现有的裁剪装置在裁剪化纤面料时,无法及时处理裁剪掉落的碎毛屑、线头等,这些线头会附着在工作区,在接下来裁剪的时候会附着在面料上,影响成衣的质量,而且无法调节裁剪装置的高度,不能适合所有工人所适应的高度。

工作原理:首先,将裁剪装置放置到工作地点,通过支撑底盘14上的地脚螺栓15将装置稳定的固定在地面上,根据工人的身高和所适应的工作台高度,通过高度调节装置13来调节裁剪装置的高度,调整完成后,将布匹放置到绕布辊12上,将绕布辊12安装到布匹安装架11上,将面料轻扯到工作区,打开装置的开关,支架3通过导轨2移动位置,通过旋转台4带动横向伸缩装置5转动所需要的角度,横向伸缩装置5带动竖直伸缩装置6调整横向距离,竖直伸缩装置6带动旋转装置7调整竖直距离,调整完成后,通过旋转螺栓10调整裁刀9的角度,调整到适合裁剪的角度和位置,裁剪面料 时,支架3、旋转台4、横向伸缩装置5、竖直伸缩装置6和旋转装置7根据所需要裁剪成的面料形状调整位置、角度和伸缩距离,裁剪完成后,吸尘器主体17将裁剪下来的碎屑及时吸走,通过软管18传送到收集器19中,保证面料上不带有碎屑。
