技术领域
本申请涉及终端技术领域,尤其涉及到一种表带及智能手表。
背景技术
智能手表是具有信息处理能力且符合手表基本技术要求的手表,随着科技的发展,现有的智能手表不但具有多种运动模式,还具备全天候心率检测、全方位运动数据跟踪以及睡眠检测、信息提醒和金融支付等附加功能。因此,智能手表在使用场景也对应地更加丰富、更加具有挑战性。随之变化的,就是用户对智能手表的佩戴舒适性的要求逐渐提高。
常用的智能手表的表带有编织表带、硅胶表带和金属表带,与金属表带相比,其中的编织表带、皮质表带、硅胶表带具有柔软度高、外观多样化等优点,无疑更贴合消费者对佩戴舒适性以及个性化的需求。
以编织表带为例,如图1所示,单层结构的主体10与连接部20之间一般采用小型生耳30连接,小型生耳30穿设在主体10的连接孔101内,然后将小型生耳30卡接于连接部20的沟槽201内,这种结构中小型生耳30在连接部20的沟槽201中可以移动,同时小型生耳30也可相对主体10活动,整个表带的连接结构不够牢靠。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种表带及智能手表,以更为牢靠的连接结构实现主体与连接部的连接,且具有结构简单、外观精美的优点。
第一方面,本申请提供了一种表带,可以应用于智能手表,当然也可以用作普通手表。具体地,这种表带包括有连接部、主体以及用于连接连接部和主体的固定部,此处的主体可以是编织带,也可以是皮带或者其他材质较为柔软的主体。此处的连接部主要是指用于连接主体连接端的结构,连接部形成有凹槽,用于配合主体。对应地,主体具有连接端,主体通过固定部与连接部连接。具体连接方式为,固定部连接于主体的连接端,同时,固定部固定于连接部以将主体的连接端固定于凹槽内。这种表带通过固定部实现主体与连接部的连接,固定部与连接部之间采用固定连接方式,可以提高表带的连接可靠性,而主体的连接端被隐藏于连接部的凹槽内,整个表带的外观较为精美,可以为消费者带来更好的使用体验。
关于固定部与连接部具体的固定方式可以有多种实现方式,也就对应了不同结构的固定部的结构。
一种可能实现的方式中,固定部包括有夹持件和连接件,夹持件可以通过胶粘或过盈配合的方式固定于连接部的凹槽内,连接件则用于连接主体。其中,夹持件包括有第一夹 持片和第二夹持片,第一夹持片和第二夹持片相对设置以在二者之间形成一用于匹配主体的U型槽。在使用中,主体的连接端置于第一夹持片和第二夹持片之间的U型槽内,连接件作为夹持件与主体之间的固定体将主体的连接端固定于U型槽内。此处,连接件被限定为不凸出于夹持件,使得在外观上,连接件被夹持件的外表面所“掩盖”或“隐藏”,有益于表带更加美观。
在上述方式中,连接件可以为夹齿,具体可以包括形成于第一夹持片朝向第二夹持片的第一夹齿以及形成于第二夹持片朝向第一夹持片的第二夹齿,当主体的连接端置于第一夹持片和第二夹持片之间的U型槽内,第一夹齿沿第一夹持片指向第二夹持片的方向插入主体的连接端,第二夹齿沿第二夹持片指向第一夹持片的方向插入主体的连接端,从而,第一夹齿和第二夹齿将主体的连接端固定于U型槽内,实现连接部与主体的连接固定。
在上述方式中,连接件还可以为连接栓,对应地,在主体的连接端形成有供连接栓穿过的通孔,在使用中,穿过主体连接端的连接栓的两端固定于夹持件的第一夹持片和第二夹持片实现连接部与主体的连接固定。
另一种可能实现的方式中,固定部包括连接螺钉,对应在连接部上,凹槽的两侧壁分别形成有限位通孔和螺纹盲孔,限位通孔与螺纹盲孔的数量相同且一一对应以供连接螺钉穿过并螺纹固定,具体在螺纹盲孔内形成可以与连接螺钉螺纹配合的内螺纹。在安装时,连接螺钉的头部与限位通孔匹配,其尾部依次穿过限位通孔、主体的连接端后与螺纹盲孔螺纹连接,实现主体与连接部的连接固定。
连接螺钉的头部与限位通孔匹配使连接螺钉不会凸出于连接部,而连接螺钉的尾部被限定在螺纹盲孔内,可以保证表带外观的精致与美观。示例性地,限位通孔可以为与连接螺钉的头部相匹配的沉孔,使得连接螺钉的头部能够嵌入沉孔内。
为了使主体的连接端在伸入连接部的凹槽内后,主体外露于凹槽部分的上下表面可以与连接部的上下表面相匹配,主体的连接端的厚度小于主体的厚度,具体在连接端上形成有避让台阶,使该避让台阶与连接部上凹槽的两侧壁相匹配。
在上述技术方案中,对于一部分表带,主体只有一个连接端,此处的连接部可以为连接于表盘的头粒,头粒具有上述凹槽以连接主体的连接端;连接部还可以为用于与另一个表带连接表扣,表扣具有上述凹槽以连接主体的连接端。而对于另一部分表带,主体具有两个连接端,此时的连接部可以同时包括头粒和表扣,头粒和表扣均具有上述凹槽以对应连接主体的两个连接端;具体地,主体的其中一个连接端通过一个固定部限位于头粒的凹槽内,主体的另一个连接端通过一个固定部限位于表扣的凹槽内。
第二方面,基于上述技术方案提供的表带,本申请还可以提供一种智能手表,具体可以包括表盘以及分别连接于表盘两侧的两个上述表带,由于表带稳定连接结构,有益于智能手表使用寿命的延长,且其外观精美可以为使用者带来更舒适愉悦的佩戴体验。

具体实施方式
表带是智能手表常用的一种表带,其中,单层结构的表带主体与表带连接部之间一般都采用其他的中间连接体连接,该中间连接体与表带主体之间的连接结构可活动,中间连接体与表带连接部之间的连接结构也可活动,对于整个表带,连接结构不够牢靠,影响表带的使用。因此,本申请公开一种表带及智能手表,通过表带牢靠的连接结构使智能手表可以为消费者提供舒适的使用体验,其外观也更加精美,可以满足消费者的对美感的需求。
为了使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本申请作进一步地详细描述。当然,以下实施例中所使用的术语只是为了描述特定实施例的目的,而并非旨在作为对本申请的限制。如在本申请的说明书和所附权利要求书中所使用的那样,单数表达形式“一个”、“一种”、“所述”、“上述”、“该”和“这一”旨在也包括例如“一个或多个”这种表达形式,除非其上下文中明确地有相反指示。
本申请公开的这种表带可以应用于智能手表,具体可以如图2a所示,包括连接部1和主体2,此处的主体2可以是编织带,也可以是皮带或者其他材质较为柔软的主体,以使消费者在佩戴时具有较高的舒适性,应理解,主体2也可以采用其他材质,本申请这里 不做限定。在连接部1上形成有开口朝向主体2以供主体2伸入的凹槽11,对应地,在主体2上形成有与凹槽11相适配的连接端21,为了将连接部1与主体2固定连接在一起,在连接部1与主体2之间设置有一固定部3,一方面,固定部3可以连接于主体2的连接端21(二者可以是固定连接),另一方面,固定部3固定于连接部1,从而将主体2的连接端21固定于连接部1的凹槽11内,至少固定部3与连接部1之间的连接是固定不可活动的,从而可以保证表带连接结构的稳定与牢靠。
本申请公开的表带在一些具体的应用中,其主体2可以只具有一个连接端21,上述连接部1可以包括用于连接另一个表带的表扣1a(如图2b所示),表扣1a具有上述凹槽11,主体2的连接端21通过固定部3限位固定于表扣1a的凹槽11内。在主体2只有一个连接端21时,连接部1还可以是用于连接表盘4的头粒1b(如图2c所示,当然表盘4不属于本申请所公开的表带的一部分,此处仅做示意),头粒1b具有上述凹槽11,主体2的连接端21通过固定部3限位固定头粒1b的凹槽11内。当然,本申请公开的表带在另一些具体的应用中,主体2具有两个连接端21,则上述连接部1可以包括用于连接另一个表带的表扣1a以及用于连接表盘4的头粒1b(如图2d所示),表扣1a和头粒1b均具有上述凹槽11(由于视角限制,图2d中未示出头粒1b上的凹槽11),主体2的其中一个连接端21通过一个固定部3限位于表扣1a的凹槽11内,主体2的另一个连接端21通过一个固定部3限位于头粒1b的凹槽11内。
可以理解的是,图2a至图2d中的固定部3仅做示意,而固定部3具体的结构则会通过以下实施方式做以示例性详细说明。
实施例一
本申请实施例中的表带中,固定部3可以包括夹持件31以及连接件32,如图3所示,夹持件3相当于由一个金属片弯折形成,包括有第一夹持片311和第二夹持片312,第一夹持片311和第二夹持片312相对设置,二者之间形成有一U型槽C,在与主体2的连接端21配合时,主体2的连接端21可以被固定于该U型槽C内。
连接件32的结构可以参照图4,连接件32包括在第一夹持片311朝向第二夹持片312的一侧形成的第一夹齿3111,以及对应在第二夹持片312朝向第一夹持片311的一侧形成的第二夹齿3121。如图4所示,第一夹齿3111的齿尖指向第二夹持片312,第二夹齿3121的齿尖指向第一夹持片311,当主体2的连接端21伸入第一夹持片311与第二夹持片312之间的U型槽C内得到图5所示的连接结构剖面示意图。如图5所示,第一夹齿3111自上而下插入主体2中,第二夹齿3121自下而上插入主体2中,从而将主体2固定于第一夹持片311与第二夹持片312之间的U型槽C内。
将图5所示的夹持件31通过胶粘剂固定到连接部1的凹槽11内得到如图6所示的表带连接结构的剖面结构示意图,夹持件31与主体2的连接端21之间通过第一夹齿3111和第二夹齿3121固定连接,夹持件31与连接部1之间也为固定连接,整个表带的连接结构稳定且牢固。
本实施例中的主体2可以为扁平状,请结合图6参照图7所示的主体2的连接端21的具体结构,沿主体21的厚度方向(即图7中X的方向),连接端21可以通过脉冲硬化烧结而成,使得连接端21的两个表面分别形成有避让台阶L,这两个避让台阶L用于匹配图6中连接部1的凹槽11的两侧壁,以使主体2通过固定部3固定于连接部1以后呈现图8所示的连接状态,即沿主体2的厚度方向,主体2的两个表面与连接部1的两个表面相 匹配,整个表带的结构造型流畅、美观。
并且,由于图6中夹持件31以及连接件32(即第一夹齿3111和第二夹齿3121)被隐藏在连接部1的凹槽11内,因此,在图8所展示的表带的外观结构中连接部1与主体2几乎是无拆件连接为一体,整个表带造型流畅、结构美观。
示例性地,设定表带的连接部1是头粒1b,主体2具有一个连接端21,连接端21采用本实施例中的固定部3固定于头粒1b的凹槽11内,得到的表带的外观结构如图9所示(头粒1b内的凹槽11未示出,固定部3和连接端21被隐藏在头粒1b的凹槽11内未示出)。
实施例二
本实施例所提供的表带与实施例一中的表带比较类似,区别点在于,本实施例中的连接件32可以为连接栓321,具体如图10所示,连接栓321穿过主体2的连接端21上的连接孔211以连接主体2。并且,连接栓321的两端可以分别连接于夹持件31的第一夹持片311与第二夹持片312,因此,如图11所示,在夹持件31的第一夹持片311上形成有第一安装孔3112,对应地,在第二夹持片312上形成有第二安装孔3122,当主体2的连接端21通过连接栓321连接于夹持件31可以得到如图12所示的连接结构的剖面结构示意图。由于夹持件31需要固定于连接部1的凹槽11内,因此,此处连接栓321的长度不大于夹持件31的厚度(即第一夹持片311背离第二夹持片312一侧的表面到第二夹持片312背离第一夹持片311一侧的表面的距离),图12中示出了连接栓321几乎等于夹持件31厚度的情况。
将图12所示的夹持件31通过胶粘剂固定到连接部1的凹槽11内得到如图13所示的表带连接结构的剖面结构示意图,夹持件31与主体2的连接端21之间通过连接栓321连接,当夹持件31与连接部1之间固定连接,相当于连接栓321将主体2的连接端21固定于夹持件31的U型槽内,使整个表带的连接结构稳定且牢固。当然,与实施例一类似,也可以将夹持件31以过盈配合的方式固定到连接部1的凹槽11内。可以理解的是,本实施例中的其他结构与实施例一类似,此处不再赘述。
同样地,如图13所示,夹持件31以及连接件32(即连接栓321)被隐藏在连接部1的凹槽11内,整个表带的外观结构与实施例一类似(可以参照图8),连接部1与主体2几乎是无拆件连接为一体,整个表带造型流畅、结构美观。
示例性地,设定表带的连接部1是表扣1a,表扣1a具有扣针14,主体2的连接端21采用本实施例中的固定部3固定于表扣1a的凹槽11内,得到的表带的外观结构如图14所示(表扣1a的凹槽11未示出,固定部3和连接端21被隐藏在表扣1a的凹槽11内未示出)。
实施例三
如图15所示,本实施例提供的一种固定部3可以包括连接螺钉34,连接螺钉34用于将主体2的连接端21固定于连接部1的凹槽11内。具体地,请继续参照图15,在连接部1的凹槽11两侧壁分别形成有相互对应的限位通孔12和螺纹盲孔13,在连接主体2与连接部1时,连接螺钉34一端限位固定于限位通孔12,另一端依次穿过限位通孔12、主体2后螺纹连接于螺纹盲孔13,实现主体2与连接部1的连接固定。
示例性地,连接螺钉34的结构可以参照图16所示,连接螺钉34的头部341为倒圆台形(如图16所示,头部341的直径自上而下逐渐缩小),其尾部342形成有外螺纹;对应于图16所示的连接螺钉34,连接部1的结构可以参照图17,连接部1中的限位通孔12 的形状也为倒圆台形以与连接螺钉34的头部341相匹配,螺纹盲孔13的开口朝向凹槽11,且螺纹盲孔13内形成有能够与连接螺钉34的尾部342螺纹配合的内螺纹。
示例性地,连接螺钉34的结构还可以参照图18,连接螺钉34的头部341为扁圆柱形,其尾部342形成有外螺纹;对应于图18所示的连接螺钉34,连接部1的结构可以参照图19,连接部1中的限位通孔12为台阶状沉孔以与连接螺钉34的头部341相匹配,螺纹盲孔13的开口朝向凹槽11,且螺纹盲孔13内形成有能够与连接螺钉34的尾部342螺纹配合的内螺纹。
以图16所示的连接螺钉34与图17中所示的连接部1的结构为例,当连接螺钉34将主体2的连接端21固定于连接部1的凹槽11内,可以得到如图20所示的连接结构剖面结构示意图,连接螺钉34的头部341与限位通孔12相匹配使得头部341容纳于限位通孔12内,头部341的自由端(远离尾部342的一端)不凸出于连接部1的上表面;连接螺钉34的尾部342与螺纹盲孔13螺纹连接,尾部342的自由端(远离头部341的一端)被隐藏于连接部1内,即连接部1如图20所示的下表面不会出现连接螺钉34的结构。
另外,与实施例二的中的主体2结构类似(可以参照图10),本实施例中的主体2也为扁平状,沿主体21的厚度方向(可以参照图7中X的方向),连接端21通过脉冲硬化烧结而成,使得连接端21的两个表面分别形成有避让台阶L,这两个避让台阶L用于匹配连接部1的凹槽11的两侧壁,最终主体2通过连接螺钉34固定于连接部1得到表带,以图20中连接部1的上表面观察该表带得到图21所示的连接状态,此时可以看到连接螺钉34的头部341,连接螺钉34的头部容纳于连接部1内;而当以图20中连接部1的下表面观察该表带的结构则如8所述的表带相同,即沿主体2的厚度方向,主体2的两个表面与连接部1的两个表面相匹配,而连接螺钉34又相当于隐藏在连接部1内,连接部1与主体2几乎是无拆件连接为一体,整个表带造型流畅、结构美观。
示例性地,设定表带的连接部1是表扣1a,其中,表扣1a具有扣针14,表扣1a具有正面(图22中的n所指的一面)以及反面(图22中m所指的一面),扣针14通过转轴15安装于表扣1a上,扣针14可以相对表扣1a绕转轴15沿图22所示的旋转方向旋转,扣针14的旋转范围在其正面所对应的区域内,即扣针14的旋转区域可以限定表扣1a的正反面。该表扣1a采用本实施例中的连接螺钉34连接主体2的连接端21,为了表带的美观性,限位通孔12可以设置于表扣1a反面一侧,而螺纹盲孔13可以设置于表扣1a正面一侧。当主体2的连接端21通过连接螺钉34固定于表扣1a的凹槽11内后,以表扣1a的反面观察表带的结构如图23所示,可以看到连接螺钉34的头部341表面,其表面与表扣1a的反面保持平齐;而以表扣1a的正面观察表带的结构如图24所示,在表带的正面(即消费者佩戴后外露的一面)没有连接螺钉34的痕迹,进一步优化了表带的美观性。
实施例四
结合上述三个实施例,本实施例提供的一种表带,其主体2如图25所示在长度两端均形成有连接端21;请继续参照图26,主体2的其中一个连接端21通过实施例一或实施例二的方式与一头粒1b连接、另一个连接端21则通过实施例三的方式与一表扣1a连接,手表正面的结构可以如图26所示,连接部1(包括头粒1b以及表扣1a)与主体2之间相当于无拆件连接,固定部3被隐藏无连接痕迹,对于消费者佩戴使用,更加舒适且更加美观。
以上实施例仅对固定部3的具体结构进行了示例性说明,连接部1和主体2之间通过 固定部3实现了紧固连接,整个表带不但具有较高的强度,在佩戴使用时也能为消费者带来舒适的体验。当然,在具体应用中,可以根据具体的使用场合对连接部1的结构进行适应性调整与选择。
基于上述表带的结构,本申请实施例还公开一种智能手表,如图27所示,该智能手表包括表盘4以及连接于表盘4两侧的两个上述实施例所提供的表带。其中,以图27中所示的视角为例,表盘4上方的表带包括表扣1a、主体2以及头粒1b,头粒1b和表扣1a分别连接于表带的两端,头粒1b用于连接表盘4;而表盘4下方的表带包括头粒1b以及主体2,头粒1b连接于主体2朝向表盘4的一端,头粒1b用于连接表盘4。该智能手表采用了上述表带,不但佩戴舒适、使用长久,且造型美观,可以为消费者带来更好的佩戴体验。
以上,仅为本申请的具体实施方式,但本申请的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内。因此,本申请的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

  1. 一种表带,其特征在于,包括:
    连接部,所述连接部有凹槽;
    主体,所述主体具有连接端,所述连接端伸入所述凹槽内;

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的表带,其特征在于,所述固定部包括夹持件和连接件,所述夹持件固定于所述凹槽内;
    所述夹持件包括相对设置的第一夹持片和第二夹持片,所述第一夹持片和所述第二夹持片之间形成有用于夹持所述主体的U型槽;
    所述连接件将所述主体固定于所述第一夹持片和所述第二夹持片之间的U型槽内且所述连接件不凸出于所述夹持件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的表带,其特征在于,所述连接件包括所述第一夹持片朝向所述第二夹持片形成的第一夹齿,以及所述第二夹持片朝向所述第一夹持片形成的第二夹齿;
    所述第一夹齿与所述第二夹齿相对插入所述主体的连接端。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的表带,其特征在于,所述连接件包括连接栓;
    所述连接栓穿过所述主体的连接端且所述连接栓的两端分别连接于所述第一夹持片和所述第二夹持片。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4中任一项所述的表带,其特征在于,所述夹持件通过胶粘剂固定于所述连接部的凹槽内;
    或,所述夹持件以过盈配合的方式固定于所述连接部的凹槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的表带,其特征在于,所述固定部包括连接螺钉,在所述连接部中,所述凹槽的两侧壁分别形成有相互对应的限位通孔和螺纹盲孔,所述螺纹盲孔内形成有与所述连接螺钉螺纹配合的内螺纹;
    所述连接螺钉的头部可容纳于所述限位通孔内,所述连接螺钉的尾部依次穿过所述限位通孔、所述主体与所述螺纹盲孔螺纹连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的表带,其特征在于,所述限位通孔为与所述连接螺钉的头部相匹配的沉孔。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的表带,其特征在于,沿所述主体的厚度方向,所述连接端的两个表面分别形成有避让台阶,两个所述避让台阶分别与所述连接部上凹槽的两侧壁相匹配。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的表带,其特征在于,所述主体具有一个连接端,所述连接部包括用于连接另一个表带的表扣或用于连接表盘的头粒。
  10. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的表带,其特征在于,所述主体具有两个所述连接端,所述连接部包括用于连接另一个表带的表扣以及用于连接表盘的头粒,所述表扣和所述头粒均有所述凹槽;
    所述主体的其中一个连接端通过一个所述固定部限位于所述表扣的凹槽内,所述主体的另一个所述连接端通过一个所述固定部限位于所述头粒的凹槽内。
  11. 一种智能手表,其特征在于,所述智能手表包括表盘以及分别连接于所述表盘两侧的两个如权利要求1-10中任一项所述的表带。
