Description
本实用新型涉及扬声器领域。
现有技术的扬声器用钢片结构增加后腔体积,然而,钢片对扬声器周边的天线有干扰。因此,有必要提供一种可以避免钢片对天线的干扰的扬声器。
发明概述
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种扬声器,旨在避免现有技术中钢片对扬声器周边天线的干扰。
问题的解决方案
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种扬声器,包括具有收容腔的壳体以及收容于所述收容腔壳体内的发声单体,所述壳体上开设有连通所述收容腔的通孔,所述通孔上盖设有玻璃片。
进一步地,所述发声单体将所述收容腔分隔成前腔和后腔,所述玻璃片对应所述后腔设置。
进一步地,所述发声单体将所述收容腔分隔成前腔和后腔,所述玻璃片对应所述前腔设置。
进一步地,所述壳体包括上盖板和与所述上盖板配合并围合形成所述收容腔的下盖板,所述发声单体与所述上盖板围合形成所述前腔,所述发声单体、所述上盖板和所述下盖板围合形成所述后腔,所述上盖板具有用于收容所述发声单体的收容空间,所述下盖板包括与所述上盖板配合的框体,所述通孔形成于所述框体,所述玻璃片和安装于所述框体上。
进一步地,所述通孔的侧壁上设置有用于与所述玻璃片的边缘配合的凹槽。
进一步地,所述玻璃片的边缘与所述凹槽胶粘。
进一步地,所述框体上设有第一通孔和第二通孔,所述玻璃片包括安装于所述第一通孔的第一玻璃片和安装于所述第二通孔的第二玻璃片。
进一步地,所述框体的材质和所述上盖板的材质为塑料。
进一步地,所述上盖板与所述框体通过激光焊接固定。
本实用新型还提供一种扬声器组件,所述扬声器组件包括如上所述的扬声器和安装至所述扬声器上的天线。
发明的有益效果
本实用新型的有益效果在于:本申请用玻璃片替代现有技术中的钢片,避免了钢片对扬声器周边的天线的干扰,且同时具有扩大收容腔体积效果。

发明实施例
下面结合附图和实施方式对本实用新型作进一步说明。
请参照图1-图3,扬声器100包括具有收容腔110的壳体1以及收容于所述收容腔110内的发声单体2,所述壳体1上开设有连通所述收容腔110的通孔1211,所述通孔1211上盖设有玻璃片122。
本申请用玻璃片122替代现有技术中的钢片,避免了钢片对扬声器100周边的天线的干扰,且同时具有扩大收容腔110体积的效果。
优选所述发声单体2将所述收容腔110分隔成前腔120和后腔130,所述玻璃片122可对应所述后腔130设置,也可对应所述前腔120设置,也可以对应前腔120和后腔130均设置。
优选所述壳体1包括上盖板11和与所述上盖板11配合并围合形成所述收容腔110的下盖板12,所述发声单体2与所述上盖板11围合形成所述前腔120,所述发声单体2、所述上盖板11和所述下盖板12围合形成所述后腔130,所述下盖板12包括与所述上盖板11配合的框体121,所述通孔1211形成于所述框体121,所述玻璃片122安装于所述框体121上。
可以理解地,框体121起到较好的连接上盖板11的作用以及固定玻璃片122的作用。
优选所述通孔1211的侧壁上设置有用于与所述玻璃片122的边缘配合的凹槽1212。通过将玻璃片122的边缘嵌设于凹槽1212内,使得玻璃片122的安装更稳固。
优选所述玻璃片122的边缘与所述凹槽1212胶粘,如此,安装起来方便且固定效果较好。
优选所述框体121上设有第一通孔1213和第二通孔1214,所述玻璃片122包括安装于所述第一通孔1213的第一玻璃片1221和安装于所述第二通孔1214的第二玻璃片1222。相对于一整片玻璃强度不高、易碎的情况,设置第一玻璃片1221和第二玻璃片1222可以加强下盖板12的整体强度。
优选所述框体121的材质为塑料,且优选所述上盖板11的材质为塑料。由于塑料材质易于成型,且具有韧性,使得壳体1不易破裂。
优选所述上盖板11与框体121通过激光焊接固定,如此,上盖板11和框体121连接牢固。
本实用新型还提供一种扬声器组件(图中未示),包括扬声器100和安装于扬声器100的壳体上的天线,天线通过激光直接成型技术(LDS)成型于扬声器100的壳体上。
综上所述,本实用新型通过用玻璃片122替代钢片,避免了钢片对扬声器100周 边天线的干扰。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种扬声器,包括具有收容腔的壳体以及收容于所述收容腔内的发声单体,其特征在于,所述壳体上开设有连通所述收容腔的通孔,所述通孔上盖设有玻璃片。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述发声单体将所述收容腔分隔成前腔和后腔,所述玻璃片对应所述后腔设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述发声单体将所述收容腔分隔成前腔和后腔,所述玻璃片对应所述前腔设置。
- 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述壳体包括上盖板和与所述上盖板配合并围合形成所述收容腔的下盖板,所述发声单体与所述上盖板围合形成所述前腔,所述发声单体、所述上盖板和所述下盖板围合形成所述后腔,所述下盖板包括与所述上盖板配合的框体,所述通孔形成于所述框体,所述玻璃片安装于所述框体上。
- 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述通孔的侧壁上设置有用于与所述玻璃片的边缘配合的凹槽。
- 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述玻璃片的边缘与所述凹槽胶粘。
- 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述框体上设有第一通孔和第二通孔,所述玻璃片包括安装于所述第一通孔的第一玻璃片和安装于所述第二通孔的第二玻璃片。
- 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述框体的材质和所述上盖板的材质为塑料。
- 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述上盖板与所述框体通过激光焊接固定。
- 一种扬声器组件,其特征在于,所述扬声器组件包括如权利要求1-7中任意一项所述的扬声器和安装于所述扬声器上的天线。
