本发明涉及一种LED筒灯。
背景技术
筒灯一般是有一个螺口灯头,可以直接装上白炽灯或节能灯的灯具。筒灯是一种嵌入到天花板内光线下射式的照明灯具。它的最大特点就是能保持建筑装饰的整体统一与完美,不会因为灯具的设置而破坏吊顶艺术的完美统一。这种嵌装于天花板内部的隐置性灯具,所有光线都向下投射,属于直接配光。可以用不同的反射器、镜片、百叶窗、灯泡,来取得不同的光线效果。筒灯不占据空间,可增加空间的柔和气氛,如果想营造温馨的感觉,可试着装设多盏筒灯,减轻空间压迫感。一般在酒店、家庭、咖啡厅使用较多。
筒灯一般装设在卧室、客厅、卫生间的周边天棚上。这种嵌装于天花板内部的隐置性灯具,所有光线都向下投射,属于直接配光。可以用不同的反射器、镜片、百叶窗、灯泡,来取得不同的光线效果。筒灯不占据空间,可增加空间的柔和气氛,如果想营造温馨的感觉,可试着装设多盏筒灯,减轻空间压迫感。筒灯灯头是比较重要的一个环节,灯头的主要材质是陶瓷。筒灯灯头是比较重要的一个环节,灯头的主要材质是陶瓷。里面的簧片是最重要的,有铜片和铝片两种,好的品牌采用的是铝片来做,并在接触点下安装有弹簧,可以加强接触性。

为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种LED筒灯,包括灯筒、横杆、安装板和支撑板,所述灯筒设在横杆下端,所述安装板设在横杆一端,所述横杆与安装板铰接,所述支撑板设在灯筒外侧,所述支撑板呈L型设置,所述支撑板分别与灯筒和横杆焊接,所述灯筒呈圆台形设置,所述灯筒表面设置有散热片和金属圈,所述散热片和金属圈分别与灯筒焊接,所述灯筒内安装有LED灯盘,所述支撑板上设置有滑槽,所述滑槽内安装有滑块,所述滑块一端设置有彩灯。
作为优选,所述安装板中部设置有固定螺栓,固定螺栓能够保持安装板安装方便。
作为优选,所述散热片设有多片,保持散热效果好。
作为优选,所述散热片呈环形阵列分布,保持散热均匀。
作为优选,所述支撑板设有三块,保持结构稳定可靠。
本发明的有益效果为:设置的彩灯保持灯筒外形美观;设置的金属圈和支撑板保持结构强度高;设置的横杆与安装板铰接,方便调节角度;设置的的散热片保持保持散热效果好;设置的滑块能够调节彩灯的位置。

如图1所示,一种LED筒灯,包括灯筒1、横杆2、安装板3和支撑板4,所述灯筒1设在横杆2下端,所述安装板3设在横杆2一端,所述横杆2与安装板3铰接,所述支撑板4设在灯筒1外侧,所述支撑板4呈L型设置,所述支撑板4分别与灯筒1和横杆2焊接,所述灯筒1呈圆台形设置,所述灯筒1表面设置有散热片5和金属圈6,所述散热片5和金属圈6分别与灯筒1焊接,所述灯筒1内安装有LED灯盘7,所述支撑板4上设置有滑槽8,所述滑槽8内安装有滑块9,所述滑块9一端设置有彩灯10。
所述安装板3中部设置有固定螺栓11。
所述散热片5设有多片。
所述散热片5呈环形阵列分布。
所述支撑板4设有三块。
本发明的有益效果为:设置的彩灯保持灯筒外形美观;设置的金属圈和支撑板保持结构强度高;设置的横杆与安装板铰接,方便调节角度;设置的的散热片保持保持散热效果好;设置的滑块能够调节彩灯的位置。
