本实施例与实施例一的主要区别在于,升降立柱处于正装状态。
如图7和图8所示,升降立柱处于正装状态下,驱动装置100固定于升降平台上,升降管200位于驱动装置100的下端,第一螺母321位于第二丝杆320的上端,第二螺母331位于第三丝杆330的上端,第三螺母221位于第一管210的上端。
除上述优选实施例外,本发明还有其他的实施方式,本领域技术人员可以 根据本发明作出各种改变和变形,只要不脱离本发明的精神,均应属于本发明所附权利要求所定义的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种升降立柱,包括驱动装置、升降管及位于升降管内部的传动总成,其特征在于,所述升降管包括由内向外依次套装的第一管、第二管、第三管和第四管,第四管的下端固定于驱动装置上,传动总成包括由内向外依次套装的第一丝杆、中空的第二丝杆和中空的第三丝杆,驱动装置的输出端与第一丝杆传动配合且可驱动第一丝杆旋转,第二丝杆的下端设有与第一丝杆螺纹传动连接的第一螺母,第三丝杆的下端设有与第二丝杆螺纹传动连接的第二螺母,第一管的下端设有与第三丝杆螺纹传动连接的第三螺母。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的升降立柱,其特征在于,所述第一丝杆的上端设有限制第一螺母轴向位置的第一导向套,第二丝杆的上端设有限制第二螺母轴向位置的第二导向套,第三丝杆的上端设有限制第三螺母轴向位置的第三导向套。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的升降立柱,其特征在于,所述第一导向套的外壁与第二丝杆的内壁相配合,第二导向套的外壁与第三丝杆的内壁相配合,第三导向套的外壁与第一管的内壁相配合。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的升降立柱,其特征在于,所述第三丝杆的周向上设有定位槽,第三导向套可转动地设于定位槽上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的升降立柱,其特征在于,所述第三导向套上设有便于第三导向套径向压入定位槽的开口。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的升降立柱,其特征在于,所述第一导向套与第一丝杆通过螺钉固定连接,第二导向套与第二丝杆通过螺钉固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的升降立柱,其特征在于,所述第二丝杆和第三丝杆的内壁上均设有油槽,油槽沿丝杆的轴向设置。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的升降立柱,其特征在于,所述第一丝杆的下端套设有 自锁装置,自锁装置包括扭簧座和套设于扭簧座上的扭簧。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述的升降立柱,其特征在于,所述第三螺母与第一管通过铆接固定。
  10. 根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述的升降立柱,其特征在于,所述升降管均为方形管。
