Abstract

L'invention concerne une transmission automatique entièrement mécanique auto-adaptative, comprenant un mécanisme d'entrée de puissance, un mécanisme de transmission par engrenage à grande vitesse, un mécanisme de transmission par engrenage à faible vitesse et un arbre principal (1) pour délivrer de l'énergie. Le mécanisme de transmission à engrenage à grande vitesse comprend un embrayage à friction (2) et un groupe d'éléments élastiques (3) pour appliquer une force de précharge à l'embrayage à friction (2) ; le mécanisme d'entrée de puissance transfère de l'énergie à l'embrayage à friction (2) au moyen d'une première roue libre (4), l'embrayage à friction (2) est emmanché sur l'arbre principal (1) au moyen d'un manchon de chemin de roulement en spirale de plaque interne (5), et une paire de transmissions en spirale est formée entre le manchon de chemin de roulement en spirale de plaque interne (5) et l'arbre principal (1) pour permettre au manchon de chemin de roulement en spirale de plaque interne (5) de coulisser axialement le long de l'arbre principal (1) ; le mécanisme de transmission à engrenage à faible vitesse comprend une seconde roue libre (6) et un ensemble de transmission d'arbre auxiliaire pour une transmission de réduction de vitesse entre le mécanisme de puissance d'entrée et la seconde roue libre (6), la seconde roue libre (6) est emmanchée sur l'arbre principal (1) au moyen d'un manchon de came de roue central interne (7), et le manchon de came de roue central interne (7) peut transférer l'énergie à l'arbre principal (1) au moyen du manchon de chemin de roulement en spirale de plaque interne (5). L'appareil peut effectuer automatiquement un changement de rapport et un changement de vitesse de manière adaptative avec des changements de résistance de déplacement à la condition que la force d'entraînement ne soit pas interrompue, le changement de rapport est lisse, l'intervalle de fonctionnement efficace d'un moteur est fortement augmenté, l'appareil peut être utilisé dans des zones montagneuses, vallonnées et dans des conditions de charge lourde, de sorte que le changement de charge du moteur ou d'une machine motrice est doux, et l'ensemble du véhicule fonctionne de manière stable et présente une sécurité élevée.
