一种防光眼保护贴及其制备方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种防光眼保护贴,具体的说是一种光疗过程中,能阻挡光线(激光/IPL/LED/蓝光)对眼睛伤害的防护产品。
背景技术
各类光治疗(激光/IPL/LED/蓝光)在临床上广泛应用,特别应用是在颜面部时,高亮度光、高能量光线非常容易对眼睛造成伤害,会导致畏光、流泪、视力下降,或失明。据资料显示,引起眼底黄斑的损伤的辐照量为10mw/cm 2,照射时间仅为皮秒级,而一般强脉冲光/激光的能量密度均在100mw~200mw/cm 2之间。因此,在各类光治疗时,医生和患者均需要配带专业的防护设施,以免出现医疗事故。
目前各类光治疗,患者主要防护用品有激光防护眼罩和激光防护眼贴。激光眼罩一般采用柔性的不透明塑料制作而成,采用固定绳固定在脑后;激光防护眼贴采用粘胶贴敷式固定。然而激光防护眼罩存在以下缺陷:1、激光眼罩戴在眼睛上后,其边缘和皮肤之间可能会留有间隙,光线可能通过间隙伤害到眼睛;2、手术时患者处于仰卧位时激光眼罩,眼罩固定绳会和枕头或手术台面接触(如专利201821262093.5提到的激光防护眼罩),头部稍有移动,可能会使眼罩发生移动或脱落,导致眼睛可能会暴露在保护之外,受到强光损伤。激光防护眼贴,如JP特开2007~160023A提到的,产品由基板、第一粘胶层、无纺布和第二粘胶层、隔离膜组成,该设计的产品存在问题,激光照射到防护眼贴上,虽然可以阻挡光直接对眼睛伤害,但是其高能产生的热量,容易导致眼部皮肤灼伤(欧洲已经新的法规规定,激光防护产品必须能防止皮肤灼伤功能)。中国专利201310073280.4一种水凝胶激光眼保护贴,由支持层、水凝胶层和隔离层三层结构组成,其水凝胶层和皮肤接触,水凝胶粘性比柔和,不会粘脱睫毛或眉毛,但是其和皮肤的粘附性能太弱,在临床使用过程中,无法牢固的固定在眼睑皮肤上,容易脱落,导致光子/激光手术时眼睛伤害风险增加。中国专利206026537激光防护眼贴,由遮光部(包含:支持层、吸热层、反射层),粘合部和离型纸组成,遮光部设计层凸起结构,提高激光反射率以及包含眼睛避免压迫导致不适,并在眼贴内设置振动结构按摩眼部肌肉,缓解心理压力;但该设计存在以下问题:1、激光可以直接和吸热层发生作用,产生烧灼等效应,产生热量会直接通过反射层传到至皮肤,使皮肤产生热损伤;2、反射层设置在吸热层后面,虽然可以阻挡激光直接损害眼睛,但是激光反射后,再次和吸热层发生作用,激光能量再次转化层热能,会增加眼睛皮肤 热损伤的风险;3、激光对支持层和吸热层烧灼作用,可能会产生烟雾,影响操作者视野,污染环境,以及操作者和患者健康。
美国专利US7584754B1涉及的一次性眼贴,由材质为生物相容性良好的泡沫塑料材料的第一层结构和第二层结构,以及隔离层组成,在第一层和第二层结构之间由压敏胶材质的粘胶层将第一层和第二次结构粘合在一起,第二层结构小于第一层结构,由露在第二层外面的粘胶层将产品粘附于患者眼周皮肤上。该专利产品适合用于非强光/激光等眼睛防护,激光等高能量光线容易穿透产品,伤害眼睛,起不到防护作用。
因此,开发一种结构简单、生产工艺简单、又能有效的预防激光/强光对患者眼睛伤害,使用方便,相容性好,固定牢固安全,患者体验更加舒适的遮光产品,成为本发明的出发点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足和临床应用过程中产生的问题:1、产品在眼睑皮肤上固定不牢固,容易脱落;2、激光等高能光线照射产品表面时,产品温度升高导致眼睑皮肤灼伤;3、产品使用过程中,对皮肤及其附属器官(睫毛)产生伤害;4、强光灼烧产品,产生有毒烟雾,影响视野和健康。为临床提供一种安全、有效、舒适的一种防光眼保护贴。本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:

所述的装饰层为薄膜,其厚度范围在0.01~0.5mm,其优选范围为0.02~0.05mm,其颜色可以为任何颜色,其优选方案为透明或半透明色,但不局限于上述颜色。薄膜可通过目前通用手段(淋膜技术或胶水粘合)固定在遮光层外侧表面。薄膜可以采用PU、PE、PP等各种材质,但不局限与上述材质。
所述的遮光层为金属箔片,金属箔片可以是任何能成箔的金属,其优选方案是铝箔或铜箔。
所述的遮光层也可以为镀金属薄膜,如镀铝膜。
所述的遮光层的厚度范围在0.01mm~0.2mm,其优选范围为0.05~0.15mm。
所述的隔热层为热的不良导体,多孔状结构,质地柔软,其优选方案为泡棉或海绵状结构。

所述的隔热层的材质可以是聚氨酯(ploy urethane,PU)、三元乙丙橡胶(Ethylene-Propylene-Diene Monomer,EPDM)、聚丙烯塑料发泡材料(Expandedpolypropylene,EPP)、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)、化学交联聚乙烯(XPE)/电子交联聚乙烯(IXPE)泡棉中的一种,其厚度为0.1mm-1.5mm,其优选方案为0.5mm-0.8mm。在泡棉结构中,优先的是两面均为光面致密型泡棉。隔热层结构可以泡棉,但不限定只是泡棉,任何具有柔软、安全、具有热不良导体特性的结构,以及具有以上特性的材质,不限以上提到的材料,均可以作为隔热层的结构和材质,如海绵。
所述的隔热层为非透明材质,在隔热同时起到一定阻挡光线作用,在低/无热量损害的IPL/LED皮肤治疗或新生儿黄疸蓝光治疗时,遮光层可以缺失直接由隔热层代替遮挡光线。由于IPL/LED或新生儿黄疸蓝光治疗时采用的蓝光(波长400-550nm)皮肤热伤害低于激光,如果隔热层使用的材料和结构能完全阻挡IPL/LED/蓝光的穿透,可以不用遮光层这个结构,这样可以节省产品的生产成本和简化生产工艺,有利于产品的产业化。
所述的隔热层为光面泡棉和水凝胶层组合的双重结构,光面泡棉和遮光层接触,同时水凝胶层代替医用胶层起到粘附皮肤作用。该方案的隔热层由热不良导体泡棉或膜状和吸热比容水凝胶层组合构成,具有更强的隔热功效。基于水凝胶层的粘附力比较有限,在另一方案中,在水凝胶层内侧增加一层无纺布和有机薄膜的复合膜,并在复合膜的有机薄膜另外一面涂布医用胶,以固定皮肤,增加产品固定皮肤的稳定性。

所述的睫毛保护层位于医用胶层中心位置,没有被睫毛保护层覆盖的医用胶层边缘区域有足够的宽度可以将产品固定在皮肤上,这个宽度通常在3~15mm,其优选方案为5mm。该部分结构主要用于保护睫毛,预防医用胶将睫毛撕脱。医用胶层没有被睫毛保护层覆盖的部分与皮肤接触,将产品固定在皮肤上。
所述的隔离层为硅油离型纸、非硅离型纸、氟化PET膜、硅油PET膜、PET膜中的一种,如果医用胶层材料为硅凝胶,隔离层可以是非硅离型纸、氟化PET膜、PET膜中的一种,不能用硅油离型纸、硅油PET膜。
所述的防光眼保护贴外形和遮光层符合眼部的结构和生理特征,可以为左右对称的雨滴状、豆芽状,椭圆形、海豚状,或连体的眼镜框状中的一种,但不限于上述外形,其优选方案为豆芽状。
所述的防光眼保护贴对称排列粘附在长方形的隔离层上,连体眼睛框状时单独粘附在长方形隔离层上。
所述的防光眼保护贴生产工艺如下:
1)将装饰层、遮光层、隔热层、医用胶层、睫毛保护层按照上述相应工艺形成复合材料,并将材料卷成卷材,进行收卷时,遮光层靠近卷心;
2)将以上卷材通过椭圆形或圆形的半切刀(刚刚可以切断睫毛保护层,又不会切到医用胶层)切断睫毛保护层,并通过收料系统,将中心椭圆形或圆形外的多余睫毛保护层材料剥离医用胶层,并将暴露出来的医用胶层和隔离层复合在一起;
3)将2)得到复合后的材料,利用权利18所述形状的半切刀,调整切刀的位置(确保2)切断粘附在医用胶层睫毛保护层在被3)切断外形的中心位置),切断装饰层、遮光层、隔热层、医用胶层,不切到隔离层,将特定外形的复合材料留着隔离层表面,其它材料通过收料系统剥离隔离层,再通过切刀,切断隔离层,即得到所需的产品。
采用上述方案:本发明具有结构简单、生产方便,固定性能好、生物相容性好、能避免皮肤灼伤、避免伤害睫毛等特征,为临床提供一种安全、有效、舒适的一种防光眼保护贴,经过灭菌处理,产品可以长期存储。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明具有粘附力适宜,固定牢固,不脱落,同时又避免患者睫毛撕脱的特点。
2、本发明可确保患者治疗过程中的眼睛避免光线伤害和热伤害。
3、本发明被强光照射产生的烟雾少或无,对环境和视野影响小。
4、本发明的外形按人体工程学原理设计,符合眼睛局部的各种生理弯曲,使用方便,粘附的效果好。
5、本发明采用的材料安全性高,生物相容性好。
6、产品结构简单、生产方便、成本低。

下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明:
实施例1
如图1所示,一种防光眼保护贴,由装饰层、遮光层、隔热层、医用胶层、睫毛保护层、隔离层组成,所述的装饰层为在最外面层起到美观装饰用,为半透明乳白色薄膜在遮光层表面,其厚度为0.02mm;所述的遮光层在装饰层内侧主要起到阻挡光线、防止光线穿透伤害到皮肤,为金属铝箔材质,铝箔厚度0.07mm,所述的隔热层在遮光层内侧主要吸收传输到遮光层的强光能量,为非透明的XPE泡棉,其厚度为0.5mm。装饰层、遮光层和隔热层通过以下工艺复合在一起:1)先将装饰层和遮光层分别在适当张力条件下保持平整,无皱褶;2)再在遮光层表面涂聚氨酯粘合剂,经2分钟自然干燥后,在压力辊的挤压下和隔热层进行复合;4)复合后的材料,在温度55摄氏度,湿度45%条件下,遮光层和隔热层之间聚酯黏合剂固化反应12小时,完成两者的复合过程。装饰层和遮光层的复合物的遮光层面和隔热层采用上述同样工艺完成复合。通过两次上述工艺完成装饰层、遮光层和隔热层三者复合过程。
所述的医用胶层在隔热层的内侧用于贴敷固定在眼周皮肤,为丙烯酸压敏胶;所述的睫毛保护层在医用胶层的内侧,保护睫毛不被医用胶层粘脱,为非粘性的PE(聚乙 烯)薄膜,厚度0.04mm,其面积小于医用胶层,医用胶层外缘与睫毛保护层外缘的距离为5mm,所述的隔离层在医用胶层和睫毛保护层的内侧,用于保护未使用状态的医用胶层,为硅油离型纸。所述的防光眼保护贴的外形为豆芽状,防光眼保护贴对称排列粘附在长方形的隔离纸上,如图2所示。
本产品通过以下工艺完成:1)将装饰层、遮光层、隔热层、医用胶层、睫毛保护层按照上述相应工艺形成复合材料,并将材料卷成卷材,进行收卷时,遮光层靠近卷心;2)将以上卷材通过椭圆形的半切刀(刚刚可以切断睫毛保护层,又不会切到医用胶层)切断睫毛保护层,并通过收料系统,将中心椭圆形外的多余睫毛保护层材料剥离医用胶层,并将暴露出来的医用胶层和隔离层复合在一起;3)将2)得到复合后的材料,利用豆芽状半切刀,并调整切刀的位置(确保2)切断粘附在医用胶层睫毛保护层在被3)切断外形的中心位置),切断装饰层、遮光层、隔热层、医用胶层,不切到隔离层,将豆芽状的复合材料留在隔离层表面,其它材料通过收料系统剥离隔离层,再通过切刀,切断隔离层,即得到所需的产品。
实施例2
如图1所示,一种防光眼保护贴,由装饰层、遮光层、隔热层、医用胶层、睫毛保护层、隔离层组成,所述的装饰层为在最外面层起到美观装饰用,为透明蓝色薄膜,厚度0.01mm,所述的遮光层在装饰层内侧主要起到阻挡光线、防止光线穿透伤害到皮肤,为镀铝薄膜,镀铝铝箔厚度0.2mm,所述的隔热层在遮光层内侧主要吸收传输到遮光层的强光能量,为非透明的IXPE泡棉,其厚度为0.7mm。装饰层薄膜、遮光层通过常规的淋膜工艺复合。装饰层薄膜/遮光层复合物和隔热层通过以下工艺复合在一起:1)先将装饰层薄膜/遮光层复合物和隔热层材料分别在适当张力条件下保持平整,无皱褶;2)再在遮光层表面涂聚氨酯粘合剂,经1分钟自然干燥后,在压力辊的挤压下和隔热层进行复合;3)复合后的材料,在温度35摄氏度,湿度45%条件下固化反应36小时,完成两者的复合过程。装饰层和遮光层的复合物的遮光层面和隔热层采用上述同样工艺完成复合。通过两次上述工艺完成装饰层、遮光层和隔热层三者复合过程。
所述的医用胶层在隔热层的内侧用于贴敷固定在眼周皮肤,为硅凝胶;所述的睫毛保护层在医用胶层的内侧,保护睫毛不被医用胶层粘脱,为非粘性的PP(聚丙烯)薄膜,厚度0.01mm,其面积小于医用胶层,医用胶层外缘与睫毛保护层外缘的距离为3mm,所述的隔离层在医用胶层和睫毛保护层的内侧,用于保护未使用状态的医用胶层,为氟化PET膜。所述的防光眼保护贴的外形为椭圆形,防光眼保护贴对称排列粘附在长方形的氟化PET膜,如图3所示。
本产品通过以下工艺完成:1)将装饰层、遮光层、隔热层、医用胶层、睫毛保护层按照上述相应工艺形成复合材料,并将材料卷成卷材,进行收卷时,睫毛保护层靠近卷心;2)将以上卷材通过椭圆形的半切刀(刚刚可以切断睫毛保护层,又不会切到医用胶层)切断睫毛保护层,并通过收料系统,将中心椭圆形外的多余睫毛保护层材料剥离医用胶层,并将暴露出来的医用胶层和隔离层复合在一起;3)将2)得到复合后的材料,利用椭圆形半切刀,并调整切刀的位置(确保2)切断粘附在医用胶层睫毛保护层在被3)切断外形的中心位置),切断装饰层、遮光层、隔热层、医用胶层,不切到隔离层,将椭圆形的复合材料留在隔离层表面,其它材料通过收料系统剥离隔离层,再通过切刀,切断隔离层,即得到所需的产品。
实施例3
如图1所示,一种防光眼保护贴,由装饰层、遮光层、隔热层、医用胶层、睫毛保护层、隔离层组成,所述的装饰层为在最外面层起到美观装饰用,为半透明蓝色薄膜位于遮光层表面,所述的遮光层在装饰层内侧主要起到阻挡光线、防止光线穿透伤害到皮肤,为金属铝箔材质,铝箔厚度0.05mm,所述的隔热层在遮光层内侧主要吸收传输到遮光层的强光能量,为非透明的PE膜材,其厚度为0.1mm。装饰层、遮光层和隔热层通过以下工艺复合在一起:1)先将装饰层和遮光层材料分别在适当张力条件下保持平整,无皱褶;2)再在遮光层表面涂聚氨酯粘合剂,经2分钟自然干燥后,在压力辊的挤压下和隔热层进行复合;4)复合后的材料,在温度60摄氏度,湿度60%条件下,遮光层和隔热层之间聚酯黏合剂固化反应5小时,完成两者的复合过程。装饰层和遮光层的复合物,其遮光层的另外一面和隔热层采用上述同样工艺完成复合,通过两次上述工艺完成装饰层、遮光层和隔热层三者复合。
所述的医用胶层在隔热层的内侧用于贴敷固定在眼周皮肤,为医用热熔压敏胶;所述的睫毛保护层在医用胶层的内侧,保护睫毛不被医用胶层粘脱,为非粘性的PU薄膜,厚度0.2mm,其面积小于医用胶层,医用胶层外缘与睫毛保护层外缘的距离为15mm,所述的隔离层在医用胶层和睫毛保护层的内侧,用于保护未使用状态的医用胶层,为硅油离型纸。所述的防光眼保护贴的外形为水滴状,防光眼保护贴对称排列粘附在长方形的隔离纸上,如图4所示。
本产品通过以下工艺完成:1)将装饰层、遮光层、隔热层、医用胶层、睫毛保护层按照上述相应工艺形成复合材料,并将材料卷成卷材,进行收卷时,遮光层靠近卷心;2)将以上卷材通过水滴状半切刀(刚刚可以切断睫毛保护层,又不会切到医用胶层)切断睫毛保护层,并通过收料系统,将水滴状外的多余睫毛保护层材料剥离医用胶层,并将暴露出来的医用胶层和隔离层复合在一起;将2)得到复合后的材料,利用 水滴状半切刀,并调整切刀的位置(确保2)切断粘附在医用胶层睫毛保护层在被3)切断外形的中心位置),切断装饰层、遮光层、隔热层、医用胶层,不切到隔离层,将水滴状的复合材料留在隔离层表面,其它材料通过收料系统剥离隔离层,再通过切刀,切断隔离层,即得到所需的产品。
实施例4
如图1所示,一种防光眼保护贴,由装饰层、遮光层、隔热层、医用胶层、睫毛保护层、隔离层组成,所述的装饰层为在最外面层起到美观装饰用,为黑色薄膜在遮光层表面,其厚度为0.03mm;所述的遮光层在装饰层内侧主要起到阻挡光线、防止光线穿透伤害到皮肤,为金属铝箔材质,铝箔厚度0.09mm,所述的隔热层在遮光层内侧主要吸收传输到遮光层的强光能量,为非透明的EVA泡棉,其厚度为1.5mm,装饰层、遮光层和隔热层通过以下工艺复合在一起:1)先将装饰层和遮光层分别在适当张力条件下保持平整,无皱褶;2)再在遮光层表面涂聚氨酯粘合剂,经2分钟自然干燥后,在压力辊的挤压下和隔热层进行复合;4)复合后的材料,在温度50摄氏度,湿度40%条件下,装饰层和遮光层之间聚酯黏合剂固化反应18小时,完成两者的复合过程。装饰层和遮光层的复合物,其遮光层的另外一面和隔热层采用上述同样工艺完成复合,通过两次上述工艺完成装饰层、遮光层和隔热层三者复合。
所述的医用胶层在隔热层的内侧用于贴敷固定在眼周皮肤,为丙烯酸压敏胶;所述的睫毛保护层在医用胶层的内侧,保护睫毛不被医用胶层粘脱,为非粘性的PE(聚乙烯)薄膜,厚度0.05mm,其面积小于医用胶层,医用胶层外缘与睫毛保护层外缘的距离为8.5mm,所述的隔离层在医用胶层和睫毛保护层的内侧,用于保护未使用状态的医用胶层,为非硅离型纸。所述的防光眼保护贴的外形为眼镜状,防光眼保护贴粘附在长方形的隔离纸上,如图5所示。
本产品通过以下工艺完成:1)将装饰层、遮光层、隔热层、医用胶层、睫毛保护层按照上述相应工艺形成复合材料,并将材料卷成卷材,进行收卷时,遮光层靠近卷心;2)将以上卷材通过眼镜状半切刀(刚刚可以切断睫毛保护层,又不会切到医用胶层)切断睫毛保护层,并通过收料系统,将眼镜状外的多余睫毛保护层材料剥离医用胶层,并将暴露出来的医用胶层和隔离层复合在一起;3)将2)得到复合后的材料,利用眼镜状半切刀,并调整切刀的位置(确保2)切断粘附在医用胶层睫毛保护层在被3)切断外形的中心位置)如图5所示,切断装饰层、遮光层、隔热层、医用胶层,不切到隔离层,将眼镜状的复合材料留在隔离层表面,其它材料通过收料系统剥离隔离层,再通过切刀,切断隔离层,即得到所需的产品。
实施例5
如图7所示,一种防光眼保护贴,由装饰层、遮光层/隔热层、医用胶层、睫毛保护层、隔离层组成,所述的装饰层为在最外面层起到美观装饰用,为半透明乳白色薄膜在遮光层表面,其厚度为0.01mm;所述的遮光层和隔热层二合为一,在装饰层内侧分别起到阻挡光线、防止光线穿透伤害到皮肤,和吸收强光能量的作用,为非透明的EPDM泡棉,其厚度为0.6mm,装饰层和EPDM泡棉通过以下工艺复合在一起:1)先将装饰层和EPDM泡棉分别在适当张力条件下保持平整,无;2)再在EPDM泡棉表面涂聚氨酯粘合剂,经2分钟自然干燥后,在压力辊的挤压下和隔热层进行复合;4)复合后的材料,在温度55摄氏度,湿度45%条件下,遮光层和隔热层之间聚酯黏合剂固化反应14小时,完成两者的复合过程。

本产品通过以下工艺完成:1)将装饰层、遮光层/隔热层、医用胶层、睫毛保护层按照上述相应工艺形成复合材料,并将材料卷成卷材,进行收卷时,遮光层靠近卷心;2)将以上卷材通过眼镜状的半切刀(刚刚可以切断睫毛保护层,又不会切到医用胶层)切断睫毛保护层,并通过收料系统,将中心眼镜状外的多余睫毛保护层材料剥离医用胶层,并将暴露出来的医用胶层和隔离层复合在一起;3)将2)得到复合后的材料,利用眼镜状半切刀,并调整切刀的位置(确保2)切断粘附在医用胶层睫毛保护层在被3)切断外形的中心位置),切断装饰层、遮光层/隔热层、医用胶层,不切到隔离层,将眼镜状的复合材料留在隔离层表面,其它材料通过收料系统剥离隔离层,再通过切刀,切断隔离层,即得到所需的产品。
本实施例主要用于除激光外的其它低能量光线治疗时的眼睛防护,如IPL,LED医疗美容术时,也可用于新生儿黄疸蓝光治疗时患儿眼睛的防护。
实施例6
如图8所示,一种防光眼保护贴,由装饰层、遮光层、隔热层、水凝胶层、隔离层组成,所述的装饰层为在最外面层起到美观装饰用,为半透明磨砂薄膜在遮光层表面,其厚度为0.02mm;所述的遮光层在装饰层内侧主要起到阻挡光线、防止光线穿透伤害到皮肤,为金属铝箔材质,铝箔厚度0.09mm,所述的隔热层在遮光层内侧主要吸收传输到遮光层的强光能量,为非透明的EPP泡棉和水凝胶的双重结构,EPP泡棉厚度 为0.6mm。装饰层、遮光层和EPP泡棉通过以下工艺复合在一起:1)先将装饰层和遮光层在适当张力条件下保持平整,无皱褶;2)再在装饰层表面涂聚氨酯粘合剂,经2分钟自然干燥后,在压力辊的挤压下和遮光层进行复合;4)复合后的材料,在温度55摄氏度,湿度45%条件下,装饰层和遮光层之间聚酯黏合剂固化反应12小时,完成两者的复合过程。装饰层和遮光层的复合物,其遮光层的另外一面和EPP泡棉采用上述同样工艺完成复合,通过两次上述工艺完成装饰层、遮光层和EPP泡棉三者复合。
复合完成后材料的EPP泡棉粗糙面与水凝胶接触,水凝胶直接涂布在EPP泡棉上,水凝胶的另外一面为隔离层,隔离层为硅油PET膜。所述的防光眼保护贴的外形为豆芽状,防光眼保护贴粘附在长方形的隔离纸上,如图2所示。
本产品通过以下工艺完成:1)将装饰层、遮光层、隔热层、水凝胶层、隔离层按照上述相应工艺形成复合材料,并将材料卷成卷材,进行收卷时,遮光层靠近卷心;2)将复合材料,利用豆芽状半切刀,切断装饰层、遮光层、隔热层、水凝胶层,不切到隔离层,将豆芽状的复合材料留在隔离层表面,其它材料通过收料系统剥离隔离层,再通过切刀,切断隔离层,即得到所需的产品。
本实施例的隔热层具有EPP泡棉和水凝胶的双重结构,相比于单层泡棉隔热层,具有更好的隔热作用。对于激光等可以产生高热效应的强光,具有更好的保护作用,避免皮肤烫伤。
实施例7
如图9所示,一种防光眼保护贴,由装饰层、遮光层、隔热层、水凝胶层、无纺布、有机薄膜层、医用胶层、睫毛保护层、隔离层组成,所述的装饰层为在最外面层起到美观装饰用,为半透明乳白色薄膜在遮光层表面,其厚度为0.02mm;所述的遮光层在装饰层内侧主要起到阻挡光线、防止光线穿透伤害到皮肤,为金属铝箔材质,铝箔厚度0.07mm,所述的隔热层在遮光层内侧主要吸收传输到遮光层的强光能量,为非透明的IXPE泡棉和水凝胶的双重结构,IXPE泡棉厚度为0.4mm。装饰层、遮光层和IXPE泡棉通过以下工艺复合在一起:1)先将装饰层和遮光层在适当张力条件下保持平整,无皱褶;2)再在装饰层表面涂聚氨酯粘合剂,经2分钟自然干燥后,在压力辊的挤压下和遮光层进行复合;4)复合后的材料,在温度55摄氏度,湿度45%条件下,装饰层和遮光层之间聚酯黏合剂固化反应12小时,完成两者的复合过程。装饰层和遮光层的复合物,其遮光层的另外一面和IXPE泡棉采用上述同样工艺完成复合,通过两次上述工艺完成装饰层、遮光层和IXPE泡棉三者复合。
复合完成后材料的IXPE泡棉面与水凝胶接触,水凝胶直接涂布在IXPE泡棉上,在水凝胶的另外一侧为无纺布和有机薄膜(为PE薄膜)复合材料,无纺布/PE薄膜复合材料的无纺布面和水凝胶接触,PE薄膜的另外一面涂布医用胶。
所述的医用胶层在PE薄膜的内侧用于贴敷固定在眼周皮肤,为丙烯酸压敏胶;所述的睫毛保护层在医用胶层的内侧,保护睫毛不被医用胶层粘脱,为非粘性的PE(聚乙烯)磨砂薄膜,厚度0.08mm,其面积小于医用胶层,医用胶层外缘与睫毛保护层外缘的距离为7mm,所述的隔离层在医用胶层和睫毛保护层的内侧,用于保护未使用状态的医用胶层,为硅油离型纸。所述的防光眼保护贴的外形为海豚状,防光眼保护贴粘附在长方形的隔离纸上,如图6所示。
本产品通过以下工艺完成:1)将装饰层、遮光层、隔热层、无纺布、PE薄膜、医用胶层、睫毛保护层按照上述相应工艺形成复合材料,并将材料卷成卷材,进行收卷时,遮光层靠近卷心;2)将以上卷材通过眼镜状的半切刀(刚刚可以切断睫毛保护层,又不会切到医用胶层)切断睫毛保护层,并通过收料系统,将中心眼镜状外的多余睫毛保护层材料剥离医用胶层,并将暴露出来的医用胶层和隔离层复合在一起;3)将2)得到复合后的材料,利用海豚状半切刀,并调整切刀的位置(确保2)切断粘附在医用胶层睫毛保护层在被3)切断外形的中心位置),如图6所示,切断装饰层、遮光层、隔热层、无纺布、有机薄膜层、医用胶层,不切到隔离层,将海豚状的复合材料留在隔离层表面,其它材料通过收料系统剥离隔离层,再通过切刀,切断隔离层,即得到所需的产品。
本实施例的隔热层具有IXPE泡棉和水凝胶的双重结构,相比于单层泡棉隔热层,具有更好的隔热作用,对于激光等可以产生高热效应的强光,具有更好的保护作用,避免皮肤烫伤。与实施例6相比,产品固定更加牢固。

  1. 一种防光眼保护贴,其特征在于由外向里分别由装饰层、遮光层、隔热层、医用胶层、睫毛保护层、隔离层组成,所述的装饰层为在最外面层起到美观装饰用,所述的遮光层在装饰层内侧主要起到阻挡光线、防止光线穿透伤害到皮肤,所述的隔热层在遮光层内侧主要吸收传输到遮光层的强光能量,所述的医用胶层在隔热层的内侧用于贴敷固定在眼周皮肤,所述的睫毛保护层在医用胶层的内侧,保护睫毛不被医用胶层粘脱,所述的隔离层在医用胶层和睫毛保护层的内侧,用于保护未使用状态的医用胶层。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防光眼保护贴,其特征在于装饰层为薄膜,其厚度范围在0.01~0.5mm,其优选范围为0.02~0.05mm,其颜色可以为任何颜色,其优选方案为透明或半透明色。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的防光眼保护贴,其特征在于遮光层为金属箔片,金属箔片可以是任何能成箔的金属,其优选方案是铝箔或铜箔。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的防光眼保护贴,其特征在于遮光层为镀金属薄膜,其优选方案为镀铝膜。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的防光眼保护贴,其特征在于遮光层的厚度范围在0.01mm~0.2mm,其优选范围为0.05~0.15mm。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的防光眼保护贴,其特征在于隔热层为热的不良导体,多孔状结构,质地柔软,其优选方案为泡棉或海绵状结构。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的防光眼保护贴,其特征在于隔热层为热的不良导体,薄膜状结构,质地柔软。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的防光眼保护贴,其特征在于隔热层的材质可以是PU、EPDM、EPP、EVA、XPE/IXPE泡棉中的一种,其厚度为0.1mm-1.5mm,其优选方案为0.5mm-0.8mm。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的防光眼保护贴,其特征在于隔热层为非透明材质,在隔热同时起到一定阻挡光线作用,在低/无热量损害的IPL/LED/蓝光治疗时,遮光层可以缺失直接由隔热层代替遮光层遮挡光线。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的防光眼保护贴,其特征在于隔热层为热不良导体的光面泡棉和比热容大的水凝胶层组合的双重结构,光面泡棉和遮光层接触,同时水凝胶层代替医用胶层起到粘附皮肤作用。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的防光眼保护贴,其特征在于隔热层为热不良导体的光面泡棉和比热容大的水凝胶层组合的双重结构,光面泡棉和遮光层接触,在水凝胶的另 外一面为无纺布和相容性良好的有机薄膜的复合膜,在复合膜的有机薄膜另外一面涂医用胶粘附皮肤起固定作用。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的防光眼保护贴,其特征在于装饰层薄膜和隔热层,通过淋膜工艺固定在遮光层的两侧。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的防光眼保护贴,其特征在于装饰层薄膜、遮光层和隔热层,通过以下工艺复合在遮光层的两侧:1)先将装饰层薄膜和遮光层材料分别在适当张力条件下保持平整,无皱褶;2)再在装饰层薄膜表面涂聚氨酯粘合剂,经1~3分钟自然干燥后,在压力辊的挤压下和遮光层进行复合;3)重复上述1)、2)步骤,将隔热层复合在遮光层的另外一侧;4)复合后的材料,在温度35~60摄氏度,湿度35~60%条件下,装饰层薄膜、遮光层和隔热层之间聚酯黏合剂固化反应5~36小时,完成三者的复合过程。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的防光眼保护贴,其特征在于医用胶层为安全、低过敏、生物相容性好的医用黏胶,可以是医用热熔压敏胶、丙烯酸压敏胶和硅凝胶中的一种,其优选方案是丙烯酸压敏胶。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的防光眼保护贴,其特征在于睫毛保护层为柔软、厚度在0.01~0.2mm的非粘性、椭圆形或圆形,生物相容性良好材料,其优选方案为薄膜。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的防光眼保护贴,其特征在于睫毛保护层位于医用胶层中心位置,表面积小于医用胶层,没有被睫毛保护层覆盖的医用胶层边缘区域有足够的宽度可以将产品固定在皮肤上,这个宽度通常在3~15mm,其优选方案为5mm。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的防光眼保护贴,其特征在于隔离层为硅油离型纸、非硅离型纸、氟化PET膜、硅油PET膜、PET膜中的一种。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的防光眼保护贴,其特征在于其外形符合眼部的结构和生理特征,可以为左右对称的雨滴状、豆芽状,椭圆形、海豚状,或连体的眼镜框状中的一种。
  19. 根据权利要求1所述的防光眼保护贴,其特征在于防光眼保护贴对称排列粘附在长方形的隔离层上。
  20. 根据权利要求1所述的防光眼保护贴,其特征在于其生产工艺如下:
    1)将装饰层、遮光层、隔热层、医用胶层、睫毛保护层按照上述相应工艺形成复合材料,并将材料卷成卷材,进行收卷时,遮光层靠近卷心;2)将以上卷材通过椭圆形或圆形的半切刀(刚刚可以切断睫毛保护层,又不会切到医用胶层)切断睫毛保护层,并通过收料系统,将中心椭圆形或圆形外的多余睫毛保护层材料剥离医用胶层,并将暴露出来的医用胶层和隔离层复合在一起;将2)得到复合后的材料,利用权利 18所述形状的半切刀,调整切刀的位置(确保2)切断粘附在医用胶层睫毛保护层在被3)切断外形的中心位置),切断装饰层、遮光层、隔热层、医用胶层,不切到隔离层,将特定外形的复合材料留着隔离层表面,其它材料通过收料系统剥离隔离层,再通过切刀,切断隔离层,即得到所需的产品。
