore, by separating the grip portion 24 of the clip attachment / detachment device 20 from the outer peripheral surface 4 of the front shaft body 2, the engaging holes 18 and 18 of the grip portion 17 of the clip 12 are formed on the outer peripheral surface 4 of the front shaft body 2. Since each of the plurality of engaging protrusions 6 and 6 is elastically engaged with each other, the clip 12 can be attached to the toe shaft body 2 [see FIG. 6 (e)].
On the other hand, when the clip 12 fixed to the knock type fountain pen 1 is removed, it is as shown in FIGS. 7 (a) to 7 (e).
First, on the outer peripheral surface 4 of the front shaft body 2 of the fountain pen main body 9, the grip portion 24 is gripped on the front side of the grip portion 17 of the clip 12 while pushing the clip attachment / detachment device 20 from the direction opposite to the mounting position of the clip 12. [See FIGS. 7 (a) and 7 (b)].
Then, by further pushing the clip attachment / detachment device 20, the end face 23 of the attachment / detachment device main body 22 comes into contact with the end face 19 of the grip portion 17 of the clip 12, and the end face 23 of the attachment / detachment device main body 22 is tapered. The end surface 23 easily bites between the outer peripheral surface 4 of the front shaft body 2 and the inner peripheral surface 13 of the grip portion 17 of the clip 12.
Therefore, since the grip portion 17 of the clip 12 expands outward and the force of the grip portion 17 weakens, it is fixed to the engaging protrusions 6 and 6 on the outer peripheral surface 4 of the toe shaft body 2 and the knock type fountain pen 1. The grip portion 17 of the clip 12 is disengaged from the engagement holes 18 and 18 [see FIG. 7 (c)].
Further, by sliding the clip attachment / detachment device 20 toward the rear end of the front shaft body 2 along the outer peripheral surface 4 of the front shaft body 2, the engaging ridge edge 5 formed near the tip end of the front shaft body 2 is formed. The clip 12 that was engaged with the clip 12 is also disengaged from the engaging elongated hole 15 at the same time [see FIG. 7 (d)].
Therefore, in the engagement between the tip shaft body 2 and the clip 12 that were engaged with each other, the engagement between the engaging ridge edge 5 and the engaging elongated hole 15 and the engaging protrusions 6 and 6 and the engaging hole 18 , 18 is completely disengaged, so that the clip 12 can be quickly removed from the toe shaft body 2 by removing the clip attachment / detachment device 20 [see FIG. 7 (e)]. ..

Claims (4)

     前記万年筆本体をなす先軸体の外周面に、複数の突出する係合部を形成し、
     前記クリップは、衣服のポケット等を挟持するクリップ本体と、万年筆本体の先軸体を把持することで固定してなる把持部とからなるとともに、上記万年筆本体の複数の係合部と係合する複数の孔状に形成される被係合部を形成するものであって、
     上記万年筆本体をなす先軸体の外周面に突出するように形成される複数の係合部と、クリップの把持部に孔状に形成される複数の被係合部とを、該クリップの内周面を万年筆本体なす先軸体の外周面に密着させつつ弾性を以て脱着可能に固定する
     ことを特徴とするノック式万年筆におけるクリップを脱着可能とする固定構造。
