Description

新型筒灯结构 技术领域
本发明涉及应用于照明技术领域,特别涉及新型筒灯结构。
背景技术
一直以来,在照明领域,筒灯以其简洁、美观以及在许多照明场所必用等诸多优势在室内照明中得到广泛应用。由于LED光源结构的千奇百怪和发光面扁平化,与传统筒灯结构不相匹配,即使勉强配装也不能达到满意的照明和美观效果。于是,市场上便有了光源和灯具一体化的LED筒灯,这类筒灯因为一体化而无法更换光源,坏了只能整体更换,造成浪费,而且必须由专业电工更换,增加更换成本,尤其在欧美市场,人力成本企高,更换成本就更为突出。再有,一体化筒灯在更换时不是十分方便,很容易损伤吊顶装饰面,造成连带损失。或者勉强将LED光源放置于老式筒灯内使用,虽然可以解决光源和灯具分离,但是,由于光源样式、尺寸和功率等参差不齐,大多数光源都无法配用,少数能配用的也达不到整洁美观要求和理想照明效果。
其次,目前LED筒灯行业乃至整个LED照明行业的困扰还在于:产品结构和产品配置五花八门,没有统一的行业标准,不同类别和不同品牌的产品无法兼容和相互配装,不利于标准化生产和提高生产效率,也给用户使用带来不便。
此外,传统的LED一体化筒灯光源不能沿筒灯内孔纵深安放,不利于调节光照范围和消除炫光。
技术问题
本发明的目的是提供一种解决光源与灯具可分离问题的新型筒灯结构,本发明的另一目的是提供一种解决筒灯和LED光源行业标准化的可行性方案的新型筒灯结构。
技术解决方案
本发明的第一种技术解决方案是一种新型筒灯结构,其特殊之处在于,包括竖式灯体和光源。
所述竖式灯体包括竖式支架、活动灯座组件、底座及托环,所述活动灯座组件活动连接在竖式支架顶部,所述底座通过金属连接件固定在竖式支架底部,所述托环与所述底座内壁通过连接件紧密结合。
所述光源与活动灯座组件连接,所述光源的底面出光部设有凸台,当光源与活动灯座组件连接时,所述光源凸台恰好置入托环内孔,限制光源在托环上水平位移,所述光源在静置状态下由托环依托承重,定位安放。
作为优选:所述竖式支架顶部为圆环结构,圆环周边均匀排布有至少两个通孔,底部设有与底座配合的螺纹孔,所述竖式支架侧面开有若干个卡位孔,所述卡位孔上安装有压簧,将竖式灯体安装在天花板上。
作为优选:所述活动灯座组件包括顶板、圆环压盖、若干导柱、灯座及复位弹簧,所述顶板上开有至少两个导柱定位孔和一个导线孔,所述圆环压盖开有中心孔,中心孔周围均匀排布有至少两个圆孔,所述导柱一端通过导柱定位孔固定在顶板底部,另一端自上而下贯穿所述竖式支架上的通孔与所述圆环压盖上的圆孔,末端通过金属结构件锁定,将活动灯座组件活动连接在竖式支架上,所述复位弹簧套接在导柱上,具体位置设置在竖式支架与圆环压盖之间,灯座贯穿圆环压盖的中心孔与支架圆环内孔后通过螺丝固定在顶板底面,所述活动灯座组件在竖式支架上纵向移动,所述光源安装在灯座上,随活动灯座组件在竖式灯体内纵向移动。

所述横插光源与活动灯座组件连接,所述横插光源的底面出光部设有凸台,当横插光源与活动灯座组件连接时,所述横插光源凸台恰好置入所述托环的内孔,限制横插光源在托环上水平位移,所述横插光源在静置状态下由托环依托承重,定位安放。

所述明装式灯体包括腔体、腔体顶盖、活动灯座组件及托环,所述活动灯座组件活动连接在腔体顶盖上,所述腔体顶盖通过金属连接件固定在腔体顶部,所述腔体底部开有中心孔,所述托环与所述腔体底部中心孔内壁通过连接件紧密结合。
所述光源与活动灯座组件连接,所述光源的底面出光部设有凸台,当光源与活动灯座组件连接时,所述光源凸台恰好置入托环内孔,限制光源在托环上水平位移,所述光源在静置状态下由托环依托承重,定位安放。

有益效果
(1)通过对筒灯灯体与光源结构的巧妙设计,为徒手更换筒灯光源提供一种便利方案,便于用户自行维修。用户可以通过手动向上顶开光源、取下托环、取出光源的方法步骤更换光源,十分简便。
(2)通过对托环内孔尺寸和光源凸台尺寸进行规范,可以制定统一的筒灯与LED光源规格标准,为筒灯行业的标准化提供可行性方案。行业标准化有益于实现规模生产和普及应用,从而提高生产效率和市场效应。
(3)光源与活动灯座组件连接,可使光源在灯体内纵向移动,配合使用不同内壁高度的托环,将光源沿筒灯内壁纵深托高,以调节光照范围和消除炫光。同时使LED光源的灯体高度(厚度)尺寸有了足够的变化范围,以满足光源对不同功率散热器尺寸的空间要求。
(4)托环底边可以设计为筒灯面环,相同灯体只需配合不同托环,即可得到不同款式的筒灯,灯体可按照标准件生产和保管,有益于提高生产效率,外观设计也更为方便。

作为优选实施例:所述的活动灯座组件2中的导柱活动结构可使用滑槽结构替代,以完成相同的结构功能。

  5. 根据权利要求1所述新型筒灯结构,其特征在于,所述灯座以下几种型号择一选择使用:E型灯座、G型灯座、GU型灯座、MR型灯座、B型灯座,所述光源使用型号与灯座相对应。
  6. 一种新型筒灯结构,其特征在于,包括横式灯体和横插光源,所述横式灯体包括横式支架组件、活动灯座组件、底座及托环,所述活动灯座组件活动连接在横式支架组件侧板上,所述底座通过金属连接件固定在横式支架组件的悬臂底部,所述托环与所述底座内壁通过连接件紧密结合;
    所述横插光源与活动灯座组件连接,所述横插光源的底面出光部设有凸台,当横插光源与活动灯座组件连接时,所述横插光源凸台恰好置入所述托环的内孔,限制横插光源在托环上水平位移,所述横插光源在静置状态下由托环依托承重,定位安放。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述新型筒灯结构,其特征在于,所述横式支架组件包括横式支架、定位弹簧组件和至少两个悬臂,所述横式支架为“┐”形状,所述横式支架侧板中心开有圆孔,圆孔周边开有至少两个通孔,所述横式支架顶板远离侧板一端贯穿一定位通孔,所述悬臂顶部以定位通孔为中心,圆周分布地固定在横式支架顶板的底部,所述悬臂底部设有与底座配合的螺纹孔,所述悬臂侧面开有卡位孔,所述卡位孔上安装有压簧,多个悬臂上的压簧进行配合,将横式灯体安装在天花板上,所述定位弹簧组件包括定位导柱、定位弹簧及压盖,所述压盖的中心开有一圆孔,所述定位导柱贯穿所述横式支架顶板的定位通孔与所述压盖的中心圆孔,两端分别通过金属结构件锁定,所述定位弹簧套接在定位导柱上,置于横式支架顶板与压盖之间,所述定位弹簧组件活动连接在横式支架顶板上,当横插光源与活动灯座组件连接时,所述定位弹簧组件在弹力的作用下,给予横插光源一个向下的力,使所述横插光源置于所述托环的上侧,横插光源的凸台恰好置入托环内孔,在静置状态下横插光源由托环依托承重,定位安放。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述新型筒灯结构,其特征在于,所述活动灯座组件包括顶板、圆环压盖、若干导柱及灯座,所述顶板上开有至少两个导柱定位孔和一个导线孔,所述圆环压盖开有中心孔,中心孔周围均匀排布有至少两个圆孔,所述导柱一端通过导柱定位孔固定在顶板底部,另一端横向贯穿所述横式支架侧板的通孔与所述圆环压盖上的圆孔,末端通过金属结构件锁定,将活动灯座组件与横式支架组件活动连接,所述灯座贯穿圆环压盖的中心孔与横式支架侧板圆孔后,通过螺丝固定在顶板底面,所述活动灯座组件在横式支架上横向移动,所述横插光源安装在灯座上,随活动灯座组件在横式灯体内横向移动。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述新型筒灯结构,其特征在于,所述托环与所述底座内壁的连接件以下几种方式择一选择使用:卡扣件、螺纹旋压、螺丝固定。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述新型筒灯结构,其特征在于,所述灯座以下几种型号择一选择使用:E型灯座、G型灯座、GU型灯座、MR型灯座、B型灯座,所述光源使用型号与灯座相对应。
  11. 一种新型筒灯结构,其特征在于,包括明装式灯体和光源,所述明装式灯体包括腔体、腔体顶盖、活动灯座组件及托环,所述活动灯座组件活动连接在腔体顶盖上,所述腔体顶盖通过金属连接件固定在腔体顶部,所述腔体底部开有中心孔,所述托环与所述腔体底部中心孔内壁通过连接件紧密结合;
    所述光源与活动灯座组件连接,所述光源的底面出光部设有凸台,当光源与活动灯座组件连接时,所述光源凸台恰好置入托环内孔,限制光源在托环上水平位移,所述光源在静置状态下由托环依托承重,定位安放。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述新型筒灯结构,其特征在于,所述腔体的侧面靠近腔体顶部位置沿圆周均匀开有若干个固定孔,所述腔体顶盖适中开有若干个安装孔,中心贯穿有圆孔,圆孔周边均匀排布有至少两个通孔,腔体顶盖周围折有台边,台边上设有与腔体固定孔配合的螺纹孔,所述腔体顶盖固定在腔体顶部上。
  13. 根据权利要求11或12所述新型筒灯结构,其特征在于,所述活动灯座组件包括顶板、圆环压盖、若干导柱、灯座及复位弹簧,所述顶板上开有至少两个导柱定位孔和一个导线孔,所述圆环压盖开有中心孔,中心孔周围均匀排布有至少两个圆孔,所述导柱一端通过导柱定位孔固定在顶板底部,另一端自上而下贯穿所述腔体顶盖圆孔周边的通孔与所述圆环压盖上的圆孔,末端通过金属结构件锁定,将活动灯座组件活动连接在腔体顶盖上,所述复位弹簧套接在导柱上,具体位置设置在腔体顶盖与圆环压盖之间,灯座贯穿圆环压盖的中心孔与腔体顶盖的中心圆孔后通过螺丝固定在顶板底面,所述活动灯座组件在腔体顶盖上纵向移动,所述光源安装在灯座上,随活动灯座组件在腔体内纵向移动。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述新型筒灯结构,其特征在于,所述托环与所述腔体底部中心孔内壁的连接件以下几种方式择一选择使用:卡扣件、螺纹旋压、螺丝固定。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述新型筒灯结构,其特征在于,所述灯座以下几种型号择一选择使用:E型灯座、G型灯座、GU型灯座、MR型灯座、B型灯座,所述光源使用型号与灯座相对应。
