发明内容
针对以上现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的主要目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,公开了一种用于双锥干燥机的防护装置,包括两个围栏机构和锁定机构,所述围栏机构设置在双锥干燥机的两侧支架上,两个所述围栏机构通过所述锁定机构连接围成容许所述双锥干燥机的转动空间,所述围栏机构包括横档杆、固定座和限位开关,所述固定座固定设置在所述双锥干燥机上,所述横档杆的一端转动设置在所述固定座上,所述限位开关设置在所述固定座上,用于感应所述横档杆。

一种用于双锥干燥机的防护装置,如图1-3所示,包括两个围栏机构1和锁定机构2,围栏机构1设置在双锥干燥机3的两侧支架上,两个围栏机构1通过锁定机构2连接围成容许双锥干燥机的转动空间;通常工作人员只在一侧进行工作,因此,一侧通过围栏机构1进行防护,另一侧也可以假装围栏机构1防护,也可以假装固定围栏进行防护。其中,围栏机构1包括横档杆11、固定座12和限位开关13,固定座12固定设置在双锥干燥机3上,横档杆11的一端转动设置在固定座12上,限位开关13设置在固定座12上,用于感应横档杆11。限位开关13可以使用触电开关,也可以使用接近开关。在使用时,两侧围栏机构1的横档杆11相向转动,到达指锁定位置,即两侧围栏机构1通过锁定机构2连接后的位置,限位开关13感应到横挡板11,此时,将信号传送给PLC,而后才能启动双锥干燥机3,进而实现安全操作;在生产过程中,如果限位开关13的信号消失,PLC控制双锥干燥机3停止运行,进一步保证工作人员的安全。
在一实施例中,如图1-3及图5所示,还包括弹性机构4,弹性机构4设置在固定座12上,在横档杆11未锁定时,利用弹性机构4将横档杆11推离限位开关13。可见,如果未设置弹性机构4,工作人员在工作中可能出现失误,未将围栏机构1锁定,只是虚掩,在双锥干燥机转动时,可能使围栏机构1打开,存在一定的安全隐患;另外,如果PLC设置限位开关13信号消失强制停机,会对设备造成损伤。然而,设置弹性机构4后,即使工作人员将围栏机构1推至锁定位置处,如果未将锁定机构2锁定,仍 然会被弹性机构4将其横档杆11推离限位开关13,使得PLC收不到限位开关13的信号;即使工作人员未注意到锁定机构2未锁定,在启动设备时仍然无法启动;起到提醒工作人员注意力集中,认真将锁定机构2锁定,进一步提高安全性;同时,避免在双锥干燥机3在运转状态时由于围栏机构1未锁定造成强制停机。
在一具体实施例中,如图1-3及图5所示,弹性机构4包括弹簧座41、固定帽42、螺栓43和弹簧44,弹簧座41固定在固定座12上,弹簧座41呈U形结构,并且在其两侧壁上设置贯穿的引导孔45,弹簧44套设在螺栓43上,其另一端穿过引导孔45通过固定帽42固定,此时,弹簧44处于弹簧座41与螺栓43端部之间,受到弹簧44的张力,使得固定帽42紧贴弹簧座41;当推动螺栓43的一端,使得固定帽42远离弹簧座41,弹簧44蓄力;当松手后,弹簧44的张力推动螺栓43反向运动。

在一实施例中,如图1-3所示,还包括两块条形磁铁7,条形磁铁7分别设置在两个围栏机构1的横档杆11的端部,并且两块条形磁铁7的相对一端磁极相同。即当两侧的横档杆11到达锁定位置时,两块条形磁铁7两端相对,如果锁定机构2未锁定,那么横档杆11受到两块条形磁铁7相互排斥力向两侧转动,使得限位开关13无法感应到横档杆11。利用磁铁同性相斥的原理,提高工作人员的注意力,避免工作人员懒散,为了生产方便,对自己不负责任,只是将横档杆11虚掩。因为,如果工作人员随意将两侧的横档杆11连接,那么U形锁片21与一字锁片22相互排斥,在工作人员不操作的情况下,无法实现三个锁孔23的对其,至少有一侧的限位开关13无法感应到横档杆11。其次,当插入锁销后,利用磁铁同性相斥的原理,使得锁销牢牢的夹紧在锁孔23内。
在上述实施例中,安装弹性机构4的技术方案和在两侧的围栏机构1的横档杆11上分别设置条形磁铁7的技术方案选择其中一个设置,当然,也可以同时设置。

本发明在使用时,如图1-5所示,工作人员将两侧的横档杆11相向转动,使得横档杆11的端部的一字锁片22置于U形锁片21内(即围栏机构1到达锁定位置),通过锁销将U形锁片21与一字锁片22连接固定;此时,两侧的限位开关13分别感应到横档杆11;将信号传送给PLC,此时PLC才可控制双锥干燥机3启动。但如果在围栏机构1解除锁定,只要其中一个限位开关13信号消失,PLC立即控制双锥干燥机3强制停机,进而保护工作人员的安全。
